Ceri and Alex Arnout launch their new collaboration alias 'CnA', for the eagerly anticipated third release on Ceri's Find Your Own Records label.

The A side 'Higher' is a happy house summer festival banger, inspired by getting high from the music, and the B side 'Show Me What You Got' is an eerie slice of breaksy techno, reminiscent of the early UR sound.

On the remix is Ukranian SE62, famed for his releases on labels like My Love Is Underground and Slapfunk. He reworks the original into a dubby summer laid back deep house minimal cut.

The first two releases sold out on vinyl, had plays on BBC Radio1, BBC 6Music, have rave reviews in dance music press, as well as being Mixmag's techno 'Tune Of The Month', and was also supported by some of the biggest and most respected selectors in the scene such as Ben UFO. Techfui returns with another stand out 12” this summer as label founder Salah Sadeq delivers a refined remix package of the sought after “Hibiki Awa” a track which was initially released four years ago with studio companion Rashed Al Dhaen on their “Locus” release. A partnership that was built during covid restrictions, clicking directly when starting to jam, all whilst enjoying the “Hibiki Awa” Japanese whisky during the extended sessions.

For the tastemakers amongst us, it is great news that the Techfui imprint continues to carry the torch, presenting sleek and classy house music for the dance floor. After many years of producing music together in Bahrain and releasing music, four years on we get to appreciate the masterpiece track once more with this heavy hitting, and eclectic remix package.



The limited, and coloured wax will feature the track receiving a new lease of life from Romanian producer Techu, the ever prolific Tolga Fidan with two refreshingtakes, and Rashed himself steps in for a reshape of the original. Four meandering cuts exploring a multitude of textures ready to make an impression on your record bag. The record also comes in a unique sleeve design from Georgian artist NUMB, and the campaign will also feature a t- shirt design on Everpress seeing the the artists collaborate further.

It s been 7 years since I introduced the first part of this series -Mis Hermanos Rumanos- with Sepp and later (Part 2) with Faster and Nu Zau. Seven years later the saga of Romanian brothers grows and continues, it is a pleasure to be able to bring together two good friends and talented artists from the great and already proliferating minimal scene of this country. In this third part we can find a darker and percussive sound, acoustic string instruments and at the same time maintaining the minimalist essence that characterizes Acmé. I hope you enjoy this third installment, we really appreciate your support with the purchase of this record, it is very important for us to be able to continue investing in this quality format. Locked-In returns with its eighth vinyl release, showcasing the talents of DOTT in a four-track EP.

The A-side opens with "Shock FM", setting the EP's tone. DOTT's masterful sound design is fully displayed, building tension and release through intricate percussion. The track's progression is sure to captivate dancefloors and headphone listeners alike.

"The Helper Returns" follows, diving deeper into atmospheric territory. Swirling synths intertwine with a driving bassline, evoking vast, subaqueous landscapes. The track's subtle evolution reveals new sonic details with each listen.

Tresydos presents its 12th release, "On Cloud Nine," a captivating EP that marks the first collaboration between the Barcelona-based artists Vince Void and Lis Sarroca, offering a rich blend of electronic sounds, and showcasing the duo's seamless synergy and diverse musical influences.

Side A kicks off with "Translucent Times," a track where house meets Italo disco and sets the perfect tone for the EP. QUAZAR are pioneers of the first house- and techno-generation of the early 90’s. Formed in Amsterdam by producer Gert van Veen, QUAZAR debuted in 1990 with the 12 inch ‘The Seven Stars/Day-glo’, which became an underground hit all over the world, from the UK and Germany to The USA, Goa and Australia. It’s still considered as one of the ultimate classics of the original rave-scene.
‘The Seven Stars’, a wild and exciting musical voyage, full of instrumental crescendoes and rushes, is a hard hitting techno-track that set dance floors on fire with its fierce energy.
The raw persuasive power of the a side and the acid tinged 'Moon Turns The Tide' is balanced by the gentle, melodic ‘Day-glo’ - a predecessor of the later minimal style and a favourite of Ricardo Villalobos, that unexpectedly became just as popular as ‘The Seven Stars’.
During the Amsterdam Dance Event 2024 ‘The Seven Stars EP'will be rereleased on vinyl, two weeks later followed by the rerelease of the first QUAZAR album ‘Seven Stars’.
‘The Seven Stars EP' 12" presents remastered versions of the three tracks on the original record plus a 2024 QUAZAR remake of ‘The Seven Stars’, mixed by Dutch house legend Olav Basoski.
To celebrate these releases, QUAZAR, still one of the best live-acts in the Netherlands, will do a special hardware-only live-gig at DOKA/The Volkshotel in Amsterdam on Wednesday October 16 2024.

