Richy Ahmed first played this at Music On Amnesia back in June after being given a copy by Darius Syrossian & after a video appeared on YouTube of Darius Syrossian playing it at Hideout Festival the same month, people have been demanding the release date for this ever since.People have been asking Darius Syrossian for months on social media when will this be released.

The Cuartero remix has been getting a lot of attention but do not overlook the original & the Nathan Barato remix, this is one of those releases where all three versions are a gem.

With this episode, Plaisir Records wants to dive into a shinier universe, with House music accents but still with their minimal touch.

With a real sense of discovering talent, Plaisir team makes Max (Italy) taking care of this new release. Massimo Pozzi used only analog sounds to increase the quality of his composition.

The main track, Aural Water, drives you directly to what this EP is about: sense of Groove, Melody and a perfect slightly touch of synths. The first break reveals little by little the melody that will pop into your head to never leave it. Then, you'll be catch by the beats and kicks and a new line of synth appears briefly from time to time to make the track even more efficient.

On side B, Doppia Personalità opens with its rhythm variations that moves all the way till the end. Punchy kicks, synth breaks and bassline's incursion are all this track is about.

Anidride Carbonica closes the EP and goes throught a more minimal mood. You may find it a bit calmer but that's a mirage as the groove slowly increase to explode after each break.

For our 12th release we turn to local friend and rising star on the underground scene, Ray Mono. With a string of recent releases catching the ears of people like Ben Rau & Enzo Siragusa, Ray's signature groovy sound is in hot demand. For remixes we've turned to Julenn who's recent Blind Vision EP sold out in under a week. Holding up the tail Pathway boss Niko Maxen delivers a stripped back remix of Identify Crisis.

Glue's tangible music format will continue after Label owner Richard Seeley delivers his first vinyl release since 2007 on VVWI with the Maria EP 'Maria' an organic piano-laden house track with a moody, ominous, misleading filtered start which flourishes into a feel-good house track with compelling whispering vocals and layered chords. 'Got the Taste' zones in on the relentless groove with breathless vocal stabs and unforgiving deepness which conforms to a simplistic affable approach. It’s been a year since the Adana Twins conceived their label TAU. In that time they have successfully signed and released a slew of tracks that have captured the imaginations of influential selectors and dancefloor lovers alike. To celebrate their first anniversary, and all the success it has brought them, the Adana Twins take charge of their label’s 10th release with a three-tracker full of high quality, melodic electronica aimed straight at the floor. Kicking off with D.J.A.M.H. the duo get straight into it with a stirring analogue bassline that pulsates with dark intent. Gentle pads envelop the low end, counteracting the darkness with a lighter atmosphere. An extended breakdown, punctuated by Ridoutt’s spoken word vocal ushers in the dramatic main body of the track. The bass is modulated and warped, the pads become eerie and drum rolls heighten the tension. A second breakdown pushes the energy levels higher as a contagious melody joins the fray and we’re transported out of our bodies into an unknown realm. Next up is ‘Maya’, which hits hard from the outset with its jabbing beats. A wistful, melancholy melody sweeps across the chunky drum patterns, touching our hearts with its sorrowful tune. The main riff comes in after a couple of minutes, adding more emotion to the sombre narrative. This is a cut that will move the dancefloor physically and emotionally, encouraging contemplation and perhaps some nostalgia. Lastly, ‘Spaceman’ turns things gnarly with its grumbling b-line and slapfunk beats. As per usual the Adana Twins create a magical melody that prances above the low end enchanting the listener and whisking them away to a dreamland. Meanwhile the snarling bass maintains its belligerent flow, advancing with malicious intent. A kooky breakdown lightens the mood before we’re immersed in another wonderful blend of rugged bass and playful melody. Clearly in celebratory mood, the Twins deliver an outstanding EP as they hit TAU’s first anniversary. A fitting release for a label that is going from
strength to strength.

Argentinian producer, live act and tech whizkid Alexis Cabrera is back with a brand new release, a slice of stepping house, laced with minimal aesthetics on FUN records, the recently christened label that he set up with fellow Argentinian Barem. The label emblem may be just an innocent looking balloon, but the contents of this vinyl release are far from lofty and full of hot air, instead grounding the listener through a mix of organic sound and digital dancefloor rhythms. Alcohpott opens the EP with stripped back, melodic toplines, a track that's been washed with acid, staining it's funky drum pattern and stepping 4x4 rhythm on the break. Snapping beats, wobbling, disorientating swing and digital deviance all in equal measure for this surefire crowd pleaser. The fun continues with Los Confites, bites with a bouncing but lo fi sub bass line creating swing as more heavily processed, analogue drum beats and snapping 4x4 house aesthetics mix with minimal techno groove and drive, before more bleeping melodies arise during the breakdown; serious foot twitching, heads down groove awaits with this one. Finally, bringing this zesty EP to a close is Mivi, the most subtle track of the trio. A steady, mid tempo beat fraternises with deep house organics, blossoming in tuneful harmonic melody while more top-line hooks - slightly eschewed and falling late of the beat - create more swing and in it's dynamic approach to the dancefloor. Alexis and Barem finish the year off in great style as they embark on a FUN tour across Argentina and Uruguay.

The debut EP on Council Work from label owners Frankel & Harper. The Trimmers EP contains 2 originals, the first in the form of "LHR.AMS", a heavyweight slice of UKG with strong influences taken from the European house scene and also their drum n bass background. "Trimmers" is a raw dub and jungle infused cut with a sub layer guaranteed to shake speakers stacks. INSTINCT joins for a remix and switches things up by adding a catchy vocal which definitely passes the old grey whistle test.

