For the third release on Earthbound, Mihail P steps into a slightly different frame of mind with Silent Mirrors — an EP that pulls his atmospheric, emotive sound toward the rougher edges of 90s tech house, breakbeat and electro.
While Mihail P has become known for spacious productions, warm pads and mellow melodic detail, Silent Mirrors is about merging that side of his sound with something more direct and club-focused. There is a clear nod here to the halcyon days of UK tech house and labels and artists such as Primitive Urges and Pure Science, but filtered through Mihail P’s own sensibility rather than treated as an exercise in nostalgia.
After more than a decade, Meduka returns.
The label’s 2026 release comes from Arno & Paul Walter pres. Paularner.
Medusa EP presents three carefully crafted tracks, each reflecting a different facet of the duo’s musical identity.
A flash of light hits your eyes. Your ears hear muffled bass. As bright white fades to amber, you find yourself in a familiar place. A place you have been to many times. Though the edges of your memory are no longer sharp, the shape of it all is in your DNA.
The smell of rusted metal, dirt-covered floors that once hosted workers, machines and industry mixed with spilled beer and the sweat of a thousand bodies moving to syncopated music. As your vision comes into focus, you’re back there.
A warehouse in the former industrial part of town. You’re surrounded by hundreds of strange but familiar faces, each of you dancing into a frenzy countless times under the moonlight — moving, jumping, laughing and connecting.
Sunlight pours through warehouse windows or appears over a distant horizon.
The DJ plays a song that completes the journey you all just shared. You are desperate to hold on to the feeling of the last song that lands you safely from the night and into a new day. The feeling is deep. Pure.
Especially when communal ecstasy is juxtaposed against the edges of the warehouse floors, the intimacy of city lofts, the spiritual nature of open fields or forests.
The Custodian
I spent just shy of two decades in spaces like that — as a raver in early 1990s Los Angeles, then a DJ, producer, label owner and head of Moulton Studios in San Francisco.
The Custodian Project is a memoir of a life lived deep inside the culture and business of house music from 1990 to when I stepped away from music as a full-time life in 2015 — told through music, stories and DJ events.
Each release of new music draws inspiration from feelings, emotions and memories of that life — different rooms, different eras. It is an exploration to understand and capture what those feelings were, and in some cases still are.
The Music
This EP is the beginning. 1990. When I first found the rave and re-ordered my DNA based on the sounds, songs and feelings of that era that can be summed up in the title track — Sunrise Through Warehouse Windows.
All three tracks here are an attempt to reach back and touch those mornings again. To put the listener back in the warehouses or open spaces where we would dance as the sun rose over the horizon.
To capture what I felt back in 1990 when the night transitioned into daybreak. Bodies moving in unison. People, places and music all connect. An era before algorithms.

WeRdaHouse’ opens the project, laying down snaking subs, skippy drums, bubbling arpeggio lines and gritty stab sequences all dynamically evolving throughout. ‘Don’t U Kno’ follows next and reduces things down to swaying dub chords, jazzy keys, low slung drums and choppy bass stabs.
‘Gluten Morgen’ opens the flip side, a loop-led groove fuelled by organic percussion, squelchy 303 licks, frenzied, delayed keys and mind-bending spoken word chants. Title track ‘Def Murky’ then concludes the EP,
diving deep into oscillating synth tones, modulating percussion, crisp drums and a warped, afterhours
aesthetic.
Almost 25 years after its original release, "How Low Can You Go?" by Darran Nugent under his Aruba alias remains a dancefloor weapon for underground DJ’s. The track has endured as one of Nugent's most sought-after productions and as one Discogs user noted “in my opinion - one of the best basslines, presses directly on the chest”.
Over the years, it has been championed by some of electronic music's most respected selectors, including Jamie Jones (featured in his legendary Time Warp set), tINI featured on her Cocoon Ibiza Compilation), Traumer, who featured the track in his set for the Resident Advisor, Chaos In The CBD, Mr. G, Laurent Garnier, Lee Burridge etc.
For this re-release Darran has completely re-recorded the original, refining it for more modern DJ systems. A tasty re-edit fills out the A side with a pulsating hi-hats that twist and turn the energy but remains true to the original.
Legendary German producer Losoul delivers the goods for the remix on the B Side with ten minutes of deep, dark hypnotic magic for fans of pure minimal done right.
To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the release of the stone-cold classic ‘Want You In My Soul’, Winding Road brings together a group of deep house legends to put their own spins on the Lovebirds feat Stee Downes original.
The Schmoov! remix is a feel-good 80s disco reimagination, cloaking Stee’s soulful vocals in uplifting synths and strings.
The Atjazz remix is a mellow and percussive beauty which has sunshine baked into its very heart. All the quality you’d expect from the master.
On the flip, the dubs – starting with a punchy dancefloor-friendly Kneedeep dub, and closing things off with the beautiful underwater vibes of Lovebirds’ own ‘Ocean Dub’.
(remastered classic incl DL card) Environ is proud to present the Metro Area 15th Anniversary Edition, Metro Area's eponymous debut album, meticulously remastered using the original source tapes and generously spread across three slabs of vinyl. The12-track triple LP and digital package combines all the songs from both the original US and licensed European releases, and features new commemorative artwork unique to this edition. In the late nineties, the budding producers Morgan Geist and Darshan Jesrani bonded over their shared love of slower tempos and '70s and '80s NYC club culture. Obsessed with record digging and the sounds they heard on late-night "club classics" radio shows—and turned off by current releases they saw as artlessly "updating" sublime disco by sampling, filtering and subjugating them with huge kick drums —the duo set out to discover how their favorite old 12" records were made. They naturally gravitated towards extended dubs of songs—full of strange mistakes and echoing backing tracks—instead of the better-known vocal versions. Lacking the big budgets and gear that made so many of their favorite classic records come together, they were forced to take a guerrilla approach. They reprogrammed their techno-oriented arsenal of secondhand synths and samplers, using novel digital recording technology to capture live instrumentation and prioritizing mood over hooks, and the resulting music was just wrong enough to sound unlike anything else being released at the time. After just four underground 12" releases, the duo—now well-known as Metro Area—released their first and only album, Metro Area, in the fall of 2002. Fifteen years later, it's time to celebrate the culmination of their shared history and inspiration once again. Environ is proud to present the Metro Area 15th Anniversary Edition, Metro Area's eponymous debut album, meticulously remastered using the original source tapes and generously spread across three slabs of vinyl. The 12-track triple LP and digital package combines all the songs from both the original US and licensed European releases, and features new commemorative artwork unique to this edition.
