Acidfonk and Eme Kulhnek – two of our favorite shooting stars join forces on our next Symbiostic Vinyl.

After Digital Releases in the past (SYMB043 Identity Module EP and SYMB034 We need to EP) the idea was born to bring both together for a collaboration and their first physical release. The Split EP contains besides the Original Tracks each a remix of their counterpart and showcase why both gain wide recognition with their style of modern crafted techno music by artists worldwide as Richie Hawtin, Dubfire and Marco Carola. We couldn´t be more proud to have both for this unique result. Enjoy!

E.L.I. lands on MRT shores and pollutes them with all sort of filth. The label second last instalment takes us to Britain and it is one of the most aggressive so far. The distorted screams, the ultra darkness, the violent atmosphere it creates is tinted in black and white by the stroboscopic lights of underground clubs. A perfect mixture of relentless basslines and straightforward rhythmic patterns for the dancers with no cause, with no hope for tomorrow. Places made famous by death and disaster.

France's I Hate Models has had a phenomenal rise since his first releases in 2016, now he arrives on Perc Trax to serve up the label's last release of year.

Already fitting in with the label's no nonsense aesthetic after appearances at a number of label showcases this year, this EP shows a hardening of his sound, without losing any of the melodic touches that have made his releases so memorable.

The original mix of "Spreading Plague" fills the A-side of the record with a near 10 minute journey though classic Perc Trax metallic percussion, quivering acid and soaring analogue lead lines. Epic is a word not often used in relation to Perc Trax, but
here it is perfectly applicable.

On the flip side, Perc remixes the lead track, honing in on the acid and adding swarms of claps and hihats for his first new production on Perc Trax in 2018. "Martial Order" closes the EP moving the percussion to the front of the mix once again, as metallic hits rain down on the listener, delivering a fresh take on one of Perc Trax's signature sounds.

3 years after his debut on the label, Jason McCracken AKA illektrolab returns with Temporal Interference. Across 4 tracks, the Arizona-based producer delivers an onslaught of breaks, acid and bass-heavy electro fine-tuned for the dancefloor.

Michele Mausi presents the first various artist release for his R3volution Records. He has selected artists who are different from them, some emerging, others already estabilished, but all of them carry the name of techno music all over the world. Yan Kook, Temudo, Kaiser, Gotshell and the label owner Michele Mausi are ready to make you crazy and destroy your dancefloor with 5 brand new technotravels.

The Berlin-based duo of Mathis Mootz (The Panacea) and David Frisch, better known as New Frames makes a come back to BITE for their second EP on the imprint. This time the progressive techno project joins forces with the BITE label boss, Phase Fatale on the A-side, producing a highly energetic EP packed with hard dance-floor-oriented tracks and just the right amount of attitude. The release explores a more playful direction, in comparison to the duo’s first appearance on the label. BITE022 is representative of New Frames’ signature old school and neo-industrial rave sound, infused with occasional breakbeat, trance, bass, driven sample rollers, and more elements that make putting labels on New Frames’ vibrant output seem impossible and unnecessary. When Spiral Tribe congregated in Berlin in the Winter of 1993, they found themselves squatting a series of trailers at Potsdamer Platz. In one of these trailers R-Zac was born. Musically the duo were transitioning from UK breakbeat techno as "The Spiral Tribe Liveset" into what would become R-Zac's signature hard psychedelic sound. This double LP marks the beginning of that journey.

The record label "NECHTO" created by Nastia unveils EP by R.M.K - a new alias of London's electronic music producer, DJ, and Fossil Archive label head Rob Kirkaldy, also known as Roberto.
The record demonstrates a faster and more intense take on the artist's original sound. With a focus on the very core auditory aesthetics of raves, the tracks also incorporate a hypnotic groove element of groove. The EP comprises a thundering bass at higher tempos, whilst preserving a soul within the music itself. "The intention was to make a well-balanced EP aimed at the dancefloor, whilst showcasing a range of sounds that provide enough versatility to keep the listener interested throughout", says the artist on his debut release under the R.M.K alias.
Apart from launching his own techno label Fossil Archive, Rob Kirkaldy has established himself as a notable figure both as a techno producer and a masterful DJ. His long-lasting dedication to electronic music has brought him to the world's most renowned club culture establishments, including London's Fabric, Berlin's Tresor and Berghain, and many others. R.M.K strives to only deliver the highest quality of music and never settles for anything mediocre, as is proven with this new outstanding EP.

