Emerging from the vibrant underground scene in Ukraine, Yansima’s sound takes inspiration from Romanian minimal techno and the skippy drums and deep bass of garage. After a number of tracks and vinyl only EP’s for underground labels in this scene he now steps up to R&S for a three track EP of interpretations of this sound.

ZONAL, the brainchild of Justin Broadrick (Godflesh/Jesu/JK Flesh) and Kevin Martin (The Bug/King Midas Sound) present their monumental Relapse Records debut, Wrecked. ZONAL continues where their previous collaboration Techno Animal left off, and combines a brutal ongoing obsession with beats, bass, dub, drone, noise and riff.
Under their new guise, the enigmatic duo push the parameters and atmospheres that have earned them critical acclaim further and deeper; ZONAL's sound has become ever more corrupted, corroded, slower and lower; with the theme of exploring inner/outer space acts as the gelling agent for this shockingly monolithic sound.
Anyone who witnessed their sonic destruction and lyrical detonation c/o MOOR MOTHER at both ROADBURN and UNSOUND festivals will not be disappointed by the slo-mo meltdown.

Culled from the vast 90s archives of Brooklyn DJ and producer Adam X, these four tracks demonstrate the early experimentations of the 90s NYC acid rave scene. Tracks tailor made by the djs for the ravers, pushing acid extremes and decimating minds. A document of a time when experimentation and freedom reigned the scene.
This record includes four tracks exclusive to this 12 inch and not on the LP. Remastered at Dadub Mastering. One time pressing limited to 300 copies.

Though known as a touring and recording musician associated with Nine Inch Nails, Alessandro Cortini has really come into his own via his Forse trilogy, and his 2014 Hospital Productions debut, Sonno. For his Hospital follow-up, he maintains the grittiness and intimacy introduced on his debut, but expands on it, offering a wider spectrum of emotion and depth. Like Sonno, Risveglio was written and recorded while on tour. The drive to create intimate works during late-night downtime reveal Cortini to be committed to personal vision beyond the call of duty. While Sonno was created using only a 202 and delay, Risveglio adds a TB303, synced to the 202. In his own words, 'The 303 can be such a haunting instrument used in a certain way, and I felt it completely fit the mood of the previous work I have done on the 202, especially when given a specific location in space....it's such a living instrument.' The addition of TR606 gives one of the pieces a rhythmic pulse that separates it from the preceding synthscapes and renders Risveglioaltogether a more dynamic affair than Sonno. With Risveglio Cortini emphasizes the imperfections and visceral textures of electronics absent from so much contemporary solo synthesizer music. He carves out a similar space to that formed by Kevin Drumm's releases for the same label in the worlds of Drone and Noise by finding the emotional and, ultimately, human voice within synthesis.

A1 is a hypnotic banger, deeply crafted with some acid details and open hi-hats that will take you to a point of no return.
A2 has the right amount of bounce to make sure your shoes are put to the test - unexpected snares will emphasize the drive of the deep reverberated loops.
B1 is back to basics - boxy and angular synthetic sounds carefully placed in a straight 4/4 beat.
The final B2 track is all about syncopated and morbid stabs, that carefully whip back and forth in the frequency spectrum, backed up by warm pads to make sure the listener feels at hom

Next up on Bonzai Vinyl we have some manic minimalistic Techno on 12” vinyl with the massive club stomper One Finger from DJ One Finger. Originally released on Planet Of Drums in 1996, this one became an instant hit with the spirited club fraternity. DJ One Finger is a project by UK Acid pioneer Tim Taylor, responsible for a number of now considered classic tracks and has released under various guises on a host of labels including Missile Records, Clockwork Recordings and Red Alert to name a few. On this release we have a 2019 remix from the newly formed O.R.B., who are stirring the pot with some tasty Techno treats on the brand-new label After Dark alongside the Original Mix from 1996.
O.R.B. is a trio of old guys who are into making proper upfront Techno using modern methods with that delicious old skool flavour. CJ Bolland is considered with legendary status amongst a generation of electronic music lovers. From his early days collaborating with like-minded enthusiasts in projects such as Space Opera, Phantom, The Project and Sonic Solution to name just a few, to laying down his first studio album titled The 4th Sign which went on to become an iconic pressing. Steve Cop has contributed heavily to Techno in the early nineties. He is the other half of Sonic Solution along with CJ and we all know the top tunes they turned out under that guise. A very much in demand DJ, Steve has played all over Belgium and more recently he has been featuring in several parties held by the mighty Bonzai. Dany (Steel) is a veteran of the Bonzai posse having released tracks under Batteries Not Included and D-Bedroom Visitors well as a few cuts on sub-labels from back in the day. Dany joins forces on the decks with Steve using his Steel persona and they are regular artists on Bonzai’s party and festival line-ups. On the remix, the guys have stayed true to the original, interpreting the main hook in all its glory with a slight twist along the way. The drums pound out a solid beat that will definitely rattle the bass bins in any venue while the bright percussions will get the asses shakin’ for sure. A superb production to give the younger generation a glimpse at how Techno should be.
The Original Mix is a wonderfully simplistic construction which gives the impression that the main hook is played with just one finger, which is most likely the case, but the impact is huge and there can be no doubt that this spawned a series of copycat style tracks over the years. The hook is mesmerising, a simple trail of 16th notes that go from polished and shiny to gnarly and distorted to the backdrop of a chaotic drum arrangement that is filled with thumping kicks, shuffling percussions and noisy snares. With the current trend in rehashing the classics, this one will fit right in at any up-for-it party.