In the works for years, finally resurfaced from the depths of the sea, Unlimited Access getting the proper reissue including a fresh take on the sound by Vincent himself.
What is an edit? A correction, a confession, a DJ tool, a mild act of vandalism—or simply the result of listening to somebody else’s record and thinking: very good, but what if this bit went on a little longer?
For his contribution to the Running Back Mastermix series, Gilles Aiken aka Edward opens a folder that has apparently been filling up for quite some time.
The Giegling resident’s thirteen edits reach back through years of DJing, collecting and producing. Made for sets rather than release schedules, they form something like a musical autobiography told through other people’s records: Carl Craig, Roman Flügel, Motohiko Hamase, Kirk Degiorgio, Aubrey, Sven Väth, Michael Rother and more.
From Japanese ambient jazz and Detroit techno to dub techno, house, trance and kosmische music, these are not attempts to improve records that didn’t need improving. They are the small interventions that happen after living with music for a long time: a rhythm exposed, an entrance moved, a passage extended, the unnecessary made necessary.
“These records mean a lot to me,” says Edward. “They consist of edits I’ve gathered over the years, some of them going way back. In a way, they reflect my musical journey. All of these artists have been a huge influence on me as a producer and DJ.”
Usually, such edits remain on hard drives, USB sticks and in vaguely labelled folders. This time permissions were requested, publishers located and, somewhere, presumably, a spreadsheet became very important.
Miraculously, everybody said yes.
Thirteen thank-you notes to the music that helped make Edward Edward. Naturally, they require three records.
Mastermixed accordingly.

Andre Zimmer returns to Big Trouble for the 29th instalment. Another Luv EP continues to explore 90’s influences, oscillating between high octane vocals and powerful, bass driven percussive elements, for what is a decisively dancefloor ready EP.
Another Luv and Want Me kickstart the engine with signature anthemic moments of euphoria, channeled from the many dancefloors Andre Zimmer travelled to this year, and records he has collected since relocating to Berlin. In that same breath, the EP travels across to afterhours territory with Sleazinator, blending in a dangerous cocktail of deep, eloquent percussions, to finally land safely with Z String, a blissful contrast of bass and strings.
Ever-evolving Amsterdam duo ANOTR continue their forward momentum with the release of their highly anticipated third studio album, ‘Withness’, out via their own imprint No Art. Rooted firmly in dance music, ‘Withness’ sees the pair refine their sound into their most dance-floor focused and cohesive project to date.
Born during their global tour, ‘Withness’ was shaped in real time: written, tested and refined on dancefloors across the world. Following the expansive, genre-blurring approach of their 2025 LP ‘On A Trip’, the duo felt a pull back toward the club - not as a limitation, but as a unifying space. “We really wanted to have a wide variety of songs that we can play out and create moments,” they explain. “Every track needed to make sense wherever people come together to dance.”
That intention sits at the heart of ‘Withness’. A title that reimagines the idea of “witnessing” into something more active and collective. ‘Withness’ is an album about experiencing life with others. It’s about the moments you share, the people who shape them, and the energy that becomes real only when you’re fully present. The album captures the collective high of friendship. Whether in a packed club, at a festival, or in a living room with friends, the album is designed to soundtrack moments of connection.
“The memories you make with people, they’re the witness of those moments. Withness is about being in it together.” - ANOTR
Sonically, the album marks a clear evolution. Drawing from their early club roots while building on the songwriting confidence developed on their previous records, classic drum machines and 909 samples sit alongside warm, 80s-tinged textures, layered vocals and modern production techniques, creating a sound that feels both nostalgic and forward-thinking.
A key part of the process was spontaneity. The duo embraced a free-flowing, collaborative studio environment, often working with a rotating cast of contributors. Their now-signature “open mic” approach encouraged anyone in the room to experiment with melodies, lyrics and vocal ideas. This energy translates directly into the album’s standout moments. From the euphoric pull of ‘Withness’ to the groove-led ‘Do It With Ya’, the uplifting ‘Paradise’, each track is built to live beyond a single setting.
The LP comes at a timely moment, as their single ‘Talk To You ft. 54 Ultra’ has become the biggest global breakout dance single this year. Sitting firmly in Spotify’s Global Top 200, it has surpassed 175 million streams, and is currently No. 21 in the UK Singles Chart. Spotify have tipped it in their much-coveted global ‘Sound Of The Summer 2026’ list and other highlights include peaking at No. 7 in Shazam’s Global Chart, No.1 on Beatport Top 100 and gaining over 600M UGC views so far.

F-Man flips an early 00’s RnB classic into a haunting, West Coast–flavoured club edit with stripped drums, deep low end and sweeping strings. Summer festival favourite via Sedef Adasi & Shanti Celeste. Comes with Instrumental + a heads-down acid Bonus Bass Mix. White label, limited run.
'Come Into My Life' is a deep vocal house spine-tingler from Nathalie Capello and Rose Lonegran that is the subject of three separate remix EPs on Jus-Ed's top drawer Underground Quality label. This one begins with German house head Damiano Van Erckert layering in some humid chord work, before Reggie Dokes's Jazzy Adlib has fingers dancing nimbly across the piano keys to bring a brighter sound and Machillado's House Again remix is pulled apart and rebuilt as a rough-edged and dusty beatdown. Kossi Emmanuel keeps things bouncy and chord-laced for the ultimate soulful release.
