*Med School are very proud to present the highly-anticipated debut album from remarkable new talent Etherwood. Having captured the imagination of the scene at large with his awe-inspiring, anthemic productions and moving melodies, Etherwood is proving to be the hottest thing in drum & bass right now. Here he delves further into his signature sound, sculpting a beautiful album full of deep liquid flavours, delicate percussion and indelible vocals.
*As a talented musician and guitarist for Jakwob's live show, the album has musicality and songwriting at its very core and features Etherwood's own ethereal vocals on a number of tracks including "Begin By Letting Go", "Hold Your Breath" and "The Time Is Here At Last". Etherwood also enrols the services of aspiring talents Laurelle Robichaud, Georgia Yates, Bev Lee Harling, Rocky Nti and Hybrid Minds, as well as a deadly co-production with Hospital Records' stalwart Nu:Tone.
*Prior to 2012, Etherwood was a name known only to a dedicated underground following, so dedicated in fact that many offered payment for a handful of tracks made available for free download. Within one short year he has become the name on everyone's lips. His first official release was "Give It Up" which appeared on Hospital Records' "Sick Music 3" compilation and this was followed in 2013 by sing-along anthem "Spoken" and the delicate and melancholic "Unfolding" on Med School's "New Blood 013" compilation. With remixes for Lana Del Rey, Jess Mills and Jakwob already under his belt, Etherwood's debut album has garnered much speculation across the musical landscape and he is already widely-touted as a future star.

* The amazing L 33 returns for Addictive Behaviour, with his latest release, Melt/Let Loose. His signature sweeping, rushing sound is here in full and total effect, and he once again fits in perfectly with the label, always forward thinking, always cutting edge. His experiences with Addictive Behaviour and other labels, including Program, Eatbrain and Rise Audio means that he's now upped his game, and is fast rising through the underground.
* Addictive Behaviour have always been about bringing through fresh new music, no matter who it's from, and have been the launching pad for many an amazing tune. Melt and Let Loose are no different, with both cuts ready to cement both
label and artist in people's minds.
* Melt is a slowly building masterpiece, where electronic themes are established early. An interesting spoken sample bleeds into the main section, were haunting flutes are inserted over the top of some rich pads and ticking drum effects. The bassline is not forgotten, and once an energetic break comes along, the low end rises up in the mix, making the total package something totally unique and absurdly addictive. L 33 really can do it all, producing a track the like of which
you've definitely not heard yet.
* Let Loose also glides into view, but soon takes a different path, with stronger kicks and a more straightforward approach. The engineering is the equal of Melt, with finely tooled drums and more humming, marauding bass pressure. A
vocal snatch reveals itself, before L 33 pours things back in, making for a rough, rising tune which is going to be an absolute killer in the clubs. You'll not be able to resist moving and grooving to this one, so get ready for Let Loose.
* L 33 and Addictive Behaviour team up to absolutely smash it with Melt/Let Loose. This may only be their fifth release, but they are as vital and important a label as you'll come across this year.
* Limited edition vinyl
* Supported by a full press and radio campaign. Updates in PR sheet.

The fourth release in this new chapter is bought to us by Stray & Frederic Robinson Darlings of tastemakers across the spectrum, from Gilles Peterson to London Elektricity, Stray & Frederic Robinson specialise in complex, atmospheric tracks whose subtlety and musicality defies the brash conventions of contemporary dance music.
Having already featured separately on leading labels Critical Records, Hospital Records, Med School, Brownswood, Exit, Invisible and many more we're honoured to host the first collaboration between these two incredibly dynamic young producers.

Our first offering from Survival and Silent Witness sets off the tone of what to expect from the full 'In from the Wild' package itself and album which seems to morph and twist from all out dance floor brutality to musical genius and back like these 2 artists seem to do so often and so effortlessly. 'The Feeding' is a powerful space age drum-shuffled crowd killer whilst 'Lights' presents a more musical journey from start to finish, in our eyes it's a very complete 12 pick from a very well pieced album. Trust us; this talented duo are taking no prisoners in 2013.Support for the album so far from: Friction (on BBC Radio 1), Laurent Garnier (on his PBB worldwide radio show), London Elektricity (on his Hospital Records Xmas podcast). Select tracks have also received wide support and praise from the likes of Calyx & Teebee, Break, Ant TC1, Nymfo (as featured on his Fabric mix), Xtrah, Youngsta, Octane, DLR, Skeptical, Artificial Intelligence, DBR UK, Basher, Mindscape, Lynx, Cern, Hybris, Ruckspin, June Miller and Gerra & Stone.

