Chewy Motto is a brand new label via R&S Records launching this summer. The imprint has evolved from the nocturnal lifestyles of their London based crew over the last 12 months. Audio will be coming from multiple genres, genders and geographical locations from within the underworld of the electronic scene. Run by Chewy + Motto; the trips, the highs and the lows will be represented across the catalogue with a helping handful of spirulina magic from their good pal and visual artist Gasius.
First out of the gate, Chewy Motto presents the debut EP from Quays. The Swoo EP is the first toe in the water of official releases from the London based, NYC-hailing, artist, following several regarded singles in underground electronic circles and the ethereal 9174106948 mixtape for Dis Magazine.
The EP draws influences from garage, R&B and techno but his detached approach keeps enough distance from any strict affiliation and focuses on melody and modern production techniques to transmit his music with ease to the dancefloor. 'Stay With Me' leads the four track release and serves to punctuate a perfect introduction to Quays' sound. As comfortable working solo in the studio as alongside vocalists and musicians, the producer is rapidly assembling a catalogue of incredible music to release to the wider world. Boris Bunnik is no stranger here at Shipwrec, having graced the label with some beautifully deep and textured music under his Conforce, Hexagon and Versalife monikers. It is to his Versalife guise that the Rotterdam based producer returns, this time for a quartet of works in the shape of Vortices. The cranking clank and grunt of the factory introduces "Amber Molecular Profile", a piece that combines the warmth of electronica with the chill of electro. The distant tones of "Adept" follow. Carved in the void of space, Bunnik moulds glimmering notes and distant echo into a track that is both absorbing and stark. Acid reverberations and rasping rhythms give rise to sweet and sailing synthlines in the celestial title piece before a cold wind sweeps through in the shapeshifting form of "Chimaera." Rephlex producer EOD drops a mind-bending fifteen track debut album on Bjarki's bbbbbb this June.

Born in Trondheim, Norway, Stian Gjevik is a rarity amongst electronic music producers. Possibly the most interesting musician representing the braindance and IDM sounds of today, EOD's productions have landed on labels like We´Me` Records, sleepers, cpu, 030303 and Aphex Twin's highly respected Rephlex. Dropping on bbbbbb last year, his 'Swurlk EP' sold out within a month and received support from Aphex Twin, Bicep, Bjarki, Nina Kraviz and many more.

On the latest installment of his remix series, Len Faki tackles two compositions from Aleksi Perälä, both of which feature the Finnish artist's renowned musical tuning system, dubbed ‚The Colundi Sequence'. Both edits build on the originals' deeply hypnotizing synthesizer sequences while adding some extra punch and arrangement tweaks in order to turn them into proper dancefloor weapons. A straight-forward bleep affair, the Hardspace Mix of GBBVT1337152 underlines its simple yet utterly effective beauty. In contrast, UK74R1409047 is a moody and mystical ride under the night sky, whose enchanted vibe Faki carefully retains. As with all releases of LF RMX, the proceeds of this record will be forwarded to the Berlin organization Straßenkinder e.V. to be used in actions against child poverty.

Memoria celebrates its 40th release with a colored vinyl only release from Ali Moghrani. This amazing guy from Toulouse created an beautiful EP with different vibes on both sides of the wax. Be prepared to fly to the moon and back before you put this record on your turntable because it will get you in higher spirits!

Swiss producer Audiokern is set to release his Raw Control' EP this November 9th. Audiokern is known for his experimentations with modular sound creation, and having a persistent attitude that
the music world is wide open.' This EP reflects both of these details, using sounds that have most likely never been heard before, and making up its own rules.