Shinedoe readies her fifth album ‘Freedom Riders’ on her MTM Records imprint with the release of her vinyl-focused ‘Wake Up’ EP, offering a four-track preview into the project while unveiling a selection of diverse electronic productions for home listening through to the dancefloor.

Over two decades, Dutch DJ and producer Chinedum Nwosu, aka Shinedoe, has established her presence as one of house and techno’s most loved talents, while carving a true path to her own vision. Based in Amsterdam and featuring as a key part of the city’s rich and blossoming underground scene, with performances across De Martkantine, Shelter and Thuishaven to international institutions such as Berghain to fabric, her releases on the likes of Rekids, Cocoon, Bpitch Control and her 2021 release ‘The Observer’ on Jeff Mills’ iconic Axis cemented her reputation as one of the scene’s first talents. Having launched her own label MTM Records in 2018, releasing four EPs on the label to date, October signals the arrival of the label’s first album in the form of her ten-track ‘Freedom Riders’ - an expansive and diverse project created in lockdown capturing sonics from across the spectrum - with the LP preceded by Nwosu’s four-track album sampler EP titled ‘Wake Up’.

“Freedom Riders is about living in a world where there is peace, and all our basic needs are fulfilled. Each being having the right to live in peace, be happy and to be. We are all Freedom Riders, some of us get lost and need to get back to the source.” - Shinedoe.

Opening production ‘Wake Up’ is a tension-building journey through metallic textures, warped vocals and eerie interludes, while album title cut ‘Freedom Riders’ fuses hazy atmospherics, rich chords, crisp percussion and sweeping acid lines to offer a late-night ride through smoky territories. On the flip, B1 ‘Peace’ offers an exemplary balance of light and dark with delicate yet vibrant leads guiding murky undertones and sharp percussion throughout, before closing with the hypnotic, off-kilter and mind-altering sonics of ‘Safety First’, traversing soundscapes to showcase and excellently crafted early-morning cut.

Cuts across the album continue this wide-reaching and rich variation, with the likes of ‘Shine’ and ‘Lockdown’ drawing on classic and modern house influences to offer striking additions for the dancefloor, while ‘Floor Action’ and closing track ‘See The Light’ veering into more dubby, paired back territories to offer up a sense of space and tranquillity - with the ten-track project showcasing a carefully crafted album rich in sound design showcasing one of Amsterdam’s finest talents.

Returning after a six-month break, Truesoul delivers a pair of uplifting cuts from Bart Skils, marking his debut on Drumcode’s little brother imprint.

One of Drumcode most consistent contributors, Bart Skils also knows his way around a melodic lead better than most. With this is in mind, it’s difficult to believe this is the first sighting we’ve had of the Dutchman’s productions on Truesoul.

‘My Rules’ was created during lockdown with the specific intent to brighten the lives of the techno faithful. Both compositions were inspired by the type of tracks Skils would typically use to build his sets during longer sessions, when tension-and-release dynamics are deployed with aplomb. The title track comprises a wiggly bassline running alongside a skilfully arranged vocal hook, while tiny flashes of melody amplify the atmosphere. ‘Cruising Waves’ is marked by a hypnotic groove and a meditative vocal loop before a ball-tearing industrial synth-line rips through the bottom end at regular intervals throughout the second half of the piece.