It’s a wild hybrid of raving breakbeats, a chord hook that would have done Underworld proud in their heyday and the aforementioned autotune rap. It is magical. Axel Boman is a remixer who can make the magic even more magical. His 8-minute version of ‘Streetpoet’ establishes a long overdue new genre: trancehall! With ‘New Ballad’, 9OASES show us that they really mean business with their plans for world conquest. This is great techno pop with heart and mind. We are very excited to see what the guys from Cologne will do next.

Wellington, New Zealand-based producer, drummer and band leader Cory Champion aka Borrowed CS delivers his second release on Planet Trip Records ~ Rise N Shine EP, expanding the infectious outsider boogie sound he explored on ‘Mystic Shuffle’ (off 2020’s Balance/Ascend EP) into a six-song suite of neon-lit machine funk, mutant post-disco and uptempo future soul. Draped in synthesisers that sparkle and glitter like summer sunlight hitting the harbour waters, the programmed Roland TR-606 drums and keyboard bass on these club tracks absolutely snap, wobble and groove.

From the space-aged melodies and throwback electro bounce of ‘All My People’ (featuring the pioneering British electronic soul vocalist Steve Spacek) to the dialled-in dancefloor weaponry of the title track and ‘Potplant’, the A-side of Rise n Shine unfolds like Friday night at a 1980s roller disco. London-based label Dancing With Strangers is back, after a brief hiatus, with the third edition being served up by none other than head honcho Oliver Moon.

On his third solo outing as an artist, Moon delivers two solid tracks in the shape of ‘Downstream' and ‘Drifting’. Both of which exercise his signature raw take on production and showcase an ability to carry a consistent groove whilst weaving deep, dreamy sounds into classy percussive work.

Dancing With Strangers Co-founder Agile Kind returns on remix duties to tackle ‘Downstream’ and does so wonderfully. Following the lead baseline, he layers lush pads around crisp skippy drum programming and lands on pure euphoria.

Last but certainly not least, the inimitable Carl Finlow (2020 Vision) rounds off the EP with a stellar electro remix of ‘Drifting’. Leading with a thick, growling bass and fusing cinematic synth work with playful acid stabs, Finlow captures the essence of the original. The end result is a beautifully emotive track entwined with stunning melodic elements destined for the dancefloor.

Mike Shannon & Felipe Valenzuela team as Calcio Club to deliver a stellar package of minimal house grooves.

Anders Enge follows up last year’s ”Visceral Hump” EP and previous releases on BÖRFT rec. with ”Phantom Ladies”: A combination of tracks that are loose but lucid, spectral techno with a shadow of phantasm. From acid draped electronica to the b-side’s almost 17 minutes long dreamy and melancholic, yet manic house techno groover. Printed discosleeve, handstamped & numbered.

These tracks were taken from the album ‘Head’s Above Water’. Over the last one and half years, we have been on a journey to record this album. A journey that has enabled us to discover more about ourselves, our surroundings, our desires, and our fears. “The Blue Hour” is the second VA of Berlin-based THISBE Recordings, following “Black Ink” released in 2022. Curated by label owner Pyrame, The new compilation is an invitation to cruise through the blue hour, that unique time of the day from dusk to night.

During that special time lapse, as the sky goes through several shades of blue, so goes the record: Dominik Marz´s “Bura´s Hymn” brings us straight above the Earth´s surface with a track as atmospheric as it can get, before Radial Gaze & Balam´s collab tune “Foreclosed” sets the scene for a groovy dance above the clouds.

We have already lost sight of the ground when World Wild Web initiates an immersion into an enigmatic phase of the voyage with his track “Extase”, where we do not really know in which time-space we find ourselves any more. Agle hints at a possible spot: “Sahel”, a tune that feels like a breeze across the desert, before Philip Lawns shakes everyone up with the upbeat “Johns”, bringing our feet back just above the ground. Volta Cab wraps up our imaginary trip with “Krasnodar Nights”, bringing a treat for the soul and some peace of mind. The night can now settle down.

As Freerange hits another landmark release with their 300th EP we see label head Jimpster join forces with Philippa who together deliver 3 original tracks which epitomise the labels’ sound over the past (almost) three decades.

