ONLY VINYL !! Ljudverket is an audio imprint from Finland. The platform was started as a channel to release sound inspired by and connected to the contemporary art scene. We are not following any specific path nor do we have any boundaries set, yet we aim to release our own vision of sound as contemporary art. Driven by lifetimes dedicated to exploring sound, our releases can meet the public in clubs, galleries and living rooms.

Amor Fati, born in Hamburg is linked to the club life since the beginning of the 90s. No matter if it's in the Tresor, the E-Werk or the Omen, Detroit, Techno Chicago House and the Frankfurt Sound inspired him as well as the freedom linked with it.
Since that time Amor Fati produces under the name 'Buttha' and released several of his songs under a different name at Contentismissing Rec.
In the last years he spent a lot of time on Ibiza and let himself be inspired by the nature and the spirit of the island.
2012 Amor Fati starts the labels BlackisBlack Rec. and Träumer&Tänzer Rec. to be able to release his songs independently and offer a platform to young artists.

Mo's Ferry presents - House Unlimited' by Mossa, a familiar face on the label since the early years. The vinyl is properly packed with four tracks. Besides the title track and a remix by Mike Shannon there's - Tom Bottom' and - Pay Gun' - two pieces of Frickelsound par excellence. The second one is a wax bonus track... no digital, vinyl only! But the digital release provides a bonus as well with another edit of - House Unlimited'.

Austere welcomes LAAK for the fifth Austere release. Expect the usual heads down, subterranean business!
Side A contains probably the most dance floor friendly track that LAAK have produced, Always True, with a solid bass line and 303 subtleties to get going. The second mix of it adds some classic chords to great effect. Flipside is for the underground heads, with a lush brooding track called Mixed Messages and a slo-mo burner Amor Meus closing the ep.

The irresistible force of Belgian based Michael Forzza as a dj/producer has to be his originality with his sound floating between minimal and techno. After a few releases on his own imprint 'Perimeter Records', exposing a darker mindset, he also showcased raw emotions and exuded feelings of love with his 'Kahana' release on 'Ghoststyle' which became a dancefloor bomb and was also voted as one of the best selling records in 2005. Afterwards he released his classic 'Abstractor' series which presented atmospheric and abstract techno, proving his versatility as an artist as he breaks new sound frontiers.
'Karma EP' features two deep tracks with a minimal twist embodying music as a spiritual exercise.

Through their label Cocktail d'Amore, Discodromo and Boris offer you thefirst 12" from Studio Luce. Studio Luce is Berlin's newest musical collaboration bringing Franz Scala and Dimitri SoEmotional together to explore the sensitive pulse of dance music. Their roots are synth funk, 80's modern soul, new wave, electroand old school disco. The original track is called "Defender X" and can be described as a funktrack with a contemporary digital touch. Surrounding it, Toby Tobias andTuff City Kids (Gerd Janson and Lauer) provide their interpretations. While Toby develops his version in a 2-part remix made of dubby chord stabs, a deep rolling bassline and an excellent meticulous production,Tuff City Kids opt for a warm bassline, very tight drum programming, shimmering trancey synth and a catchy house-chords progression right tothe last breakdown. The latter also emphasize the rhythmic section for anadditional track called "drum remix" which pays tribute to Idjut Boysproductions including a lot of reverbs and reverse tape delays.

12 Aleph05LTD Release : 09.11.2012 Special Remarks: Hand-stamped special edition limited to 285 pcs After hiding in the shadows for more than one year, Aera is finally back in business with the 'Silver & Black EP' on his own Aleph Music imprint. However, he was definitely not lazy in between. After releasing an EP on Circus Company alongside Marc Schneider, remixing Luomo aka Vladislav Delay, having his first singles remixed by Mano Le Tough, Area aka M50 and Wasted Gaze and finishing his first album which will see the light of day early 2013, it is about time for a new record. Mutating at the unusual speed of 149 BPM, 'Chevere' is an ever changing, sizzling beast of a track with snakelike twist and turns, thunderous drums and acid-drenched leads. 'Flipside Of Time' just builds and builds and builds. Take some classic Juno-strings, trademark Aera arpeggios, add some noise, a nasty kick-drum and some more noise, this is it. A twisted
anthem for the brave. After this kind of heavy onslaught, 'Die Pferden' takes the time to kick back a little and deliver something more conventional - at least in Aera's terms: built upon a chopped up, slightly skipping vinyl sample, an evolving, reverb bathed bass-line and some chunky drums. We present our first V/A on Tsuba Limited with an EP that crosses different shades of underground house with a deep vocal cut from Underground Quality's BLM, classic house from Moodtrap and a distinctive Parisian vibe from Moonrunners.

Priku delivers the 9th piece of All Inn Black series. Two perfectly composed long tracker come front us. "Morning Haze" sounds like a real classic; a compound of infinitely running repetitive rhytmhs and charmful deepness of the light chords. On the flip side a smooth beauty smiles to us in the picture of "Spiritu Haret". Excellent materials.

Pluie/Noir has been pushing the boundaries between the worlds of music and graphic art. Slowly gaining reputation with their already respectable podcast series of music and triptych artwork interpretations, their debut as a vinyl-only imprint comes nothing short of daze. Signed by no other than Romanian tour-de-force Petre Inspirescu, this EP delivers two quite distinct yet wonderfully immersive moments of pure bliss and incredible production forte. Un Livret de Duminica strikes somehow familiar to his musical adventures as TT Ensemble out on his own Yojik-Concon, and re-imagines it in a different yet dreamy setting where classic music once again bends with the finest micro-house grooves. Synth Society draws the listener away from the skyline and lands him inside a giant modular system. Here the hooks are on the addicting bassline and the unsettling sense of room space on all frequencies of modular sounds he used, proving that Petre is without a doubt one of the most intelligent and provocative music writters/producers around. Artwork was drawn by talented fine-arts student and music producer Traian Chereches (TC Studio), member of the P/N Artist Collective.Definitely a great start for the imprint, and a mere glimpse of what's coming next.

On the A we have Martin Hayes with "When The Underdog Is Hungry". This dog fires up the 808 and kicks back into chill mode. 80'ies synths fly around the place with sun filled melodies and juicy grooves with a sprinkle of a voice sample on top of it. Finally a stabby bassy hook is thrown in to push for the celing.

M.ono is in anthem mode this time. His "Beggalicious Anthem No.2" is deep and driven like man on a friday-night-ladies-prowl. Happy, funky and beggalicious with a hint of soul and glammy disco.

Luvless closes the EP with "My Heart". Wistful like a may day filled with a longing for your loved one. A piano driven hook and chicago like drum work with a bubbly bass to boot sets this summerly crescendo into swing.

Having released two of this tracks on early Transmat compilation CD's, the other six unreleased tracks are carefully mined from Louis' archive of 15 to 20 years old. Mastered By Helmut Erler at Dubplates. Limited to 377 Copies.
Louis Haiman's music is a balance of gentle synth arrangements swimming atop a sea of low-end frequencies. Ambient soundscapes drift among layer after layer of meandering melodies while deep, syncopated rhythms and bass keep listeners grounded.