Jus-Ed's Underground Quality label has been living up to its title for more than 20 years now. The brief is simple - deep, smoky house music with soul, and it keeps coming at a steady rate from a blend of newer names and more established stars. Next up this late summer is a three-part remix package that revisits a gorgeous original by Nathalie Capello and Rose Lonegran. TrackHeadz kicks off with a nice swaying and dubby rework that is blissed out and spine-tingling, while Melchior Sultana taps into a melodic and Mediterranean sound perfect for sunset. DJRYDER's closer is a more percussive and prickly affair and Patrice Scott locks you into a zoned-out, late-night roller. Top-notch deep house.

Kepler’s sound sits somewhere between deep house, garage swing and low-slung club pressure. Based in Leeds, he has developed a sound built around weighty basslines, rolling drums and an instinct for keeping ideas sounding fresh. Releases on Up The Stuss, Semi Delicious, Constant Sound and Rossi’s HOME//GRXWN. have helped establish and elevate that approach, with support from selectors including Ben UFO, Raresh, Chris Stassy, Four Tet and Interplanetary Criminal. Alongside his own productions, plus his labels Contact Music and Perspective, his Studio Orbit has grown into an online production community supporting thousands of artists, and he now returns to FUSE after his appearance alongside founder Enzo Siragusa in 2024 as part of the label’s X Series for his first solo release on the imprint.
His ‘Sunday Service’ EP brings four original cuts to digital and vinyl, moving between different shades of his UK-influenced, wide-spanning sound. ‘Inner Motion’ opens with a cosmic groove, sweeping melodies and tightly placed percussion, while ‘Jump Up Crew’, featuring MC Secret Agent, pushes into garage territory with an animated vocal presence and heavy low-end weight. On the B-side, ‘Unity’ settles into a deep, fluid rhythm that packs a punch before title track ‘Sunday Service’ journeys through hazy textures and shuffling drums for a late-night finish.
Some music travels well. Some takes its time. And some spends a few years underwater before deciding to come back up.
Such is the case with Ksky, Saint Petersburg native, DJ, synth enthusiast and the man behind Underwater Tales. Originally released into the world with little fanfare, these tales have been keeping a rather low profile ever since. Not quite forgotten, not exactly missing, just minding their own business somewhere below the surface. Time for a little fresh air.
Now resurfacing across two records, the collection brings together familiar faces, old acquaintances and a few unexpected arrivals. Previously released material rubs shoulders with additional tracks, including Gerd Janson's extended DJ mix of New Era. A small reunion of sorts, minus the awkward conversations.
Also along for the ride is Bad Philly. A deceptively simple piece of machinery with something strangely epic under the hood. No unnecessary detours, no lengthy explanations, just one breath, one story and a direct connection to the morning dancefloor. Sometimes the shortest route is the most scenic. Music for when the night has already happened, the sun is starting to ask questions and nobody seems particularly interested in going home.
Now together at last.
Nicola Conte & Gianluca Petrella’s 2021 brilliant collaborative jazz dance album People Need People channelled a vision of togetherness and used the universal language of music to elevate our spirit during these trying times. This vision can’t be more relevant today and the album’s legacy is kept alive with the same spirit of collaboration that distinguished the project.
“Inner Light” - featuring Raashan Ahmad on vocals - is the first song from the album chosen for a series of reinterpretations of the project that will be released throughout 2022. Joaquin Joe Claussell needs no introduction, the Body & Soul founder and Sacred Rhythm label honcho is a true legend and purveyor of spirituality – a cosmic messenger that brings us two versions of “Inner Light”; his work here is not to be solely intended as a remix but, as the title suggests, delivers two new proper versions of the original song.
This EP is the first in a trilogy of 12” releases that will also feature further reinterpretations of tracks taken from the “People Need People” album, by none less than Anthony Nicholson, DJ Spinna and Tall Black Guy!
Next on global swing sublabel, Healing Channel, garrett david taps Ron Obvious to present “More Than This”
It’s Obvious You Won’t Survive by Your Wits Alone.
You’re deep, just like a chasm, You’ve no enthusiam. You’re tired and uninspired, you’re __.
Your day is one of leisure. In which you search for pleasure. You’re bored when you’re adored.
You’re __! While searching for the moon and stars up in the sky, The simple things of normal life just simply pass you by. You sleep, the sun is shining, you wake, it’s time for dining.
There’s nothing new for you to do… you’re __.

Tiger Stripes unveils part one of ‘A Tiger Never Loses Its Stripes’ on Rekids. The series will culminate in the Swedish artist’s sophomore album later this year.
Sweden’s Tiger Stripes, aka Mikael Nordgren, drops the first part of the ‘A Tiger Never Loses Its Stripes’ EP series on Rekids. The EP previews his upcoming sophomore album, his first in two decades, due out later this year, and follows three recent releases and a remix for Dino Lenny on Matt Edwards’ Rekids label.
Tiger Stripes kicks off the ‘A Tiger Never Loses Its Stripes’ EP with ‘Slow’, a snappy groove driven by weighty bass and vocals that are as playful as they are drenched in soul. ‘Twelve’ picks up the pace with irresistible low-end and funky, jazz-inflected key riffs, before ‘Stay Hypnotic’ takes things somewhere more dream-like, pairing shimmering synth sequences with glitched-out percussion and fragmented vocal snippets on the flip. ‘Shape The Future’ closes the first instalment with a squelchy bassline, slightly off-key strings and gorgeous dubbed-out chord progressions, bringing a classy, club-ready finish to this preview of Tiger Stripes’ next album.
Founder of the Strange Idols label, Tiger Stripes has spent over two decades forging his own path with standout releases on Hot Creations, Kaoz Theory, Kwench Records, and more. After stepping back to focus on his indie-rock project Little Lies, he made a full return in 2024 and quickly recaptured the form that’s made him an international favourite, returning three times to Rekids since.
