Apartment's 3rd release comes courtesy of acclaimed producer Lerosa. For this, his first release of 2012, he delivers 4 electro-based cuts, a rarely seen side to the man predominantly known for his house productions.
The sparse and melancholic 'Combat' starts off proceedings, before 'Titanium''s throbbing bass, combined with Mr. Rosa's unique melodic sensibilities, increases the pace. On the B-side 'Slavery' is a furious acid jam, constantly rising in energy over hectic percussion and a wall-shaking electro beat. Finishing on 'Decisions', the pace is reduced considerably while the acid stays intact, delivering the 12 inch's only 4/4 kick for what is Lerosa's most euphoric cut to date.

After three Creepy Autograph releases in 2008, Valentine Connexion returns with a five track EP from the little known artist The Abstract Eye. Five brilliant, analog techno tracks, which keep the spirit of original Detroit techno alive. It really leaves us breathless. Beautiful stuff! For fans of Dopplereffekt, Drexciya et al.

Peverelist's Livity Sound label is back with super limited Vinyl only, Kowton release. File under Livity Sound / Bristol Techno.

4 Trackers Not 4 Kids Killa Bombs
- There are 2 types of EDM producers.
The ones who aren't instrumentalists in the first place, and the ones who are.
Bone Machine is definitely of the 2nd kind and you can feel it in his tracks:
A totally different level of grooviness,
way more hypnotic than your average electrohouse track.
Danzere is one of his finest works : Progressive structure,
mesmerizing bassline, cutting-edge synths.
-When trying to answer to the question "What comes after dubstep"
Some answer stupid stuff such as "progressive trance will come back"
and some bet on a better horse.
Pzyon definitely invests in the future with his glitch hop track Tomorrowland :
Organic basses, solid drums exploding on impact, and oldschool vocal loops.
-Is it possible to get a coherent result when you use 5 different synths,
each with a dozen of articulations,
and some filtered 70s disco samples on top of it well, apparently.
Troublegum's Too Many Parameters (hence the name)
layers strong pumpy subs with screaming
and growling basses but doesn't forget funkyness.
-filthy hybridation of dubstep and gabber (!!!) memories of rotterdam wakes up the robotic raver
inside you with its ternary rythm, hardcore kicks and aggressive synths.
having ingested all these energy drinks of various fluorescent colors was indeed a good idea.

New material from LA'sGifted & Blessed, this time dropping on the UK's Eglo Records under his The Abstract Eye guise.

A man of many names, the ever illusive musician/producer/dj/director can credit the likes of Flora Purim, Airto Moreira, Sa Ra Creative Partners, Steve Spacek, King Britt and Baatin among his collaborators.

Ladies and Gentleman: Der Dritte Raum is back - and this time, it's not only with new sounds in well-known Krüger style, but also with a new label platform: Der Dritte Raum Records! Fresh and dreamy, that's the sound of the first release, with four tracks full of groove, warmth and the distinctive Der Dritte Raum-funk on board. On all tracks of this release Andreas Krüger proves he has a firm hold on his analogue machinery - as always - but also shows his connection to contemporary machine music as well as Krautrock and psychedelic sounds. Inspired by his band project Von Trips, numerous analogue recordings entered the new material. We're ready to take on summer with this first release on our new label: warm layers and playful details skillfully surround the swinging grooves - you can almost feel the soft breeze of a beautiful summer night touch your skin. Just wonderful...

DEADMAU5... YOU HEARD OF HIM

From his earliest demos to his current position as a key figure in the global techno scene, Perc (aka Ali Wells) has taken the established forms of the music he loves and twisted them into something new and fresh.

Building up successful relationships with scene-leading labels such as Drumcode, Ovum, Kompakt and CLR whilst unleashing a strong run of releases on his own Perc Trax label has seen Perc's influence and support grow even further. With each release his sonic experimentation has taken another leap forward without losing sight of the dance floor.

Hot release by Neil Landstrumm & Mat Consume, who did a first Shit & Cheap release on Scandinavia in 2001, and 2012 seems a good year to tear it down with a totally unexpected raw & raving electro banger for the Dutch Shipwrec label. Inspired by 60s surf & garage and later punk & wave, the drum machines are set to give us the essential kicks, claps and hihats we need for that oldschool electro vibe. This release comes in a sick designed three colour silkscreen printed sleeve, limited to 300 copies including a download code.

