Stephan teams up with belgian Q-ic (Miditonal, Fanatix, Zoo
Records) to serve an incredible EP with four bangin tunes.

HARDGROOVE - BEN SIMS TEAMS UP WITH ONE OF GLASGOW'S FINEST MESUMA FOR 4 TRACK EP FOR HIS HARGROOVE LABEL

The German based label Kitty Corner Records turns back the wheel and starts a new series of fresh experimental techno music. The opening track 'Hachzem' from Bristol's Kanji Kinetic comes with storming mutant basslines and rave stabs collide over a thumping techno beat. For 'Battle Creek Brawl' RRRitalin and Cynthia Stern take it back to '92 with pitched up rap vocals over a prodigy style breakbeat hardcore track. Spaceface's 'Hands of a Lunatik' is frenetic and crazy wonky techno, while Luke's Anger rounds off the EP with the robotic 909 warehouse beats of 'Throwing Switches'.

Dutch DJ DaY-mar drops het first solo EP on Abstract. Hard techno at its best. Industrial beats at the edge of hardcore this is the ultimate rave record for the big crowd. Don't be fooled by the looks of this girl, hard!!

Pounding beats! Classic hard techno edits!!

Pounding beats! Classic hard techno edits!!

Very thin and precise.. kind of minimal hardtrance melted to a mental galop, the kick is clearly tribe even if only 148 BPM on the A-side. B side opens at 130 BPM and still bring a tribe style... A newskool techno is digged. Groovy and not too vulgar kicker. Superb EP. Obscur HS limited as usual ! ENJOY !

Following on from the first part in April, Shipwrec proudly serve up a second instalment of the American Psychosis project by pioneering Dutch producer Drvg Cvltvre, who has previously released on the likes of Viewlexx, Bunker and Porn Wax, next to his own New York Haunted label. Drvg Cvltvre is known for his experimental and boundary pushing sounds and it's no different here, on either track. The first, 'March into Nothingness' is a truly bleak and foreboding affair with serrated synths and thick, dense fog hanging in the air above slow and purposeful drums. Like a post apocalyptic industrial estate it is a raw and arresting place to be. 'Drown Into The Eternal Twilight' is then an even harder edge techno stomper with angry synth lines, tough drums and tons of white noise darkening the foreboding airwaves. The artwork here is by Dutch artist Rutger Termohlen - who made five unique drawings, which are used throughout the artwork. Both parts come in a fully printed disco sleeve, but as part 2 completes the package this will be available in an outer sleeve with the last of the five drawings on the front cover. Again both sides have some locked grooves as well.

Pounding beats! Classic hard techno edits!!

Mindcut is back on the road with the 4th release und presents a bunch
of dirty raw techno tunes from 4 outstanding producers.

A1 starts with a tune from Bleaching Agent, also known from the famous
Blacknecks project with Truss. He knows how a deep bassline should work
with shaking high hats.

A2 with the Italian producer G-23 who delivers a dirty tune with an
evil
bassline and stomping kick. This combination works in every club.

B1 comes with Kamikaze Space Programme, the alias of the well known
D'n'B Project Raiden, brings up a percussive smasher with unique field
recording sounds. This is the perfect condition to heat up the dance
floor.

B2 the last tune so far is from Myler and comes up with a straight
distorted beast. Raw sounds without compromise... there is nothing to add.

An idea that took root in a Canadian basement has finally come to fruition. Trevor Wilkes has taken his enjoyment of just-left-of-center Techno and pulled in like minded individuals Paul Birken, Scott Robinson and TSR to help communicate that to those who still like their records. Jazzy beginnings, hairy upper lips, pieces of Bleep Radio shows that were pulled out of the mix, and snowballs in *Swedish bleeps*. With so much hip it's a wonder any of them can see over their own pelvis.

One side Acidolido and one side Epidemie, a rare artists who did, until now, only 2 tunes on Obscur. Lets check the sound : Acidolido opens this EP with a 125 BPM Hard Trance tune, very progressive and bringing some italian sample spoken words ... His second track is faster, 135 BPM and more into a progressive acid Technotrance, a superb clear sounder. His side ends on an acapaella of the samples used on his A1 tune... B side opens with The Illusion Of Life, from Epidemie, witch brings a superb 139 BPM techno Trance tune, and finally the EP ends with one last downtempo Trance tune called The Walker V1.1... Probably the best tune of this EP, more mental and really electro in its soul, witch brings some fresh air ! Big Up !

4 acid tracks by Acidolido (an italian duo based in Amsterdam). From acid techno to acidcore. Loud mastering and nice artwork on sleeve & label.