The EP begins, interestingly enough, with the Tobias. remix of the track Sorry,' fully two tracks before the original. This placement works to the advantage of the EP, with creeping minimalistic sound bytes that echo within a singular space giving a glimpse of the experimentation that will follow throughout the rest of the EP. Vocal samples surprise the listener as they appear in different places,
seemingly out of time, as rhythms are interlaced just enough to provide a loose fabric upon which to present the rest of the sonic oddities. Despite how disjointed the track is, reverb changes near the
end bring the music closer to the listener, allowing it to deftly wind to a halt.
The second track, Broken Silence,' puts the listener in what seems to be an unending surreal cycle, and evokes the feeling of being stuck in a barren wasteland. Samples that initially seem recognizable
are distorted and transformed, while jarring hums grate against the ears and low, thumping booms seem to predict impending doom.
The original version of Sorry' begins somewhat more steadily than it's remix, with a regularly timed percussion pattern being interrupted sporadically by vocal clips. The speaker in the vocal samples
seems to be stuttering, never able to finish a phrase or an idea besides I'm sorry.' Events that trigger twirling patterns trailing behind them contribute to the somewhat disoriented mood. As the
pace of the track slowly picks up, timing becomes more regular, all of the previously presented samples gain focus, and the chaotic is allowed to transform into the cohesive. This is very important
for the EP as a whole, as the transition settling into comfort prepares the listener for the EP's closing track.

Raw Control,' the grooviest track on the EP, continues and expands upon the cohesive nature that can be heard at the end of Sorry,' a contrast to many other moments on the EP that are full of
uncertainty and purposeful juxtaposition. Squeaks, creaks, and mumbles punctuate the relentless rhythmic base, changing its nature simply by emphasizing specific moments. Halfway through the
track, a shaker sound introduces a more human element to the soundscape that morphs into a hi-hat groove that is almost funky. Despite this development, the track seems to hover underneath a
threshold, pushing against it and stretching it, but never breaking through, a tactic that holds the listener captive for the duration of the track. Whether it is because of the constant but almost
imperceptible background drone or the fading echoes that regenerate and last much longer than they seem they should, Audiokern effectively hypnotizes the listener with Raw Control' and puts
them in a state of zoned-out attention.

San Francisco DJ and producer Charles Duff aka Matrixxman unveils his new label 'The Grid' with a special double 12' - 'The Grid 001' presented in a deluxe gatefold sleeve. Matrixxman is one of the most acclaimed and prolific modern Techno producers, opening new avenues in the current scene with his material regularly supported and played by Rødhåd, Jeff Mills, Ben Klock, Richie Hawtin and more.

'The Grid 001' captures Matrixxman in full Techno mode with tracks of pure rhythm, polyphony and shades of Acid bookended with brief ambient sketches . The Californian artist offers a sonic teleportation to outer space, to a different way of representing Techno and Electronic music. These six tracks are characterised by their futuristic atmosphere and clearly marked by their hypnotic construction, where elements that seem to be insignificant become the centre of attention, where a trivial whistle can be looped and turned into a main mutant melody, where textures become increasingly important to show us different sides of Techno. Ivan Iacobucci joins PURISM's collective delivering three unusual pieces of soulish techno influenced electronica. The amazing dreamy 'Astrovibe' on the B side titles release. Another quality number for eclectic minds.

We present The Core of Chaos EP by Rezystor for the first TWB vinyl release. Two banging original tracks by Rezystor for the dancefloor which are the perfect combination to create a dark Atmosphere. Binny (Monnom Black/CLFT) takes over for the first remix and presents a raw, rave-influenced interpretation of Inner Core. The second remix of Inner Core comes from Rendered (Aufnahme+Wiedergabe/Body Theory) who converted the original into a bass heavy, pounding basement version.

Following on from the success of their inaugural record from label heads Noha & Alex Tea, Italian imprint PanickPanick! releases its second release here, the quite exceptional Panick02. A V/A affair that features three dazzling tracks, the action features Noha & Alex Tea once more, as well as a raft of astutely chosen guests.

