Cypress Hill is an American hip hop group from South Gate, California. Cypress Hill was the first Latino American hip hop recording group to have platinum and multi-platinum albums, selling over 18 million albums worldwide. They are considered to be among the main progenitors of West Coast Rap and Hip Hop in the early 90s, being critically acclaimed for their first four albums. The band has also been important for the advocacy of medical and recreational use of cannabis in the United States.

Los Grandes Éxitos en Español is a greatest-hits album in Spanish by Cypress Hill. It was certified Platinum by the RIAA. Immobilarity is the second studio album and the follow-up to Only Built 4 Cuban Linx by Wu-Tang Clan-member Raekwon (a.k.a. The Chef). Raekwon has been cited as a pioneer of Mafioso rap and is the founder of his own label ICEH20 Records.

The producers Triflyn, The Infinite Arkatechz and Six July Productions gave Immobilarity the same sounds which producer RZA gave to Raekwon's first album with ill beats and street lyrics.

Fellow rappers from the Wu-Tang Clan also appear on the album such as Method Man on Fuck Them', Power' with the American Cream Team and The Table' featuring Masta Killa. As a nice bonus attribute there's even a solid Pete Rock produced track Sneakers' with Raekwon's flowing rhymes.

Raekwon explained that the album title is an acronym for I Move More Officially by Implenting Loyalty and Respect in the Youth. The album, which was originally released in 1999, reached to number 2 in the US Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and number 4 in the US Billboard album charts and was certified gold by the RIAA.

Chicago's Low-End legend follows releases on Blank Mind & Planet Mu & his first album, Last Bus to Lake Park on Duck n' Cover Records w/ his 1st vinyl on his Beatdiwn House label.

Ghostface Killah is an American rapper and critically acclaimed for his loud, fast-paced flow and his colourful storytelling rap. His stage name was taken from one of the characters in the 1979 kung fu film Mystery of Chessboxing and he is the founder of his own label Starks Enterprises.

He was a prominent member of the Wu-Tang Clan and after the group achieved breakthrough success in the aftermath of Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), the members went on to pursue solo careers on which Ghostface Killah was the most successful one of the group.

The rapper started of his solo-career with Ironman (MOVLP1451) in 1996, which was well received by music critics. He has continued his success over the following years with critically acclaimed albums such as Supreme Clientele (2000), Bulletproof Wallets (2001) and Fishscale (2006).

Bulletproof Wallets is the third studio album by Ghostface Killah. Its feature single, Never Be the Same Again', featured Carl Thomas and Raekwon. He had another club hit with Flowers', which featured guest vocals from fellow Wu-Tang members Method Man and Raekwon, and a popular single Ghost Showers' which featured Madame Majestic, who also sung on the popular Wu-Tang track Gravel Pit'.

musikalische Werke, zurück. Zum größten Teil alleine eingespielt, aufgenommen und produziert von Dragazis
in seinem Studio in Stoke Newington, London, schlägt "Restless Spheres" den Bogen von den Soundtracks
von Budd und Morricone, über griechische Sixties-Bands wie The Forminx, die deutschen Elektronik-Pioniere
Dieter Moebius und Michael Rother bis zu den amerikanischen Minimal-Komponisten Steve Reich und Phillip
Glass. Blue States entstanden vor fast zwanzig Jahren, als der junge Dragazis in seinem Elternhaus in
Sussex seine Faszination für Filmmusik entdeckte. Im Jahr 2000 nahm der Sohn sein erstes Album "Nothing
Changes Under The Sun" auf, wurde allerorten hoch gelobt und tourte mit seiner eigenen Band um die Welt.
Auf "Restless Spheres" stützt sich Dragazis auf alle seine vier früheren Alben und kreiert doch etwas ganz
anderes: Eine Platte voller subtiler Erhabenheit und hoffnungsvoller Melancholie.