Adeen Records celebrates the tenth anniversary of Detroit house legend Alton Miller's timeless deep house classic with a freshly remastered reissue featuring the soulful vocals of Niki O. This is a much-sought grail for lovers of the deep stuff as well as being the release that started the Adeen Records journey back in late 2016. This version revisits two standout interpretations: DJ Spinna's fan-favourite remix and South African artist Ms. Jones's sublime remix and each brings a distinctive flavour to the original while keeping the heat and soul intact.
The “Time To Shuff” EP was the first ever release from UK deep house pioneers BRS (British Rhythm Services) in 2000, originally on Cyclo records.
Situationism Records are excited to be able to re-issue this timeless classic and sort after EP from BRS …26 years later and we have lovingly repressed on vinyl and emulated the original artwork.
Chicago’s finest, Chez Damier’s “Untitled E.P.” gets an essential reissue for the first time in over five years. Originally released in 1993, this timeless piece of dance music still stands the test of time, sounding as fresh today as it did over 30 years ago.
A key release in the legendary KMS catalogue and an essential piece of deep house history, this is one for fans of the genre, old and new. Not one to miss.
Label co-founder CRYME releases his third solo EP on the Berlin-based imprint, paving the way for a new, more subtle direction. Across these four tracks we find the artist diving deeper into a sound he's been shaping over the last few months. More adventurous, experimental, still driving and dancefloor-focused. This one is for the early mornings at festivals - that moment when the sunlight starts to break through the fog and the night turns into day. From bubbly, techy and quirky minimal on the A-side to more dubbed and spaced-out cuts on the B-side with a more atmospheric feel. Overall complex music full of movement that's still easy to listen to but keeps the crowd moving.
Damian Lazarus and Kenny Glasgow reconnect on Crosstown Rebels with ‘Where Do We Go?’ The two figures with a longstanding shared history come together for their latest collaboration which features Jonathan Kaspar Remixes on the flip.
The histories of Damian Lazarus, Kenny Glasgow and Crosstown Rebels have been intertwined for well over a decade. Glasgow’s unmistakable voice and production were central to Art Department’s sound as the project emerged through the label under Lazarus’ guidance, and their relationship has continued over the years since. Now, the pair come together under their own names for ‘Where Do We Go?’, a new collaboration that draws from that shared past without attempting to recreate it. There’s a lot simmering beneath the surface. ‘Where Do We Go?’ moves through a restless web of influences, with Kenny’s vocal sitting at its heart as wiry guitar riff s, acid touches and sweeping electronics continuously shift around it. Indie dance traces sit alongside the late-night house sensibility familiar to both artists, but the record never settles neatly into any one space; tension builds, ideas overlap, and the arrangement keeps moving without tipping into excess. For Lazarus, the single marks his return to home turf following the release of ‘Magickal’, an album that once again placed collaboration at the heart of his work, bringing together talents such as Fink, Jem Cooke, JOJO ABOT, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, A-Trak and Mathew Jonson. That instinct for unexpected combinations has run alongside his work at the helm of Crosstown Rebels throughout its history, with his output consistently drawing on a kaleidoscopic musical vocabulary beyond house and techno alone. Meanwhile, Glasgow arrives with an equally individual history. A foundational voice within Art Department and an established solo artist long before the project began, his catalogue stretches back to the early ’90s and across releases for Turbo and No.19 Music. His instantly recognisable vocal style has remained a defining part of his work, and on ‘Where Do We Go?’ it cuts straight through the production, anchoring the track as everything else shifts around it.
Label boss Damian Lazarus calls on Jonathan Kaspar’s safe hands for his interpretation of ‘Where Do We Go?’, his latest collaboration on Crosstown Rebels, alongside Kenny Glasgow. Following up on a rammed summer schedule with performances at Fusion Festival, Fabric, Else Berlin and Woodstock 69 Bloemendaal, and having just delivered his own EP on the label this year with ‘The Reason Why’, Kaspar returns in fine form, offering a version that delves deeper into the originals’ introspective layers, drawing out darker atmospheric tinges. Kaspar’s ‘Where Do We Go?’ rework strips the original back to its core, with dubbed-out textures and a brooding sense of space that give the track a natural nocturnal edge, while eerie melodic details hold simmering tension throughout the mix. The dub version lets the groove and moody atmosphere take centre stage to close things out.
NYC dance music legend Joey Longo has been a part of the dance music soundscape for those in the know from way back when, his first records surfacing in 1989 under a variety of monikers and on a slew of labels out of NYC.
One of his lesser known aliases was Dreamhouse, which only produced two tracks Jump & Prance and I Can Feel It, both in 1990 and contained here on this official reissue. Special mention to the Dream Mix which has long been sort after by collectors and DJ's worldwide and repressed here for the first time since it's original release in 1990. Finally an opportunity to own a slice of Joey's signature raw New York sound.
BUBBLES EP is a collection of sounds that touch on what Ferg has been producing recently. The EP features two high energy dub tech house tracks, a carefree deep house track and Bubbles - an ode to the deeper / emotional side of his productions that he describes as giving him the most satisfaction.
DAYBREAKERS continue the journey through Fred Everything's archives with a second collection of previously unreleased recordings. If the last release captured the early years, this next chapter moves into the period between 2008 and 2015, uncovering more forgotten gems from one of Montreal's finest.
Fred Everything is one of those producers whose influence runs deep. From his early releases on 20:20 Vision through to decades of essential music on Lazy Days and beyond, he's built a catalogue that's earned the respect of DJs and dancers across the world, always staying true to his own sound.
Once again, Fred opened the vault, revealing another batch of unheard productions that had somehow escaped release. This time the sound leans a little further into the dancefloor, with warm grooves, rolling basslines and the kind of understated musicality that's become synonymous with his name.
These recordings may have been made between 2008 and 2015, but they've lost none of their spark. Timeless, understated and effortlessly classy, they remind you why Fred Everything remains one of deep house's most consistent voices.
Three more lost gems, finally finding their place.
