Nicola Dal Sacco treats us to an acid-soaked quartet for his debut solo EP on Aquaregia, a tantalizing follow-up to the Italian producer's contribution to the Acid Analects VA series.

Setting the tone, the title track, "Wirrwarr", revs up with driving drums and swirling pads - a sunrise escapade along a mountain pass. As daybreak approaches, the breakdown hits, introducing warm beaming pads. On the second leg, the journey continues with "Gelato", a spellbinder that melds serpentine acid lines with a vintage flair, navigating hairpins and snaking through narrow hillside corridors; vertigo ensues.

"Parapiglia" continues the trip with an eerie and enchanting lowlight drive. Melancholic acid whines while lush ethereal pads swaddle; a haunting mist rolling over the road. A deep closer, "Linea" guides us down the final stretch through the foothills with a viscous groove and chilled out atmosphere; the final knock back down into first gear.

It was a little bit quite around the wirrwarr label in the last few years, as the boys focused on other projects like building up an bookingagency, a 2nd recordshop, new labels and for sure producing new music.
Now they are back with some fresh and crazy minimal techno tracks.
On A1 we have Mr.Wigbert with his first appeareance on WirrWarr, A2 comes from labelhead Locke in cooperation with MC Shaver.
B1 is a freaky brain damaging minimal monster by Matt Star.
And last but not least B2 called "Piano", a old but still fresh sounding work of Locke. Freak out!

(Joker, Chernobyl, Battlefield 2042 u.a.) - ein bahnbrechendes Konzeptalbum für den neuen Film TÁR
des dreifach Oscar-nominierten Todd Field mit Cate Blanchett in der Hauptrolle als Dirigentin Lydia Tár.
Blanchett tauchte in jeden Aspekt des Lebens ihrer Figur ein und ist auf dem Album zu hören, wie sie
die Proben einer Mahler-Sinfonie mit außerordentlichem Geschick leitet. Bereits bei der Premiere im
Rahmen des Venice Film Festivals wurde sie für diese herausragende Leistung ausgezeichnet, sodass der
Film schon jetzt als Frontrunner für die Oscars und Award Season 2022/23 gilt. Das facettenreiche Album
präsentiert sowohl Musik aus dem Film wie auch durch den Film inspirierte Musik, darunter eine Reihe von
eindringlichen neuen Stücken von Hildur Guðnadóttir, sowie Auszüge aus Werken Elgars und Mahlers. Es
ergänzt die faszinierende Handlung des Films, indem es vollendete, reale Versionen der Musik präsentiert,
an denen die fiktive Protagonistin Lydia Tár bereits im Film arbeitet. Ziel des Albums ist es, dem Hörer
etwas von der Komplexität des musikalischen Proben- und Aufnahmeprozesses zu vermitteln. ”Das Album,