Kicking things off is the ever dependable Franky Greiner. The German producer has really hit his stride of late, a fact that's laid bare when you consider he's supplied works to the likes of Perlon, Melisma and raum...musik over the years. A prolific musician and a dab hand at creating hypnotic minimal records, he does exactly that once more on Modol 02'. An intricate track full of hypnotic flair, it's imbued with clever percussion and spine-tingling melodies throughout. Definitely one for when the night takes a turn, that's for sure...

Elsewhere, it's up to Wareika to supply the goods on Our Hologram'. The Berlin-based live act (consisting of Florian Schirmacher, Henrik Raabe and Jacob Seidensticker), have themselves been turning heads of late, with recent gigs at Club der Visionaire particularly well received. Their effort here is a track that will perfectly compliment their live set up. An oddball minimal techno track that's sure to find favour with DJs of Villalobos' ilk, it's another potent example of the trio's undoubted ability to concost stunning techno with only a few parts.

Last but by no means least is Noha & Alex Tea's Thanks for Nothing'. The more 'dancefloor' friendly of all that's on offer here, this one follows a steady groove throughout, but it's the sun-kissed melodies and penchant for unpredictability that really helps it shine. An EP of various moods and vibes, PanickPanick!'s latest serves up an eclectic and most excellent array of sounds throughout.

This album is a collaboration between labels Kontra-Musik and Kess Kill. What would have become of D.A.F. if they had been signed to Trojan instead of Mute back in the day Add a good pinch of absurdism and social realism in the vein of prized film director Roy Andersson and Vanligt Folk might just be the answer. The Gothenburg group's name can be translated to 'common people' and they make use of primitive electronics, drums and skewed vocals - ranging from harsh social commentary to the purely nonsensical - to create their own take on body music. 'Hambo' is the name of a traditional Swedish folk dance that was highly popular among the common people at the turn of the last century. With this album, Vanligt Folk juxtaposes the working class dance phenomena of Hambo with modern day rave culture. This is done in the most blasphemous manner thinkable, as is the way of Vanligt Folk. Concepts like nationalism, race and tradition are all treated with the same merry lack of reverence. The only thing that needs to be respected is The Dance and those who take part in it, whether accompanied by accordions or drum machines. Or both.

Following on from the 2017 LP Paradygm Shift by Robert Hood released on Dekmantel Records, the Detroit legend returns to the imprint to deliver the final installment in a trilogy of EP releases that initially began back in February 2016. Now based in Alabama, the Detroit-techno producer is returning to his roots. Embracing the trademark, minimal, funk techno sounds that defined his earlier career, Paradygm Shift Vol. 3 is classic Hood, operating in new, and uncharted ways.

The EP is an extension on the concept as outlayed by Hood during the project's conceptual stage: ''The idea behind Paradygm Shift is similar to a shift in our focus. We can become so complacent, we are so comfortable with our surroundings, I think this is the time for electronic music to find a new mindset.'' Kicking off off with 'Red Machine', where again parallels can be drawn between the days of Minimal Nation, and Internal Empire - the sound is sparse and brutalistic, representing a challenged future. A progressive melody syncopates along the tracks percussive, backbone, arching its way into the track's eventual demise. On the B-side, 'Transform' provides a composition of stripped, down electro, while taking in the 606 style, and adding additional, textural depth. It's a track full of subtle melody, and high-ranging claps, that make 'Transform' the perfect transitional tool, and standalone floor-filler at the same time.

'Red Machine' and 'Transform' reflect Hood's modern take on challenging techno. Meditative in their sequenced repetition, the tracks draw you in with their audacious, and memorizing sequences. It's contemporary techno, albeit techno that reflects Hood's style and nature. Pulsating, electrifying, with dark undertones, and very much of that Detroit flavour.

Ahu's debut album from 2017, 'Nord Dream', was something of an overlooked gem from that year, but its musical palette of dubwise techno and ambient sounds caught the ears and enthusiasm of many. Danny Clancy was one such admirer, and in turn brings Ahu's sophisticated sounds to his Dichotomy Records label for the 'Atlas' EP.