Wex 003. A special double LP that that depicts the mind of the Dutch producer, Eversines. This album is his first release and explores much of the vast world of electronica. From ambient to techno and much in between this is a special album for both the dance floor and your home listening. For the rest we will let the music speak as let you explore the sounds. Insolate, formally known as Miss Sunshine, is a true techno veteran with 20 years in the scene under her belt. With releases on DJ Deep's Deeply Rooted label and her very own Out of Place brand, Insolate now moves on to Proletarijat with a significant release in more than one way. Proletarijat 005 is wholly dedicated to her grandfather who was a Yugoslav partisan during WWII. As the black clouds of fascism once again form over Europe we must remember the ordinary men and women who sacrificed everything for the hope of freedom, or Sloboda if you will. How infinitely frail this freedom is and how we'll lose it all if we stop fighting. Ponos is a Croatian word for pride, but it's also the name of the Greek god of hard labour. And this is labour music - tough, proud and confident. We'll certainly need it. We have lots mof work to do.

‘Beauty In Industry’ EP is the 3rd release on Kerrie’s ‘Dark Machine Funk’ imprint

It was early 2007 when under another moniker, Raiju Manah signed his first releases on vinyl to labels including Synewave, Harthouse and Concrete, remixing some names the like of Steve Stoll. After more than a decade, Raiju decided to start a new musical adventure, following his inner-side to create a non typical sound, always personal and out of the usual patterns.

With releases on Steve Parker's Muted records, as well as on Anaøh, Concrete, Lett and Subsist Records, Raiju Manuh prints his music character with a revolutionary Industrial Techno, IDM and Ambient Techno style.

The release features collaborations from three solid producers who shine on their own.

Esther Duijn, Amsterdam-born but Berlin-based, who has released outstanding productions on labels including Gegen Records - the team that runs the infamous party in Berlin - as well as outstanding Dj performances in Tresor, Pornceptual, De School, Sisyphos and Kitkat to remember some, debuts in Triamb with a hypnotic and forceful upbeat techno remix of "Iron Age", bringing with an undoubted tool to make tension to the mix.

The French talent, MSKD, who has called attention from artists the like of Amelie Lens, featuring one of his latest music productions in her Fabric compilation, reveals a deep passion for broken beats and melancholia emotions, creating an expressive atmosphere with his remix of "The Noize" to blow the journey up. As a masterpiece, it has attributes to become a must-play in epic sets.

To close with a flourish, the Berlin-based multidisciplinary artist, Saumeth, has called attention in the specialised techno industry not only because of his upfront live-performances and Dj sets, invited to play at Bloc, KitKat, Maze, Mensch Meier and Humbolthain club to remember some, but also because of his album "Thema", reviewed by Faze magazine - Germany, as well as featured by several media makers.

Saumeth brings two outstanding collaborations to the package, one as an Intro to open the music journey in a magic but mysterious way, and a second one as an Outro to close the trip with an astonishing sound that melts in the air. Both atmospheric, full of psycho sounds and textures inspired by nature and forms of architecture.

Resurfacing with their anticipated second iteration in a few months time, newly-launched Amsterdam platform One Eye Witness turns in a versatile second VA featuring the many flavoured likes of Robert Dietz, Z@p, Kasper Marott and New Members. Showcasing the label’s tireless search for new horizons and intrinsic lack of musical ideology, this new EP highlights talents whose shared ambition is to write the future of club music.

Berlin’s Robert Dietz serves up the first salvo, “EMQU EMJAY”, a lush and bouncy electro jam doing the splits between UK step, seaswept house and post-Rephlexian, Eastern-infused electronica. Reaching for much darker places, Z@p’s “YFM” pulls out an enslaving Knight Rider kind of nocturnal vibe, full with a powerhouse bass and mesmeric swing to keep dancers on their toes from start to finish. Gutsy, psy-op-ready material for when the lights shut off for good and club pressure raises up to suffocating levels.

Danish producer Kasper Marott is next with the swirling “Bleep”, cutting a path of doped-up, funky exhilaration across the dance floor. Drawing in a raging pool of acid and 8-bit tropes, Marott boasts unmatched skills when it comes to harnessing hella hectic solar-powered grooves. Pear affiliate New Members punches in last with “The Dink” - a hybrid dub slab joining the dots betwixt liquid jungle, fun-loving house and more out-there acid, reminiscent of Wink’s most hair-raising momentums but with a further breaks-luvin’ twist to it.

