Summer is around the corner and what a perfect timing to introduce you to Admo’s latest musical project - Charlottenzbeul Science Club. After three years since his last solo EP, many live acts around the globe and releases on Limousine Dream, Haws and Ordinateuf, the mad bassist is back at it again with his first release on his new label - Two-Headed Fish Records - which he co-runs with his wife. Definitely an EP that stays in the family.

It’s another four-tracker - you know the kind of vinyl that keeps on giving. A celebration of his time in the vibrant German capital, Berlin (West is the best). A1 opens the ball : bassy, catchy and this infectious chromatic melodic line. The recipe for a summer hit. Now onto A2 (and we’re not talking about his German language skills here): a regular laidback approach where acid sounds mesh together with this high-energy baseline. A classic in the making. If you’ve seen him live, you must’ve recognised B1 as it used to be his closing. A dreamy touch, where storytelling is the key word. You will have your head bopping from the first minute - mellow moment guaranteed. And B2 wraps it up - it takes you by the hand, you hop onto the next U-bahn and straight to the dance floor. The analogic bass keeps on bringing the track higher, progressively transforming into this groover that gets your feet stomping. It’s a proper farewell and a perfect conclusion to this beautifully crafted record.

Factory Floor return to Phantasy with ‘Buzz Saw’, a driving new single that once more re-establishes the trio of Nik Colk Void, Gabe Gurnsey and Joe Ward as amongst the most vital forces in live electronic music.

Following on from 2025’s sold-out vinyl singles ‘Between You’ and ‘Tell Me’, the spacious groove of ‘Buzz Saw’ bridges the sharp, bracing synthesis of the band’s origins in London’s post-industrial warehouse scene. Once again mixed by legendary engineer David Wrench (Daniel Avery, Floating Points), it captures the band’s most dancefloor-forward instincts, recently rejuvenated via appearances at Berghain, festivals such as No Bounds and Simple Things, plus a headlining UK tour.

As before, Gurnsey’s peerless drum work - tracked in the studio by Stephen Morris of New Order - proves forceful and delicate in tandem with Ward’s percussion, encountering suspenseful breakdowns in the space between Voids enveloping basslines. In dreamlike accompaniment, Colk Void’s own voice drifts serenely upwards, itself slowly consumed and obscured into the band’s full-bodied electronic rush, which is also available here as a more minimal, no-less powerful dub version.

In sonic contrast, ‘Guitar_1342’ finds the band experimenting in their starkest terms, stripped back of their luminescent flow and boldly reduced to an abrasive, dissonant guitar feedback.

Factory Floor’s ‘Buzz Saw’ will be released via Phantasy on 29th May 2025, available as a limited-edition vinyl pressing in a risoprint sleeve, as well as digitally.

One of electronic music’s most sought-after names, producer and DJ KETTAMA today announces the release of his long-awaited debut album, Archangel, out 3rd of October. The announcement arrives in tandem with new single “Sort It Out” featuring Clouds, and a landmark moment in his career: his biggest ever London headline show, taking over Brixton Academy on Saturday, October 4th, followed by an expansive tour across Europe, North America, and Australia.



A decade in the making, Archangel is the definitive statement from KETTAMA (Evan Cambell), the Galway-born, London-based artist. Nous'klaer Audio introduces Maask with four sculptural works of sound: layers upon layers, each carrying a sense of life moving through every frequency. Matias Aguayo returns with Anenoa, a vibrant and imaginative new album arriving May 29, 2026. Known for continually redefining the possibilities of electronic music, Aguayo’s latest work expands his exploration of voice, rhythm, and collective experience — creating songs that invite participation as much as they reward listening.

Adventures for curious minds – new label Braintickle launches with Conversations in Dreams, a four-track EP from Amsterdam based duo Naone & denial. Naone opens the A side with “Midnight Caller” – a low-end driven cut with tight percussion and sharp hats, peppered with undulating gurgles and mutating synths. A2 is a deeper affair, carried by growling bass, choppy beats and wiggy, tripped-out samples. On the flip, denial serves up the rolling, bleeping and tribal-infused “Avoid the Voices”, where glitched-out sci-fi vocals meet tumbling drums. In the creative Bologna of the 1980s and 1990s, Kinki was the first gay (LGBTQ+) Club in Italy: a visionary space where House music exploded
and the night became a symbol of freedom, identity, and cultural revolution. Through the DJs and charismatic figures who shaped it’s future,
the documentary tells how this small club beneath the Two Towers forever changed the way music and clubbing were experienced.
The documentary, produced by RCO Europe and directed by Lorenzo Miglioli, is available on Amazon Prime and Google Play platforms throughout Europe, the UK, the US, Australia, and South Africa.
The soundtrack, curated by Luca Trevisi (LTJ Xperience), features a selection of 1990s and more recent tracks, ranging from Italo House to

Dub nuts explores deeper dub-informed territory. Built through layering and subtraction, the track showcases careful spatial control and restrained low-end management.

The EP closes with the Coccappella Version, a stripped-down reinterpretation of the title track focused solely on percussion and voice, revealing the rhythmic backbone of the project.

Mr. Coconut is a refined balance between club functionality and cinematic storytelling — controlled, elegant and unmistakably personal. It’s not about peak-time fireworks — it’s about atmosphere, detail and identity.

Deaf Florists, the alias of Conor Wheeler, returns with a powerful new EP on trUst Recordings, the imprint founded by Saoirse. A key figure in the pre-social media UK techno and bass underground, Wheeler first made his mark in the early 2010s with his label Nineteen89, operating alongside the era that birthed influential collectives such as Night Slugs, Swamp81 and Hessle Audio.

After years spent navigating the industry—managing artists, overseeing A&R for major labels, and curating club nights at some of the UK’s most respected venues—Wheeler channels 17 years of deep listening and lived experience into Deaf Florists. This album is not just a homage — it’s a gentle act of remembrance. A way of tuning in to what Lucier showed us: that listening is an art in itself. A meditation on resonance, memory, and the quiet power of pure sound. Or to quote Alvin Lucier himself: “I guess I’m trying to help people hold shells up to their ears, and listen to the ocean again.”

The influence of Alvin Lucier’s work on acoustic phenomena and the interplay between sound and space is difficult to overstate. His legacy continues to echo through the work of countless composers and sound artists today. Lucier’s music is marked by a sense of childlike wonder and sonic simplicity - shifting our perception from what we hear to how we listen.

At the heart of his compositions lies the sine wave: the purest, most elemental form of sound. Clarinetist Dries Tack pays tribute to this master of minimalism with an album centered around two works Lucier composed as intimate ‘In Memoriams’ for friends. Both pieces explore a single, elegant idea: the interaction between an instrumental tone and a sine wave.

Out of that interaction, ‘beatings’ emerge — a pulsating rhythm that accelerates or decelerates as the waves draw nearer or drift apart. Though built on the same concept, the two works are like mirrored reflections of one another: In Memoriam Jon Higgins, the sine wave glides in a slow glissando while the clarinet holds steady tones. In Memoriam Stuart Marshall, it’s the clarinet that dances around a fixed sine wave.

Dries Tack is a clarinetist specializing in contemporary performance practices. He performs with ensembles such as Nadar Ensemble, Curious Chamber Players, and Ensemble Fractales. As co-artistic director of the GLoW Collective, he explores collaborative practices across artistic disciplines in the broadest sense. In addition to his ensemble work, Dries curates solo projects that offer fresh perspectives on existing repertoire or give rise to entirely new works at the intersection of composition and improvisation.