And we still release in these low Summer times with our next French artist Nicolas Cuer !

Blackest Ever Black is releasing the first ever vinyl edition of Gareth Williams and Mary Currie's Flaming Tunes.
This remarkable album was recorded at DDM and Cold Storage in London after Williams had left This Heat and returned from the
first of several trips to India. It was officially released on cassette in 1985, before being bootlegged on CD more than a decade later.
The bootleg in question, the Japan-issued After The Heat, described the Flaming Tunes pieces as "This Heat's final demo
recordings", much to Gareth's understandable dismay - after all, the album marked a conscious attempt to create a music
with a different mood and texture to that of This Heat, one which would allow the full expression of his eclectic
and distinctive tastes.

Jack Playmobil operates from the mystic gravel pit of Antwerp, Belgium. Hungry Soul has obtained superpowers by fighting in the graveyard of life. He doesn't need wings to fly. His hands are dirty with electric mud. He has created a mold of dizzying electronic proportions, a nightmarish virtual reality dream state where sparkling energy collides with a total absence of time. Psychedelic electronic patterns drenched in futuristic haze. Imagine robotic ghouls malfunctioning in the snow. Hungry Soul creates dense eerie moodscapes rich with complexity and cosmic inspiration. His vision is blurry. His ways are everchanging, evolving and romancing the shadows of the night. Crafted with secure and utmost precision. Time to nurture your own hungry soul and create a delightful midnight carnival. Throw your double cups in the air and rejoice. Classify under : ''wild prestige'' and ''increasing 3D awareness''. Limited black vinyl edition of 300 copies. Packaged in beautiful handsilkscreened cardboard covers with artwork by Pointdextr.

Ikonika returns with the 'I Make Lists EP', the first full extended release since her 2010 debut album 'Contact, Love, Want, Have' (Hyperdub). Hum + Buzz present 6 incendiary club ready tracks, her most accomplished and anticipated work to date. Taking a dark approach with 'I Make Lists' and 'Cold Soaking', these dubplate anthems have been the highlight of recent Ikonika sets. They both fuse paranoid, intense and ominous basslines with sinister and eerie lead synths. 'Take Pictures' melds a languid drum machine strut with reflective but focused melodies. The playful side of Ikonika is present in the Latino Freestyle influenced track 'Catch Vibes' and 'With Your Mouth', a stripped backed procession. These two tracks employ driving drums, acidic basslines and mischievous melodies. Bringing us to the finale is the majestic 'PR812'. Referencing the hijacking of a passenger flight in 2000, Ikonika crafts an emotive dance floor anthem with centre stage given to her original approach to melody and arrangement. Support from Mary Anne Hobbs, Jackmaster, Bok Bok, GIRL UNIT, and Eclair Fifi among others.

Powell returns to Diagonal to present five new rhythm tracks that reaffirm the label's preoccupation with jagged No Wave and
forward motion, contemporary electronics. Shards of analogue noise splinter around the fractured movements of the broken
drum-work, evoking the off-kilter jams of Blurt and 23 Skidoo as much as the linear surge of cold, hard EBM.

Must have for fans of Surgeon, Regis and the Birmingham Techno sound. Comes in full printed sleeve.
A new series by Transhuman Records. Thematic: a manual of domination. Arcanoid melts again breaks, gears and epic melodies, creating a new substance, being himself the only owner of its formula. Two tracks of The TransHumans. Hypnotic and intense techno. Energy and rawness in Birmingham's way. Experimental noisy ambient finish this release. Industry and asphyxiating atmosphere. A cry for help by the oppressed.

Samuel van Dijk (Mohlao, Multicast Dynamics) introduces his new project VC-118A on Trust. Four tracks of sparse and spacious, yet intricately textured techno and electro that are both a departure and a continuation of his acclaimed and much sought after productions for Meanwhile and Field Records, as well as his recent collaboration album with Delta Funktionen as Inward Content.

Pineal activation. IMAX phantasy. Drippy acid ecosystems. HD....everything. All contribute to the sentient environment that is Exo, Gatekeeper's debut LP dropping on LA-based label Hippos In Tanks. Demented and celebratory, sinister but pure-hearted, Exo is a cerebral spectacle, a gapless playback rush of digitally-enhanced stimulation.