Fabrice Lig has melody running through his veins. On his quest to explore his deep love for the bitter-sweet yearning of Motor City techno, his tracks transcend trends. Over his three-decade spanning career he has refined his blend of soul-infused dance music to striking effect. His gift for a catchy hook is unmatched. His new studio album "The Mental Bandwidth" shows his musical range as a producer once again. On the album's twelve tracks, he effortlessly traverses, cosmic house, funkified techno and electronica, combining his trademark quirky melodies with playful songwriting and dance floor focused beats. The album format is giving Lig enough space to explore his musical ideas from different directions while staying true to the overall atmosphere. "The idea for the album was to go back to the fundamentals of the original Detroit sound and to find new ways of expressing that soul in my music - as I've been doing for years", explains Lig. With Ann Saunderson and the former Kraftwerk-member Wolfgang Flur, the album features two heavy-weight collaborations that connect the "The Mental Bandwidth" to Detroit's musical legacy, too. Slikk Tim aka Garry Grittness also has a cameo in the form of a funky bassline on "Healing", the pop-infused Ann Saunderson collaboration. The title of the album is inspired by Lig's lecture of Sendhil Mullainathan and Eldar Shafir book "Scarcity: Why Having So Little Means So Much" which explores new approaches to reduce poverty. "The authors discovered that the mental bandwidth of poor people is sometimes really low because of short term issues they are facing and are forced to solve", explains Lig. Those issues are reducing the mental bandwidth for long term thinking capacities, which in turn has consequences for the decision making process. An example: before the quality of education of poor kids is increased, the quality of life they have must be increased. This increases the capacities of the kids to learn more than solely better educational programs.

Following on from releases in recent years on South London Analogue Material, Perc Trax, and more, Keepsakes brings the dancefloor heat in this 4-track collection of 4-4 killers.

The A1 kicks things off with "Peak Egotist" - where rolling tribalistic drums, playful vocal samples and 80s industrial-inspired synth stabs interplay in a confronting track of driving techno. This is followed by "Malignant Motion" on the A2, with its swung rhythms and discordant rave synthesiser keeping the club energy high for concrete dancefloors.

"Mr. Shakedown" launches the flip on the B1 with its fast-house-gone-crunchy stylings, where a rolling 16th note synth pattern works with heavy drum patterns and ear-worm vocal shouts to set feet on fire. The B2 closes out the record with "No Acceptance Uptown" - a tried-and-tested frisky club banger with mischievous "yo" vocals and a lively acid-like sequence closing out the latest offering from Haven.

Following the Kota Motomura and Exterior debuts earlier this year, it’s another first from Hobbes Music. Maastricht Research is a brand new project from Scottish artist Jonathan Hunter producing ambient/drone style material. Jonathan was part of the quartet behind the much-loved Slabs Of The Tabernacle parties at Glasgow's now-legendary La Cheetah club back in the late 00s/early 10s. He's also one half of The Three Lives, whose debut EP, Mud & Flame and follow-up Across & Beyond were released recently by Glasgow's Full Dose label.

Written and recorded over a number of years, whilst living in Amsterdam, Glasgow and Dublin, the Maastricht Research vibe is about as horizontal as it gets and is the perfect soundtrack to long, lazy days and balmy eves in the park, by the pool, in the bath etc! There are zero beats. It's proper ambient / drone music and could well have been beamed in from another dimension, planet or century altogether, including field recordings, atmospheric fx, lush and eerie pads, with the occasional snatch of a weird vocal and generally other-worldly sounds.

The record owes a debt to the likes of Manuel Gottsching, Cluster, Susumu Yokota, Detroit Escalator Company, Astral Industries and Alessandro Cortini, among others…

Revenge Techniques presents the vinyl reissue of TAFKAMP's magnum opus 'INDRUKKEN'. Originally released on cassette tape back in 2018, the album features some of the artist's deeper and dreamy productions to date, an exciting trip through the musical impressions of the artist mostly known as techno/rave producer 'Stranger'. TAFKAMP showcases a selection of music ranging from slow melancholic breakbeat to euphoric uptempo electro and everything in between.

