Killer vocal-led Detroit-inspired electro 3-tracker from MioTek on his new Seven Sisters imprint.

Hailing from the small Latvian town of Ogre, where after post Soviet Union regime time, djing traditions became strong very fast. Raised by local dj's on Chicago and Detroit sounds of mid 90's, Miotek been involded in to the electronic music and started to develope his djing and producing skills aswell as promote first illegal raves in town with his crew of like minded people.

There wasn't anything impossible for young boy of 16, full of energy, inspiration and desire to play & make music, everything went forward very quickly: acceptance on Latvian dj scene, uncountable events, club residences and radio shows. After 11 successful years on the local Latvian fields in 2010 he deside to move to the next level and moving to UK where started to work on his record label "Seven sisters records", launched in 2012 with Miotek's debut release "Foreign boy goes electro"

Morphology is back on Semantica with his trademark sound; his moody atmosphere, beautiful melodies and rhythmic beats that we have come to love.

Relentless straight forward old school acid tunes from Dresden, Germany... for those who remember Beverly Hills 808303 or early Acid Planet releases..that type of masculine and tough tracks. Raw, analogue no mercy kind of music! First come first serve!

Uncompromising underground acid tunes going to the raw acid from the early Acid Planet, Bunker days, and having a little touch of sick Gesloten Cirkel productions. A highly limited 200 copies edition release that won't be repressed. First Come first serve!

a few weeks after the " subdoubt ep " and its remute remix, the french label pilbus records has decided to strike hard with this new ep, offering us great tracks by nathan hell, who took part of the label adventure a few months ago.

After the epic disco rock of Antibodies, here comes Poni Hoax' second extract from their much anticipated new album 'Images Of Sigrid'. Although the original song is already massively anthemic, JOAKIM managed to turn it into a real club monster aimed at destroying any dancefloor. One of his heaviest remixes for sure. On a different tip but still highly danceable, ALTER EGO (who recently released their new album with the hit Why Not~) delivers a mental remix full of freaky vocoders that keeps pushing the pressure on and on for 6 minutes before unleashing the beast. Also a proper dancefloor smasher.

Here is the official double CD of STEREO CITY Festival 2011 - a great festival

- even a great compilation for all Music Lovers.

After six years ago we had the first album, now Boris Divider presents the second one released from his own imprint Drivecom. With the name
of 'The Source' you can guess the primary artist wishes, cause the original source and first influences that comes from every artist are usually a curious point of interest. In this case, the result is translated into 10 tracks that in some way reflect part of the first B. Divider's influences, and trying to place a special tribute to them. Essential names such as John Carpenter, Brad Fiedel, Vangelis, or Tangerine Dream are a good example of inspiration and a fundamental legacy for the music and the science fiction movies, so you can imagine how this means for an electronic artist born in the 70s.
Apart of the retro flavour and the electronic ambient of the 70s and in the other hand the electro and synth pop of the 80s, part of this work was focused in the use of vintage electronic gear as a point in common with the past. Some of the devices for this production have been more than 20 years working and they specially have been running their role
for this album.

Following a 12' for Doc Daneeka's TTY, Presk returns home to deliver his second 12' for Fourth Wave. Delivering his most progressive and unique work yet, Presk's latest injects some fun into his synth-heavy sound, while deftly swerving the moodiness of his future-techno contemporaries.

Laton's new 12" series ON (this being ON_1) with Zebra Mono's "Zona" on the A - a weirdly pad-based technoid track sounding as up to date as vintage - dug out from the massive Laton archives. On the B a harsh acidic ultra raw version of Auralbino's "Tangg Ant" from 97, remixed by Sex Tags Mania's DJ Sotofett with help by FIT Detroit (featured on FXHE's January release "Tonite"). 45rpm UK style cut.

After the success of the sell out 'Engine EP' we are literally falling over our selves with excitement to bring you the 2nd EP from Radioactive Man on WANG Trax 'Room EP' Radioactive Man gives us (in his own words) 4 tracks of pure Machine Funk!!! For those of you who don't know, Radioactive Man is Keith Tenniswood, a producer, musician and DJ known mainly for his partnership with Andrew Weatherall in The Two Lone Swordsman, who under this guise released a string of albums on the infamous Warp Records one of which 'Tiny Reminders' now holds 'seminal album' status. As well as TLS Keith has worked with an array of acts including David Holmes, Beth Orton, The Aloof, Red Snapper, Primal Scream, Jon Carter and Barry Ashworth. This EP sees RAM going it along once more and we have to say the results are stunning!!! Long live Radioactive Man =)

There are several ways to try to sum up the history of MOTOR. Chronologically listing all of the releases, significant events, enthusiastic critics and superlative comments, awards won and goals achieved in a comparatively short period of time would be one of them. It would certainly be a quite impressive list, but it would not fully pay justice to the phenomenon of MOTOR, as this phenomenon is clearly more than just the sum of its parts. Sometimes less is more, and that is why this brief history more than anything focuses on some of the milestones in the rise of MOTOR, as well as some seemingly random anecdotes, which at the end of the day impressively stand for the very essence of this extraordinary act.