Collating three tracks of pure and untethered house and techno, the 'Atlas' EP shifts tempos and moods with ease, from the celestial rhythms of 'Skyway', the pipe dreams of 'Mpale' to the 909 swing and the seraphic pads of 'Searching'.

Up and coming producer, Odd/Even label boss and close Stockholm Ltd affiliate Andre Kronert arrives on Figure with an astounding 3 track EP, completed by a deadly Len Faki Dub. Kronert has risen through the ranks yet stayed true to his reduced, warm and powerful sound strategy. The opening track G.I.A.N.T makes for a wonderfully tense opener, with its expansive dark sound design and deep dub kick arriving around the half-way point. This is countersigned then by two more energetic tracks in the shape of The Throne Room and Fallen Space, both pivoting over a fulcrum of classic synth hooks and carefully honed percussion. Len Faki takes The Throne Room into a different mental zone, with his almost tropical Dub version, ensnaring a freaky pitched motif to accent and build upon Andre s powerful original elements. Classic reduction, and an EP of classic Figure contemporary Techno.

Given his prolific, decades long-career, it's little surprise that Kirk Degiorgio has more than a few lost musical surprises in his back-catalogue. 'Sphere', his new EP on Garage Hermétique, finds Degiorgio in his As One guise, delivering a lost classic on vinyl for the first time alongside a pair of rarities and a brand new mix by Detroit pioneer Juan Atkins.

Title track 'Sphere' - recently recovered from a 1995 DAT that was lost for years - finds the British producer turning in a track so deeply atmospheric and instantaneous, that it's only testimony to his inherent skill that anyone would 'lose' such a number. Truly effective, sophisticated deep-house, it turns in a somewhat jazzy, Detroit-indebted melody to euphoric effect. 'Perspective', recorded in 1995, gets more soulful still, revealing a dewy-eyed, utopian landscape of pads and quietly emotional synth work. Rounding off the EP, 1994's 'Asa Nisi Masa', covers similarly evocative territory, expanded on in a more percussive remix by techno innovator & originator, Juan Atkins.

'Sphere' marks the fifth release for Garage Hermétique. Founded and curated by Brussels-born/Berlin-based musician and DJ Onirik, the label acts as an uncompromising outlet for both his own productions, his experimental Oni-Ki project alongside Brussels pianist, Minoki, and other like-minded producers. Garage Hermétique has also enlisted a string of established & highly regarded remixers, such as XDB, Nummer and Views.

A second 12" of As One rarities (featuring another brand new remix from an influential US producer) will be released on Garage Hermétique later this year.

More than 30 years later, it has become an essential of the genre and is now celebrated with this overdue rerelease.

Exit Safe Mode, a project by the visionary Margus Lo¨ve, establishing himself in Estonian technoid music, has converged its sonic baggage into the newly released debut album Immerse. The spheres created and recorded during 2008 - 2017 are travelling in ambient landscapes, while deserving to be called genuine contemporary music for its clarity of thought and musical focus. These eight themes are reminiscent of the dubstep-ish flows of Lo¨ve's earlier projects L-OW and 1DERL& that are giving way to more idiosyncratic lines. The depth of sound manipulations allows one to discover tones of life in the synthetic analog worlds and provides a body-forsaking sideview to the interpretations of stringed instruments. The created sonorous state of Immerse serves as an introduction to more rhythmic future affairs of Exit Safe Mode.