Technicolour & Komatic are one of the most exciting production duo's out there at the moment. 2012 is promising to be a big year for them as they have a whole bunch of releases forthcoming on various labels.

It has taken a few years to get to the point where we have this debut release fully polished and ready, but as you will hear the wait has been worth it. These 2 producers have quickly formed a very distinctive style that has been drawing fans in their droves. As well as many general fans of Drum and Bass music, their eager fanbase boasts name DJ's and established producers before they have ever had a fully available product to purchase. 'Introducing Tokyo Prose' brings stylish swagger and musical substance to a scene overflowing with identical bare boned rollers. The Japanese producer Daisuke Tanabe is back on Ki for a full 15-track LP that will be released on a double 10' Vinyl. Tanabe was initially one of the first to contribute his music to the German imprint with the second release in the labels catalogue back in 2009. Some time has passed since then and the former Red Bull Music Academy participant has evolved even more and cemented his unique sound scape to a recognizable trademark. With his debut album - Before I forget', a few EP's, many Remixes and an album in collaboration with Kidkanevil as Kidsuke, he's now back for more on Ki. 15 tracks full of surprising twists and turns and genre defying sounds and rhythmic patterns. It was always hard to put Tanabe's production into one genre and it's not easier now. If you want to, you will definitely be able to put his music somewhere but you better listen closely and get lost in his incredibly deep and intelligent arrangements. It's an album that tells the listener a story. Which story that is It's solely up to the you.

* The 6th release for the emerging Addictive Behaviour label comes in the form of relative scene newcomers Handra - an exciting new duo hailing from Poland - who's dark, yet at points liquid tinged, minimal take on DnB hints that we will be hearing a lot of from these two in the future.

* The two cuts on offer, set for release on September 15th, combine a nice ear for melody and harmonic progression alongside top notch sound design and banging, uncomplicated, rolling dancefloor beats. Elements of found sound, lively up the compositions adding a unique twist to their tightly coiled, minimal old school referencing productions, with disembodied pitched vocal samples offering up almost Burial-esq moments of emotional nostalgia.

* Coat of Dust kicks things off in a sombre, reflective mood, with sun soaked piano riffs combining with a ping pong vocal sample, rhythmic foley and sound effects creating a moving backdrop for the tune to reside in. Warm, undulating slabs of classic 80s reese bass finally unite with a crisp, rolling drum track, peppered with unique sounding one-shots, clinical drum fills and techy bass fluctuations creating a nice juxtaposition of liquid and dark, minimal styles

*Stay Away starts life in a vat of natural ambience; the sound of passing cars and distant laughter are evident as the rat-a-tat-tat of jazzy rim-shots usher in the dancefloor ready 2-step beat whilst dubwise stabs ping away in the background. The tune drops into a looping, industrial smeared techy roller with modern bassline science cosying up to warm, affecting sub work and futuristic, alien sound effects, one-shots and classic sounding vocal samples. The minimal, loopy nature of the main sections are addictive and when combined with the tunes natural, found sound ambience and organic sound effects create a highly charged, humbly original darkstep number for the freshman class of 2014.

* With heaps of experience to draw on, and a forward thinking label backing them, we can only imagine that big things are afoot for Handra.

* Limited edition vinyl

* Supported by a full press and radio campaign. Updates in PR sheet.

* Random Movement harks back to V's rich, Latin foundations with the nostalgic sounds of Ahead Of It All. Teaming up
with JayBee and vocalist for Adrienne Richards for the Samba inspired A side, Random Movement goes it alone for the
equally smooth flip, When The Daylight Comes.
* No stranger to the Drum and Bass scene, Random Movement has been producing quality hits for the last decade. Hail-
ing from Columbus, Ohio, Random Movement aka Mike Richards has become a synonym for deep, soulful and sophistic-
ated Drum and Bass. Regularly playing worldwide to an ever-growing fan base, Random Movement's quality productions
have graced the likes of Marky's Innerground, Horizons, Liquid V, CIA and Spearhead - solidifying his reputation for the
smoothest tunes.
* Following up gems such as Little Treasures on Liquid V, Random Movement blesses V Recordings with two further
tracks of rich Drum and Bass. Teaming up with JayBee, fresh from his huge EP on Chronic as well as vocalist Adrienne
Richards, Ahead of it All combines Latin flair with rich, natural vocals and Random Movement's instantly recognisable
groove. On the flip, uplifting vocal samples full of soul are fused with a morphing, flexing bassline for a track that nails
melody with an added sprinkling of filth.