Watergate favourites Frankey & Sandrino make a timely debut on the club’s imprint, with a classy remix by Tiefschwarz in toe.
If you’ve found yourself at the Oberbaumbrücke institution on a Thursday in recent years, chances are Frankey & Sandrino were responsible for the soundtrack. The pair of Sandrino Tittel and Frank Beckers have captained the Thursdate residency since 2018, serving up a beguiling blend of deep grooves and twinkling chords progressions.
The four-track ‘Nova’ EP is the embodiment of this immersive sonic palette. ‘Chimes’ is built around a strong melodic lead that rises and falls throughout the lustrous seven-minute cut, as lilting pads and delicate drums patterns complete the work. The title track follows on, a delicious exploration into the deep, as subtle acid lines rub shoulders with meandering synths to build a masterful snake-like groove.
Tiefschwarz’s remix of ‘Chimes’ brings heat to the package as the original is imbued with a muscular

So what do you do having celebrated a year that has seen you release your own successful artist album, which then spawned a remixed version, that then led to much hyped compilation album that celebrated a label milestone Well, you hook up with the Dortmund Philharmonic Orchestra for you next project... Obviously.

Halle's Super Flu have done just that for this, their latest release on Monaberry. The coming together of this unruly band of music outlaws, and Super Flu, is truly something to behold as they join forces to deliver a musical precursor ahead of their exciting live performance on November 17th*.

Diferit takes the reigns of Why So Series' fifth release with a three tracker tailored for all too enjoy - "Dreamscapes" starts off as a gentle and subtle nature inspired piece, turning into an arpeggio bass driven delight.
"Dust" pushes through with a gritty in your face acid bassline and jazzy chords, keeping it sweet and simple throught whilst "Timepiece" mellows things down with a toolish approach, more suitable for warming up the dancefloor and giving some breathing space in the DJ set.

Ben Rau has had a great start to 2018, successfully launching his new label META , and recently returning from his latest tour of Australia.

It is obvious Ben soaked up the sun drenched culture and musical inspirations down under, as his latest INKAL release "Systéme Solaire" showcases Ben's diversity in the studio, and a more melodic side to Ben's sound that perfectly balances musicality while maintaining underground credibility, amounting to what is arguably Ben's strongest work yet.
With multiple represses on each INKAL release so far, the momentum is building for Ben and INKAL004 will only serve to enhance his ever-burgeoning reputation as a purveyor of dancefloor-ready weapons.

The EP kicks off with the title-track A-side "Systémes Solaire", a track which displays all the trademark influences Ben Rau has become synonymous for , as expert drum programming glitchy percussion and a rolling funk bassline combine to provide the groove.

"Systéme Solaire" has hooky elements in abundance, as a combination of chord work and constantly evolving synths team up to create a memorable, peak-time bomb. The B-side, "Expand", continues in the same vein, as a short, bubbling bass stab drives the track forward and modulates to provide an acid vibe, joined again by luscious piano chords and licks and the Expand' vocal, which switches up from a whispering atmospheric to a heavily effected, pitched tone that keeps interest throughout. All the while accentuated by fractured groovy percussion, piano licks and open hats that shine over the whole track.

Mentha Records calls on the services of Hakim Murphy to rock a record titled Ambidextrous to Amphibious. The four track 12" illustrates Murphy's ability to create different styles, tempos, and textures. The A side begins with 'Sickness', which displays a sparkling synth line that grooves from beginning to end. A2 is a beatdown tune called 'Spaceness' is filled to the brim with texture and harmonic goodness. An acid house banger called 'Merge' starts the flip side that features a bubble acid line and moving percussion. 'Panty Hose Silences' ends the record with its Jazzy influenced tones and flowing arp lines. A release that is good for home, club, and warehouse use.

03 is the magic number, as Orbital London supply their UK flavour once again. Chief instigator Jack Michael leading the way for the ‘Forever With Violet’ EP, accompanied by tasteful beat maker, Desert Sound Colony who provides the remix.
Booting off with his ‘Badbwoi Sound’, Jack Michael fires up the EP the only way he knows how. Spiralling baselines, and clinical garage drums, making this one a dance floor winder. The reggae vocal sample working wonders for the heads out there.
Coming in with a slightly more stripped back affair on the A2 is Desert Sound Colony’s interpretation of the lead track, allowing the elements from the original to breathe life in to a steady driven dub heavy record, a man in fine form of recent times.
Flipping it over to the B is a murky number, aptly entitled ‘Menace’ that familiar sound from Michael with a slightly more ravey edge, making this one of his most lively productions this far. Set to rumble through a sound system near you and do some damage.
Elastic bass, and hazy pads in ‘On the Block’ put the EP to rest perfectly, transcending you to a dream like state with flourishing chords. Again the sample use is on point from the talented producer, it keeps you grounded with the track. Again, a vital EP for the garage and dub faces out there, the Orbital London crew providing modern day records with that old school sound loved by many.

Mysterious UK producer, Kellon, delivers his 4th self-released EP and the 2nd Spillway release of 2019. Rejuv EP (SPILL04) is a collection of Detroit-influenced techno tracks that vary in both BPM and style.

UK based newcomers Seba&Emile are part of META artist Josh Baker's You&Me crew ,
as residents for arguably one of Manchester's best loved parties they have been honing their craft as DJ's in the booth and now as producers in the studio.
With their first release they have already managed to develop a very distinctive production style consisting of bouncing basslines detailed drum fills and catchy hooks that will undoubtedly win over the most discerning dancefloors.
With such a strong debut release on the already iconic META imprint the future for these two young artists looks very bright.