The Auckland-based, New Zealand club night 'Haven' has been a leading light in the pacific nation's small underground dance music scene in the past year. From their home of the intimate backroom of basement venue Whammy, founders Keepsakes and Jaded Nineties Raver have introduced the local night fiends to a diverse range of left-of-centre, techno-centric dance music in putting on shows with international artists from lo-fi Australian electro wizard Daze, to the harder-edged sounds of Ansome and UVB.Now launching as a vinyl-focused record label, Haven is attempting to push the best of New Zealand's new guard of outsider dance music to the international stage.Their first release gives us three crunchy originals from their club resident and New Zealand techno-export Keepsakes. 'Mind Your Manners Munted Millennial' kicks off the A-side with scratchy percussion, overdriven kicks, and screaming, squelchy synths with a cheeky character distinctive of the young producer's music. 'Maximum Mind Control' then takes us on a different bent with a synth-line sitting somewhere between chilled dub techno and industrial grit that increases in intensity, surprising with a an unexpected end-of-track change. 'Pick 'em Till They Bleed' then begins the B-side with swung and dusty drums reminiscent of the A1 track alongside a loony, gnarled synth-line sure to disorient many a dance-floor. Hard techno genius Ansome rounds off the EP with a rolling, industrial-tinged and crushing interpretation of the B1 to finish Haven's first foray on the international stage.

The Bunker New York is excited to be releasing LDY OSC's powerful debut EP 'Magic² of 8' which takes inspiration from Liaisons Dangereuses as much as it does from Sähkö Recordings and Mayan Cosmology.

Originally released as a B-side in 2007 on Figure's then-sublabel Podium, Len Faki's ‚My Black Sheep' was one of those rare tracks that unpredictably take on a life of their own. A veritable underground hit, it not only came to define the sound of Len Faki at that time but for many became equally synonymous with the state of the scene in Berlin around that time. Now that ten years have passed since then, we felt it was about time to finally treat the sheep to a fresh shave. Featuring a variety of vibes, Deetron first takes us for an extended trip along rattling drums, his mantra-like use of the vocal drawing the listener deep into the rabbit hole. Down there things start swirling even more wildly around Jimmy Edgar's marimba arps, while Truncate forcefully slaps us back on track. On the deeper flip side Cleric unexpectedly lays down a distorted barrage of broken beats amidst apocalyptic epic choirs and acid rain. Through the haunted shelters beneath the rubble Matrixxman weaves his subtle and dubbed out yet creepingly effective Isolation Mix. Emile Facey lives in Penge, South East London. 'When writing this music I became very interested in the history of the area I live in, imagining what it had been like when the ancient Great North Wood was still standing and the now busy urban area was a tiny hamlet sitting at the edge of a vast forest. I read that Penge was first recorded under the name Penceat in an Anglo-Saxon deed dating from 957 and that many historians believe the name of the town is derived from the Celtic word Penceat, which means "edge of wood". The Porcupine Meadow and a toll gate were important landmarks in the area.'

First inspired by Kraftwerk and the Street Sounds hip-hop compilations in the early 1980s Emile was hooked on electro from an early age. In 1998 he started promoting electro events in London and connecting with other producers and DJs from the UK and abroad. This led to him building his first bedroom studio and, after a few years of learning, honing and recording, Emile's Plant43 project saw it's first vinyl release in 2006 on the much-missed Ai Records. Since then he's released nearly 100 tracks on many highly respected labels including Frustrated Funk, CPU, Semantica, Shipwrec, AC Records, Bleep43 Recordings, Cultivated Electronics and Trust.

He is also a graphic designer, illustrator and co-founder of bleep43 com, which is dedicated to celebrating electronic music. Since 2002, Emile has played live alongside DJ Stingray, ERP/Convextion, Surgeon, DJ Overdose, Urban Tribe and many others.

The Empire strikes back! Phi has dug deep into the Slovenian electronica heritage only to return with the 4th chapter containing three mid 90's unreleased tracks by the cult duo Random Logic. Once the pioneers of adventurous acid and techno sounds having released on labels such as Thee Blak Label and having played in legendary places like the old Ostgut Ton, Random Logic are no strangers in playlists by the braver big shots such as Nina Kraviz. Their signature acid melancholy and drive hasn't aged and syncs perfectly with Phi's growing sci-fi catalogue.

Listening back to Roman Poncet's first releases on Figure just a couple years ago, they already hinted at the producer's keen technical abilities and a knack for rich texturing, resulting in tracks that were
both carried by force and form. What he delivers now is an impressively mature debut album, ripe with personal creative realization.

