Superfriends is the new label of Andhim; a label that captures the pair's charm and ebullience, not only from their past releases but also serves as a stylistic trajectory to date; one that has moved from gentle eclecticism through infinite fun into a refined and contagiously unique electronic sound.

The first release Tosch EP is pristine in production and devoid of existing label noise, where powerfully subtle melodies can sit side by side with immersive dance floor heavy electronic music.

After their debut release by Ion Ludwig, Kontrast is teaming up with Hardworksoftdrink boys Cedric Dekowski and Felix Reifenberg. They deliver an outstanding three tracker in their quirky signature style.

There must be something in the air just now over in Italy with a steady stream of brilliant disco and house releases emanating from the country. Of all artists doing the business recently DJ Rocca has definitely stood out as being behind more than his fair share of incredible music.

Rocca is a veteran of the scene producing since the 1990’s. Recently he has had stand out tracks working with some of the key artists of the scene including Dimitri From Paris and Daniele Baldelli. There have also been a huge number of solo projects and remixes for everyone from Blaze to Andrew Weatherall to Soul Clap. It’s a varied and expansive list which shows the depth of his production skills.

His latest release a three track EP ‘Journey to Kizimkazi’ comes courtesy of one of the stand-out labels of 2019 in Samosa Records. This one is heavy on the Afro Disco feels with Combo Rox, Ju Ju Jackie and Kuma Rox all coming from slightly different angles of the genre.

Lead track ‘Combo Rox’ is peak-time hands-in-the-air disco goodness. Huge brass hooks cruise next to a bounce of a bassline, ever so funky guitars, smooth keys and a monster vocal hook. This is a track with everything in needs to cause a serious dancefloor commotion.

On the flip ‘Ju Ju Jackie’ combines a much heavier percussive drum line with multiple percussive motifs, it’s a track which will take no prisoners. Yet more off the wall vocal hooks merge perfectly with the carnival atmosphere of the percussion and some crazy brass licks. A unique and exciting track.

Last up is Kuma Rox a deeper hypnotic groove of a track, warm tribal vocals, smooth keys, a sparse but hooky bassline and brilliant percussion give this one a real timeless class.

Another top of the class release from Samosa.

The most pivotal moment yet in the journey of one of dance music's most in-demand duos, Shogun Audio are proud to present 'Overgrown', the highly-anticipated fourth studio album from Pola & Bryson.
Having always strived to encapsulate the experience of euphoria they felt in their early raving days, ‘Overgrown’ is Pola & Bryson’s way of paying homage to music that’s shaped their lives. Across all fifteen tracks, the UK-based duo showcase their stunning approach to electronic music production like never before. Innovative, unique, and just as addictive on the hundredth listen as the first, the UK-based duo continue to cement their position as some of the best in the business.
Featuring one of drum and bass' most notable recent singles, the scene-shattering 'Phoneline w/ Emily Makis', an incredible slice of euphoric drum and bass in the form of 'The One I Need w/ Kelli-Leigh', the massive crossover hit 'Want It w/ IYAMAH', and the sound-system destroying sounds of ‘This Chance w/ Break & Cimone’, the singles released before the full album drop have already accumulated over 75M streams, mass DSP editorial support, consistent UK specialist and playlist radio support, and 100s of millions of views online.
Fresh cuts, including ‘Listen w/ goddard.’, ‘How It Was w/ Monroe & Charli Brix’, ‘Falling 4 U w/ MPH’, as well as superb solo offerings like ‘Insomnia’, ‘Temple Stomp’, and ‘Aurora’, all flawlessly gel together under the umbrella of big synths and pure euphoria to create what is sure to be one of the most talked about and repeatedly listened to moments in electronic dance music this year.
“This album is the evolution of us branching off to a more euphoric and club-orientated sound, which heavily influenced the album title. ‘Overgrown’ as a title also represents the relationship between the digital and organic sounds in our music, which in turn, also represents the contrasting factors of nature and urban environments that we both grew up in, both of which have influenced our sound massively.” - Pola & Bryson
A coming-of-age moment for some of the most talented artists the scene has to offer, the act that Sub Focus once claimed was "leading the new wave of liquid drum and bass" has now taken centre stage.

The Godfather of Montreal Disco, Robert Ouimet, put his magic touch on three tracks for Basic Fingers

NEW CUT NEW MASTERING AND NEW DESIGN!

