The Fallbeil Remix of Shadow Of The Serpent allows you to reflect on your beginnings through a completely morphed mirror. An evil alien energy disrupts your last peace of mind. This is how: crushed up corrosives, vague voices, an everlasting eerie ambience and an 808 loaded up with extra hate.
Autumns is responsible for the final treatment of this session with his own interpretation of White Bone Spirit. Lunatic loops and metallic mayhem make you move your body parts until you lose ’em. It’s driving, it’s terrifying, it’s wonderfully classic horror like dancing with the dead.

UK’s OPIA tell the tales of ‘Florence and the Machines’ via the form of otherworldly sounds. After a recent turn out on Melliflow, Etienne kicks off proceedings on the sixth release of the label with ‘Engage all Targets’. Distinctive drums and wavering synths zoning in on your senses. Belgian producer Innershades provides ’10,000 Steps’ a hard hitting jam, leaving nothing to the imagination. Rounding off the A side is sub heavy goodness from a man on fine form, Daif. Glitchy rhythms with the machine theme of the VA heavily embedded in its sound, ‘Vade Retro’ by name. Serving up on the B side are young duo and Slowlife affiliates, Primary Perception. Ice cold broken drums, riding an elastic bass that swallows you up. ‘Maelstrom II’ is one of their cleanest cuts to this day. Robotic conversations in the closing track from Berlin based Formas, the trio deliver a curious final chapter to the story with ‘A Su’. Another discerning VA from OPIA, bringing together vital and established artists once again.

Succeeding a recent run of much-acclaimed outings by stand-out artists such as Laurent Garnier (KOM EX 95), Kölsch (KOM EX 97 & 93) or Christian Nielsen & Locked Groove (KOM EX 96), our SPEICHER series hits the magical number 100 with its latest instalment, an action-packed double 12" pack that includes brand new belters by Kompakt trailblazers MICHAEL MAYER, JÖRG BURGER, JÜRGEN PAAPE and VOIGT & VOIGT.

The Speicher series actually has two birth dates: a first one in 1999, when a "Kompakt For Cisco" 12" special edition inadvertently created a new sub label with the rather pragmatically titled Kompakt Extra 001. Two years later, a Kompakt 12" sampler called "Speicher 1" introduced the name of the series that we know today - and a blueprint for idiosyncratic, powerful techno with clear dance floor ambitions.

MICHAEL MAYER was featured on both of these parent releases and also co-helmed the iconic Speicher 2 vinyl from 2002 (which brought us two essential Kompakt cuts with his own "Pride Is Weaker Than Love" and Reinhard Voigt's "Supertiel") - more than enough reasons to have him start off the celebratory 100th Speicher with a bang: LOUT sees Kompakt's label head engage in bold, synth-laden prime time techno and the kind of epic noise break that informed his earliest output as a producer and DJ. Kompakt stalwart JÖRG BURGER is another usual suspect when it comes to label classics, and his Speicher releases as The Modernist (KOM EX 28) or Burger Industries (KOM EX 16) mark early milestones in the series. His BEATMESSE PT.1 & 2 focusses on the atmospheric side of Speicher and presents a deep, mutable groover.

Meanwhile, JÜRGEN PAAPE's WHISPER ECHO and RODEO unearth the series' not-so-secret pop sensibilities - just as he did on Speicher 47 and Speicher 45 (featuring the notorious "Take That"). VOIGT & VOIGT complete this 2x12" vinyl series profile in style, thanks to moody shuffle bouncer LEISE and the raucous, spiky banger BUM BUM BAR (feat. Chris Trance) - it's a fitting conclusion to Speicher's 100th release, coming from the duo that made a habit out of dropping legendary techno jams, from founding bangers "Korn/Roxy" (KOM EX 3) and "Vision 03" (KOM EX 5) to the most recent Speicher 99.

Label owner Simone Gatto is teaming up with his friend and renowned producer Fabrizio Lapiana for a four techno tracks EP, merging their mesmerizing signature styles, exploring the subtle line between mental and physical.

Cosmic Walkers EP is the 12th release on Informa Records, this time from French Parisian duo "Kas:st" showcasing their emotional, mental and modern take on techno.

Owners of Flyance Records and with an excellent catalogue of releases on labels such as Taapion, Concrete Music & Blocaus Series we are happy to welcome them to the Informa family. To close the release we have the return of "Takaaki Itoh" who has provided a more stripped hypnotic take of Endless Exodus.

