Plant43 aka Emile Facey, one of CPU's originators delivers his fourth album 'Three Dimensions'. Eight tracks of crystalline electro with his signature epic pads and Blade Runner-esque melodies. Facey is one of the most respected electro artists of today and this album galvanises this reputation. DJs will find several weapons amongst this package of beautiful electronic music that rewards both headphone listeners as much as a big room.

Pear's co-founder Fio Fa marks his return with a couple more basement anthems in the form of Dead Money Groove, backed with on-point remixes from pals New Jackson & Fold.

Into The Groove; an all too brief soundcloud favourite given a new lease of life via this 12'. Propulsive & dark, it'll get under your skin at the rave via wicked sampling and vocal voodooism. Local hero New Jackson cracks the shutters on his self described 'highlife house' re-up. A looser more melodic reimagining, where the end results in some manic percussive frenzy reminisce of some Liquid Liquid/MU business.

The toms heavy Dead Money meets us on the flip, a powerful roller licked with a faint dubbed out wistfulness. Fio's bassline work deservedly poised to soundtrack big tent season this summer. Fold strips it all back with his Toastie Re-rub, melting out the lower end to deliciously slippery effect emanating in an up-to-date mutant stomper. Fresh.

Three ultimate Jungle Techno tracks, two new and one reloaded Dubplate tune that DJ Ratty used to play in 1993, totally remade from scratch. One of those records you will regret not buying. 10/10

Atmophile Electronics presents "Ba-lanc-ed 001 - The Lost Variations"

Alexi Delano and Jesper Dahlbäck is back together. It has gone 7 years since their latest release Guts To Move on ISL.

This brand new release on Kalvaberget is a deep and dubby techno EP. The first track burst out with the classic Delano-Dahlbäck sound. Raw 909 HH Fetish Dub.

The second track is a more straightforward dirty gentle-pumping-big-industrial-room 4/4 banger.

The EP wraps up with Dub Techno deluxe. Trapezium Cluster. We find a hint of Basic Channel and Maurizio seasoning here. Tasty!

Last but not least you'll find a bonus dub tool.

Label head Somne is up next on Aura Dinamica!

First edition of 300, in printed sleeve and hand-stamped inner. "Murderous debut disc on this label, combining the fierceness of grime with the bassbin pressure of UK techno, and setting it off with cutting edge rhythm workouts to devastating effect." Mastered and cut by Lewis at Stardelta. Design by Studio Tape-Echo.

(incl. DL card) Mathew Jonson and Agents Of Time take their on-stage collaboration into the studio for a new EP on Obscura, 'Repeating Pattern, Numbers and Letters'.

It's easy to fall for a nostalgic approach to dance music, to cuddle oneself in the warm analogue sounds of late 1980's dance productions - especially with the heavy ongoing reissue trend going on. However, we have to stay focus: look out for contemporary sounds and means of production. Parisian producer Nathan Melja makes his debut on Antinote with an idiosyncratic three-tracker and our guess is that it sounds contemporary.

On the A-side: one tune: Deadrums. Both the name and the music speak for themselves. It's hard, it's efficient and at the same time, there's quite a lot going on, tiny bumps on the straightforward road to techno ecstasy. Nevertheless, Deadrums is a precise piece of machinery, an atmospheric banger, yes, but with deadly jaws made out of tempered steel to tear a dancefloor apart, piece-by-piece. On the B-side, Angels stands out as a perfect example of a song that has many dancefloor qualities but, like some of DJ Sprinkles' seminal recordings, turns out to be more of a late-night tale of urban wanderings on wet pavements (think Taxi Driver and its soundtrack by Bernard Hermann). Contemplative, melancholic and - let's say it - sad, its nagging melody can bring a little tear to the eyes of the most sensitive ones. Rounding up the 12' is Candy, a tune under the influence of bad boys like DJ Overdose, or Ghettotech legend DJ Assault - so that you can dry your tears.

It's Nathan Melja's first release on Antinote, but he's definitely not a newcomer. He's been around since Antinote exists, and we're glad to finally collaborate with him.

Played by Dave Clarke, Gary Beck, Laurent Garnier, Charlotte de Witte, Amelie Lens, Truncate, Andre Crom, Morbeck, Roman Lindau, Progression UK...

After several remixes and his own last smashing record Shelter (was played from artists around the globe from Ben Sims, Dave Clarke, Gary Beck, Luke Slater to Mark Broom), S-File is coming back with a new two tracker. Memories Fade is the first track on the record. A track with a catchy vocal hook and a filtered chord. On the flip side you find Tiger Chords. Proper beats with a modular synth line. We hope that you are as much excited as we are about his new record!

MS Recordings 007 Ltd. Pressed on solid white vinyl!

New release of UMS Recordings limited edition by label boss and founder Alex Guerra.Four tracks highly effective for the dance floor.

Spanish label UMS Recordings, launches their newly found imprint with an excellent Alex Guerra release. Dark and dusty Techno trips for the heads.