"Back in 2022, Ban Ban Ton Ton raved about George T’s then digital-only release, “Roll On, Kings Cross”. We described it as a “dynamite dose of poetry and digidub.” Likening the prose – which describes a train journey from the coast to the city – to Michael Smith and Joe Duggan, while comparing the production to Dennis Bovell’s remixes of Jarvis Cocker’s “Swanky Modes”, and The Sabres Of Paradise’s “Wilmot”. Melodica-led with a hefty post-punk flavour, its dub, which focuses on manipulating and morphing the bass-line, we called “hollowed out house.”
These tracks have now been pressed to vinyl for the second release on new imprint Noetic Rhythm, where they’re joined by Leonidas’ “Great Northern” mix. Eschewing his usual futuristic ethno techno jacking, here he drops into roots reggae. Creating something more skanking, more stepping. An extended “discomix” showered in filtered, Mutron Bi-phased percussion, ghostly horns and peppered with the odd syndrum pop. Washes of sampled surf appropriately accompanying George informing us that “to the left there’s the sea.”
The 12 also features, “Dr Doctor”, a fresh collaboration with Yas Mine, The singer / guitarist’s French vocals countering George’s Matt Johnson-esque delivery, and a John Barry / “Midnight Cowboy”-like melodica melody serenading the song’s slow, squelchy, electronic skanking. The dub, instead, showcasing Yas’ fine fretwork." BAN BAN TON TON review

FORMA002 sees label co-founder Glenn Davis back with a deep original production that also does real damage on the dancefloor. Flip over for a true masterpiece remix from Trinidadian deep with his trademark Caribbean rhythms and deep sonics. When you know..
Glenn's deep driving baseline, jazzy chords and synth stabs elevate you to a hypnotic house nirvana. A love for deep atmospheric and melodic house music creates an instant classic from the Dublin producer.
Trinidadian Deep takes the original Davis production, adds his Caribbean magic with layers of live percussion, vocals, organs and sub bass that needs to be heard on a proper club system. Don't sleep on this one.
The label is back with release number 11. A split EP that brings together two unique and complimentary styles of Bucharests finest producers, built on raw, underground old school grooves, refined with a present-day edge.
On the A-side, Elia Nafzger delivers two fluid and dynamic cuts with his signature bounce and warmth, a reflection of his deep roots and evolving presence on the scene.
On the flip, Guy From Downstairs strips things down to the essentials: groove-heavy, punchy and dancefloor-tested tracks, shaped by countless late nights and a trademark analog spirit.
Different shades, same dedication to the craft.

Ian Pooley returns with a brand-new collection of original productions, delivering exactly what you'd expect from one of house music's true craftsmen.
Road-tested throughout his recent live shows, these tracks have already proven themselves where it matters most: on the dancefloor. Staying faithful to his unmistakable MPC-driven approach, Ian delivers groove, feel and musical restraint in equal measure. Crisp drums, warm sampling, infectious basslines and subtle arrangements come together in a way that only he can deliver.
No overproduction, no unnecessary breakdowns, no gimmicks-just pure, functional house music built for DJs. Timeless, stripped-back and effortlessly effective, this is another reminder why Ian Pooley remains one of the genre's most respected producers.
Frenchman Janeret heads up the second release on fledgling label Species. Deep in the game for over a decade now, Janeret has an innate ability to blend emotive layers of electronic funk with sultry grooves and hypnotic rhythms. His output is impeccable, each release encapsulating his emotionally rich approach. On the road, he’s an in-demand selector, channelling his love for sharing music that moves people into spellbinding sets from Europe to the USA, Australia and South America.
On the Vibrations EP Janeret embodies the essence of what makes him unique: combining the core foundational components of his sound to produce four dancefloor-ready cuts that epitomise where he’s at right now…
The EP opens with its title cut, ‘Vibrations’, a steppy production with an enchanting riff and mythical melodies. A reggae vocal utters “vibration” intermittently, accompanied by a hip hop sample, demonstrating Janeret’s broad sonic palette. Layered drum arrangement and deep bassline make this one a surefire dancefloor groover.
Up next it’s ‘No End’, a mesmerising trip driven by crisp percussion and a mean b-line. As the drums roll out, Janeret introduces jaunty layers that add cosmic funk to the cut. With each stage of progression the swirling funky synths envelop the listener more and more, immersing you in their wistful vibrations. A spinetingling break allows space for a short breather before the beats come back in, guiding us to the close.
On the flip we have ‘Fazed’, which kicks off with sturdy breaks and a highly effective, simple melody. The low end is immediately captivating, complementing the melody with a little more complexity. Together, the beats, bass and uncomplicated melody build steadily, with more elements added bringing further depth to the cut. This is one for closing your eyes and really losing yourself in the moment.
Finally, ‘Sub Pressure’ closes out the EP with a dreamy, yet bass-heavy atmosphere. Soft pads glide across the top layer, while a hefty b-line balances things out in the bottom end. Janeret’s exquisite production keeps things progressing with subtle elements creeping in throughout, creating a symphony of electronic sound and vibration. Let the brighter layers tantalise your spirit, while the bass moves your body.
Masterful work from Janeret here, with four versatile tracks designed to move the dancefloor across mind, body and soul. Feel the Vibrations…
Detroit producer Kyle Hall returns to his Wild Oats Music imprint with Smooth Architecture EP, a four-track exploration of soulful electronic music, deep house, and the rhythmic sophistication that continues to define his distinctive approach to production.
Featuring remixes from Detroit's Hazmat Live and Toronto-based house duo 83 West (Tyrone Solomon and Martino Lozej), the release brings together distinct musical perspectives rooted in a shared appreciation for groove, soul, and experimentation.
The A-side opens with Hazmat Live's remix of “Venus Deep,” bringing his distinctive musicianship and expressive approach to Hall's original composition. The remix features engineering by Michele Manzo, a member of the extended Wild Oats family, further highlighting the collaborative spirit behind the project.