Tokyo. Berlin. Hamburg. Snork #107 is a best-of-journey through the underground techno sounds of vibrant metropolitans. Five tracks with five totally different sounds – each handpicked by label owner and underground enthusiast Christian Schachta, and each a masterpiece of its own.

Starting off with the Hamburg based techno duo 7Function, the release directly reveals the true force of handmade basement techno: hard, headstrong, and honest. Straight outta Tokyo but with a reminiscent core of 2000s Berlin sound, Lyoma presents an energizing track that knows how to bounce. With “Um Midi” his fellow Mitchelrock, also Tokyo-based, proves his peculiar sense of experimental, minimalistic tunes.

NerkKirn from Berlin open up an enlightening early morning track. And last but not least, as digital gimmick, label owner Christian Schachta aka Syntax Error adds a wonderfully tricky, typically snorky track leading to melancholic memories and hopeful anticipation of many sweaty club nights.

We welcome back Stockholm house stalwart Viggo Dyst for his second contribution to our Classic Cuts series: an uplifting cut of five melodic tracks, including a remix from SNF mainstay, Earth Trax.

Tech-house banger 'These Knits' kicks off proceedings, with cosmic undertones that imbue it with a sense of buoyancy and playfulness. On the flip, Earth Trax teases out the track's cooler elements, introducing a more definitive pulse and replacing the melody's warmth with a greater sense of unease: catch this one reverberating around a cavernous warehouse. 'Promises' maintains the driving propulsion, introducing an acid melody which lends it anthemic grandeur before the sultry whisper of cymbals and female vocals on the modest deep house track 'CAT' strip things right back. Finally, the ambient closer 'Bubble Wrap' pays testament to Viggo Dyst's musical ambidexterity and his capacity for creating atmosphere with a full-bodied soundscape and rich tonal depth.

First full release by BSS (Luigi Vittorio Jansen) on Hivern following contributions to both 'Fragments' and 'Hivernation' projects. 'Bredius' showcases four tracks whose common thread is a detailed sound design of electrified percussion and a delicate and emotional approach to melodies. The EP will be available in two different versions: a standard one and a limited edition with the covers printed at l'Anacronica in Barcelona. Both artworks designed by Luigi himself.

LDI Records serves up a celebration of The Hague's famous electro sound with native Cliff Dalton aka Sander Evers behind four originals and fellow West Coast legends Legowelt and Rude66 both remixing. Cliff Dalton is a relatively new project from a long-time Dutch music great. Sander Evers is the drummer in psychedelic stoner rock band Monomyth and has played with other notable groups including 35007 and Gomer Pyle. Next to those projects, he has always had his ear tuned into the region's enduring techno and electro scene and now offers up his own fresh take on it. The EP's title refers to the fact that all these artists are bound by geography, but is also a nod to the fact that The Hague is the largest Dutch city by the sea. The opener 'We Are The Little Ones' is about an evil robot factory in a futuristic dystopian city. It is a coruscated electro-funk workout with crisp analogue drums and nimble bass overlaid with withering sci-fi melodies. 'We Don't Need A Real World' is a superbly cinematic eight-minute excursion with widescreen synth work taking you to the stars as you ride an elastic bassline. The majestic 'City Under The Sea' then layers up neck-snapping snares with cosmic arps and plunging bass and 'Cleopatra's Matrix' soundtracks an ancient Egyptian city with its mystic leads and eerie pads luring you into a late-night electro trance. West Coast pin-up and hugely prolific electronic innovator Legowelt remixes 'We Are the Little Ones'. His version has plenty of his textbook intrigue, lo-fi texture and magical synth charm, and finally key Bunker Records associate Rude 66 flips 'City Under The Sea' into a snaking dub rhythm with hypnotic acid lines and seductive vocal whispers woven in deep. The Blue City EP is a timeless package of West Coast electro direct from the source.

She explores the territory of minimalistic grooves, where simplicity and accuracy show a bright, emotional character through work with voice and focus at low frequencies, skillfully pulling the strings of our deepest instincts to dance.