On Gypsophila the French producer uses the extended format to slowly shape up a scenery of epic proportions where surprise and constant change lurk around every corner. A certain sense of
progression and evolution runs throughout Poncet's music; it invariably keeps one locked in, no matter for the opening drones of Do Not or the patiently growing Thick Vegetation, which fuses tribal
percussion and choral chants to showcase another of this LP's key features: its dense soundscape, which at once feels inherently electronic yet deeply organic, translating the abstract futuristic themes
of techno into something jam-packed and heady albeit steadily grounded - a listening experience that is as dreamy as it remains tangible.

This holds true for the highly atmospheric synth-lead pieces, such as the cinematic intro Hello You, the elevating arp-ride Epreuve or the suspended celestial groove of Atlas. But equally goes for the floorfocused
rhythms, like relentless steam engine-workout Piege or mid-album mind-trip In Aeternam. Adding even more variety and depth to the mix, the tidal title track is given its own side to explore the

Two Dutch institutions in Delsin and 2000 And One team up for a reissue of the 1994 EP Belongings. It was an early release on 2000 and One's influential 100% Pure label and found him in full on space-techno. The EP has been fully remastered and sounds as gloriously futuristic now as it did more than 20 years ago. 'It Belongs To Me (Version)' is an intergalactic techno track with pads drifting off to an infinite horizon as a soft acid line burrows into the big, icy hi hats and punting drums. It's perfectly spacious and sombre, while 'It Belongs To Me (Reprise)' is a much more downtempo and thoughtful version of the track where pained leads synths take the lead and the drums are off in the distance. It's the sound of resignation and dejection in techno form. 'Crystal' then layers in new age harmonies as classic dusty break beats do their dance below. Again the synths are smeared and grand in scale and the whole thing feels like a blissful rave comedown. Last of all, 'Bowed' is a happy and manic melodic track with warped bass and fluttering snares that carry you away to the stars.

From the start, the self titled 'Shadows On The Wall' featured in Pan-Pot's debut BBC Radio 1's Essential Mix sees Clint deliver his heaviest tune to date where unrelenting percussion lays the foundation for an onslaught of climactic sonic eruptions emanating in an impressive display of powerful vibrations. 'Nias' takes a different trajectory as it shoots into celestial spaces where throbbing low end and lush pads harmonize into a vibrant array of gorgeous, shimmering aural arrangements. Following the approach of the previous two but landing somewhere in the middle is 'Lost On Kauai' where heaving drums and monumental bass converge with fever inducing arpeggios creating an incredible tension of opposing dynamics.

Wavefunction Collapse' by Coefficient was first released back in 2011 and it's among Prototypes' best-selling tunes. The track is an atmospheric journey into outer space characterized by Coefficient's wisely engineered FM synthesis and electronic drone acoustics. We decided to release it again, this time backed by a stomping, groovy and filthy remix signed by label owner P.God.
On side B, Ben Gibson makes his first appearance on Prototypes and brings us in a dark underground tunnel with Frontier', an ultra-gloomy tune inclusive of Ben's distinctive steely, sharp percussions and creepy pads.
Finally, Hoag's Object' by P.God combines dark Detroit-like melodic chord loops with hypnotic space bleeps, and plugs them on a grave and dense underlying beat structure.

Kyle Geiger will release his first single on Blank Code this winter, a pulsating techno stomper entitled 'Slingshot Orbit,' that comes paired with a minimalistic stripped-down edit of the track as well as a remix by LA's Audio Injection.