With recent releases appearing on Slothboogie and Razor n Tape, remixes for Roach Motel on Faith, and James Curd and Robert Owens on Pronto, not to mention her recent Panorama Bar debut, it’s safe to say Philippa is making waves. The Berlin-based New Zealander has a sound all her own with an organic, deep and musical style winning her many fans from Terry Farley and Aroop Roy to DJ Spen and Dave Lee.

Lead track All I Wanted sees the duo pooling their influences with both producers sonic touches shining through. Chunky drums and bassline are the bedrock for pulsing synths and MON’s vocal which is chopped up and looped bringing a rolling momentum to the track.

Dreaming features the wonderful vocals of Care and goes on a floaty vibe with chiming synths and crusty Rhodes keys layering up to produce a densely textured track. The mood is powerful yet subtle and refined and will work as nicely on a chilled house playlist as it will on a discerning dance floor at 4am.

Closing out the EP we have Say What which goes on a jazzed out, UKG inspired excursion. Shuffling beats, bouncing square wave bassline and big brash synth chords all combine to form a track which sounds both retro and contemporary.

Back to the beginning. For their tenth release, the Hanover-based label Malonian has signed none other than Andrei Ciubuc. He delievered also the first catalog-no, which was released in 2015.

The 4 tracks on the record are all dancefloor-oriented and deliver an avantgarde mix of house and minimal.

After a duo of floor-stomping releases, Rhythm by Nature is back for its third release with one of the most prolific producers in the game — Tommy Vicari Jnr. The Sheffield-based musician went from being an enigmatic figure to becoming a true example of musical discipline, boasting a seemingly endless musical output under several aliases. With "Francis Bacon Size Hangover EP," Vicari presents a diverse four-track EP that showcases his ability to traverse various soundscapes without ever losing grip on rhythm.

'Francis Bacon Size Hangover' (A1) opens the EP in pure Vicari style, plunging atmospheric dub-infused pads, delayed drums and competently edited vocal breaks on a cosmos of shifting sound signatures. The result is an infectious dance floor weapon drenched in mind-boggling groove with funky, light-hearted undertones. 'B Doll' (A2) goes a bit jazzier, delivering an analogue-driven, breakbeat-tinted track with intricate percussion and deep, resonant synth work. B1: "Newdays" finds Vicari immersing himself in the essence of house music, powerfully rooted in Chicago's disco and proto-house aesthetics: punchy drums and propulsive basslines keep the track in constant motion while atmospheric textures forge an irresistible soundscape of skillfully layered, ingeniously sampled sounds. Originally crafted in 2004, 'Vommer' (B2) closes the EP by showcasing Vicari's longstanding dedication to his craft — a slow-burning, minimalistic dub track that's as beautifully understated as it is gracefully spaced out.

After LMURWAX001 – the 'Half Past Century EP' – which featured a remix by tRicMast (Ricardo Villalobos & Tripmastaz), Santos returns with the second vinyl release on his label, Let Me Understand Records. The 'Second Wave EP' presents four tracks, each exploring different styles.

On Side A, the first track, 'Nziscira', delivers a fast-paced, minimalistic beat with floating chords and a poetic solo. 'Dumbeat' starts with a dark breakbeat, transitioning into a 4/4 kickdrum accompanied by a modulated pad and ethnic-inspired sounds, topped off with a subtle vocal that brings a funkier groove.

Side B opens with 'Venus Gala', a modern funk track rooted in 70s sounds, blending Moog, guitars, a Juno 60, and a Fender Rhodes jam. The EP wraps up with 'In Everywhere', an 80s-inspired electro-funk track featuring Korg VC-10 vocoder vocals.

Toronto's newest vinyl label, Afalinas, proudly presents its debut EP, crafted by the talented Olekhar. Known for his Ukrainian roots and extensive DJ experience, Olekhar delivers four dance-floor ready tracks. The Fin Groove EP kicks off with "API Call," hitting the perfect blend of tech funk with trancy sequences and flowing tension. Up next is the breaks track "Squat Funk," infused with vibrant electro funk and minimal elements. On the flip side, the dance-floor killer "Bowser's Castle" is sure to elicit maximum stank face with its funky lead, gated acid energy, and robotic vocoder synth, before closing with "WLB," a '90s-influenced breaks track that wraps the package up nicely. Coming through on the 17th release of the label is the multi-talented Charles Accarisi aka Chlär, one of the promising names currently surfacing in techno. A concept creator from the heart and on another level technically, both as a producer aswell as a DJ. Chlär delivers us a very strong yet diverse four-tracker selection made for the dancefloor, all killer no fillers. Highly essential!

