Described as an 'iconoclastic entertainer', Montreal born Parisian resident Bernardino Femminielli delivers Before I Die's third release.

Ladies & gentleman, 'O Signe Des Temps' is Bernardino's heartfelt paean to one of the most cherished records in Prince's oeuvre, delivered with style and panache in his native French. Complimenting the extraordinary original are two alternative versions from TALKING DRUMS and Antinote founder IUEKE.
A modern masterpiece !

Taken from the forthcoming album ‘Prom Nite’. The opening single of ‘Prom Nite’ is a sermon perfect for log cabin lock-ins and losing yourself across the Balearics: 'Feel Like Home' is spirited, euphoric and thoroughly satisfying, not to mention an advertising executive’s dream. London’s House Gospel Choir, endorsed by Annie Mac and The Blessed Madonna, provide the salvation that everyone is looking for right now, their heavenly harmonies aligned to Yoda’s gentle grooves and keys leading you to the light, encouraging the linkage of arms and for its soulful soothing properties to wash over you. 2023 marks the 10 year Anniversary of Kyle Hall & Steven Julien's collaborative project "Funkinevil" on Wild Oats Music, now released as 2 LP on white vinyl.

From the deep south in Louisiana comes a new debut on GAMM from producer Koichi Toyama.

Over this four-track EP Koichi has selected some of his favourite Japanese Jazz-funk and Jazz-fusion tracks from the 70's and 80s'.
With tasteful editing skills, the tracks are re-arranged and sometimes remixed into heavy Jazz club jams.
No pump, just thump of course!

Martinesque started his nighttime adventures with tasteful house records towards the tail end of the nineties. Inspired by the deep explorations of Chicago and New York stalwarts, he’s found pleasure in playing out low-slung grooves and stripped-back entries from all corners of electronic music. Since, the Basel native has honed his craft in clubs around the country and beyond. Methodically stitching together records from his vaults, Martinesque escalates from meditative rhythm workouts to subdued dancefloor drama in a controlled fashion.

He’s developed his artistic vision through residencies in some of Switzerland’s most cherished spaces, but nowadays found his spot as Elysia’s head of bookings, where he’s since showcased a full-spectrum analysis of contemporary dance music.

His most recent endeavour is Adam’s Bite, a cross-disciplinary cooperation zoning in on oblique music and visual arts, further cementing his position as a driving figure in a thriving scene.

4 big ol’ chunks of heavy house music are the order of the day from New York producer Ralph Session’s how new EP for Black Jukebox. Combining his skills as a musician and seasoned DJ along with the technical know-how from his work as an audio engineer, the result is a collection of beautifully crafted, hard-hitting house cutz.

‘That Raw’ features a breathy spoken-word vocal from DJ Amir—one half of the legendary duo Kon & Amir—that laces the soulful, deep production with a hypnotic atmosphere. Thick bass bubbles beneath soaring strings and meandering synth arpeggios to give the track a set-building, big-room feel. ‘Do It’ rocks jaunty snatches of piano and sax over its peppy, skippy beat, with a little New Jersey feel in its incessant, phat-bottomed grove. ‘If You Want’ takes us into a deeper direction with its hazy pad work and dubby touches, with a slinky, rubbery bass groove that throbs hard beneath it all. Turn it up loud and feel it envelop you with its wide-open atmospherics. ‘Raw Sax’ rounds off with a dusty, skipping drum track shuffling around dreamy filtering synths, dubbed-out stab patterns and of course a sultry sax line.

INTERSPECIES RECORDS, an inter-disciplinary label that brings together not only DJs and producers, but also visual artists, electronic instrument engineers, and other specialists in sound and space, is proud to release its fourth 12-inch record!

For our latest offering we present the return of Recloose, a veteran producer who has created numerous masterpieces on labels like Planet E, Rush Hour, Peacefrog, and other global imprints since the late 1990s. He continues to explore his sound in this ambitious work, blending old and new influences, samples and synths, delivering two anthems for the dancers and heads alike.

This release also includes stellar remix work from Middle Point, DJ NORIZM and kashi, the label crew of INTERSPECIES RECORDS. In the spirit of their label, each remix presents a unique twist on the original by pushing musical boundaries, fusing elements of Balearic, Loft House, Dub, UKG, Jazz House, and African sounds.

As is the case with the world’s best DJs, this is a piece of music that conjures a new, unknown world by freely mixing without restraint.

Welt Discos' latest delivery is the debut solo record from DJ/producer/radio host Stephen Howe. The Mimesis EP gives us a convincing introduction to his highly musical sound: spontaneous yet tightly arranged, referential yet idiosyncratic, and not afraid to take the odd left turn. From 80s electro dynamism to loopy techno deepness to broken introspection, this is a diverse and surprising set of dancefloor grooves brought together by Stephen's knack for harmony, counterpoint and tone.

After 10 years, Vinyl is back on Brise Records.

The first selected vinyl comes with four convincing deep house tracks.

