Fabienne Delsol ist mit ihrem fünften Soloalbum zurück! Seit der Veröffentlichung ihres ersten Soloalbums "No Time For Sorrows" im Jahr 2004 hat Fabienne ihren einzigartigen Mix aus Neo- und klassischem Psych, Ye-Ye und vom 60er-Jahre-Beat inspiriertem Pop immer weiter verfeinert. Jetzt steht sie kurz vor der Veröffentlichung ihres brandneuen Studioalbums "Indigo Red". Fabiennes Aufnahme von ,I'm Gonna Haunt You" (aus dem 2004er Album No Time For Sorrows) war in der zweiten Staffel der erfolgreichen BBC-Serie Killing Eve zu hören und machte ihre Musik einem breiteren Publikum zugänglich. Seit ihrem 2019er Album "Four" hat Fabienne an Tracks für ihr neues Album "Indigo Red" gearbeitet. Dies ist ihr erstes Album, das in den Gizzard Studios unter der Leitung von Ed Deegan (ehemals Toe Rag Studios) aufgenommen und von Delsol und Deegan gemeinsam produziert wurde. Tittle tracks make subtle hints at inspirations if not source material as the works through loopy, sketchy jams that are short but sweet, more club-ready rollers and loved-up beats that drip with sexuality and jazzy sophistication. Something Very Bad is Going to Happen is a brand new 2026 Netflix horror series produced by the Duffer Brothers, the creative minds behind the global hit Stranger Things. From the Executive Producers of Stranger Things, and the Director of Baby Reindeer, Something Very Bad is Going to Happen is on Netflix from March 26th. Created by Haley Z. Boston.

The music for the series is composed by Grammy Award-winning musician and composer Colin Stetson, renowned for his idiosyncratic use of saxophone in his projects. Scoring Something Very Bad is Going to Happen builds on Stetson's extensive experience in film and game music. He has composed soundtracks for films like the psychological horror Hereditary (2018) and the dark thriller The Menu (2022), as well as the epic Rockstar game Red Dead Redemption 2 (2018). For this series, Stetson delivers a suspenseful soundtrack, perfectly complementing the Duffer Brothers' signature storytelling. A must-have release for fans!

A catalyst for all sorts of noise-making endeavors, Bob Bellerue embraces chaos as a positive force. As a musician, he harnesses the violent timbres and textures from feedback clashing against piano wires, amplifiers, metal, zithers, electronics etc. He's also been central in harnessing community through his long standing Ende Tymes festival in New York, providing an intersectional platform for all voices to utter their noise. To a polite society, things such as chaos, noise, and anarchy threaten the normative structures that can assert control and maintain power over others. Bellerue qualifies his practice as a form of sonic animism, in which engages with that which is unheard in materials, equipment, and their relationships, developing a process of amplified discovery. The unhinged, the unquantifiable, and the unknowable are all possible outcomes in Bellerue's expansive works.

Chaos Is A Law is a macrotonal album, whose expressive de-centralization originates from rasping noise, intense textural accretions, brutalist drone, and inharmonic ambience. For all of the sustained harmonics and dissonant frequencies, the album is in constant motion, with Bellerue pushing dynamics that build, rupture, collapse and reform with an almost organic morphology. At times, it boils with a feral intensity. At others, its muscularity collapses into peculiar almost half-melodic figures, mutated within all the distortion. One could look to the free noise practitioners from New Zealand (e.g. A Handful Of Dust, Birchville Cat Motel, Surface of the Earth) or to the alchemical dronescaping of Stephen O'Malley and Organum. Yet, Bellerue's work maintains a bespoke tactility that is uniquely his.

In Bellerue's words, "The universe is a feedback loop. Creating and destroying. Growing and decaying. Loving and dying. Expanding and contracting. The big bang is the end result of everything merging together in the biggest black hole ever and then erupting into being over and over again. Praise chaos!"