Our next limited edition coloured 7” vinyl features the mighty Yves Deruyter’s famous Animals… (Remix) and Calling Earth, both huge classics from Bonzai regarded with legendary status, just like the creator Mr Deruyter. From those early days on Bonzai, Yves has been at the forefront, dishing out countless tracks under his own name and a host of guises and collaborations. Still rocking the scene today, producing and DJing for the masses, he has surpassed 35 years as a DJ and it doesn’t look like he will be stopping anytime soon. Be the first to get this exclusive 7” in your collection by checking on our social media and website for pre-order info, you know they will not last long once released.
Animals… (Remix) saw a release on Yves’ 1993 cut titled simply, II - which came shortly after its original counterpart in 1992. This record was the epitome of the sound of the era, a sound championed by the fledgling Bonzai and its dedicated troupe of artists. Hoover synths, frantically pulsing and sweeping against a full-on thumping beat and chaotic percussion arrangement. What more could anyone have wanted in a strobe filled club or arena, a mighty track no doubt. Yves then gave us Calling Earth in 1994 which was the A-side to IV (backed with Rave City). The track opened with that hollow tube sound laced with bright hats, leading to a solid, pounding beat and then on to that infectious melody line. This one quickly rose to mega status among throngs of ravers and DJ's. A string of remixes followed as well as multiple releases over the years making this the ultimate classic.

(transparent vinyl in custom transparent sleeve) Paris-based DJ & producer AIROD aka Dario Brkic returns to Amelie Lens' Lenske for his second 12" on the Belgian label, 'Rave Cycle'. This new record sounds like it could have been released in 1994. He uses references from rave, acid and gabber together with his fresh approach, the result are 4 club-ready cuts to hit massive sound systems.
Paris-based DJ & producer AIROD aka Dario Brkic returns to Amelie Lens' Lenske for his second 12" on the Belgian label, 'Rave Cycle'. Previous solo EPs on Molekul, on his Elixyr and the acclaimed 'Voltage' EP on Lenske earlier this year have brought him to play at some of the most emblematic clubs of the international circuit and become part of the Exhale showcases. Following a new round of bombastic releases by the Lenske crew: Farrago, Milo Spykers and Lens herself, it's now the turn for the Elixyr Records boss to bring the heat.
As expected from AIROD, this new record sounds like it could have been released in 1994. He uses references from rave, acid and gabber together with his fresh approach, the result are 4 club-ready cuts to hit massive sound systems. The A side features the title track 'Rave Cycle' and 'Falling Angels' that with epic narrative and 303 conquering waves become perfect anthems for sweaty warehouse parties. 'Bloodshed' on the flip-side illustrates Dario's acid exercises in pure form while 'Fury' is the final weapon to burn the dance-floor with hardcore vibes.