µ-Ziq's new EP is a thing of joy and hazy childhood memories. The music of the future as it felt in the early eighties, filtered through the rhythmic shapes of more modern dance music innovations. From the twinkling breakbeat 'artcore' of opener 'Taxi Sadness' to the early '80s kids children theme via dubstep of 'Rimmy'. 'PRG' is beatless, full of gentle whispy coiling melodies through a distorted lens. 'Blem' mixes trappy snares and twilight atmosphere with big melodic brushstrokes that remind one of John Foxx. 'Smeester's gentle metallic melodies give way to a menacing hip hop style bass and drums, and chords that drift and decay.Closer 'Tambor' rolls slowly on metallic percussion, a sad melodic figure that repeats into despair, finishing the

The late 2010 album 'Soulbooster' from Command Strange is now split in two parts for the collectors.

The A side is of course the title track 'Soul Booster' this dance floor track will boost anybody's spirits the moment its dropped.. Command Strange sets the tone perfectly for his debut album with this heavy roller.

Turn it over for 'Rainbow In Your Hand' which is a sexy roller that's just to cool for school.. the deep bass line.. the halftime breakdown.. it all fits seamlessly like you heard this guy produce for ages.. Yet still keeping it fresh.. Lush..

back in stock! Once again Horizons serve up a diverse and truly global flavour with this incredible double A side release with Dabs linking up with Horizons artists Amoss and June Miller. With both tunes having been throughly put through their paces in the clubs by many of the scene's top DJs (to devastating effect!) we are proud to finally bring you the finished product.
Still There
Bringing a late night vibe, 'Still There' combines distant male vocal harmonies, warm chords, and delicate piano keys, over a driving neurofunk synth arrangement. This killer track is powered by its ultra-clean beats and hand percussion hits, huge low tones and slap bass sounds. Dark and heavy hypnosis on the floor.
Ditch
When 'Ditch' kicks off, it's all about the kicks! Heavy bass drum pressure underpins the swing rhythm, as a suspenseful intro paves the way for a chunky techno bassline, hammered out over thumping beats. A variety of textures emerge as new stabs and tears join the mix, with plenty of mini crescendos to fuel the progression of this monster track.

* A1. Figjam
Razor sharp reeses combined with sub rattling bass, this moody anthem shakes the foundation with its sheer depth. The real pressure emerges with a high passed amen break, topping this off as a true rhythm for the heads.
* B1. Waiting
808 bass hits interacting with an off-kilter syncopated blippy melody set the focal point as the two step beat holds the reins. Atmospheric with a hint of techno in it's progressive arrangement, 'Waiting' contains the perfect amount of energy levels that are essential in a deep, yet effective tune.
* B2. Therapy
Rounding off this 3 track EP - 'Therapy', weighs in with a dub laden groove, matched with a laid back mixture of acidic bass synths, delay laden piano chops, wood-block hits and a rich textural background atmosphere.

* One of the most exciting live dance music acts to emerge from UK in recent years, Bristol's favourite bass music collective return along with Sian Evans (Kosheen and DJ Fresh) for 'Right Back'.

* V Recordings have teamed up with the mighty Circus Records for this landmark release - a winning combination of one of D&B's most well-respected imprints alongside one the most successful dance music labels of recent years. Circus have been instrumental in the explosion in UK bass music around the world, and alongside V with their reputation as pioneers drum & bass for the past 20 years combine to create the perfect platform for Dr Meaker's biggest release to date.

* A bonafide underground staple with huge crossover potential, Dr Meaker's 'Right Back' is full of festival energy and shows all the signs of becoming a summer anthem, with its killer brass, vocals and classic funk sample (Dynasty's 'Adventures in the Land of Music' as used by seminal hip hop crew Camp-Lo in the 90s).

* Spins and support are already heavy in clubland and on BBC radio, with Grooverider, Hazard, Doc Scott, Ray Keith, Clarky, Sigma, Hazard, Fred V & Grafix, Rudimental, Camo & Crooked, Roni Size, Fearne Cotton, Mistajam, Crissy Criss, Annie Mac, Sarah Jane Crawford, DJ Target, Huw Stephens, Adele Roberts, Phil Taggart and Alice Levine already on board.

Fire at work" are the most popular in many productions IDM and have assets (including collaborations with Venetian Snare, D'Arcangelo and Somatic Responses). "Detest", although very young, has a high musical maturity, and has already printed on many top labels Hardcore-Techno underground (Deathchant, Rebelscum, Face Off, Strike, etc ....)