Following is 83 West's interpretation of “Velour Focus,” with the Toronto duo offering their own perspective on the track's deep, soulful foundations.
On the flip, Hall presents the original “Velour Focus,” followed by the title track “Smooth Architecture.” The latter features engineering by Max Craig, son of Detroit techno pioneer Carl Craig and an engineer associated with Defected Records. His contribution adds another connection to Detroit's continuing musical lineage, bringing together generations of creative expression within the city's electronic music tradition.
Both original compositions showcase Hall's instinctive approach to rhythm, harmony, and texture, balancing raw electronic production with a strong sense of musicality and emotional depth.
Throughout the EP, Hall's productions move naturally between intimate listening environments and the dance floor, emphasizing the subtle relationship between rhythm, space, and feeling. His approach favors organic movement, warm sonic textures, and arrangements that allow the music to breathe while maintaining a strong rhythmic foundation.
Mastered by Grammy Award-winning engineer Beau Thomas in London, the EP brings together a network of musical talent spanning multiple cities, each contributing to the record's sonic identity.
Smooth Architecture EP represents a continuing dialogue between Detroit's rich musical heritage and the broader evolution of soulful electronic music. With contributions connecting Detroit, Toronto, London, and Milan, the record reflects a shared musical language that transcends geographical and generational boundaries.
Rather than adhering to a single stylistic formula, the EP celebrates individuality, musical expression, and the enduring relationship between soulful composition and functional dance music.
Rooted in tradition while remaining forward-looking, Smooth Architecture EP marks another chapter in Kyle Hall's ongoing exploration of sound through Wild Oats Music.
The Style Point EP by Lavan showcases one of Berlin’s most refined groove specialists.
Originally from London, Lavan has both the elegance of classic deep house and the unmistakable swing of old-school MPC-driven UK garage running through his veins.
The title track, “Fierce,” perfectly captures his approach, striking a seamless balance between house and garage. Another Berlin legend, Dana Ruh, delivers a deep rework of the original, a timeless groover, showcasing exactly what she’s known for and what has made her an institution on the international house music scene.
The B-side opens with another flowing gem, “If U Bad,” a track that fits effortlessly into any moment of the night. Closing things out, “Today” reveals a darker side of Lavan’s sound while perfectly reflecting the core identity of Salty Nuts.
Dial Records boss makes a welcome return to Smallville in March of 2024 with a fresh four-tracker EP ‘Gravity Hill’. Peter Kersten, better known to most as Lawrence, has been at the forefront of underground house and techno for decades now. His Dial imprint, co-founded alongside Carsten Jost, has grown to become a north star for many seeking out raw, emotive and understated electronic music and Lawrence’s own productions follow a similar path, finding a home on many beloved labels beyond Dial such as Kompakt, Mule Musiq, Ghostly
International, Giegling, Pampa and of course Smallville, that he co-founded together with Stella Plazonja and Julius Steinhoff in 2005.
Title-track ‘Gravity Hill’ opens the project and perfectly sets the tone with Lawrence’s distinct atmospheric haze of keys, chords and pads billowing atop swaying bass tones and crisp drums. ‘Beaver’ follows next and edges into dubbed out realms with expansive stab delays, rounded subs, modulating percussive flutters and a robust rhythmic drive.
‘The Swamp’ then leads the B-side, diving into a deeper territory via airy Rhodes melodies and subtly unfurling pads, intertwined with organic percussion and a jazz tinged bass line. ‘Stargazer’ then concludes the package and shifts back to a more straight, dance floor- oriented feel via a twitchy acid bass, circling resonant synth licks, hypnotic textures and a swinging drum groove.
Smallville 62 artwork by Stefan Marx as always and it's the first 12“ Smallville cover in full colour ever after 61 black/white releases.
LOWERCASE sits in the darker progressive lane — trance-informed, disciplined and hard-edged. Militant pacing with low-end intent, built on pressure and control: long blends, transitions, and that slow-burn momentum that holds the floor without raising its voice.
Progressive motion with a trance backbone — patient, driving, and engineered for fully dialled-in rooms. Three tracks. No excess. Straight function: cycle.
A1 return – A ripping progressive scorcher, primed for larger-floor impact and long-form hypnosis.
B1 cause – An emotional progger: two-tone movement harmonised into break that blooms just to drop back to stride.
B2 way – Rooted in dub culture, a deep trance exploration — spacious, weighty, and quietly consuming.
All tracks written and produced by Boris Salimkhan
The Mannheim homie ManooZ has been releasing some fab tunes for over a decade on labels like Chiwax, Selections, Local Talk or just recently Chicago’s own Star Creature, but there’s no stopping. A true house lover, ManooZ dedicates his „Rhythm of motion EP“ to Chicago House! The a-side represents the jacking side of Chicago with raw and hypnotic grooves and stripped-back basslines. Just listen to „rhythm of motion“ and „mode six“! The b-side goes deeper with a more soulful approach and strings and melodies all over! A perfectly balanced release by the one and only ManooZ!
In the begining there was jack! And in 2026 there’s still jack!

Tiger Stripes release’s part three of ‘A Tiger Never Loses Its Stripes’ on Rekids. The final EP in the series ahead of his album drop of the same name.
Sweden’s Tiger Stripes unveils the third and final instalment of his ‘A Tiger Never Loses Its Stripes’ EP, releasing 13th November ahead of the release of his album of the same name on 4th December 2026. The series has already won a huge response from DJs including Laurent Garnier, DJ Minx, Paula Tape, CHRIS STASSY, and more.
