This golden era heavyweight is still in the game and as strong as ever. Having produced some of the finest tracks of the Drum n Bass golden era and recorded for labels including Metalheadz, Photek productions, Reinforced and Phantom audio to name a few, he's still at it and in fine form once again. Sticking to his guns and keeping his original bass heavy dub style, he's rolled out two tracks in the same vein as some of his classics such as Gateman and Deadline. If you don't know about Digital yet then its time to get to know. If you do then know your in for a treat. 'Weatherman' comes with the ridiculously fat sub bass that Digital is renowned for, topped with a half time step and shuffling hats and shakers to add pace its not far off being an all out dub track. Classic jungle pads and delayed dub vocals pay homage to days gone by and prove that this music, when done properly can still smash up a club without all the mid range madness that is more common in this day and age. Digital teams up with Scottish Producer Morphy on the b-side and again comes with the heavyweight bass, half time step and dub vibes but this track has a more hypnotic and entrancing quality to it. Dub stabs and laid back melodies wind around the bass like a snake being charmed out of its box. All in all the perfect partner to the a-side and completes the 12' as yet another slice of history is made by this legend.

THE MASSIVE DC BREAKS REMIXES OF ERIK HASSLE

Mr Joseph is currently getting huge support from across the board from the likes of Marcus Intalex, Bailey, Fabio, Eveson, Soul Intent and Buckem.

One of the most highly revered and rotated vocal D&B tracks from the past six months is back, this time with an ice-cold twist ready to take us into the frosty autumnal months. Drawing in the talents of Critical playmate Break to add his deft touch was always going to result in one thing - absolute dance floor devastation! Oozing class while smacking up the dance is something many producers can only dream of....the masterclass starts here. Drifting pads with sexed-up guitar touches intro the 'Redlines' remix before the drums kick and we're away on a blues-infused excursion with full vocal riding on top as the chords roll out. Don't be fooled though as the fun's just about to start! A quick repeated refrain and suddenly in crash the amens, edits and the most gut-wrenching sub to demolish the place. Vocal teases run throughout together with swathes of guitar but it's the sheer tearout that wins in the end. Absolutely fantastic.
Flipping things over and Total Science come back with the classic sounds of 'Scaremonger'. Seemingly an ode to the vibes of yesteryear, this one bounces with the best of them. A hot twostepping break carries the stabbing b-line that morphs subtly as this wicked bubbler moves along with ease. Proper Total Science doing what they do best. DJ support from Andy C, Bailey, Hype, Friction, Cyantific, Logistics and many more.