In the original mix, Geiger begins with a focused sonic foundation that incorporates the massive reverberating kick and synthetic murmurs have that become the signature of Blank Code's releases since the label's beginning. As the track builds throughout its six-minute run, torrents of metallic percussion and
waves of textured noise rush through the track, building it into a peak-hour techno selection that will resonate with the contemporary lover of harder electronic music. In Geiger's "Stripped Edit" of the track, the percussion is distilled down to its core elements, providing ample space for this track to be mixed and layered as a key element of a high-energy performance.
Audio Injection incorporates the distinctive groove synonymous with LA's raw techno sound to transform the track from a forceful stormer into a dynamic and mood-setting sonic exploration. Throughout the remix, the subtle elements of the original track are brought to the forefront, revealing their unique textures and careful
sound design. All three versions of Slingshot Orbit will appear on both the vinyl and digital editions of the release, due out on Blank Code in December 2016.

Lake Haze returns to One Eyed Jacks for the definitive launch of his "Aranhas" series - a run of releases themed around a fascination with spiders and gut-wrenching, rave-crushing dance music. Tracks such as "Rush Hour" (a sort of proto-aranha) and "Aranha Negra" are now available for the 1st time on vinyl, paired with the highly anticipated OEJ anthems "Aranha de Prata" and "Aranha Vermelha" - standout tracks in the sets of Photonz and Violet in recent months. It's not all about brute force here though; on top of his trademark slowed down gabba kick drums, Lake Haze lays some of the most emotional melodic lines you'll hear in a rave anytime soon, bringing true Lisbon melancholy to the fore in a truly unique way. Grab 'em while you can.

Lerosa's 25th solo EP will be released on German label eudemonia. Known for his deep-house sound, the Dublin based Italian producer showcases a different palette for this release. The four tracks gravitate somewhere between Electro, Italo, Synthwave and imaginary film themes. "Glider", a fast electro track, opens the EP combining acid drops and dystopian sci-fi elements. "The Minister' is much slower and serves as an emotional homage to those gone too soon. "Plateau Rosa" connects Italo and Detroit delivering a rolling bassline and glassy synth clouds for the delight of the afterhour-dancefloor. And if Lerosa had scored the soundtrack of a Michael Mann film in the 80's, "Theme of Perception" would have been right at home, a fitting end for this EP. The cover is a painting by the Irish artist Sibyl Montague. It was originally exhibited in London at an exhibition called - Totem'.

Celebrating the imprint's 10th anniversary, Mike Dehnert returns to his own Fachwerk label with a new full length LP available in 2x12" and digital, following a striking 12" on DJ Koze's Pampa Records at the end of 2016. Across 10 tracks, here Dehnert explores new territory with a restrained and subtle sound while retaining his commanding touch when it comes to creating deep club music. Intro sets the tone of the album, providing an profusion of tidal tones and textures that soak the listener in sound. Before long though, you're listening to the percussive stabs and pensive drums of Between No Words. Here we hear for the first time on the record the subtle but remarkable vocals of Albert Vogt, who returns throughout the LP. Listeners will also be reminded of Dehnert's skill for crafting complex and emotional music with very few elements, which becomes only more evident as this LP opens up. From here Dehnert traverses through dubbed out techno, deep house and downtempo, all with an experimental playfulness and a lightness of touch that only a producer with his talent and raw experience could pull off. The album peaks with the storming Providing Home 2. With swirling, unpredictable arpeggios, hard hitting drums and a sparingly used vocal hook, this is the track that'll ignite ecstasy across dancefloors for years to come. From here, Dehnert quickly cleanses the palette with the beatless Starground, a ringing and pulsing synth piece, pierced by all manner of klangs and bleeps. This perfectly sets up the album's final epic, Laxwax. Another one aimed squarely at the club, but this time it's for darker dancefloors. In stark contrast to its predecessors on the record, this track is insular, hypnotic and raw. Not content to end on such a note, Dehnert provides one last exertion. Outro is bombastic and pounding, with a rave inspired synth line and heavily swung percussion. Topped with cut up and percussive vocals, the track lives up to it's name summing up the LP and adding to it at the same time. This thoughtful record takes elements of modern pop music and extrapolates them with a patience rarely found within the genre itself. Backed by Dehnert's exceptional experience when it comes to producing club music, the result is an album that's simultaneously poppy and experimental, yet fundamentally rooted in techno. In 2015, Tresor Records welcomed Shao Yanpeng as the first Chinese artist to contribute to the label's catalogue. Shao is based in Beijing, China, where he has been making electronic music since 2002, and pursues his career as a producer and sound designer.
Tresor Records is now proud to present Shao's new long player, Doppler Shift.

