LUMINA marks a new chapter in C"mon Tigre"s evolution, where electronic music moves from the background to the core of the band"s sound. Across thirteen interconnected tracks, synthesizers, arpeggiators and club-inspired rhythms merge seamlessly with acoustic instruments such as oud, cello,vibraphone and percussion, creating an immersive, continuous listening experience. Rather than opposing tradition and innovation, LUMINA embraces their constant coexistence. The album explores how technology is reshaping not only the way music is created, but also how we experience sound, time and physical presence. Inspired by the rave as a space of collective ritual and temporary freedom, it treats repetition and rhythm as tools for communion rather than escapism, turning listening into a deeply physical experience. The music was first developed and tested live at Robot Festival (Bologna) and JazzMi (Milan) in late 2025. Those performances became a laboratory where the interaction between the music and the audienceultimately shaped the final record.

Belfast’s Deeply Armed return with a monster of a new single, “Black Ice”, which marries the post-Kraut swagger of prime-era Mondays with an XTRMNTR sense of punked-up malevolence.

If their debut release “The Healing” presented the band at their most benevolent and euphorically optimistic, “Black Ice” is very much its flip; a bass-heavy soundtrack to truth, trust and resurgence led by a hypnotic thousand-yard-stare of a vocal.

As per their established operating strategy, the group have offered the track out to fellow travellers, this time around commissioning Andrew Fearn of Sleaford Mods under his solo guise of extnddntwrk and dub legend Mad Professor to reconstitute it across two thrilling remixes that between them plot the poles of their influences.

Fearn delivers a clatter of trance, walking the line between DIY hypnotics and Messthetics-scale crunk, while Mad Professor cuts an intense live mix that marries dub science with psychedelic alchemy, playing to the black heart of the group’s heavy dub leanings.

This new 12” somehow tracks the arc of the band’s vision perfectly. Positioned somewhere between dance, dub and destructo-punk, they remain infected by some of the most irrepressible covert strains of underground music while offering up their jams as raw material for new visions of now. The year 1956 when Tenor Conclave was recorded represented a transitional period in the musical career of John Coltrane . He had first joined the Miles Davis Quintet in 1955 and would form his own celebrated quartet with McCoy Tyner, Jimmy Garrison and Elvin Jones in 1960. What we have here with Tenor Conclave is Coltrane in equal collaboration with four other giants of the tenor saxophone, Hank Mobly, Al Cohn, and Zoot Sims. Presenting the four players together under the group name of Tenor Conclave was an imaginative A&R idea by Prestige, but because of Coltrane's growing fame and the obvious marketing opportunities it presented, later pressing had Coltrane as the headline name on the cover, and Tenor Conclave as the album title. Includes the bonus track 'Polka Dots & Moonbeams'.

Nicola Conte & Gianluca Petrella’s 2021 brilliant collaborative jazz dance album People Need People channelled a vision of togetherness and used the universal language of music to elevate our spirit during these trying times. This vision can’t be more relevant today and the album’s legacy is kept alive with the same spirit of collaboration that distinguished the project.

“Inner Light” - featuring Raashan Ahmad on vocals - is the first song from the album chosen for a series of reinterpretations of the project that will be released throughout 2022. Joaquin Joe Claussell needs no introduction, the Body & Soul founder and Sacred Rhythm label honcho is a true legend and purveyor of spirituality – a cosmic messenger that brings us two versions of “Inner Light”; his work here is not to be solely intended as a remix but, as the title suggests, delivers two new proper versions of the original song.

This EP is the first in a trilogy of 12” releases that will also feature further reinterpretations of tracks taken from the “People Need People” album, by none less than Anthony Nicholson, DJ Spinna and Tall Black Guy!

In 1997, a single sided white label was released that had a Pumped Up remix by Maximum Project and in 1999, a remix by Da Fool, which incorporated the bell sound from "Meet Him At The Blue Oyster Bar" with a new melody was also released. Since then, it has become an 'Old Skool' piano anthem across the UK. In 2021, a 25th Anniversary double pack was released with 8 mixes including 5 New Remixes by Sarasota, The Crowdpleasers, Miguel Sanchez/Carlos Garcia and Pianohead. This 30th Anniversary Edition includes the Original 1996 Mix and Maximum Project 1997 Remix plus the Da Fool 1999 Remix and the Pianohead 2021 Remix on Gold Vinyl.