Tiger Stripes’ part three of ‘A Tiger Never Loses Its Stripes’ opens with 'Fire Eater', a feathery groove that sways back and forth, with a warm bassline holding it up and the drums skipping lightly on top. It's a low-slung but pressurised cut, with silky chords and a soulful vocal that finishes it with style. 'All Systems Go' is another dreamy house fl oater with soft drums and suspensory pads, with a filtered, dehumanised vocal encouraging you to dance. There is a soulful slide and funky break to the drums of 'Sonore De Lettres', complete with a knotty bassline, loopy chords, whistles and more playful voices, before 'The Wetdown' kicks up a gear with a more driving groove but still plenty of human heat in the pads and dusty in the drums. It's another Tiger Stripes masterclass in smart sampling and rhythmic invention. Tiger Stripes made his debut on Matt Edwards' Rekids label with his ‘I Heard It Through The Bassline’ EP back in 2024. It was the latest in a long line of releases from the Stockholm-based Mikael Nordgren. He has played the world many times over the last two decades and is adept in the studio at deep techno, futuristic tech, and plenty in between. He has collaborated with many influential artists on a wide range of tasteful labels and now teases this new artist album with four more tracks.
Tour-Maubourg opens a new chapter with Alone Together, his own imprint created to explore multiple aliases and sonic directions under one creative umbrella. Inspired by the 90s classic house north american scene (MAW, Glenn Underground, Strictly Rhythm, Nu Groove, etc.), the label's first record, "It's Time EP", fuses Tour-Maubourg's classic signature sounds, jazz chords, MPC grooves, organic musicianship, and carefully chopped vocal samples in an old school and club-focused aesthetic.
Next up on Beyond Tomorrow we have ‘The Deep Selectors’ EP from Trinidadian Deep featuring two fresh cuts from this prolific producer.
First up is ‘Afro Spher’ a deep and emotive track with his trademark groove and sonics, backed with an an incredible remix from CoFlo who
transforms the track, taking us on a journey of rhythmic changes and orchestral flourishes. Then there is ‘Dub Tekkas’ which does exactly
what it says on the tin. A dubby, deep house workout perfect for those 2am heads down moments, pure sound system business.
Final track on the EP is a remix of ‘Dub Tekkas’ from Beyond Tomorrow’s founder Craig Smith and label fellow Drummore who whilst keeping
true to the dubby soundscape of the original, give it their own unique twist.

Where Sky High, the first release on Zeynep Erbay’s Moments on the Floor, looked upwards, Dans turns its attention to the body. The label’s second release moves into a bolder, more playful space across four house tracks: ‘Dans,’ ‘Find The Girl’ and two distinct versions of ‘Waiting Now.’ Instinctive grooves carry fragmented voices and sudden flashes of acid, while familiar club sounds take on stranger forms. Nostalgic without being tied to one era, Dans moves between yearning and euphoria without losing its dance floor edge.
Alex Wann & JUNO combine for ‘Allo’ on Crosstown Rebels.
Out on 8th May 2026, the two in-demand talents combine for a cinematic label debut on Damian Lazarus’ imprint. Parisian DJ/producer Alex Wann joins forces with German talent JUNO for a brooding two-track EP arriving via Crosstown Rebels on 8th May. Alex has become a formidable force within the melodic house landscape, performing at festivals and venues from Tomorrowland to Pacha Ibiza, while holding a Las Vegas residency at Wynn’s XS Nightclub. His reach extends far beyond the booth, with multiple Beatport chart-topping releases on renowned imprints and notable support from Keinemusik, Diplo, John Summit, BLOND:ISH, and more. Here he collaborates with JUNO, who comes off a breakout 2025 marked by his standout hit ‘Last Dance’ on Magnifik Music and a Hot Mix for Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1, delivering an impressive label debut for the pair.
Title track ‘Allo’ sees the pair lock into a deep, groove-led collaboration that balances warmth and intensity, built around a driving low end and a steadily rising sense of pressure as its growling basslines, echoing synth textures, and razor-sharp percussion slowly unfold. On the fl ip, ‘IDONE’ fi nds Alex Wann stepping out solo with an introspective fi nish, featuring pulsing riff s and pensive, elongated piano chords, threaded by a winding, gritty synth line that gradually builds toward a powerful climax.
Asphalt DJ lands with his second outing on Sentiment.
Following a more Detroit house & techno oriented first release, this EP fi nds itself in four club-focused, yet deeper house tracks. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Sentiment is a label born from admiration for those who came long before us, who were driven by curiosity and experimented with early-day machinery. We want to create a home for music that carries that same spirit. A home founded on the bricks of house and techno and built together with artists who inspire us. Feel free to join building.
Hushed first moments revel in a tapestry of organic sounds which pervade a verdurous soundscape. The ambience unfolds into jazzy, twinkling keys & slippery textures. After that protracted introduction, the open atmosphere contracts into a cozy house groove - harnessing rubberband soul & intimate vocals while feeling remarkably free of deep house genre tropes. On the flip, breezy Ready To Flow's compelling swing is persuasively full of movement; closer Karpaten Tanz takes a more psychedelic approach, interjecting one delicate layer after another, until the wisps of melody, vocals, and reverberation become reminiscent of a beat-driven return to the record's unassuming introduction
After a successful career in the corporate world, marketing guru and full-time mom Cristina has taken a bold step into the music scene, inspired by the minimal grooves emanating from Romania.
Her Satya debut EP, titled "Plan B," showcases a unique and tasteful fusion of drum-based dance floor beats and hypnotic melodies.
Growing up composing on the piano and studying harmony, Cristina's musical roots strongly influence her creative process, resulting in tracks that offer a perfect balance between rhythm and musicality. With a focus on key themes such as family, music, and life philosophy, "Plan B" is a strong musical package filled with intention.
Her collaboration with friend and fellow artist Francesco Mami - "Les Filles” - a peak-time jam dedicated to their respective daughters - adds spice to the already flavorsome solo concoctions.
Sepp’s remix of the title track, infused with his Romanian and Macedonian folk roots, rounds the EP in a wonderfully playful manner.
Scheduled for release on May 17, 2024, "Plan B" is poised to make waves and gain attention from house music connoisseurs! Cristina's transition from the corporate world to the dance floor promises a refreshing and dynamic addition to the ever-evolving music landscape.
Danny Tenaglia’s new EP on Nervous Records features “Tonight” and “Out From Obscurity” and a remix of his prior Nervous Records release “Move That Body.”