His sound is a trademark. No other techno artist manages to combine influences from various genres such as hip hop, dubstep, or ragga in such an inspiring way as the Edinburgh-based 'hardware master' Mr. Neil Landstrumm. And here he comes with 2 new stunning tracks on Snork #85.
Again, 'Take It Up' and 'The Place' are a striking interaction of a multitude of different acoustic elements, full of intoxicating new sound patterns assembled by Neil's very distinctive signature style - dynamic, rough and thrilling. It's clearly nothing less than four forceful techno anthems infused by influences from dubstep and grime, which make you rock steady all night long.

Classic, idiosyncratic Workshop style House: uplifting groovers blended w/ chilled drifters.

Daniel Avery broadens the exquisite sonic universe established on last year's critically-acclaimed sophomore LP Song For Alpha, presenting the collected B-sides & Remixes. Showcasing cuts from the album's writing and recording process, as well, Avery also invites a number of his contemporaries and some of the most vital underground producers in the world to rework his original material, with transformative results.

The frosty melancholy of Citizen // Nowhere is reworked by London producer Manni Dee into something altogether monstrous. Introducing itself with a kick drum powerful enough to level a warehouse, and only getting more urgent from there forward, Dee's remix blends a knowing rave glint in the eye with a nonetheless uncompromising stance.

The Copenhagen-via-Moscow producer Anastasia Kristensen immediately justifies her status as a rapidly rising talent on the scene, locking into a delicate yet no less powerful groove for her sparkling remix of Glitter. Seamlessly heightening the almost meditative qualities of Avery's original, she weaves a blissful rhythmic trip, taking in razor-sharp percussions and spectral dub techno.

A longstanding fixture on the Midwest US rave scene, Patrick Russell applies his typical grit to 'Song For Alpha's firmly dancefloor focused centrepiece, Diminuendo. In subtly shifting the focus to the track's passages of overwhelming feedback, he sculpts a black hole of snarling electro and piston-like breaks, sure to prove an inviting wormhole to those willing to surrender further, deeper and darker.

Pigmalião is moving forward in his musical direction and sound, this release really shows where he is and is going. The tracks Aurora and Baskéda are ever moving sounds of energy sure to a dark basement but keeping the originality Pigmalião always has making his tracks stand out in the constant traffic of electronic music being released. Zingili is another great example of his always great sample selection taking you on a Fifth Element style mechanical beats journey to a distant planet's civilisation and the final track Bahiafro takes the album down in energy to a slower tempo but hauntingly beautiful, like that long slow journey back to Earth with the memories of the amazing adventure you have just been on.

R&S welcome Parisian Sacha Khalife AKA Shcaa with his new double headed single 'An Ungrateful Death / Pacific Gold', following up on his stellar EP on NYC's Blank Slate back in 2015, two killer releases through Archipel and a more recent LP on Sharingtones.

Abstract, deep and dripping with atmosphere, 'An Ungrateful Death' takes the listener on an epic trippy journey - sensuous rhythms and choppy guitars giddly colide while mumbled vocals offer a dreamy counterpoint before the whole piece transitions into an uneasily blissed out ambient coda. On the flip 'Pacific Gold' continues the abstraction, freeform guitar licks skitter and bounce around a loose limbed micro-house groove.

A producer, composer and guitarist based in Paris, Khalife's restless musicality manages to uniquely meld electronics with blues, house and jazz without seeming forced. "My music found its first legitimacy within the structure of house music, the grooves as rails to let free peculiar shades," he explains "I try to not allow my music to fall into mindless experimentations, hopefully the graphic rhythms justify their abstraction."

With 'An Ungrateful Death / Pacific Gold' sure to delight and confound dancefloors across the continent, it's going to be interesting to see where Shcaa takes his music next.

Italian producer Battista delivers the fifth release for Miami based label Sports Records. SR005 is the highlight of Sports releases to date. 300 copies, vinyl only.

The legendary Moscow club Propaganda celebrates its 20th Anniversary in April 2017 and launches a brand new record label. The label will cover different styles of intelligent electronic music, focusing on techno in the first year. At the beginning there will be released music by great artists who had performances at Propaganda club in past. More artists will be involved and more excellent music will be released over time.

2019 marks the return of Austrian electro duo Microthol with the project's first EP since 2011. Don't be fooled by its unassuming title: 'Transmissions' is the culmination of years of sonic research. From techno-esque opener 'Hostile Invasion' to 'Transmission 0608's soundtrack of a burning space ship spiralling out of control - 'Transmissions' is much the sonic equivalent of a wormhole linking the aural orbits of Ultradyne and Autechre.

The great skies are open.
Candor of vapor
and tent spitting blood.
Laugh and drunken penance.

Lebanon Hanover's bassist William Maybelline is back with his solo project. After the debut album Sable from 2015, Qual strikes back with a three-track 12' maxi-single. Each one of these new songs explore a different dimension of Maybelline's approach to Body/Wave electronics.