Carlos Benedetti, a Colombian house producer and live performer from Cali, has steadily become one of the standout names in today’s underground dance scene. The sound has moved into new territories, with tastes of house, disco and techno, all with an underlying base note of acid on tracks such as the slippery night cruise intensity of ‘Birth of A Smirk’, where Colonel Abrams gets his nipples tortured. ‘Queen of 14th St’ is all watersports and Cybotron force from Detroit via Deptford. ‘Walking In The Heat’ struts like a sunburnt and horny Kraftwerk, while ‘Ghent’ is purest uncut ’88 acid. Vol. II is the art of seduction in damp rooms painted black. Keep hydrated from whatever source is available. Be your own pleasure centre. Vol. II is veritable selection box of booty bumps and illegal highs made at night for the night and beyond. This is music that takes pride in its walk of shame.

Following a strong debut, the Uruguayan label EviternoRecords returns with its second release, Teknovela, bringing together Molen and Nico Lampariello, two of the most talented poducers from the new generation of Uruguay’s electronic scene. Across four carefully crafted cuts, the EP expands the label’s vision through music that is equally instinctive and deliberate. Built around hypnotic movement, subtle tension and refined groove, Teknovela unfolds with patience, inviting listeners into an evolving journey where every detail serves the dancefloor without sacrificing depth or personality. The A-side finds Nico Lampariello exploring darker and more introspective terrain, weaving resonant basslines, shifting atmospheres and understated melodic touches into compositions that gradually reveal their emotional weight.

At The B-side Molen delivers two tracks driven by fluid rhythms, intricate spooky melodies and mysterious textures with a constant sense of forward motion. Rather than contrasting one another, both artists meet at the same destination from different directions. Together, the four tracks form a cohesive statement that captures the spirit of contemporary underground house and techno: immersive and built to leave a lasting impression.

Label boss Alessio Collina is finally here with his first E.P on the limited series! “Shades of me E.P” is one of the most personal work he ever made until now because it touches different styles of House, rooted always from the same school. We start from the A side where we find “Bloom in the garage” as first track: Old-school groove, fat bassline, dirty drums and some Garage stabs with the hot swing by MPC1000. The second track is “Back to the real”: a sexy, mental Deep/Tribal tune which can be fit in a warm up set or during an intimate Afterhour. In the B side we have “Spring Equinox”, a Techy roller with an absolute killer bassline, some dreamy melodies and a dynamic stab: dancefloor weapon. We close the record with “The Party” on the B2, which sounds like an old dark Chicago House record but revisited in an alternative way.

Two Thou’s Oraculu releases a full length spiritual electronics LP with tubaredefining Theon Cross, homeboy Taymour Khajah, soulful presence of D’Monk and Division81 vibe designer Sonny Daze. The sun-inspired record sets a high energy moment for Oraculu, blurring all the lines between the dancefloor, the horns, Berlin, London, Chicago, and Sardinia. This record is about change. I’ve started to be less interested in the fire of the sun, the explosion, the heat. The consistency, the orbit, the return got my full attention. Until it clicked, that repetition is a fundamental aspect of change.

Following the success of Denshi Ongaku No Bigaku Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, Cosmocities returns with the third instalment of its celebrated compilation series dedicated to the rich and ever-evolving world of Japanese electronic music. Compiled by label owner Matt Soulie, Denshi Ongaku No Bigaku Vol. 3 continues the journey through Japan’s diverse sonic landscape, bringing together pioneering artists, cult favourites and contemporary innovators across ambient, house, jazz-infused electronics and experimental sound design.

A carefully curated snapshot of Japanese electronic music past and present, Denshi Ongaku No Bigaku Vol. 3 showcases the depth, innovation and enduring influence of one of the world’s most inspiring musical cultures.