From RSF's debut smash album "Metropol Nights", comes the first in a series of remix EPs from the long player. The "Metropol Nights" album is a tribute to the iconic Berlin club Metropol, and the italo, disco, and hi-nrg music with which it was synonymous; Mark Moore/S'Express, Ascii.Disko, and Punx Soundcheck pay homage with reworks of album opener "That Night In Brazil", featuring none other than Andy Bell (Erasure) and Boy George. A1. Anytime. The title track, "Anytime," is a masterful blend of influences from Source Direct and Total Science. It features filtered pads, dubbed-out effects, and intricately chopped-up Apache and amen breaks.
This track has received significant praise from Double O, who featured an early version in his Juno Daily mix. Jungle originator Bizzy B has also highly praised this track.

A2. Peaceful & Orderly. "Peaceful & Orderly" starts with a pulsing beep and filtered-down pad, as the filters rise, so does the track's energy, transforming it into a true dancefloor banger.
This track has received significant acclaim from the Bristol Jungle scene and has been played on radio shows by Amy Kisnobo (SWU/RinseFM), Leftarm (Eruption), and Aftershock (Afterdark Radio).

B1. Personal Riddem. Kicking off the B side, "Personal Riddem" is a dark roller featuring a warped, time-stretched melody.
This track has been played by Double O on his Rinse FM show and was featured in Bizzy B's YouTube show "Dubplate Wars," where it won the popular vote against nine other contenders.

B2. For The Listeners. "For The Listeners" is a chilled track that begins with a 2-step flow break and sampled Rhodes. In the second half, it transitions into more jungle territory with a syncopated and pitched break, offering a unique blend of styles that cater to both casual listeners and jungle enthusiasts.

Part of the hugely successful Move-E series which spans many of the Kniteforce Related labels, this one is dark and tough, as you would expect from an EP that samples The Evil Dead, but all the tracks on the EP show off Paul Bradleys skill and mercurial style....

Cosmic Twist EP is a Repress from 1993 written and produced by Iain Clifton. These tunes never made it past the white label promo, since the original distributor from back in the day went bust, along with the stock. Great to be able to bring this back to life for this follow up EP to BSBR002 "Respect to all that skated at Bowes Lyon skatepark, Stevenage and raved at Liberty 1992".

2025 Repress

Roots Underground kicks off 2024 with a bang, presenting the EP of one of the most fascinating living legends of Detroit techno: John Beltran. Although he has never stopped producing music (luckily for us!), this EP represents a more than welcome return of John Beltran to those more classic techno sounds that have made him one of the most iconic producers of this musical genre in the world.

From Karma Recordings comes their ninth EP. Another huge producer in Dead Dred brings his famous basslines and overhauls the track Tina by DJ Ande. Adding awesome brekbeats and you have a sure fire jungle anthem on your hands Oldskool style.

The second track on the A side is the creepy original Tina which builds to a scary crescendo. We are very proud to be introducing the first vinyl release from Dubious, an absolute jungle master and his track Iron Lung fits on this EP with ease.

Then last but not least we have an absolutely blinding Tina remix from the hardware extraordinaire 12Bit Jungle Out There who hails from down under. An absolutely brilliant 4 tracker not to be missed. Karma Recordings are going from strength to strength.

Berlin-based Small Great Things boss Luca Olivotto inaugurates his new sub-label At A Glance imprint this August with his own ‘Over & Out’ EP, comprising four original cuts.

Born and raised in Italy before relocating to Berlin in 2015, Luca Olivotto has since become a staple of the underground House scene in recent years through the establishment of his Small Great Things imprint and accompanying events series Small Great House. Now Luca marks another new chapter in his career with the launch of his new sub label of Small Great Things, At A Glance, kicking off with a project from the man himself.

Title-track ‘Over & Out’ leads with Olivotto offering up a classic slice of House via a Hammond organ bass groove, choppy chords and cinematic strings, underpinned by crisp raw drums and soulful vocal lines.

‘Brace D’ then shifts gears towards a Disco House tinged aesthetic with guitar licks, bell chimes and tension building strings ebbing and flowing amongst fluttering bass notes, airy chords and swinging percussion.

Up next on the B-side is ‘I’m Gonna Stay’, a groove-drive House track fuelled by an amalgamation of intertwined chords and vocals which steadily build towards a jazzy, atmospheric breakdown before the bouncy groove kicks back in to carry out the rest of the composition.

‘World Wide’ then concludes the release on a deeper tip with hazy keys and pad swells floating atop organic percussion, organ tones and a bouncy bass line.