Gwenan takes us on an unusual excursion on her new EP, marking the sixth release on Snaretrade Records. Through four windows, we peek into scenes from an unknown script, cleverly disguised as club fare. The A-side starts out bustling and hasty, then takes us out for a melancholy moment in the sun. The B-side has us pause at home in a little skit brewed on a modular rig, before sliding off into the depth of night, where brooding thoughts come out to show their teeth. A remarkable and playful journey, in which Gwenan pays homage to her favourite author, with nods to her youth growing up in Wales.

DJ Serviced Records is made by DJs, for DJs, and curated with love by DJ Service.

Four tracks, four situations, no tools - just timeless sound.

This first release, "At Your Service EP," contains tunes made by Brian Topham aka Papolious Jones, Driahn and Jason, Ease Up George, and Wisdom Water. Artwork by Sydacidd

The Anglo-Dutch connection stays strong as SlapFunk welcomes Yorkshire’s own Mella Dee to the family! After tearing up the dance floor at our parties, it was only right to bring him deeper into the tribe—and he’s delivered a debut EP that’s sure to stay in playlists and record bags for some time.

Built to shake dark sweaty basements as well as ignite those big warehouse raves, this record is pure dance floor weaponry. Blending raw underground energy with fresh sounds that push the SlapFunk style forward. Mella Dee flexes his sonic spectrum, serving up four heavy jams. Choose from a Warp-era inspired banger, paying homage to his Yorkshire roots and early influences. A deep, techy roller packed with a heavyweight Reese bassline.
A driving, techno-infused thumper built for peak-time mayhem & chunky box workout with a fat square bass line… all designed to get the party popping and the dancers throwing some serious shapes.

Silat Beksi - Recognition EP Feat Fedo Remix DBKAB002

Mastered at Cold Water Studios

Here, gleaming tensile techno forms clean, straight lines while scratchy acoustic guitars scuff up edges to produce

ghostly audio. Poetry is snatched from the overhead, removed from the overheard; words borrowed from the ether are

spun into dizzying new shapes, sometimes reappearing in new settings, twisted back to front, side to side. Each track a

very different room - some soundtracked by little more than metronomic kick drum and robotic voice, others deep in

layer upon layer of melody and euphoric noise - and each room unmistakably, uniquely Underworld. The only advice

from Underworld’s Rick Smith and Karl Hyde upon entering: “Please don’t shuffle.”

Strawberry Hotel features the singles ‘and the colour red’ and ‘denver luna’, as well as new release ‘Black Poppies’ - a

celestial love song, a hymn to the universe and to boundless, positive change. Ambient and beatless, Black Poppies is

a celebration of full dancefloors and the beauty of life itself.

Underworld are Rick Smith and Karl Hyde. Their peerless first album - dubnobasswithmyheadman - was released to universal acclaim in 1994. In the thirty years since that mould breaking debut, the band have established their reputation as one of the most groundbreaking and important electronic acts of all time, one that constantly pushes creative boundaries, twists genres, and refuses to stay still. In those thirty years, their music has soundtracked approximately 100,000,000 nights out, and the mornings after. In the past year alone, Underworld have played live in front of over half a million people across the globe.

This spring 2024, Umwelt is launching a new serie called
"Raverbreakerz" on his label Rave Or Die. This is an absolute massive compilation with four stunning pieces of techno, breakbeat, doomy hard stuff by Blame The Mono, jadzia, Ghost In The Machine and Umwelt. This unique combination of different styles of specialists of genre will turn this release into the perfect fair weapon in your bag for powerful dj sets. Don't believe the hype just believe the ravebreakerz !

Activo Records is active again - and this time it unites tasteful House rhythms made by under-the-radar producers from all over Europe on just one damn disc. With „Les Yeux“ frenchman Aurélien contributes a Proggy vocal trip that is just right for hypnotizing dancers. „Juanas Addiction“ comes heavy from Barcelona’s MostWanted and it soothes your cravings for electrified Rock’n’Roll. Flip it over and you’ll hear Philipp’s „Lockdown Light“, a proper sun drenched Frankfurt-style houser made by Boss. On the B2 Car Crushers are casually closing it down with their eclectic Eurohouse anthem „Fine“ featuring fragments of Tabi’s enchanting voice.

Played by Ricardo Villalobos, Raresh

For their second EP Linale Records have dug out two tracks from the Australian production team of Andy Rantzen, Paul McDermott and Anthony Maher. Previously only released on separate CDs in 1997, these tracks have been newly remastered and are available for the first time together on vinyl, presented alongside a brand new rework of Digital Rubber by fellow Aussie Rudolf C.