Since its inception, the Denshi Ongaku No Bigaku project has paid tribute to a musical culture that has profoundly influenced the Cosmocities vision. Where the first volume explored dreamy ambient textures and deep electronic moods, and the second shifted focus towards boogie-laden rhythms and jazz-fuelled dancefloor excursions, Volume 3 finds a natural balance between introspection and movement.

The compilation opens with Yosi Horikawa’s sublime “Bubbles”, an ambient masterpiece whose delicate organic textures gently set the tone. Chari Chari’s “Luna de Ritmos” follows with deep, ethereal house atmospherics before Force Of Nature’s hypnotic “Skyy High” guides listeners further into immersive territory.

The journey continues through the experimental electronics of XTAL’s “Skygazer” and the analogue warmth of Takuya Matsumoto’s “Jump Rope Music”, while regular Cosmocities contributor Yuu Udagawa delivers the sophisticated high-tech jazz house groove of “Little Secrets”.

On the second half of the collection, Kuniyuki’s remix of Slow Didi’s “Follow Me” brings rich jazz-inflected elegance, leading seamlessly into the futuristic techno-swing fusion of DJ Eiji Takehana featuring Yusuke Nakamura’s “Deep Track Jazz”. Tominori Hosoya’s “Summer Dreamers” adds a deeply emotional and dreamlike house moment before Azzurro’s “Just A Touch Of Love” shifts the focus firmly towards the dancefloor with a hypnotic late-night thumper.

Closing the compilation is AcidGelge’s “Fatality 4”, a beautifully spacey and atmospheric finale that leaves the listener suspended somewhere between the club, the cosmos and the imagination.

Nu Vision is a modern salon for visionary leaders, fighting for their art, standing by truths, defending voices, honoring progenitors, whilst pushing forwards towards a new paradigm. The band all have their own stories and extensive discographies, records released on labels you might know, gigs played in places you might have attended but none of that matters. This is a new beginning. A group. A collective.A movement. Nu Vision is a band in the classic do-you-believe-in-alchemy sense. Equal parts rhythm, damage, and deep feeling. Their friends at DFA noted that the album “sounds like Depeche Mode scoring a Michael Mann montage: brooding,motorik, and shot through with black-and-blue beauty.” this idea is taken further in the first video from the album for track one / side one “Time” that launches the project publically along with the albums announcement. The palette of ‘The Seed’ is defined and refined in the best way. It’s an album that opens up many pathways. Brisker, freakier tracks like “Shadow In The Dark,” “R U Serious?” and “Humanity” run towards a softer finish with “Somedays” and the seven-minute, eyeliner-smearing closing ballad, “Lullaby Garden.” These are proper songs made with vintage machines, with a sound that carries obvious influences. ’ The Seed’ pulses forward as the body of the beast is turned inside out, wearing a beating heart on its sleeve, honoring those who left us too soon - DAF’s Gabi Delgado, Nitzer Ebb’s Douglas McCarthy, Depeche Mode’s Andrew Fletcher, and Sandwell District’s Juan Mendez. It’s important to note the emotional core of ‘The Seed’ album is the song ‘Synchronicity’ that is filled with both love and regret, the story of losing a friend without properly making amends. It is unquestionably heartbreaking, but is also delivered with a pang of hope, the feeling that with so many sunrises caught, so many additions and subtractions in life, a perspective has been gained. Inspired from electrifying songs produced by Chrislo Haas (DAF) and Beate Bartel (Mania D. / Matador) reinforced by Krishna Goineau’s French and Spanish Speech-Attack-Lyrics Liaisons Dangereuses created a unique style anything other than a Berlin or Düsseldorf ‘thing’ – that was propelled to an international underground phenomenon of fame.

Nu VIsion was inspired to create a blueprint from the period of their productions of 1981-1982 with an electronic-dance direction paying homage with passionate craftsmanship utilizing what equipment was possible in the studio at the time of this recording featuring new members; Zoe Murphy & Fletch The Stranger on vocals and James Chazz on Saxaphone with a Ring Modulator.

