Super limited solid white coloured vinyl edition. The 'Hummer' EP is the follow up to the successful 'Judgement Day' EP by Calibre for Samurai Red Seal and has been compiled to represent a cross section of Calibre's versatile musical styles. The 'Hummer' EP is harder edged musically and perhaps more dancefloor focused than his more recent releases, but as always the quality quotient is 100%. From the soaring bass of 'Hummer', to the controversial dancefloor groove of 'Dog Shit' and the more traditional soulful mastery of 'Touch Me' and 'Free My Mind', this EP truly has it all. Support from DJ Marky, Marcus Intalex, Friction, dBridge, Flight, Spectrasoul, Lenzman, London Elektricity, Fabio, Doc Scott, Total Science and a whole lot more.

America's number one drum & bass producer is about to hit the streets again with a solo outing on his own label: Project 51. Ryan Powell aka Gridlok is no new comer to the game! If there is one label in the entire music industry that is going against the grain, that is growing release after release, it is Spearhead. It's become one of the leading lights in the liquid world. It has helped kick start the careers of many of the best artists around today, Netsky, Lenzman, BCee, Lomax and now they're dropping a new name to the scene, LSB... Don't overlook this one!

As the Ramifications LP does the long-player rounds Paradox returns to the solo 12' fold with a fresh slab of analogue power. Paralexia steps into the arena with an alarm drone leaving you guessing what's going to happen next and then a thudding-kick bursts a swinging breakbeat wide open in bluenote-esque fashion. As the track progresses the drums pick up the pace reminiscent of Paradox's early work on the legendary Certificate 18 label. Dub vocal samples soaked in fx, eerie soundscapes and distorted subs add a deep rumble to the intricately-placed breaks and tension of Paralexia. Ambiguity has b-boy etched on its headplate from the word go. A rare breakbeat gets the full Paradox treatment and dragged back from the 70's into the future. Sinister vocals and synth pads set an unclear mood whilst spinning-break patterns and sub booms tie the track together in true Paradox style. One for the beatheads!DJ Support: dBridge, Presha, Loxy, Fracture, Ink, A-sides, FD, Mark System, Aphex Twin.

Kill The Pain: 'Epic' is the only way to describe the extended intro of Kill the Pain, featuring acoustic guitar and an earnest male vocal. Then, just before two minutes in, things quickly take a nasty turn as choppy breaks splinter into pieces and the bassline 'reboots' The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. An aggressive, genre bending, sure fire floor smasher.Letting Go: Teaming up with Kryteria for the flip, a eurphoric, trancey intro leads into a chainsaw reece, setting the scene for the chaotic chiaroscuro to come: beyond the drop sweeping synths and ethereal vocal snippets somehow successfully coalesce with heavily edited breaks and sawing bass, creating a kind of beautiful violence. Subsequently, side effects of Letting Go include spontaneous eruptions of feet on the floor and hands in the air.

Concord Dawn team up with Rido for their brand new release on their Uprising Records label! Hard, heavy and euphoric Drum & Bass built for dance floors worldwide!

TRENDKILL RECORDS is a brand new imprint from Prolix (Playaz, Ganjatek, Metalheadz, Virus) and with it he brings his very own brand of distinctive hard hitting drum and bass. The A Side is a solo track which has been smashing sound systems accross the globe, a true anthem to start or end any DJ set. The AA sees LA based producer Gridlok ( Project51/ Violence/RAM) team up with UKs own Skitty (Metalheadz/Foundation x) to make a track with more than equal power to the A Side.

Indivision and Livewire team up the second time on Have A Break for a collaboration with South Africa's finest female vocalist Tasha Baxter. Tasha won two SAMA awards one for 'Best Newcomer' and the other for 'Best Pop Album'. Most recently, she received a Peoples choice award for 'S.A's Hottest Artist'. You might know her from her works with the likes of Noisia, The Brookes Brothers, Feed Me (Spor) and DJ Friction.

World is changing, genres are changing, everything is continuously influenced from all sides.
Avantgarde is born today..

Ben Payne & Joe Wills aka the Insiders are hardly newjacks in the world of drum&bass music. Their Collaborative productions have been on legendary imprints across the board and throughout the years.

Cheeky little piece of drum'n bass action overhere. Its gettings cold, time to come home again!

As the drums roll in, bubbles of ghosted bass start to rise up in the track alongside warped mechanical malfunctions and a rain droplet melody, with a rising bass note leading to the drop. The track at first kicks in with a minimal post-triplet off beat drum track, bass and robotic horns jerking in and out staccato style. Not content with one killer rhythm, the track then drops into quite possibly the drum pattern of 2011, a rolling ride hat and snare skipper, which no sooner has appeared is once again shifted almost immediately into an even simpler pure triplet version of the same beat. In a rave, this will lift hands, re-energise tired feet and once again remind the world that DnB can still continue to delight and surprise.
