Meccanica is a slow tempo gem, It combines elements of industrial and Balearic with a touch of submarine-like soundscapes. Ramos and Trent's music-making philosophy is as special as unique. Fabian Winkels and Ben Balance's Ho Do Ri project has been responsible for some of the best minimal house workouts of the last two years. Hopes are naturally high, then, for this first appearance on Mariano Mateljan's Split-based u.dig imprint. Happily, they hit the ground running with A-side "Fu Giunta 007", where fluttering, dream house style synth melodies and becalmed ambient chords wind their way around a chunky, bass-heavy tech-house groove rich in bustling bass and outer-space electronics. Their minimal instincts come further to the fore on heads-down flipside "Flood Shella", which peppers a hypnotic, locked-on groove with Villalobos style electronics and mind-altering electronic effects.

But while his track - Permanent Departure' and the accompa- nying dOP remix on the MMR 27 still sought, and found, the meditative magic of the night, these four tracks take no prisoners when it comes to danceability. With a broad spectrum bass drum and a funky, uncomplicated sound design that creates as much jack as it does depth, this latest EP by the Russi- an producer takes aim and heads straight to the heart of the dance floor. Here the low pitched bass, turbulent percussion and mysterious vocals send the most scintillating signals of seemingly endless nights. While - Hellraiser 2017' and - For me there is no other one (feat. Jake the Rapper)' on the A-side are still in the lower BPM range, 'PD124' on the B-side, ups the pace and therefore the energy level, which is effortlessly maintained for eight minutes. The conclusion comes with 'Eto ne son 111', which pairs heavy drums with wistful melodies in an entirely perfect, non-contradictory fusion.
These four tracks from the MMR 28 as well as the two tracks from the MMR 27 (including dOP remix) also appear in a digital bundle as a mini-album (six tracks) in addition to the vinyl release.

Reboot takes another slice from his recent album 'Alive' out for a walk. This time it's 'Are You Losing My Mind'. First we're treated to the vinyl version full of everything we loved from the original. A stripped down tech house beat sprinkled with a might vocal hymn and plenty of groove. Then Ricardo takes over the track with his own very particular style. He's made two distinct versions, 'Hauswiedermischung' is first. As he's known to do, Villalobos created a kind of chaos in which the track lives without ever losing the groove and with plenty of little surprises to discover throughout. Next is Ricardo's twenty four minute 'Losing my Miles' remix, and here is where he really loosens the grip on the track and lets it wander in and out of coherence, taking it and us along for a special ride that only Ricardo can deliver. From beginning to end, you don't know what to expect but you know it when it comes. Get it, press play, and lose your mind.

Steve Spacek returns to Eglo Records after making his label debut with the summer smash 'Follow Me'. The Lewisham born singer/producer continues to innovate, utilizing the latest technologly (he made these two tracks on an ipad) to push his unique London style from his new home in Sydney NSW. 'If U Wan 2 Find Me' is a celestial slice of vocal footwork/soul, with Spacek offering his own zero gravity take on the chicago sound. Bside 'Time Is Running Out' completely switches up the tempo, this stripped back techno bubbler feels like the soundtrack to a late night cruise around the red planet. Signature Spacek swing and acid bounce througout. Steve Spacek remains one of the most unique and versatile artists from the UK, born out of Londons soundsystem culture his fearless and forwarding thinking approach to music and technology has made him impossible to pigeon hole. Consistently on the cutting edge of new evolutions in sound and style.