Based in Cornwall, Blind Yeo emerged from the isolation of lockdown. Built as an open collective, the project brings together musicians, visual artists and performers, developing a practice rooted in improvisation, live energy and shared creation. The Lemoine Point, their debut album, was recorded on a disused airfield near St Agnes. The title refers to a hidden geometric centre where lines converge, a metaphor that runs through the record as past, present and future meet within a single moment. Much of the album was captured live by a core ensemble including Sam Pert, Phil Self, Henry Greenham, Philippa Blum, Jake Sheridan, Will Greenham and Anouska Helm. These recordings are balanced by more intimate sessions, shaping a sound that moves between reworked folk traditions, electronic textures and raw, organic energy. Across the album, fragments of stories and emotions intertwine, exploring themes of love, duality and disorientation in time. Rooted in the Cornish landscape yet open in form, The Lemoine Point unfolds as a space where place, people and memory converge into a fluid and immersive whole.

Forbidden Dance Records returns with its 13th release to the city where the label's journey first began: Chicago.
For The Black Is The Night EP, longtime Chicago house figure Vick Lavender joins forces with multi-instrumentalist Justin Dillard for three deeply musical downtempo cuts, bringing together the language of Chicago house with jazz, soul and live instrumentation.
Born and raised on Chicago's West Side, Dillard is a pianist, Hammond organist, percussionist, composer and arranger whose musical path has crossed with figures such as Branford Marsalis, Ornette Coleman, Roscoe Mitchell and the late Von Freeman. His musicianship has also become an integral part of Lavender's richly organic productions over the years.
Across three tracks, Lavender and Dillard slow down the tempo without losing the pulse. Warm keys, live instrumentation and loose percussion unfolding through the kind of deep, soulful arrangements that have long defined their work together.
A return to Chicago, but from a different angle.

The A-side delivers two sublime cuts drenched in that unmistakable Italo-Balearic magic. Warm chords, sun-kissed melodies and effortless grooves transport you straight back to the golden days of mid-'90s Italian house music. Eyes closed, you're cruising along the Riviera with the top down, lost in pure bliss.
Flip it over and the mood shifts firmly toward the dancefloor.

The B-side explores deeper territory, moving through a range of shades while keeping things locked into a tough, clubfocused framework. There's a distinct New York stomp running through these tracks—driving, hypnotic and full of attitude— yet they never lose the emotional depth and musicality that have become a Westcoast Goddess trademark.

Just when you think the journey is complete, the EP saves its ace for last. Closing things out is a hypnotic funk groove built around silky Rhodes, a tight rhythm section and an iconic bassline—a fitting finale that leaves a lasting impression. A seriously strong package from start to finish, and another essential chapter in the ever-expanding world of D3 Elements.

After 4 years of re-issuing some of the best house and disco, from hard to find deep-house gems to all times classics, Groovin Recordings are really excited to start releasing new music too, featuring some of the best young producers from the new generation. The first release introduces Groove Boys Project (Lucas Moinet and Alexandre Valard), a talented duo from Paris with a unique sound, a classy mix of fender rhodes, jazz chords, MPC based drum beats, soulful strings and some classic synths.

"John Beltran joins forces with Ireland’s Intrinsic Rhythm for a masterclass in emotional Detroit Techno with his "Roots EP" featuring a deep & soulful remix from Fireground.

Few names command the same reverence in electronic music as John Beltran. Since pioneering the more melodic, ambient-soaked textures of Detroit techno in the 1990s and 00s, the Michigan producer has spent over three decades crafting electronic music with an unmistakable human soul.
For his latest outing, Beltran links up with Irish imprint Intrinsic Rhythm for a physical and digital release after previously providing a remix for IR004 . The A1 "My Faith In You" is a perfect distillation of his signature sound: lush, cinematic chord progressions, propulsive rhythm arrangements, and that deep-running emotive warmth that makes his catalog timeless and this continues on the A2 with "Gratiot" a timeless piece of Deep Detroit Techno with a shuffling groove and precise tones and textures.