Marlon George is a British DJ and producer based in London renowned for his "slightly spacey, casually jazzy, and fully groovy house music," with support from names as illustrious as Kyle Hall and Jimpster. But really, if he's getting signed by the legendary Trelik, then that's all you need to know about his skills. He lays them bare across three tasteful cuts here, starting with the liquid dub of 'My Secrets Are Safe With Me' with its wispy shards of light piercing the water's surface and glistening against the dusty hi-hats. 'Najagen' has more drive but no less depth and warmth to it and 'Do The Rha!' is another smoky, minimal, heady dub house roller that sneaks right under your skin.

Der Track entstand in einer Phase der Schreibblockade und begann als Mantra, das Kelela schrieb, um sich wieder an die Arbeit zu bringen. Angeführt von einem labyrinthischen Gitarrenriff über treibenden Metal-Drums ist „linknb“ ein Song über Selbstvertrauen, das man sich durch Schwierigkeiten erarbeitet hat, darüber, sich nicht klein machen zu lassen. „Es ist nicht schwer, mutig zu sein / Es ist leichter, zu viel preiszugeben / Ich weiß nur, dass ich den Weg geebnet habe, unterbezahlt.“

Das von Mischa Notcutt inszenierte Video versetzt Kelela in die Mitte einer urbanen Traumlandschaft. Als enger Freund und Kelelas ehemaliger Kreativdirektor war Notcutt die naheliegende Wahl. Das Video lässt Realismus und Abstraktion ineinanderfließen und verwandelt eine einsame Reise in eine Meditation über Selbstfindung und Erneuerung.

Mit „new avatar“ rückt alles, worauf Kelela hingearbeitet hat, in den Fokus. Very impressively Eden Burns lands at „Big Beat Manifesto Vol. XII“. This is two BBM releases per year, spread across the past 6 years. Besides casually slipping in an Album „Eden Burns And the Make Believers“ (2025) and various other side projects. The prophet of the Big Beat is restless in the most positive way one can think off. We are all blessed to have him in our lives. What would Music World be without him? We do not want to know. More good news: he’s coming to tour Europe to promote this record. Ihr gemeinsames Debüt Reset (2022) wirkte wie ein kreativer Befreiungsschlag im Pandemie-Nebel.

Mit A ? of WHEN setzen sie diese Spielfreude fort, gehen aber noch weiter. Harfen-Loops, Steel Drums, Pedal Steel, sogar Jodeln: Das Duo greift bewusst auf vermeintlich „uncooles“ Material zurück und macht daraus etwas Eigenes. Songs wie „Something Like Dreaming“ oder „Like a Moth to a Flame“ verbinden verspielte Psychedelik mit eingängigen Melodien, als würde man von Station zu Station durch einen musikalischen Abenteuerspielplatz springen.

Gleichzeitig wird der Ton ernster. Die zehn Stücke verhandeln digitale Erschöpfung, politische Verwerfungen und ökologische Fragen, ohne dabei die Leichtigkeit zu verlieren. Inspiriert von einer Welt aus „AI slop“, algorithmischem Dauerrauschen und permanenter Vernetzung, suchen Panda Bear und Sonic Boom bewusst nach anderen Formen der Verbindung: weniger Scrollen, mehr echtes Erleben, mehr Radio, Live-Shows, Listening-Partys und reale Begegnungen. Statt Zynismus setzen sie auf Empathie, Glück und gegenseitige Unterstützung.

Im Kern bleibt das Album jedoch ein Akt der Aneignung: Klänge aus unterschiedlichen Kontexten werden neu zusammengesetzt, getragen von ungewöhnlicher Percussion wie Harfe und Steel Drums. So entsteht Musik, die zugleich verspielt und reflektiert ist. A ? of WHEN blickt auf eine widersprüchliche Welt und verwandelt sie in etwas Verbindendes. Kein großes Heilsversprechen, sondern die Einladung, gemeinsam offline darin aufzugehen.

Konsequenterweise wird das Album nicht auf Streaming-Plattformen verfügbar sein: Panda Bear und Sonic Boom setzen stattdessen auf reale Begegnungen, Listening Sessions und direkten Austausch jenseits algorithmischer Dauerbeschallung.