German duo Obscure Shape & SHDW drop three robust Techno tracks in their first full release on Rekids this May.

One of the most exciting acts in Techno today, Obscure Shape & SHDW are the founders of From Another Mind - the label and party series making waves in South-Germany. Aside from Rekids, where they remixed Radio Slave's 'Vision' last year, the pair's abilities in the studio have seen them invited by Slam for two separate remixes of Monoloc and Envoy on Soma, with more projects to be announced.

'Himmel Und Erde' is a cavernous cut boasting colossal kicks and skipping percussion before a tantalising melody comes into play. 'Am Ende Der Welt' is more deep and atmospheric in comparison, blending dusky percussion with echoing synths until 'Gefallene Engel' demonstrates syncopated drums and an otherworldly hook that conjure up a mesmerising aesthetic to conclude the release.

Direct and sharp cutting techno from Rotterdam.

Adapted Vinyl was a UK based techno label active in the late 90’s that picked up regular DJ support from taste makers of the time ranging from Jeff Mills to Mr C.

This, the label’s 7th record disappeared before a public release when the Integrale Muzique distribution company went out of business in 2008, but now gets its first official release date after years of very limited availability

Label founder Suade is the artist behind this release and these days he is best known as a highly-sought-after mastering engineer working for artists like Dense & Pika, Paranoid London, Jamie Jones and Vitalic.

Focusing his energies into family life and the fine tuning of other peoples music it’s rare to see Suade’s own music on a new release, but this hasn’t stopped him from collaborating on original tracks with the likes of Magda and Radioactive Man in recent years.

The EP has four contrasting tracks all with different moods and tempos all blended with Techno’s classic motoric drive.

With it’s absence from the usual music marketplaces creating something of a mystery this record ended up receiving a new, unofficial name on Discogs - The Citadel EP which is a title taken from the broken-beat second track on the B side of the record.

The Citadel is just one of the highlights on this eclectic EP, as it’s a Latronic Notron sequencer workout that patiently deploys layered synths in ever-shifting cross-rhythms for a languid 5 minutes before its deep, underpinning bass arrives evoking desert travel and arrival.

Baikal, named after the huge freshwater lake in Russia, is another stretched out meditation on tone and harmony acting as a foil to the delicate and vibrant Latin American percussion that filters in and out through a massive stereo Moog Modular system creating an energetic yet static, ritualistic atmosphere.

Trajan - the most driving track on the EP, gives a nod to the Probe era Richie Hawtin sound with a touch of Drexciyan melodics with shuffled percussion and bleeps over a snaking TB303 shaped bassline where the classic Acid box is given the role of control sequencer only commanding the thick, dirty oscillators of the big Moog.

A1 track Felix is a contrast yet again. A big room melodic Techno piece with another massive bassline and an almost orchestral level of layering, building to nine counter-melodies in total before letting rip with a classic TB303 acid line that builds from the heart of the track.

UK techno stalwart Benjamin Damage makes his debut on Feel My Bicep under the name BDB - a collaborative alias with anonymous label mates. Two original tracks, a dub and a handy tool make up the 16th release on the label.

It is with great excitement that Feel My Bicep welcome Benjamin Damage into the fold. As the first release on popular Berlin label 50Weapons, Damage’s critically acclaimed album Obsidian was the label’s last release before it shut down. He was quickly signed by R&S records, releasing two EPs with them (Montreal and Malfunction).

He is also due to release a 4-track EP on Len Faki’s label Figure on 11 Nov, as well as an EP on ARTS in 2020.
His characteristically emotional and energetic take on techno is evident in these two original tracks ‘Boss Rhythm’ and ‘Niio Rhythm’.

For it’s second-release, Planisphere returns once more to the Berlin studio of Swiss-Turkish producer Mehmet Aslan, who has fast become one of the most fiercely individual and increasingly prolific emerging artists in some time.

This three-track EP is arguably Aslan’s most-refined work to date, aiming squarely at heads-down dancefloors, riding on sophisticated and hypnotic grooves. On ‘Comme II Faut’, a minimal beat unravels Aslan’s textural, traditional samples, delivering a woozy and intoxicating atmosphere.