JoeFarr inaugurates Leisure System's new GRIDLOCK 12' series with the Longanimity EP, an invigorating exploration of broken techno released April 20th, 2015. Farr has a diverse history, with three well-received releases on Turbo as well as records with DSNT and Power Vacuum. Few producers can claim to have both remixed Tiga and been remixed by Truss, and the Longanimity EP continues Farr's recent drift towards streamlined brutality, leavening intense drum programming with crystalline bursts of color. The clinical and kinetic Oleum' kicks things off and hurdles towards a shatteringly powerful peak, while Mormon Shuffle' boasts twisted functionality without sacrificing roughness in the brittle loops. The monolithic Standard Issue' has an aggressive edge enhanced by whiplash percussion, and the broken piano melody of FS3+4' inverts the joy typically found in that rave standby, preferring to drop the instrument from the fifth floor and let the chords scatter and shatter as they please. The first release in Leisure System's 2015 GRIDLOCK series representing our ongoing interest in melding the freaky and the functional on the dance floor, JoeFarr's Longanimity EP is stocked with tested and tenacious late-night weapons.

Marcel Dettmann has mixed the latest edition of the highly respected DJ-Kicks compilation series.
Whilst Dettmann is well-known for his incendiary sets at his residency at Berghain, his DJ-Kicks mix is crafted for listening, and displays a more reflective side of the DJ and producer. The mix explores a wide array of selections from various subgenres; ranging from the a new vocal-led Strictly Rhythm release, to rapping on Clarence G's 1991 release 'Cause I Said It Right', recently reissued by Clone Records.
Over the course of its 1hr 14 duration, Dettmann reveals multiple new original productions; most notably a collaboration with Levon Vincent, 'Can You See It'. The pair have collaborated once in the past, releasing 'Vengeance' on Levon's own Novel Sound label towards the end of 2015 to critical acclaim. 'Can You See It' sees the duo venture into darker territory; a stripped back, sub-bass laden affair, the quality of this production immediately stands out in the early stages of the mix.
Dettmann also collaborates with MDR affiliate Wincent Kunth on 'Possible Step'. In addition to five brand new original Dettmann remixes and edits, there's an unreleased remix of Marcel's 'Let's Do It' from Ostgut Ton labelmate Rolando.
Designed to be enjoyed by both the critics and more casual listeners, this mix is the latest in a long series of lifetime achievements over the course of Dettmann's career - and with so many new unreleased original Marcel Dettmann productions included, this is a landmark release for the producer

Orphx the veteran industrial-techno super duo strike again with their latest EP on Sonic Groove entitled "Sacrifice". Armed with a disdain for pastiche and a penchant for experimentalism, rRoxymore has spent the last decade pushing the boundaries of what constitutes club music. Across a steady stream of releases, the Berlin-based artist has continually reinvented her sound, shifting from hypnotic leftfield techno to UK bass mutations, genre-eschewing dub oddities and so much more. On Perpetual Now, her sophomore album, she again displays this propensity for pushing the sonic envelope. It's a slow-burning record, and one that blurs the lines between the electronic and the organic. Subverting the traditional album format, Perpetual Now is made up of four extended soundscapes - each taking the listener on a journey through tempo, texture and emotional state. Downtempo opener `At The Crest' gently sets things into motion, allowing the sparse percussion to tentatively find its feet. `Sun In C' is a peculiarly meditative excursion, crafting a rich, intoxicating atmosphere across its nine minutes. `Fragmented Dreams', with its pulsating rhythms and fractured melodies, sees the album fleetingly burst into life, before `Water Stain' winds things down in the most effortless of manners. French-born, Berlin-based DJ, sound artist and producer rRoxymore first emerged on the scene with `Wheel of Fortune', a ten-minute epic released on Planningtorock's Human Level back in 2012. She has since put out music regularly, dropping her debut album Face To Phase in 2019, and more recently "I Wanted More", a four-track EP that veered from downtempo ambience to lush deep house.
