Deathmachine firmly establishes his position in the crossbreed hall of fame with his second release on the mighty One Seven Five. The much coveted and rarely achieved pristine drum & bass production values that make up true crossbreed shine bright in both Extermination and Point of Origin. The first features rapid fire kickdrums and intense snares, and to be truthful, so does the second one. Try to keep up.

And so the final piece of the Drums Of Death Waves Trilogy EP's snaps into place, DoD caps his latest run of releases with 4 tracks of varied, taut, emboldened dance floor rhythms.Tolidify his new role as purveyor of heavy, club-focused music for the UK's furtive underbelly, 'Blue Waves' sees Drums Of Death explore tough-built, kineticism on opener 'Life In The Machine', where classic electro rhythms oscillate around punchy, razored synth lines, before a masterclass in tension is played out across that breakdown. 'Let No Shadow Fall Upon You' reaches for the euphoria and is set for large scale rotation across this summer's sweat-filled dance tents, with a chest-rattling bass line littered with chopped piano, early 90's vocals and all round rave dramatics.'Transistor Rhythm' sees Drums of Death enforce his knowledge of the UK's new school house scene, as a subdued melody winds it's way into the brain with ascending melodics and stepping kick that creates a dystopian ear worm that you'll be hard fought to shake off. Final track 'Waves City' closes the Trilogy with images of hope and warmth from within a retro-futurist climate, as layered melodies and winding keys break loose from an epic bass drop that recalls Rolando's classic 'Knights Of The Jaguar' with a 21st Century twist. Receiving huge support in the clubs and on the radio from across the electronic music spectrum as Sinden, Skream, Tiga, Laurent Garnier and Claude VonStroke continue to reach for the Waves.Skream Fucking love the EP!!! Benga: Drums of Death is on Fire right now! Annie Mac: Pure, classic dance music DJ Magazine Release Of The Monthhave you seen the new live show

Another brilliant deep roller. Maztek and Treo share a piece of wax and they perfectly compliment one another on this ace release out of the Syndrome factory. Roaring basses, great drum builds and fat drops. Just how a syndrome essential should sound like! Let's go

The new Wheel and Deal production partnership between N-Type and Surge, releasing their 1st EP: September Sun.A: September Sun ft Pyxis - After the success of Surges first single with Pyxis (Leech), she once again delivers her signature vocal style, this time laid down on the fresh and original collaboration between Wheel and Deal label head N-Type and rising star Surge. The combination of production styles has built a fresh take on the dubstep sound. This featured in N-Types mini mix for Mistajams Radio 1 show earlier this year, with continuous radio support from Hatcha at Kiss 100, Mistajam, Walsh (Biscuit Factory Records) and N-Types Rinse FM show, every Tuesday 9-11pm. B: Mega-Tron - Featuring live guitar from Jonny Boltano, showcasing a different side to the duos production skills. Rolling rock style drums and build ups drop into a continuously transforming bassline. As the the track develops, the influx of the orchestra ends the track dramatically. Being battered by Hatcha at Kiss 100, Soap Dodgers, Laxx, Walsh, N-Type & Surge. This also featured in N-Types mini mix for Mistajams Radio 1 show earlier this year.C: Triangles - Old school Jungle/DnB, dub and techno influences rain through in this track. Dark & atmospheric, this could easily be a soundtrack of horror film proportions. The Bass is thick and punchy with the eerie sample 'Dark Triangles!' slicing through the darkness. Support from Mistajam, Hatcha, Soap Dodgers, Walsh, N-Type & Surge. D: Zombie Apocalypse - This one is more on the jump up side, proving the diversity in N-Type & Surge's production style. As the zombies approach, tension builds to the drop with the dramatic sample 'This is the End'. The bass is weighty and growling, like a blood thirsty monster. The second drop steps up the pace with a staggered, automated bass rinse out.

he second instalment of the Limited series, and Mindtech have drawn something special: Nickbee & Nphonix on one side, Axi on the flip.Ukrainian Nickbee, young protege of Sunchase, has teamed up with Moscovite Nphonix on Ego Death which, for us, will be one of the neuro anthems of the year! This sledgehammer of a tune is, quite simply, next level drum & bass. On the AA side, our good friend Axi, a consistent high-flyer of the new generation, unleashes Safe House, a trance-tinged, rollin' piece of dance floor dynamite! The series continues..

Chug: The dancefloor smasher, battered by N-Type on every set. The new metal build up drops into an aggy stepper, building
aggression as it develops. Cheshire Cat: Wonka donna beats, this cheeky little track has all the swagger and prowess of the Cheshire
Cat himself. Bouncy and bubbling, this track showcases the lighter side of Crushington's personality.

Kung is returning to the Citrus family with a big bang. Brainsmoke is one of the rawest Citrus tracks of all time, this is mainly due its staggering rhythm and roaring bass. NC-17 is a Drum & Bass duo of talented producers based in Toronto, Canada. Their namesake refers to the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) rating system which undertakes that a film rated NC-17 would be one based around violence, sex, aberrational behaviour, drug abuse or any other element that most parents would consider too intense for viewing by their children.