Meanwhile, ‘Lobster Is Coincidence’ christens the EP with its title and a stop-start slice of unpredictable, cut-up psychedelia, utilizing obscure samples to generate esoteric funk. On the contrary, Aslan executes a tapestry of tightly-wound and no less entrancing rhythms on ‘Kakusui’, which evolves intriguingly with a subtle half-step and further echoes of Aslan’s unique musical heritage.

Cai Bojsen-Møller co-founded the original Multiplex imprint and released his debut solo album A Bit of Something on the label in 1996. Cai is an accomplished drummer and his acoustic talents shine through in his electronic work and 909 skills. Out of the circuit for fifteen years, he now returns in stunning form!

Released as a two part EP, this is the second half of "The Spirit of Man and Machine". The idea behind which, evolved around the point where organic elements meet and elevates the programmed part of the music. Much music today is completely quantized, but to make things flawless, risks the loss of feeling to digital perfection. Emerging from the Danish rock scene in the early 80's, correctness was nothing to strive for. With the formula of analog synths through an analog mixer and the drums and sequences recorded live, with a mindset for the right vibe, Cai's new tracks ties in well with his 1990's productions.

Mark Broom returns to Multiplex to deliver his “Skank Mix” of Cai’s “Decomp” track, which Broom has churned into a massive, deep, thumbing, dub-techno tune. This is followed by the original version - a timeless example of chord-driven, minimalistic techno. On the flip side we find the beautiful melodies of the melancholic “FaxImprov”, before rounding things of with Skudge, who has remixed the track, resulting in his great signature sound for the dark floor.

Repit is the second release of Cuartero's most personal brand, Cuartero Concept. After 'Enderezado' launched past year, the producer is back with another outstanding production. This label is focused in spreading more minimalistic sounds in a limited vinyl series.


With an unique style that is easily recognizable and releases on well-known top labels such as Hot Creations, Desolat, or his most recent 'Feeling Back' on Saved, Cuartero has established himself as one of the top names of the current scene.


'Repit' reveals an stylish minimal composition following Cuartero's latest tracks where groove is everything. This meticulously built cut combines shuffled percussion and heavy bassline conforming an snaking groove.

First remix comes from the italian long-time known Davide Squillace. This & That head honcho takes Cuartero's 'Repit' into a more techno side taking as starting point the lead. He slightly increases the bpm and gives his personal touch offering an absolute techno banger.


The romanian minimal touch comes from Lurre. He delivers a quality remix using the chords from the original cut plus an spoken voice. The producer with his remix is bringing his personal music concept to Cuartero's label with a balance between urban and electronic beats.

Time To Express' SP-X joins Rekids Special Projects with four punishing techno cuts this September.

Little is known about mysterious producer SP-X. After a string of quality releases on Komisch, Time To Express, and PROJEKTS, the Brussels-based artist has garnered a strong following for his rolling techno sound. The enigmatic producer now joins Matt Edwards' Rekids Special Projects roster, following on from releases by DJ Spider, Jon Hester, DJ Deep, FBKand Dustin Zahn among others.

An amalgamation of metallic hits, powerful drums and plucky arpeggios commence the package in 'Dystopian Lotus' before the fast paced 'Breaths Of Separation' offers a rumbling low-end, frenzied atmospherics and cosmic chords.

'The Orbiter' delivers distorted top lines and a thundering kick on the flip, backed by mysterious sirens and resonant synth blips until the package rounds off with 'Desire Of Invisibility', a high-octane finish with sharp, organic percussion and a vacillating sub alongside stereo delayed stabs.

Under the surface of the sea, immersed into the deep, where light is just utopic... waiting till the end of tempest. Tensal comes back with his second EP to the Berlin based imprint "Ownlife". Tokyo based techno label Human Lessons is proud to announce our very first vinyl release of Confusion. This EP is quite deluxe because it's the exactly a year ago the label has officially started and thus we wanted to do something special this time.


The boss of the label Emika Elena worked two tracks with one of the best producers in Japan Ryogo Yamamori. Human Lessons welcomes great producers as remixers, half of the HISS:1292 duo Swiss producer Opuswerk, who releases for DEMENT3D, and Farceb is one of the most promising newcomers in Argentina, he recently provided his podcast for PoleGroup.


The EP contains 4 tracks, things kick off with Paranoid is a perfect track for peak time. Paradox is simultaneously deep and unique, Opusweak remix is for later hours and Farceb delivers a minimalistic remix.