Sharpening the edge of the package is a stellar remix from dynamic Italian duo Fireground. Known for their driving, soulful and rich sound on labels like Tresor and Ilian Tape, Fireground adds a deeper more textured version of "Gratiot" and reconstructs it into a sun drenched musically rich remix. Together, the release forms a beautiful bridge between the two artists. "

This latest release delivers four vibrant and immersive tracks, blending deep techno textures with refined grooves, another strong statement in the series.

Far from the hype, French DJ and producer Kriss, aka Life Recorder, has been steadily shaping a distinctive sonic identity over the years. Deeply influenced by the heritage of Detroit and Chicago’s house and techno scenes, his sound travels effortlessly across genres while remaining rooted in soulful depth.

Born in the French suburbs of Geneva and now based in Marseille, he began his journey in the 1990s, connecting with music through record shops, DJing, and the evolving club culture of the time.
With this third chapter of Time Moods, Life Recorder continues to craft a timeless and introspective musical narrative.

Waking Dreams returns with “Fantasies,” a four-track excursion by Aline Umber and AGELESS that explores the hypnotic facets of deep house. Featuring the label’s most sought-after ID, the title track finally receives its official release, unfolding as a meditative yet driving cut built on understated percussion and an airtight groove. Lush chords douse the track’s atmosphere, while dubby synth stabs and a spoken-word vocal cut through the arrangement, deepening its hypnotic pull and transfixing the listener. Dan Ghenacia takes things deeper with his electro-tinged rework, expanding on the original’s addictive groove with angular drumwork, adding further club functionality and sharpening it into a darker, more introspective counterpoint. Two additional originals round out the collaborative EP with brighter, kinetic energy.

For its second outing, Sonum invites Matteo Point, whose Acid People EP expands the label's catalogue with four cuts navigating the space between acid house, progressive textures and analogue-driven club music.

The title track, "Acid People," sets the tone with tightly wound 303 sequences, sparse drums and a hypnotic sense of momentum, landing somewhere between functional peak-time tool and late-night trip. "Fresh Morgen" follows with a rolling low end before gradually unfolding into darker, more melodic territory, recalling the subtle tension of late-'90s European underground records.

On the B-side, "Musika Progressiva" revisits progressive house without falling into nostalgia, reshaping familiar motifs through a contemporary lens while maintaining its analogue warmth. Closing cut "Vvvaneggg" shifts towards Detroit-inspired rhythms and understated machine funk, offering a stripped-back groove built for patient selectors.

Across four tracks, Matteo Point delivers a collection that feels both immediate and enduring—club-focused without sacrificing character. With Acid People EP, Sonum continues to carve out its own space, championing records that draw equally from the past and the future of underground dance music.

Strut proudly presents an expansive deep dive into the world of Quatermass Sound Lab, the prolific under-the-radar East London studio founded and run by producer, engineer and The Heliocentrics co-founder Malcolm Catto. Over the last two decades, Catto has quietly established himself as a sought-after sonic architect in contemporary music. Revered for his analogue-first approach, he has built Quatermass Sound Lab around vintage recording equipment, valve preamps and live performance, creating recordings that feel warm and timeless. Equally inspired by punk, hip-hop, psychedelic rock, jazz, funk and electronic music, Catto has developed a production style that rejects genre boundaries in favour of instinct and atmosphere. Describing himself as "50% musician and 50% listener," Catto approaches each session as a collaborator rather than a conventional producer. That philosophy has made Quatermass Sound Lab a creative home for an extraordinary range of musicians, from established innovators to emerging voices. His remarkable discography spans collaborations with Yussef Dayes, DJ Shadow, Madlib, Quantic, Mulatu Astatke, Orlando Julius, Idris Ackamoor & The Pyramids and countless others, each project using analogue wizardry to shape bold, contemporary recordings with a character all of their own.

The fifth LP in the long history of the label comes from another Belgian producer who is ready to fly high. After San Soda, Metrobox, Uni Son and label boss Red D it is now time for Tom Smeyers to step up and take us into his universe of warm grooves and sweet house music…with a twist.

Taking in influences from around the full spectrum of electronic music these six tracks represent what Tom is about at the moment. From deepest old school inspired house to more broken beat action right into drum’n’bass territory, with an attention to detail and experienced sound design.