Vibing off of light, layered keys and female R&B coos, Break gives us a rolling five minutes of pure A-side. Not to be lost in the air, a thickly chopped break plays overtop sub bass as filter resonances enter at the offsides, carefully touching on the interplay of voice and gated percussion. This is a rattling piece that's as much deep house as it is liquid step.

Break's take on Mako's recent Billie Holiday homage bounces its bass and hi-freq drums between two densely layered snare notes. Splices of tape-delayed voice dither off into an empty jazz-space, leaving a heavy analog-sounding synth, motes of vinyl dust and a closing section that fades just before returning to the tonicready for the final phase of your mix.

In his highly anticipated musical accolade, Nuage of St. Petersburg returns to Translation to deliver the 'Prints of You' LP, a musical masterpiece that etches his signature style into an ever-expanding range of styles within electronic music. The 'Prints of You LP' is a celebrated collection of smooth and sublime tracks with beautiful vocal and harmonic piano interludes, and orchestral strings from artists across the globe featuring upbeat synth melodies, and melodic serenades with pitch-shifted vocal interplay. Spanning from 130 to 170 BPM and back, the 'Prints of You' is so dynamic in musical range that each track will leave your ear captivated, enchanted, and curious for what's next.

The vinyl sampler comes on a beautiful piece of eye-catching, smokey blue vinyl with a copy of the CD and includes two exclusive, album-only tracks: Ital Tek's remix of 'Prints of You' and Silent Dust's remix of 'Sunday Morning' as the magnum opus to top off an amazing and monumental work of musical genius.

*META014 is undoubtedly one of the most eagerly anticipated Metalheadz releases in the label's entire history! This milestone outing sees a long overdue debut release for one of the drum and bass scene's greatest talents Dom & Roland. His constant output of critically acclaimed work, over nearly twenty years, has contained some of the biggest tracks this genre has ever spawned. We proudly present two brand new outstanding examples of his production genius for your listening pleasure.
*Both sides of this release are already instantly recognisable to most discerning and non-discerning fans and both will no doubt become future classics, just as you might anticipate from Dom's first Metalheadz outing.
*'Unofficial Jah' draws inspiration from Goldie's ground-breaking seminal 1995 album 'Timeless'. Crafting the recognisable elements toward a direction that perfectly fits the track's title. Dom stamps his unmistakable champion sound into a Goldie classic, creating a truly heavyweight, dubbed out reconstruction of epic proportions.
*'Outta Endz' perfectly completes an essential release with a piece of music that has been destroying dance floors and leaving people setting all the regular forums and club convo's alight with the question 'What is that Outta London vocal tune!' It's intro pads leading up to a stuttered repeated cry of 'Straight Outta London' before dropping into a track so big it's practically an instant rewind. Truly a 'must have' piece of vinyl.
*To finish off the release, the stunning sleeve art fittingly depicts a new take on the classic Metalheadz logo, the lion has awoken! Let Jah be praised!

Spanning from 130 to 170 BPM and back, the 'Prints of You' is so dynamic in musical range that each track will leave your ear captivated, enchanted, and curious for what's next.

* Renegade Hardware take you into the Multiverse with the latest release, an EP themed by unique collaborations, with contributions from the core of the labels artists, both established and new. With input from Maztek, Cern, Dose, Optiv, BTK, Cold Fusion, Subtension, Minor Rain and Trilo, you know you are in for a wild ride. Music taken from the past, and driven all the way into the future. Strap yourselves in and get ready!
* Maztek and Cern team up for the title cut, a trip into the unknown of seismic proportions. The producers find a groove in minimal surroundings, weighing up every possibility that their experience presents, and returning with clattering drums and precision bass, all wrapped up in a musical motion picture of space flight and galactic destruction. Everything that the future sound of Hardware is about is right here.
* Optiv, BTK and Hardware own label manager Cold Fusion enter the Void on the next track, with an old skool-feeling vocal sample laced over a mind-blowing, cataclysmic blend of live-sounding drums and elastic, creeping bass. The producers wring emotion out of even the coldest situation, and then scramble your brains with some of the best music they've produced to date.
* Dose and Cern then count them off One At A Time, with some funky, rising breaks starting things off, before the track drops down into a more gritty, grimey affair.
* Subtension, Minor Rain and Trilo go in on No Smer to finish off the EP. This schizophrenic ode to the machine starts off with a gently rising break, before cutting into a hypnotic groove laced around some smoother synth samples. A worthy addition to the Hardware canon, No Smer is a driving ride into the future