Refracted through the sound of Detroit's second wave, Modus, steers 'Triple M' across a spectrum of discordant pulsations and contorting energies towards enthralment. The driving rhythms which beckon listeners forward, guide them to a crescendo of rapturous furore and like The Rite of Spring played through faults in the 4th dimension, audiences are left in uproar, exalted in their own movement.
"'Much like the first Outer Zone release, this is a family affair! Dom ran a club night called 'Tribute' with us 7 years ago, which is the night that brought DJ Stingray to the club for the first time (Stingray of course remixed (OUZ01) Solid Blake's EP for us and is playing as part of the clubs 9th birthday celebrations this year). It took Dom a few years to get into the studio but when he did, we knew something special would come from it due to his passion for music and his attention to detail. Deetron's Character Records welcomes Italian duo Subradeon for their first EP on the label. Due out on the 29th of November 2019.
"Fully inspired by the cities of Caserta, Berlin and Detroit".
Subradeon started making music over ten years ago in Southern Italy, they pay homage to the musical culture born in Detroit and remain inspired by the movement there. Releasing with Rekids in 2018, the duo founded their own imprint Subradeon Records in the same year.
The opening track on the EP 'Movement' is an upbeat workout, full of playful synths and driving bass. Next up is 'Each One, Teach One' in which a harder bass line is offset by poignant spoken word vocals. This track embodies the intention of the record; to give back to the community and repay lessons learned along the way. Deetron takes on 'Movement' for an edit in track three, morphing the sanguine composition into a
darker and club ready workout.
Lastly, three locked grooves taken from 'Movement' round off the record.

Edanticonf's music feels perfectly crafted for the brooding atmospheric venues he so often performs in. Both the aforementioned adjectives can be attributed to his style of techno too, one that places the focus less on the technical side and more onthe human one, aiming to reflect his emotions and state of being through the hazy soundscapes that draw influence from the natural scenery around him.His concise back-catalogue features releases on revered labels such as M¦REC LTD, Trolldans, Phorma and Silent Season - the imprint which released his debut LP, 'Forest Echo', in 2012. On each release, Edanticonf's work sonically varies, from the more ambient compositions present on his 'Planet' EP for Silent Season to his dub-infused techno release on Italy's M¦REC LTD, but each offering never compromises on its quality, something which sits at the core of this project.
Kicking off the EP is the title-named track, 'The Mind Power', a hypnotic techno number that blends atmospheric textures and arpeggiated synth patterns with industrial-inducing pad tones, gradually introducing further elements throughout its eight minute duration.
'Interlude' follows, a song that much like the rest of the EP focuses its attention on the refined nuances of the analogue synthesiser, blending this with more delicate synth passages and other shadowy digital effects.
Closing this excellent three-track EP is 'We Dance Together', a dazzling, almost trance-like closer that fuses these soaring atmospheric elements and delicate synths with gritty, lo-fi drums to great effect.

Oliver Deutschmann, who operates the Berlin-based Vidab label along with Stephan Hill, specializes in what he calls "timeless" club music - while it's a term that initially seems like it could apply to anything and everything, a quick survey of Deutschmann's work makes it readily apparent what he means. His hard-edged beats, insistent tones, and occasional flash of devious humor make Deutschmann a natural addition to the Mote-Evolver roster: his natural versatility and clear-minded futurism result in compelling club tracks and DJ nights, and his Mote Evolver debut EP Lost In A Loop is no exception to this rule. With just a simple schematic to work with, Deutschmann does what the best producers do and enlivens those simple instructions until they give an illusion of greater complexity. Deutschmann's deft usage of split-second samples on the opening track "Seduced" turns a distant, repeated murmur of the track title into an inescapable command, while a dense undergrowth of acid bassline makes it clear there's no turning back. The interlude "Apsurt" follows with lofty, faintly ominous synth pads providing the backing to a glass elevator ride to the top of a skyscraper utopia, all while a reassuring monologue on neurology points towards a future of human connectivity. The tension between the dark-tinted instrumentation and these utopian pronouncements is a classic techno trope that Deutschmann employs to great effect. On the b-side, "Survive" plays out very much like the more intense and anxious twin of "Seduced," again relying on the repeitition of a single reverberating word to set the tone, while the hammering drum patterns fill in the details. The closer "Lost" dispenses with the vocalisations completely and lets the steaming mechanical processes take center stage: the stripped-down symbiosis of body and brain that this track achieves is very rperesnetative of Deutschmann's work overall.