Next up on Frustrated Funk's Limited Vinyl Series is Italian producer and visual artist Federico Leocata. This young producer's sound aesthetics can easily be compared with Dataphysix' style of production with it's snappy, minimal and dark characteristics (who knows what their real connection might be).

Not long after LAXX's debut release - The LAXX EP, Walsh and Biscuit Factory Records are proud to bring another fresh face to the foreground. Introducing Farkas...Originating from Sweden, Farkas, also known as Joel Metz, has already established himself as a regular favourite with leading Swedish outfit All Out Dubstep. His soul and funk inspirations are clear to hear in his creative and unique style. This together with his excellent ability and understanding of various production techniques, show why Farkas is going to be an artist to watch out for in 2012. As well as future releases planned with Biscuit Factory, he also has forthcoming material on All Out Dubstep and Subway Records.Featured on the first of a two-part EP, are tracks Harmless and Tribal Dance. Already championed by many top DJ's, they now receive their long awaited release.Harmless kicks off with a haunting intro that will make the hairs on the back of your neck stand. Once it drops, a warm bass note resonates throughout. Farkas skilfully blends low and mid tone sounds in this deep roller that will test sound systems to their limit. With trademark 4×4 drums sitting perfectly under a distinctive and catchy melody, Tribal Dance is an up-tempo, high energy club banger! Add cleverly placed jazzy stabs and a few quirky fills, this song has everything needed to send you into auto-skank!Both tracks have been getting massive airplay on BBC Radio One & 1Xtra by Skream & Benga and Mistajam. A staple in N Type's and Hatcha's sets over the last few months, these two stompers have been battering raves across the globe. Receiving regular support from Soap Dodgers (Wheel and Deal/Rinse FM), D Code/The Others (Dub Police) and Dismantle (Wheel and Deal/BFR). Label owner, Walsh states , 'Farkas is a very versatile artist which is what the label is all about. Glad to have him onboard Biscuit Factory, big things for 2012!' Rinse FM DJ and Wheel and Deal Records owner N Type says, 'I have been smashing these every set! Harmless has a wicked skank to it and rib shaking bass line. Tribal Dance is the club smasher! Sick tunes!'

Funckarma goes in league with Onionboy (Darko Esser), both delivering a track of their own, and a remix of each other's. Funckarma's Rusty W is lush electronics and heavy dubstep at the same time, effective & abstract dancefloor artillery! Onionboy's remix is a 100% old school electro track, solid as a rock and reminding a bit of old Rude66 and Satamile tracks.

part 2!!

A Texas wigger from Brooklyn and a jewish beach nerd from Scheveningen playing misogynist ghetto boys from the southside Chicago projects...

Last year's 'The Age Of Compassion' by Chicago underground house don Tevo Howard was one of the standout tracks for Buzzin' Fly in 2011with widespread DJ and media support. It joined his burgeoning body of work on other acclaimed labels such as Rush Hour and his own Beautiful Granville. Now Tevo returns with his follow-up for Buzzin' Fly.
If 'The Age Of Compassion' was a simple and elegant dancefloor bump wrapped in warm analogue melancholia, then the 'Monument EP' is its nemesis - a stark future-retro reinterpretation of the origins of house music build from the bare components of machines: raw drums, sub bass, sine waves, square waves and oscillators.
And yet there is still a burnished beauty to this EP. All three tracks seems to find echoes of each other in their arrangements and brittle harmony. Machine music for the modern age edged with passion and feeling, and another fresh step for its producer.

Two collaborations between two highly respected producers. Photek's 'Closer' marked the 50th release on Pinch's Tectonic last year, and some time in the studio together has produced these standout tracks. Acid Reign first appeared in January on Pinch's FabricLive mix compilation, his 'dubplate version' described by Fact mag as 'a slow-burning half-stepper with a twisted acid melody fighting for air in an oil spill; as claustrophobic as you like, basically.' M25FM appears on Photek's instalment to the highly respected DJ Kicks compilation series, it's another acid-tinged track, taking us into much deeper territory.

With our next release Kontra-Musik launches a new white label series. The sound will be a bit rougher and punky but still with quality and uniqueness as main focus. First out is the trio Frak - Sweden's best-kept techno secret. Why not keep it that way Limited 200 copies!

With catalog number 006 another techno legend joins the KILLEKILL family. NEIL LANDSTRUMM is with no doubt one of the big heroes of techno. With several albums and uncount- able singles released on renowned labels like Tresor, Peacefrog and Planet µ, he has definitely written techno history.

6 tracks of mind altering electro straight out of Gothenburg.

Valanx is the new project of Arne Weinberg. After deciding to stop releasing under his own name, the project is focusing on his new-found passion for electronic music beyond the techno productions he is best known for. This first album is the result of liberation and recovered inspiration in the studio, and the ability to express musical experimentation without boundaries. This is how Arne Weinberg sounds in 2012.

Mental progressive electro techno. Solid Beat aera.

Damn another supa strong Audiotrix reach the wax. In the mood of prevvious Audiotrix 14, in between dancefloorish and soufull bootlegy sound, this nu output is sure to devastate danceflloors. Funny Ox is a bomb no doubt, and Sunka on the flip provide 2 suppa efficient tunes, slightly more teky. Must have 12''