"I try to perform as honestly as possible" — the soundbite borrowed from late dancer Dudley Williams for this record's second track could have been uttered by The Mole himself. It's this candor that has allowed us to bear witness to a very marked and very audible transition from his days as a producer in Montreal to becoming a part of the Berlin scene. And what we have here is one result of that very explicit sonic metamorphosis.
De La Planet is our dyslexic subject's third studio album, one that stays true to his ethos of weird above all in the best possible sense. And yet it feels like something distinctly new. Tapping his enormous reservoir of vinyl and sampling the odd film have acted as complement to the jaw-dropping arsenal of synthesizers at de la Plante's disposal—a battery of machines he's been quietly improving his skills on during the past few years. Or not so quietly, perhaps. The man himself would probably say "I'm coming out of the woodshed", and go off on a tangent about Sonny Rollins and his saint of a wife. But that's a story for another sheet.
While the days of Franco-Canadian dollar-record digging are behind him, this album is nothing if not quintessential Mole. And the opening Harmony Day makes sure to let us know we're in for a beautifully strange ride. But not without a dance floor throwdown first—by way of the symphony of pleas, bargains and one-line artist manifestos that is Going With The Hat Man. From its own dizzying heights through to the sci-fi inflected thumps of Braineater Returns, all the way to He Frank's earworm of a wonky cowbell, it's a charter through seldom explored lands. After The Hat Man gets the instrumental treatment, we proceed to Sandwich Time Is Coming, which sounds like a sonic wink at the portrait of Prince presiding over Colin's turntables—or is it the Klee illustration of a man expelling a smiling turd right next to it Either way, this one smells like it's 4:20. Which makes sense, as just one track later we get "I like to get high. So what Don't you" And there's no arguing with that thick percussive groove. The cinematic ambiance of Soft Translation and esoteric ripples of River Highways round out the trip, before Time Out sends us on our way with an early-aughties beat to march along to. Ding ding, time's up. This trip through La Planet is completed. Though we're tempted to jump the fence, relax and stay a while.

This is pure fantasy and this came to Andrew´s head.He started asking fellow musicians such as The Hacker, Cosmo Vitelli, David Carretta...to remix his songs. BAJO ARMADA consists of Raul Dahm Cardo and Mike Burion, who met as they started sharing a room for musical purpose. Since, it was clear that they both won't longer make music just by their own and they shortly started making music as a duo - benefiting from experiences in producing a broad range of musical genres, djing and sound engineering. The outcome combines deep house and techno with world and melodic elements. BAJO ARMADA is part of "Suspected" -Cologne - extremely limited as always!

Globe trotting crate digger Daniel T, exploded on to the scene with a string of releases after his amazing debut Tetrachromat on Young Adults a couple of years back. Daniel has been growing some serious gems in his laboratory. Two gems that have come to maturity and have been plucked for the Fahrenheit/Celsius EP on Cosmic Pint Glass records.Daniel has crafted something special in these two cuts. Beautiful, bouncy and positive tracks that work as well on the dance floor as in the soundtrack to a road trip.
After hearing them, CPG called in their top men Lauer and Jack Pattern for remix duties.

Geschichte wurde in den Redaktionen der Lügenpresse verfasst und Clubaufnahmen in TV Studios nachgestellt. Die Protagonisten von einst leben dagegen den gleichen Lebensstil wie schon immer, Smoothies, perfekt sitzende Anzüge, eiserne Disziplin und mit der Tupperdose voll hand gemachter Sandwiches geht es morgens Punkt 9 ins Studio. Nur so entstanden und entstehen nach wie vor Melodien für Millionen. Pampa verstand und versteht sich seit je her in der Tradition dieser Techno Arbeiter, alles andere ist Tetris. Pünktlich fährt auch dieses Jahr wieder der 7,5 Tonner vor, mit nichts als Staub, Knistern, Hallräumen, zittrig programmierten Beats, einer Prise Vogelstimmen und Acid auf der Ladefläche! Fresh from collaborating with Anthony 'Shake' Shakir on their remix of Funkadelic for the 'Reworked By Detroiters' LP, Tyler Dancer makes his full solo debut for Don't Be Afraid. The 'Resisting In The Darkness' EP sees the arrival of a major new talent from America's Midwest and the first outing for a unique new voice in techno. Counting Shake, Legowelt, Marty Bonds and Jay Denham amongst those who have inspired and encouraged him, Tyler Dancer brings a deep feeling for the history and technique inherent in the music of Detroit and Chicago to his productions.