Dompe presents French Collection 2: A journey through funky house, disco house and French house

After the successful first part of his French Collection, Dompe sets new standards with the sequel and brings a breath of fresh air to the house scene. French Collection 2 skillfully combines the pulsating rhythms of funky house, the nostalgic vibes of disco house and the iconic melodies of French house - all with Dompe's unique style.

This album is a musical homage to the golden years of 90's house, combined with modern, funky grooves that will conquer any dancefloor. Dompe proves once again that he is a master of the genre, making the perfect connections between driving basslines, smooth funk guitars and catchy vocals. Every track on French Collection 2 is designed to evoke nostalgic memories as well as inspire today's dance-loving generation.

Dompe manages to preserve the spirit of the classic 90's house scene while adding a modern twist. French Collection 2 is a must for all fans of the genre - and for anyone who simply wants to experience the funk and energy of a great house album.

Len Faki returns to his own label Figure for a first release after the arrival of his giant FUSION LP.
Opener Zig Zag stays emblematic for Faki’s signature style, a lean and effective slice of modern day techno: muscular and well-balanced, this driving tool keeps it simple but dynamic and the energy always moving. Loop 10 is a collaboration track from long-time label mates Len Faki, Jeroen Search and UBX127. Combining the best of three worlds their distinct loopy elements are talking back and forth, gluing the track together - can you figure out who is who?
Another strong collab, Morgana is a piece of mesmerizing dub techno, created together with the new Figure addition Jancen (check out his recent EP Inner Labyrinth!). Spacious yet powerful, this one builds patiently before it comes crashing down with elegant force. Finishing off x48, Faki adds a version of his own opener, detuning the unnerving synths, fragmenting percussion and adding some atmospheric vocals.

Theory Of Swing Records and Club U Nite Records are two 90s house devoted Record Label on the market nowadays. When they decide to combine their music taste and collect a bunch of tracks together this is the result.

Collective Grooves Vol. 1 is a V.A. must have split EP .

B side sees a collaboration between Theory Of Swing main man St. David and his mate from “No Hype DJ’s” project Wildbox.

This side will take you in the beautiful journey of 90s underground Cutting records / Easy Streets nostalgic sound.

Minimal Man is the legendary studio partnership between Eon (aka Ian Loveday) and Baby Ford. They cooked up some of minimal's most essential tunes some 20-odd years ago and they have become expensive and highly sought after since. This EP is one of them and it features three killer cuts that will move a dancefloor as much today as ever. 'Make A Move' has a pent-up energy and forward drive that sweeps you up and keeps you locked amongst soft hi-hats and vamping chords. Part 2 is a little darker and more mysterious, with the drum loops a little edgier and the mood that bit more mischievous. 'Stay On' closes down with bubbling drum funk and swirling abstract synth world from deep inside some distant nebula in the sky.

Toy Tonics comes with the first EP by Paul Older. Italian hero of vinyl diggers and maestro of rare edits. Paul is known for doing some of the sickest versions of rare jazz funk and Italian disco around. Played by every important DJ of the scene. Finally now he did his forst „legal“ record. 4 mad tracks based on recording of real musicians and bands from the Sonoton catalogue that he reworked legally and created smashing tracks for the dancefloors. This is amazing organic dance music. Live bass, drums, guitars and keyboards... played in a Afro-American vibe turned into modern house and indie dance that will put every dancefloor on fire.

Ultra limited Edition

For the second release , Komplices ask at the Italian artist name’s Deyayu to put all his univers on a full ep. For begining « Complicated Sound » is one track that takes you to 90’s acid house with sounds and psychedelic vocal loops. For the second one « I was, I am » reveals the deeply part of EP influenced by the sounds of 00’s.

On the other side « Planet Synth » , this track has a lightness character with a relentless energy. And for complete the Ep « Dexter’s Laboratory », brings you in a cosmic trip with sparkling sounds.

Italian sound artist Marco Shuttle debuts on Astral Industries with AI-39. Alluring and evocative, ‘Sonidos y Modulaciones de la Selva’ is a journey deep into the Amazon rainforest, seeking to capture its power and vastness, but also a rumination on the problem of its impending destruction.

In this album Shuttle sees the continuation and further ripening of an ongoing creative process, utilising both audio and visual documentations as source material. On this occasion most of the field recordings were taken in the Tupana Arü Ü nature reserve in the Amazonas region of Columbia, between Leticia and Puerto Nariño.