Razor sharp futuristic textures from the Bristol based producer, dropping one of his deadliest EPs to date. Stratagalastico is an absolute bomb of machine-made dynamite, dark and deadly for those who like to lurk in the shadows. Creepy shenanigans are most certainly the order of the day, but with that said, Marco ends the EP with a deep, melodic piece titled 'Bugs In The Virus', a transcendent composition that enriches the Stratagalastico experience and completes the package. Killer

Just three months after the dropping of the 100% analog tracks ROLAND RAT / BRAIN STORM (BNR075) we proudly presents two idiosyncratically interpretations by 2 legends in electronic music - 'ROLAND RAT' got reworked by techno pioneer and our hero LFO (Warp Records), who sampled the rat and moduled it to death :) The second Remix comes from 'the baron of techno' DAVE CLARKE together with MR JONES, who turned 'BRAIN STORM' into a straight and dark pumpin' monster. Enjoy! ROLAND RAT / BRAIN STORM REMIXES OUT ON BOYSNOIZE RECORDS | JULY, 9th 2012 ON VINYL

Everybody better bring some towels, because Housemeister is about to soak the world in electro champagne. Presenting his third full length music, the dirty don of club music did it again. Touching ravers hearts and hitting ravers right on their heads at the same time. In arts, good ideas are hard to have, but easy to get - masterful musical output is pretty hard to create, but once it's done, it's about pure listening pleasure. And with a thousand shitty drugs flooding the streets of music today, it isn't everyday you get to consume the 100% stuff. 'Music Is Awesome' is that shit that's straight from the kitchen, and Housemeister has produced this bitch to the point like a 5 star chef. It seems playing clubs and crowds all over the world do add to a player's game. Add class and confidence. Add experience and excellence, add balls as well as balance, and maybe it just takes 15 years of hardcore DJdom to be able to come out and kill like this. MUSIC IS AWESOME! Could any phrase be more simple and true Could any DJ come up with a better beatdown of arty-farty music chit chat, nipping critics in the bud just like that! And how could someone who's played a million records maintain such compass and focus The answer isn't made of words, of course. The answer is alive whenever awesome music is playing and nobody listening gives two shits about anything else in the world. When the moment is made of music, that's when Housemeister is happy. That's what dance music is for. That's what makes you dance in the first place. And that's what Housemeister put on this record. The unique studio-zoo of tools and toys he's using, the refreshing hands-on, open-mind approach of production, the iconic brand he's built, the picture disc vinyl release of this Boysnoize Records highlight with 7 tracks on each side made now for collectors not for djs anymore, the fact he's shooting a video for every single song - all kick ass Housemeister´s quality specials. But they're chilling in the sh

HOUSEMEISTER is back with his big new single "Weird Friends"! With US-indie-rapper P.O.S spittin' the truth on the mic and HOUSI's signature heavy beats, this one is a no brainer.

coloured vinyl pressing John von Neumann's Universal Constructor is a self-replicating machine in a cellular automata (CA) environment. It was designed in the 1940s, without the use of a computer. The fundamental details of the machine were published in von Neumann's book Theory of Self-Reproducing Automata, completed in 1966 by Arthur W. Burks after von Neumann's death.

More dark and menacing techno/electro stuff from the Netherlands, eerie hard-pounding industrial machine music, 'brain carpaccio' guaranteed, on limited blue vinyl!

Hollands FAH aka Robin de Bekker enters the scene with this heavy, braindance inspired five tracker. Opener 'Fine Space' is spooky and upbeat with false melodies fighting the tracks ground level acid bubbles. 'Bonus Orbits' starts off as a fast electronic harpsichord cut for a smart dance floor before turning into a hectic swamp of challenging harmonies. 'Sixears' is a shorter track holding the middle ground between a moody Elecktroids tune and hectic, Vibert-like acid. The EPs title track and centerpiece then, is characterized by rewinds, whistles, haunting melodies and a total lack of repetition; its a 9 minute long excursion into the most unreal part of Bekkers mind. FAH finally says goodbye with an eerie cut that sounds like a humming predator with no food to eat. FAHs first one for 030303 comes with appropriate, occultist artwork.