The title-track Cupio Dissolvi is what we may already call classic Qual: gloomy and throbbing, synth-driven and labyrinthine. A Bloody Blob explores new martial slants, with war-like timpani and a marching robot gait. Rape Me in the Parthenon is a 8 minute long dancefloor mayhem anthem scanned by some pounding techno drumbeat and EBM snare and pads. The most alert of you already checked this in some Ancient Methods DJset. By far the most extreme track Qual recorded so far.

'Buried in flowers with hands of gold / Buried together we'll never mold' shall be thy epitaph here, as well as your message engraved on virgin vinyl.

New edition of 300 on clear wax!

Returning victorious to M-Plant after the Floorplan album and EP takeover, Robert Hood, whose work under his own name has continued to garner equal support with the 'Paradygm Shift' series for Dekmantel, brings the heat with this triple-tracker. The original minimal techno master wastes no time with 'Clocks'. There's a sense of urgency as the track builds, looping into its crescendo with waves of staccato hi-hats. Tick tock, tick tock. Over on the flip side there's a familiarity in the opening chords of 'Low Life' that will resonate with fans of Hood's work. Instantly recognisable, it's stamped with his ability to bring funk and groove to the colder stomp of techno.Final opus, 'Go' brings a spiralling samba tempo to the dancefloor. The punchy drumbeat is interwoven with sweeping cymbals for a highly effective infectiousness, like a call to arms, or better still, the Brazilian call to carnival.

The second installment of Yan Cook's own 'Cooked' is here. It includes 4 heavy tracks by the Ukrainian techno ambassador himself

WHITE 12" IN SCREEN-PRINTED PVC SLEEVE

For its first 12'' the Hannover-based label "Kein Rauch Ohne Feuer" features FLOOD's debut "Alamogordo / The Optimist". Besides being a grim musical response to the atomic age, the record delivers everything you need for your rave party: First, there's "Alamogordo" with its heavy, hard-hitting bass drums and synths that cut through flesh like barbed wire. The promising opener is then followed by "The Optimist", a track that slowly morphs from shadowy breakbeats into some serious trance euphoria.
On the B-Side, Fear-E provides "Alamogordo" with the high energy 909-foundation that we all know and love from the Glasgow-based producer and his releases on "Dixon Avenue Basement Jams". Bremen's Ray Monero finally closes the whole thing down with his - Pessimistic Future Remix", a surprising take on "The Optimist" that combines heavy
breaks with spaced out pads.
"Alamogordo / The Optimist" comes on hand-stamped vinyl with an artwork print and a download code.

Redstone Press co-founder Pseudopolis returns to the label for his second 12" with a harder edged and faster paced flirtation between UK Techno, electro and breaks.

The A-side dives straight into kaleidoscopic hypnosis with an intense drum workout on 'Yaris Crew' & the haunted synth lines and tripped out dub stabs of 'Pressure'. Whilst the B-side hikes up the bass-weight with urgent twisted breaks on 'Frenzied' and peaks with the patient building euphoria of 'Dirty Palette Cleanser'.

Support from Midland, Batu, Re:ni, Laksa, Addison Groove, Gramrcy, Eris Drew, Object Blue, Andrew Thomson (Huntley & Palmers),

Futuristic electro-techno tracks on this new Solar One Music by The Exaltics featuring The Egyptian Lover... coming on a super nice shaped picture disc. After their real dark and abstract ,,Das Heise Experiment 2" album, The Exaltics strike back with 2 dancefloor killers. A side starts with an eerie intro whilst the second track takes no prisoners with his pumping bassline and eerie strings. The flip side track is a special collab with The Egyptian Lover! Together with The Exaltics he really pushes the track forward and for sure this one will be burn down some dance floors around the world! Every record comes with a download code.

Debut release on Sleeve Records. The project is a collection of unreleased remixes by the 90's Tuscan techno master, Mr. Franco Falsini (Open Spaces).

Cement returns with its second story - this time delving deeper into the dub techno abyss on the A-side with Montreal veteran Mateo Murphy's banger "Black River". It has peak hour written all over it with its full-on sound and tantilising dub atmosphere; a dark flowing bassline builds into a droney crescendo. Next Sonitus Eco of Silent Season, his label HAAV and the crucial Verdant delivers a coup de grace of dub techno. Stripped back with an effective 808 pattern, his tenacity with pads and atmospheric space echo gives "Ruffcut" its character and leaves you wanting more.
On the flip side, the elusive CMNT returns for another arpeggio-laden journey. With a constant kick and airy hats pattern, occasional stabs, melodic notes and some random human voices give texture to "White Heat".
Finally, label founder Caspian Rabone's electro moniker Fourmatic, drops a spacey electro workout "Ectosketch". Playing with tonal rhythms, the track unveils awkward synth hooks and metallic strings to keep things edgey.

Finnish ENOTAKTIK comes strong with it's third vinyl release Finnisch-Deutsche Handelsgilde' EP. A split between label head Kitkatone and Berlin based Dotwav. Finnisch-Deutsche Handelsgilde continues keeping label's banging style.