For the compositional process Shuttle employs a distinctly minimalist approach, achieving highly rich and articulate soundscapes with relatively little. Painting with an almost impressionistic stroke, the depth of imagery is underpinned by a strong experimental leaning and a sophisticated musical language.

Within its wild freeform, the seamless interplay between nature and the machines sees them merge into a mysterious dance - a liquifying sequence of scenes that shimmer with flora, fauna and the unmistakable aliveness of the jungle. A procession of sputtering and cavernous pulsations, sprawling biologies and hidden mysteries, the jungle as an entity, a spirit, begins to emerge. With all its peculiarities and strangeness, it reveals a world of seeming chaos, yet underneath it all a thread of something innately conscious.

Although it could be considered a form of sound diary, the scope spans much further than a standalone creative work. Within its intoxicating montage of shifting forms, ‘Sonidos y Modulaciones de la Selva’ stands as a sonic ethnography, and a contemplation on time, space, and our evolving relationship with nature.

Ongoing large-scale logging, agriculture and infrastructure projects are leading to significant deforestation in the Amazon, and continues to threaten biodiversity, the global environment and the livelihoods of indigenous communities. Part of the proceedings from this release will be donated to Amazon Watch (amazonwatch.org), a nonprofit organisation that works to protect the rainforest and advance the rights of indigenous peoples in the Amazon Basin.

“Special thanks goes to Marco Cruz from Amazon Jungle Trips and to Aberlardo and Manuel (who is also the narrator of the story at the end of Part 2), the indigenous guides who took me deep into the forest and made me experience its overwhelmingly powerful beauty. This record is dedicated to Colombia and all the fantastic people I met in this wonderful country” - Marco Shuttle

Mike Parker lands his third chapter in The Devil's Curators series on Spazio Disponibile. Impressively warping time and tempo's with five iconic cuts of his deep mind trips.

From down tempo acid riffs to shuffling dnb, hysteric drones and his trademark metal kick drums, it's another package showing true style isn't bound to one genre.

After his first appearance on the „Plankton“ Compilation (BK014 July 2020) frankfurt based Dan Bay signed his first solo EP on Bunte Kuh. The „Fieser Niesel“ EP will be released on Vinyl and as a digital edition including 2 bonus tracks. Dan is also performing as a DJ or liveact with E-drum - he already released on Laut & Luise, Wayu Records, Leveldva, Finebeatz and Heimlich Musik. The EP also introduces the iconic female DJane Krystyna - the former Robert Johnson resident is giving her debut as a producer.
The first track „Reise ins Universum“ is a dreamy journey thru his universe of minimalistic music - endless, relaxing and trippy. The title track „Fieser Niesel“ is way more rolling with dark basslines and short bleeps - an overall great dancefloor workout. Next is AVEM´s Remix of „Reise ins Universum“ - Boris (who already released on Underyourskin, LOKD and Heimlich) added his unique signature - a fabolous 9 minute adventure full of melodies & deep grooves.
Benjamin Fehr - a berlin based active producer since 15+ years - treated „Fieser Niesel“ and maybe this track is the surprise of the EP - a glitchy & bleepy adventure that follows the roots of good old Robag Wruhme Tracks. „Jimi Nagel“ is the first out of 2 digital only tunes - something for the early after hours while „123“ is more suitable for the real club hours.

Two new SUPRAWAX releases by Eduardo De La Calle.

The four tracks on offer here bear testimony to De La Calle's search for the perfect loop. They are hypnotic grooves, almost entirely devoid of arrangement in a classical sense. But the tracks are not static. They suck you in by means of constant modulations, build free flowing structures of their own, hints of peaks emerging at the mercy of the low frequency oscillators' cleverly set phase relationships. These tracks do not need the in-your-face kick drums and squashed dynamics of the Brickwall Generation. By leaving space, they work on a different level than solely sound pressure emanated. The simple, repetitive structure coupled with the unhasty development find their way into the dancer's brain. Moving your mind—your ass to follow suit.

No represses are planned at present.

RPX 16035 returns with a various, on the A side two tracks by Giuseppe Angeloro with 80s influences. Drum dynamics and abstract sounds composed with the classic keyboards and sounds of those times to complete the 2 grooves.

On the B side, three tracks by Gianluca Pellerano, dark influences and style that recall 80s new wave with the influences of more conceptual techno.

RPX 16035 wanted to collect a retro sound but projected into the future.