Earlier in the year, Red Light Radio co-founder Hugo van Hejiningen and Identified Patient joined forces to debut their new musical project, Stallion's Stud. Artificial Dance is ready to release the first fruits of the duo's studio collaboration.
The four-track EP digs deep into their shared love of electronics, post-punk era experimentation, DIY music culture and dubbed-out drum machine rhythms. The results are undeniably dark and intoxicating, with former punk singer Hugo fronting proceedings via mind-altering vocals and twisted lyrical flows.

Opener 'Promising Promises' sets the tone for what follows, with Hugo's spoken vocals wrapping themselves around ricocheting industrial dub rhythms and raw, delay-laden electronics. The delay trails to oblivion remain a force to be reckoned with on the creepy, fuzz-fuelled cold-wave doom of 'Instrumental Aria', while the throbbing and clanking 'Unpredictable' and 'Voice of No' ratchet up the intensity by several notches via end-of-days guitars, heavyweight bass and face-melting percussion.

'Familly Matters Vol.1 is a 5 track EP that counts as the start of a new series on the 9300 Records imprint. It's the proper result of combined forces by these trusted beat suppliers and freshman 'Deris'. Each of them delivered their own personal homage to the thriving Belgian nightlife in the late 80's and 90's, when clubs like Boccaccio and later Zillion acquired an almost legendary status. To this day, their iconic neon-signs are still etched in our collective memory. In a decade where serious scandals, that even involved bribery, lead to heavy political disputes and a huge health-crisis (the Dioxine crisis) predominated Belgian media, people were searching for a way to escape reality and these clubs helped them to leave this world behind through music and entertainment. At the end of 1999, a point of no return was reached for the federal government, but a musical legacy was built...

Marco Shuttle first caught our ear many years ago when we discovered his music the old fashioned way, picking up his Clone Store Only Series record at Halcyon in Brooklyn. This mysterious record led to becoming obsessed with his incredible, selfreleased
podcasts that were floating around online at the time so we reached out to him and ended up working together to put his Fanfara EP out on our label in 2014, when he was almost unknown in North America. Since then, his music career has grown in leaps and bounds. He's no longer at his day job in the fashion industry but tours and produces full-time, releasing albums on his own Eerie Records, Donato Dozzy and Neel's Spazio Disponibile, as well as a string of killer EPs on several respected imprints. His productions and DJ skills have led to repeat bookings at Labyrinth Festival, Berghain, Concrete, Fabric, De School and just about everywhere else around the world where discerning heads congregate to hear great techno.

M.E.R - Montevideo Electric Recordings is an uruguayan record label named after its capital city, Montevideo. This newest installment of the ongoin series presents four very different Hardspace Mixes, each one of which allowing a different shade of Len Faki's musical guise to shine through. On Guidance a quick-paced bounce grooves on top of a three-note bassline, suspenseful strings and sensous vox giving the track an unsuspectedly burning itch. Equally smacking, yet both tribal and technoid is his rework of F.E.X's Never Give Up, which keeps breaking down in order for the slicing hats to come back in and do their magic. Tackling a current UK-Techno-favorite on the flip, Randomer & Cadans' Anchor has got a grimey grind to it, which here gets churned into an even more wicked version of a twisted trip down the rabbit hole. Closing the EP out on a bleeping note, Ribé's Outlines is a deep-spacious, echo-laden affair, oscillating in tune and zoning alongside skitting percussives. As with all releases of LF RMX, the proceeds of this record will be forwarded to the Berlin organization Straßenkinder e.V. to be used in actions against child poverty.