Of course, Mihai Popoviciu, Pornbugs, Helmut Dubnitzky, Tolstoi & Khaan are allowed to do so not missing. Always smooth, groovy and of course deep.

microCastle's final offering of 2023 welcomes Colossio and Luke Garcia to the label for their debut EP. Colossio has been a rising force across the Indie Dance spectrum for the better part of a decade. Based in Mexico and taking inspiration from krautrock, psychedelia and the golden age of Mexican cinema, the Monterrey resident has continued to open up endless creative avenues and furthered his boundless appeal with releases via Borders of Light, Calypso Records, Duro and Exit Strategy. Meanwhile, Spanish artist Luke Garcia has enjoyed similar success across his decade-long career. The Madrid resident has been praised for his borderless approach to production, in turn landing standout projects for Diynamic, Innervisions, Sum Over Histories and TAU. As occasional studio partners since the beginning of 2023, Colossio and Luke made their collaborative debut via Engrave Ltd with ‘Let Go’, a release which would precede a recent contribution to Innervisions ‘Secret Weapons’ Part 16. Now, continuing to build on their creative partnership, Colossio and Luke end the year with their microCastle debut ‘Amen / Ryen’.

Played by Ame during the summer season, EP opener 'Amen' finds Colossio operating in solo capacity and taking square aim at the dancefloor. Full of rejuvenating energies, the Monterrey resident cleverly blends robust kick drums and electric grooves with swerving chord stabs and chanting vocals. Colossio’s creative attitude reveals itself further across the main break; with a hyperventilating build dropping out into a rush of main room alchemy, all laid out over a bed of percolating acid. Selection two ‘Ryen’ finds Luke Garcia crafting a feel-good indie-dance excursion that’s nicely suited for those uplifting club moments. Booming yet dreamy, its colourfully cruising hypnotism instantly commands your attention, through snatches of vocal fragments and siren-like synth flares, eventually culminating in a finale of rave-inspired euphoria.

The EP’s halfway point is marked by the behemoth sized vibes of ‘Situation’. Here, Luke and Colossio masterfully synthesize their talents while breaking down boundaries to serve up a melting pot of hard-edged dance. Its pneumatic energy turns over quickly, flowing through a brutalist maze of mutated vocal gates and fiery rhythmic fractures, before reaching a hyperspeed collision of sonics for the ultimate high-octane drop. Rounding out the release is ‘My Body’ which once again finds Colossio and Luke combining their extensive forces. The cross-continental duo drive each other forward beyond their individual comfort zones for a mature club-effective record; one where thunderous beats, weighted rhythms and looping vocals prelude a collection-closing melodic finale. Greek genius DimDJ is no stranger to a live jam, pushing his machines to produce gritty dancefloor stompers since the heady days of 2004.

Following a 2019 album of trippy arpeggiated techno – appropriately named Recurring Patterns – here he makes his Gated debut with an EP of uncompromising 303 workouts, once again driving those silver boxes to produce addictive, floor-focused DJ tools.

But it's not all heads-down squelch, with a final track squeezed onto the B-side that brings a surprisingly punk twist to an EP that's also appropriately named... Acid Tracks.

Rezpekt to DJ Dimension !
Rezpekt to Elements !

Summer vibes for the 2nd Balearia release. 4 tracks Ep includes Don Carlos and Massimino Lippoli pure class remixes.
The whole thing is backlit with an ethereal synth glow until some classic sounding house percussion bubbles out and really gets things going. Its hard to imagine a better way to start a set than with this balearic sound.

First move of the collaboration between Dj Fede and Robert Owens.
Pure gold vibes, digging deep, with a warm house vibe and hard hitting beats.

A 4 tracks Ep with different moods, that includes remixes from Don Carlos and LTJ Xperience.

After being marooned in a small beach town in Brazil at the start of the pandemic, California-born Gene On Earth eventually made it home to Berlin. As the reality of the global situation sunk in, he set to work on his second album, working in an obsessive daily rhythm. After gathering an arsenal of samples and inspiration he returned to the studio for 5 months of feverish work. Set for release on June 3rd via his own imprint Limousine Dream, ‘Time on The Vine’ is a slick record delivered with the laid-back warmth of a producer at the top of his game. Breezy yet assured, its wonky minimal rhythms are as feel good as they are fun, a perfect antidote to the long and waning pandemic that birthed them.

Flankup Recordings strikes again! This time with the first issue of a brand new catalogue, inaugurated by a substantial release: a stunning five-track EP by Il Mare Di Fronte, the newest moniker of Paolo Russi (Discojuice), co-founder of the Milanese record label together with Francesco Bellini.

The Disco/Boogie tinged record, which will be released both on vinyl and digital versions from the 30th of June 2022 onwards, also features a great remix by the man himself DJ Rocca and his ‘Salsedine’ version of the title track.