Tyler Dancer is a DJ, producer, and musician hailing from Kalamazoo, Michigan. As a student at the University of Michigan (2005-2009) he became a DJ and Training Director at WCBN FM in Ann Arbor. Known amongst the listenership & colleagues for pushing the boundaries of rock based freeform sets, Dancer gained a positive reputation for his unique historical approach to sets at house parties, dance battles, and local clubs with a focus on Detroit Techno & Chicago House alongside the music that inspired those movements. In 2014 he made the acquaintance of Manuel Gonzales aka MGUN (DBA/Wild Oats) who inspired Dancer to begin sharing his love for electronic music live and publicly under the duo's collaborative guise, 'Club Creeps'. They made their debut during the 2016 Movement Festival and continue to play live sets to this day.

Foresight is a various-artist curated series that features 4 different artists and/or tracks each time with accompanying highlights on the process and inspiration behind each piece. TrueColors is a music label that channels artist's most honest version of their creations and share it with the world through vinyl and digital platforms. The label is based between Brooklyn and London and was established in 2016.

To fully grasp the essence of Contur003 we must focus our attention to its most basic bits of information. We must observe its pure DNA, hardcoded into the bassline and subtly passed from track to track, only to suffer minor mutations. We must experience Es Pion's game of smoke and mirrors over the simple cadence. We must indulge in Bass Vilain's erratic loops or in the dub suspense built in The Hideout.Then and only then we can understand this 3-acts novel, placed in the middle of the dancefloor, driving different moods for different moments, all of these with the same genetical structure crafted by Emi and Dan Andrei under The Future Future Sounds moniker.

Romanian up-and-comer Cosmjn (Cosmin Nastasa) with his latest Organik EP, is scheduled next at Naural Label .

Side A starts with Aster Ix, a track with simple percussion and a hard, yet smooth, bassline. The continuous pad and the occasionally sparky chords make 'Aster Ix' the perfect combination for an 8-minute track designed to keep you up. This 12-minute vinyl flaunts on the same side 'Twisted', which takes the darker side of the producer one step further. The dark track, 'Twisted', boldly surprises you with the trippy sequences of its repetitive vocals.

Side B is represented by the most complex track of the EP: 'Organik'"- a track playing with a natural groove as well as acoustic-based elements. It's a 15-minute journey with spacey and atmospheric-drone sounds that takes you far away while listening.

The second track, Father, continues with a similar momentum, the vibe this time beginning primal and developing into the celestial. The Bside is with filled with a 16 minute extended work filled with distinct and timely percussion, a more contemplative work, filled with warmth and cosmic consideration. A stellar EP by Pheek, whose releases in 2016 have been particularly impressive, this perhaps the pinnacle.

This November will see Amam offer up a vinyl only release from label regular Hooved, entitled 'Blue Moon' and comprising four original tracks from the Italian artist.

Gaetano Vinci aka Hooved has been releasing material since for a decade now via the likes of Thema, Safari Electronique, Apparel, Time Has Changed and of course Amam where he returns to here with a new EP. Amongst maintaining a steady quality over quantity release schedule, Vinci has also graced the likes of Katerholzig Berlin, Sonar OFF, Propaganda Moscow and Cartulis Day in London throughout his career.

With the 'Blue Moon' EP Hooved turns in a four original compositions all untitled and numbered one through four. With 'Untitled_01' the focus is laid on howling reverb bursts and swirling dub echoes smoothly fluttering around a weighty rhythmic foundation. 'Untitled_02' lays sweeping soft chords in the background as the infectious swung percussion drives the record for four and half minutes, subtly evolving and retracting throughout.

Opening the flip side we have 'Untitled_03' which takes things in a more upfront house direction with a New Jersey style bass hook, Ghetto vocal licks, 303 acid blips and raw crunchy drums, while 'Untitled_04' tips things back into darker Deep Techno realms with hypnotic stab sequences, snaking sub bass grooves and swirling percussive hits to round off the package.
