Disclosure's new single 'Latch' stormed out of the blocks and has racked up almost half a million plays across Soundcloud since going online last month and we now have the video courtesy of recent collabrators Bullion (they produced Disclosure's first video for their track 'Control') which has received over half a million plays since going Live on 10th October. Latch feat. newcomer Sam Smith marks the first single for their new label home PMR Records (Jessie Ware, Two Inch Punch, Julio Bashmore).

Vienna based producer duo Ogris Debris hit the streets with brandnew tracks from their laboratory. After a busy year so far - delivering remixes for Brownswood Recordings´ Zara McFarlane, UK Disco maestro Joey Negro and rocking many live shows all over Europe - these cats are handing over a bunch of freshness.
Next Life' is a peak time statement of hypnotic grooves and eccentric vocals. Think: obscure late night rooms, a rough blueprint turning into a funky frisky roller with a masterful twist. - Around Here' on the flip side is an intense ride - floating velvet vocals melt with rich acoustic textures and the infamous Ogris Debris trademark sound.
Mysterious phenomenon The Reboot Joy Confession takes us one level deeper, straight into his world of Psychedelica with cinematic strings and mighty sub-bass. This remake relentlessy develops into a capricious composition - free of all restraints. Sixtus Preiss provides his definition of face melting floor music, driven snappy synthesized effects and its distinctive punchline.

Pls welcome New Yorks finest gems Boody & LE1F - our most recent joint of the BNR-Crew. Both producers, beatmakers, rapper and vocalist, two multitalents all in all. After his murky debut mixtape 'Dark York', LE1F's now hooking up with his long friend Boody to present their first release 'Liquid' EP on Boysnoize Records. The record opens with 'Jelly Fish' - deadly, deep kicks sphered by drippy ice rinks. Brilliant balance between low-kicks and driving sirens unleashing the tracks unique shapings. 'Buoy' swipes away into a howling, cryptical and moody underwater action - closing gates, chirping birds and vanishing claps building a dark cavernous tension. As the subs shift from high to low, Boody & LE1F blesse the track with whispered vocals giving everything vogueish breeze. Next 'Soda' chops up the classic 'The Ha Dance' of Masters at Work into a kunty juke-ballroom mix. Furious 'Ha Samples' winding trough the track as minimalistic footwerk kicks and aqua drops joining the game. LE1F demonstrates his excellent rap skills here and shows you how to run this catwalk! With it's UK Funky rooted percussion and dominant basslines, the New York collaboration takes it to another level with 'Sweet Tea' while Khalif's stargazing performance glides across the track. Following is Cedaa's remix of 'Sweet tea'. He loops LE1F's strongest lines 'Damn Mama put it down this is way too hot for me!' and permeating hollow pitched 'Oh!' in the back. His hydraulic mix pumps the original to a one of a kind club monster. The EP closes with cunty East Coasts Ballroom beats remix from MikeQ and Divoli S'vere of 'Soda'. Together they re- construct the original to a deadly vogue anthem and bringing the taste of the New Jersey ballroom underground to those who are 'in the know'.

Tiago is such a quietly unique mind of his own. Yet he incarnates so many different artistic personas. In fact, we could reference countless alias, so huge is the body of work done for many great labels around the world. On Groovement, TNT Subhead project emerged back in 2010 with a limited heavyweight red vinyl under a secretive identity, but it didn't last long. However, we didn't rush him to deliver a new one as usual nowadays. Now that the wait is over, the reward is big. 'Ecstasy & release' LP is finished and will be released soon. Before that... the single becomes available with a Tom Ov England aka Thomas Bullock remix. Dreamy package!
'We all need love' Tiago declares over his 'Ecstasy & release' title track from the TNT Subhead debut album. It's the kind of urge we recurrently feel. A message of hope and TRUST - name for his now legendary LUX residency, Lisbon's top club. There's a certain kind of hypnosis that builds and then unfolds the way to this big celebrative moment: the ecstasy & release climax!
Thomas Bullock adds his live & sexy Midas touch to Tiago's original. Tom Ov England, his newborn artistic project, seems to be playing a whole band, reinterpreting 'Ecstasy & release' on a very psychedelic Doors-esque state of mind. We love live music so this is much more that we could ever expect. It is indeed a rare gem to be found these days.

The legendary British radio DJ John Peel once posed that music is really suspenseful when you have the
feeling of hearing something for the first time.

The mysterious Situation gang return with the Lionel & Luther 12", marking the first drop on the freshly minted ENUM imprint. The clue is in the title here, with the A- a killer tweak of a cover of Commodores's classic ode to everyone's favourite lazy day of the week, with upfront disco instrumentation and a throbbing Italo arpeggio. Flip over for a loopy, sax-fuelled, insouciant tweak of a Luther Vandross classic, which comes full of tight funk licks, squalls of sax and - of course - those great vocals.

BEN SIMS & FRIENDS ON THE LATEST HARGROOVE PART 2 OF THE BLACK GOLD SERIES

The idea of a good night of dance music being a secular, group experience that can make you feel good is a necessary thing when times are hard. We're not religious people, but as a DJ, you're always trying to create that sense of communion' - JOE GODDARD, THE 2 BEARS The legendary Todd Terry is behind the latest EP and remix package from The 2 Bears available on Southern Fried from August 28th. A joyous amalgamation of Chicago tinged house and freestyle dub adventures, Terry further enforces The 2 Bears manifesto of late night hedonism and introduces warm and inviting undertones to his dub stylings of Get Together and Ghost & Zombies.
Taken from the much lauded debut album Be Strong, an album that delighted clubland and critics in equal measure, these remixes are a further tribute to Joe Goddard and Raf Rundell's shared passion for the communal, uniting forces of dance music.