josh wink rmx) Pairing both an original mix and a spirited re-working by Josh Wink, "Kat" is a winning synthesis of all the elements that make P.A.S. such a continually relevant player in the game of moving bodies and opening minds.
Fresh off of his re-activation of the seminal "Planetary Funk" series, Luke Slater delivers another new 12" with all of the purposeful intensity and sonic clarity to be expected from his celebrated Planetary Assault Systems alias. Pairing both an original mix and a spirited re-working by Josh Wink, "Kat" is a winning synthesis of all the elements that make P.A.S. such a continually relevant player in the game of moving bodies and opening minds: it once again pushes beat-driven sound to disciplined extremes, but not without clearly detectable traces of humor and playfulness.
As vocal repetition of the track's simplistic and suggestive title is run through a maze of filters, pitch-shifts and delays, an equally busy set of tubular bass figures mirrors this approach and meshes with the insistent rhythm. Carefully inserted hard stops, crafty fading of sound from background to foreground, and unexpected breakdowns give the track a kind of restless feel that ensures its success as a peak hour selection, or as a reliable companion on inner-city underground transit journeys.
While the original mix on the b-side begins in a more subdued fashion, it isn't lacking at all in concentrated energy. As is the case with so many other P.A.S. classics, this mix relies on geometrical sound sequences that slowly approach from a distance before they completely overtake the listener. Elements like static crackling are wielded here like active parts of the conversation rather than as atmospheric wallpaper, and the beat itself hits with a mixture of force and subtlety, with anxious drum hits doubling up on one another and regularly giving rise to new patterns.
"Kat" is the kind of record that gives Planetary Assault Systems fans both what they want, and what they didn't expect: it steers away from easy techno conventions but never abandons that genre's physicality and infectiousness.

The second release on Artefakt's De Stijl expands the sound of the imprint introducing three new names to the catalog. The record ascends into a subterranean rave with Aphelions' 'Temple 7' depicting a ritualistic gathering carved out in distorted analog transients, shimmering melodies and modulated voices moving over deep pounding sub frequencies. Label founders Artefakt sustain the urgency on the A side with 'Agents Of Reality', a high energy uncompromised off-beat structure venturing into eery resonant pads gravitating towards a subdued acid motive. Energy shifts towards subsonic atmospheres takes place on the B side, as Artificial Drm envelops the listener in a layered driven spectacle with his heady piece 'Human With No Name'. From the residual hiss and feedback tones of the B1, Northern Electronics affiliate Korridor emerges with an epic ambient piece titled 'VI'. Lush pads and analog square bass-lines drift off into rhythmical arpeggiations bringing a close

- Apollo are proud to welcome Sieren, AKA Matthias Frick back to the fold with his new Ascension EP.
- Features collaboration with fellow Apollo artist Synkro
A software engineer at Ableton by day, Sieren's love for UK influenced bass music and field recording and experimental soundscaping resulted in his Apollo debut 'Static Polymorphism' a masterly EP of spaced out street-rave soul.
Now returning with the five track Ascension EP, Frick has tightened and toughened up his sound somewhat (see the caustic bass glower of 'Slinger'), augmenting his starry eyed wonder with a firmer percussive underpinning and more driving tempos. However still present are his preternatural grasp of emotion and atmosphere that marked him out as one to watch - perfectly underscored by the heartbreaking beauty of the title track.
Fellow Apollo cohort Synkro AKA Joe McBride was instrumental in the curation of Sieren's debut Static Polymorphism EP on Apollo, hand picking the tracks, as well as road testing them in his DJ sets. This time McBride goes one further, collaborating with Frick on the track 'Lost You' to memorable effect - the beautiful pads and ghostly piano are a perfect synergy of their complimentary skill sets. This is richly textured and intricately programmed post-bass music that is sure to satisfy fans of Burial, dBridge, Akkord with its soulful sincerity and warmth.

Dystant Recordings presents its first Release of the Year in Catalog 001.
Your mind will immerse yourself in a completely techno scene. The support pillars of the same Label and the new EP are the Italian Duo "The Extraverse" composed of Antonio & Rosario, which today form a distinct format. After their record-breaking vintage, they devote everything to their Dystant, giving birth to a solid Original with dark and very mental features.
It drops into a dark storm, straight crate and depth that anticipates an analog synthesized acid synth.
To embellish everything is the Remix made by the already-stated Hans Bouffmyhre. The Scottish Glasgow resumes the work of the Italian Duo and then rejoices very personal sounds at the Original. Imagine being tied to a chair while something terrifying is approaching./'a0Cold emotion Hans in this Remix.
The EP ends with the Synth Extract from Original that the Duo has then rewritten as an environment that reflects all of the Release that is already gaining national reputation.

„VISION I – NYSA“.
The club-oriented and rhythm-heavy EP opener „Altai“ features a hypnotic vocal sample fused with stabbing modulations maintaining a constant drive best suited for peak-time purposes before ‘Morava’ continues with vibrant synth walls and stabs, euphoric pads in the distance and resonating frequencies.