With ”Tonight,” Danny kicks things off with the title track - treating us to both ‘No Beats Intro’ and ‘Beats Intro’ versions. And in doing so - manages to deliver, hands-down, one of the most tantalising and majestically rousing opening gambits we’ve heard in some time.
And when ‘Tonight’ finally bursts its aural banks, circa 1 minute 30 seconds - with the most seamless of transitions, we suddenly find ourselves surfing a decadent wave of hazy Rhodes, staccato bass and mesmeric vocal work - ebbing and flowing right up to it’s opulent and wonderfully soporific conclusion.
Next up we have DT’s re-rub of George Vidal’s ‘Out From Obscurity’; a veritable pressure-cooker of a track, that spins and weaves a sense of poise, tension and drama which escalates stealthily throughout. A stripped-back, rolling synth-driven’, made-to-measure for the 2024 club floor.
Finally - closing this souped-up invigorator of a release - we have ANTRANIG’s remix of Danny and Cevin Fisher’s ‘Move That Body’… a fully tribalized, menagerie-wrapped groove; which wears the sweat, the writhe and all that heat - very much on it’s visceral, live-and-direct sleeve.“
Communique Records USA is going to re-issue SO25 - DJ E Tones - Detergent For The Soul from 1998 on the sublabel SOUNDS. !!!

From the globally acclaimed spiritual jazz album RUSHIN' (Mono Jazz), "PHAROAH'S MESSAGE" channels the spiritual legacy of Pharoah Sanders and John Coltrane into the present day. At its center is Joe Claussell's expansive alternate remix, where Afro-diasporic ritual, deep house, and jazz mysticism converge. Also featuring Didje Doo, with a Balearic sound and WATH with an Eastern Sound, this release reimagines the spirit of jazz for a new generation of listeners, dancers, and seekers.
_NRV011 welcomes Romanian craftsman Firesc for a deep, stripped and deliberate three-track journey built for long blends and late-hour tension.
“Travelling Monk” unfolds across eleven patient minutes — a rolling, meditative groove anchored by subtle low-end pressure and finely detailed percussion. The arrangement breathes, evolves and locks into a steady hypnotic stride designed for extended transitions and heads-down floors.
“Resiclap” tightens the focus. Snapping drums and elastic rhythm work drive the groove forward with crisp minimal precision, balancing restraint with just enough swing to keep things playful.
On remix duties, Andrei Ciubuc reinterprets “Resiclap” with a darker, more driving edge. His version sharpens the rhythmic framework and reinforces the low-end weight, turning it into a focused, late-night weapon without sacrificing the original’s subtlety.
A refined, functional release that stays true to the understated aesthetic _NRV is becoming known for — built for selectors who value patience, space and control.
Hot on the heels of the Get It Done EP and their standout contribution to 30 Years of Freerange Vol. 2, Dutch duo, Fouk return to Freerange with four more cuts of beautifully crafted, groove-heavy house music.
Having been previously released digitally and on CD back in 2009. We decided RSD 2022 was a great opportunity to release this seminal album on Red Transparent vinyl for the first time.
‘Don’t You Remember The Future’ is the debut artist album from Jamie Jones, peering into the coming apocalypse with a body-shaking, teeth-grinding, tripped out fusion of sound on Crosstown Rebels.
There are some talents that remain inconspicuous and then there are some you can’t ignore. Jamie Jones is the latter, quickly rising to superstar status in underground dance circles over recent years. Releases on Crosstown Rebels Hot Creations, Defected, Cocoon, Get Physical and BPitch have catapulted him to become a cult figure and he is widely admired for his true originality. From his debut single ‘Amazon’, to his albums' anthem ‘Summertime’, his unique sound has won him worldwide audiences and this album has been widely anticipated as one to change the face of current house music.
With ‘Don’t You Remember The Future’ Jamie Jones delivers an album of “intergalactic techno house, where old school prince meets cybertron.” A seamlessly blended up-tempo mix filled with eerie and energetic moments. Featuring ten brand new tracks from Jamie Jones, alongside this years dance floor anthem ‘Summertime’ and the current ‘Galactic Space Bar’ - which features the vocals of Egyptian Lover - the album’s twelve tracks are stitched together in an entangled web of beats and bleeps, available digitally as separate edits.
Cosmic cuts such as ‘Mars’ and ‘Deep In The Ghetto’ create a new dimension through soaring synths and idiosyncratic samples while the sonic dance floor weapons ‘Half Human’ and ‘This Is How’ release the lethal disco master within Jamie Jones. The jacking, peak time moments of ‘Summertime’ and ‘Sand Dunes’ produce a current take on the early acid house sound and each step of this peculiar story solidifies the strange notion of being within an undiscovered time and place. ‘Don’t You Remember The Future’ features the guest vocals of a variety of musical souls, checking off some of Jones’ remote influences and revealing the greater versatility of this skillful artist. Norwegian oddball duo Ost & Kjex feature on the anthem, ‘Summertime’.
The seductively charged ‘Absolute Zero’ unmasks the talent of London based DJ, producer and vocalist Alison Mars (AKA Alison Marks), resulting in a beautifully epic and mysterious after hours track, and the toxic ‘Galactic Space Bar’ features live vocals from one of the creators of the electro scene, The Egyptian Lover, an old hero to Jamie Jones through early rap cuts like ‘Egypt, Egypt’ and ‘I Need a Freak .’ ‘Don’t You Remember The Future’ vinyl release is the album that brought the future into the present."

Key Records returns with a four-track various artists release, bringing together four different vibes that sit naturally alongside each other, while each artist puts their own stamp on the record.
Julian Anthony opens with the spacious and driving “Stargazing”, followed by Wilba’s darker and more stripped back “Head Noise”. On the flip, Darren Roach brings a strong old school feel with “Putting Things In Perspective”, before Reflex Blue closes the record with the playful, after hours sound of “Question”.
