Cómeme means a body that gives itself away. Everynow and then worldwide heralds of the loony beats, ritmo lunatics and self-styled electronic primitives join in for a nightlife fiction to become reality. This collective fantasy, utterly devoted to the dark side of the mirror ball, keeps a certain wanderlust. So, if you happen to have your globe at hand, let´s twist the ball around and spotlight the places of Cómeme, episode 15.

Keeping up the Detroit sound with high-class contributions from Dutch artists, Field strikes with another exciting collection of tracks. This seventh EP provides deep cuts by the likes of Duplex, Conforce, ESHU and Counterpart.

Norfolk retro-futurist Nathan Fake returns with brand new single 'Iceni Strings', a typically bold reframing of
the Zeitgeist, where burbling organic synths meet a deliciously crunchy techno rattle in one glorious, exuberant
pre-apocalyptic braindance.

After revealing themselves as Ollie and If Music owner Jean-Claude of Amalgamation of Soundz fame, London based dub and bass duo Cessa return with another 12" on their Missing Link Sounds imprint. On vocal duty is Jamiacan-born Mozez, who is best known as the singer of the British downtempo group Zero 7. On "Tek A Step" warm acid meets Caribbean vibes, building into the perfect track to ease into Summer. On the flip, "Step In The Water" starts out with classic 2-step rhythms and with the help of Mozez's soulful vocals, slowly transforms itself into an epic dub reggae tune. Cessa's releases ...

Fresh is the hottest artist in British dance music. With two consecutive No.1 singles ('Louder' and 'Hot Right Now'), over 1 million sales and a sold out UK live tour under his belt, Fresh has grown from rising star to record breaking household name. 'The Power', his new single featuring the UK's premier hip hop star, Dizzee Rascal, was unveiled via a world exclusive by Radio 1's Zane Lowe, with further support from Mistajam. Dizzee features in the promo video, shot at the recent Winter Music Conference in Miami.

Following the war cry of their rst single 'Speeddance',
Reptile Youth return with another sublime 7' for hfn music.
The second single taken from their upcoming album 'Black
Swan Born White' sees the Youth expand their sound to-
wards a grandiose post-punk pop. Already a live favourite
at their increasingly intense gigs, Mads Damsgaard Kris-
tiansen' vocals soar above the funk-driven robo-rhythm,
while an instantly addictive melody references their new-
wave roots.

Our first release of 2012 has Seattle veteran 214 merging his classic electro style with current UK bass flavours to create a tantalising 4 track ep to wreck dancefloors and is already receiving support from Boddika, Girl Unit, Addison Groove, Bok Bok , Braiden, Dexter, Patrick Pulsinger, Speedy J and Appleblim.

The Dirty Dutch! Anticlub a notorious collective from Eindhoven, the Southern capital of Holland, was inspired to push itself into a new direction. The inspiration came from a painting by an old lady that drew the attention and gave the impulse to create the album 'Freaks and Followers'.

We are very pleased to present you the 3rd Deep Circus record! Right at the start of summer, Benny Grauers original - Moog Phunk' gets released, and will certainly be heard at various open air parties this year. The Moog sound, beginning at the middle of the track, goes instantly into your ears and brain and makes this deep tune very unique. Besides the groovy B-side - The Eagle has landed', the record also contains two Remixes by Pär Grindvik and Aemkay. While Aemkay´s version is putting the original track into a more minimalistic perspective, Grindvik hits us with his dark technoid version in the well-known Stockholm style. Enjoy!

Generously full of 4 tunes this EP brings a smart electro techno sound, nice little melodies, and cool evolution.

Discovering and nourishing fresh new talent is one of the primal thrills of any label's A & R process. Unearthing production gems that spring up close to home doubles the enjoyment. Culprit's next release - it's 23rd EP - ticks both of those boxes while fulfilling the label's foremost mission of delivering quality authentic dance music of depth and feeling.

Fledgling duo, Climbers are at the helm of this impressive release. Based in the city of Mexicali, part of the Mexican Baja California - a mere 3-hour drive from Los Angeles and much closer to it in ethos - the fast-rising production team deliver their very first ever EP of original material, 'Law of Attraction,' with poise, brimming with confidence and infectious energy, unburdened by expectation. On the basis of this strong debut statement, Climbers - aka Jay Blakk and Kiko Deal - stand on the verge of an enormously promising future in dance music. Indeed, their follow-up EP has already been snapped up by the terrific Nurvous label and Climbers will continue to figure prominently in Culprit's 2012, with their second EP for the Los Angeles imprint already in the works

Like most of Culprit's releases, 'Law of Attraction' is a natural outgrowth of long-term artist nurturing. From the very first demos sent to the label in late 2010 to the four superb tracks on this EP, Climbers and Culprit worked intently on focusing the young artists' style and quality of music to both suit the label's sensibility and deliver the strongest possible statement for the new producers.

The four songs that make up 'Law of Attraction' are all deeply rooted in US soul music: from Motown references on 'All Right' to disco- and vocal deep house touches on 'Losing You,' to 'Go With the Flow' that's bursting with smooth R'n'Binfused electronic funk and more ominously melodic 'OWS.' Bold and brash basslines, definitive electro pulse and memorable vocal hooks unify the EP. This is the sound of young talent first uncovering their musical potency and revelling in its possibilities. Culprit are excited to provide the springboard for the new boys in town - Climbers.