Joel Brittain's music is defined more by what it isn't than by what it is. This is breakbeat... but not, house... but not, electro... but not. Hell, there's even a hint of prog in these expansive, indefinable tracks that switch-up in oh-so-unexpected ways. Perhaps it's because this US-born, UK-based producer has been bubbling in various scenes for so long. Brittain had a string of releases in the 2000s on labels like Wrong, Reverberations, and Tango, plus ran his own label Nonsuch Recordings. But all the while he was busy making music, refining a vast cache of unreleased tracks. It’s from this treasure trove that States of Mind draws, but it still sounds like it could have been made this year. So yes it's breakbeat, yes it's house, and yes it's electro... and it's all the better for it.

Justin @Cudmore's 'Are You Ready' is the track that's making you stay at the party long after you started saying you should really get home. Justin tells us that 'Are You Ready' is the result of some early experimentation with the studio setup in his old apartment and one of the first white label acid tracks he began playing out, even before his popular debut for The Bunker NY, 'Forget It' was released. 'The elements came together quickly in an afternoon session -- I had been recently inspired by a trove of acapellas I'd come across. I would say this is when arranging the track really clicked and I started truly assembling it with the dance floor in mind.' Over the next two years, the track became a secret weapon that made its way into the hands of DJs like Craig Richards, Mike Servito, Jackmaster, Derek Plaslaiko and Gerd Janson, becoming something of a sleeper hit.

After last year's release on Shall Not Fade, Paul Rudder & Kresy are back - this time on Exploited for the infamous Black Jukebox Series.

‘Along With You’ bounces along with plenty of feel-good energy, channeling ‘90s energy with its thicc bassline pump and an earworm of a sugar-sweet vocal. Well-chosen vox cuts create an infectious rhythm in between the full vocal sections while soft synth arps tickle the surface of the track and epic snare rolls inject more energy in the breakdown and at key moments. Guaranteed to get massive reactions. Kresy’s Continuum Mix takes things into a lighter direction with gorgeous, sunny piano chords chiming in unison with a driving, uplifting bassline and pretty synth flourishes.

‘Her Dream Road’ pushes the EP into almost ambient house territory with its swirling pads and deep atmospheres, but the energetic percussion and warm bassline throb and melody give it plenty of dancefloor energy. Kresy’s Mellonized Remix pumps it up with plump organ bass, dreamy acid licks, soaring arpeggios, continual automation and epic pad progressions that make for an absolutely huge rework that’s full of life, atmosphere and colour.

Loud Enough is back with the second instalment off our 3-EP series dedicated to the Roman Pigna Records, the dancefloor-oriented sister label of Nature Records. Each EP features classic tracks alongside exciting new compositions from key artists of the label.

"Funk Series Part 3" comes courtesy of Raiders of the lost Arp aka Mario Pierro.
Originally recorded in Pigna studios, Rome, Italy, sometime between 2004-2008. Remixed and retouched in Hospitalet studio, Uppsala, Sweden, 2023.

The fast emerging house label Happiness Therapy starts the year with a very important release ! Because it marks the 20th EP to be released on the French label, at first, and because it’s produced by the one and only The Phantom’s Revenge.
With France producing such important electronic artists as Guy Manuel de Homem Christo, Thomas Bangalter, Alan Braxe and DJ Falcon, The Phantom's Revenge can only do more to maintain France's stronghold on the house music scene. His chopping and glitch cuts occur nearly seamlessly and showcase his undeniable talent behind the boards.

Probably one of the most expected re-issue from the italo disco all time hits. Originally released on 1986, both track of the EP (Another game and You Take Me Up) are produced and performed by Marcello Catalano.

Here we go with some more deep and raw house music for lovers only. Limited copies!

Gestalt Records is turning 5 so we've teamed up with Asphalt DJ & Gzardin, Opal Sunn, Salomo and Clint for the annual anniversary sampler, spanning 4 club-ready cuts of tech, acid and prog.

On a mission to share and release new music via Placid's label, you’ll only find the best selections in Acid, Electro, IDM, Techno and Deep House for the dance floor, front room or your headphones making the cut. For the next (and penultimate) edition of his various artist series, he turns to the talents of 4 superlative UK based producers. All of whom make equally excellent contributions to this latest missive.

The story of Same Mind begins with the first release by Yaroslav Kinsky, who brings us an atmospheric audio journey formed by 3 original tracks and a remix by Pablo Bolivar.

In recent years, Yaroslav has been exploring synthesizers and other electronic music hardware, focusing more on recording than releasing. Now it's time to bring ideas to life.

The A-side starts with the title track 'ALT' which stands for 'After Long Time'. The mysterious synth sounds over a groovy bassline make the listener sail above the clouds and get a bird's eye view of the beauty of nature. 'Enduro' continues the storyline with a dreamy atmosphere, warm synths and enigmatic vocals.

The B-side starts with trippy 'Moons' and definitely sounds and feels more dancefloor-oriented and while listening you could easily find yourself dancing in the middle of your room. The release ends with a dubby remix of 'Moons' by one half of Pulshar duo, Seven Villas founder and AvantRoots co-founder Pablo Bolivar, which goes in a more hypnotic but equally mysterious direction.

Do you also believe that quality is above trends? Then we are of the Same Mind.

Fourth release from Eupasia, the Portuguese duo 2JACK4U bring you four acid jams fuelled with dance-floor feeling.
