Dojo Zone comes through with his first EP. Four cuts drifting between melancholic electro to more driven beats infused with breaks intended for the dance floor. Born in the UK and raised on the balearic island of Mallorca, Dojo has been keeping a low profile for quite some time, both working on the craft of programming drum machines, and finding a balance between reality and his beloved synth induced voyages. For our next vinyl release on Prodigal Son we welcome our newest recruit Kaylah from Hackney in London. His sound is tough & grimey, with captivating leads contrasting across this record. Old skool influences seem to be drizzled over this debut solo EP, but all in good measure of course, the music is forward thinking, driven with pace and ready for the rave. Some heavy hitters cut especially for those that are "Ardcore To The Bone".

The first solo release by the young Uruguayan genius Luis Malon has been very anticipated, and comes full of flavour. A five tracker EP with breaks, deepness, epic moments and a lot of punch.

From Another Mind founders Obscure Shape & SHDW return to Rekids with three massive techno tracks in 'Der Strum EP' this October.

Marco Bläsi and Luigi Urban first appeared on Matt Edwards' label two years ago with an unforgettable remix of Radio Slave's 'Vision'. Since then the pair have continued to helm their From Another Mind imprint, as well as returning to Rekids for their 'Himmel Und Erde' release, not to mention remix the seminal 'Grindhouse' alongside Slam. Joining the label again, the duo present three cavernous cuts highlighting why they're considered such a key driving force behind Southern Germany's techno scene.

Featuring their signature echoing kicks, 'Der Strum' includes syncopated snares, scintillating pads and piercing stabs to forge a peaktime cut. 'Zeit Des Erwachens' is more of a roller with its undulating percussion and quivering bassline, leading into the effervescent 'Tränen Der Sonne' with its twisted arpeggios and rattling hats.

Olivier Romero for Sonet Music 02 captures the underground sound of France combining minimal elements to deliver a unique second offering from this vinyl only underground house record label with his latest EP 2H10AM.

2H10AM opens the EP, addictive and groovy whilst meticulously produced. This tight and to the point roller has a melodic edge which will make it appreciated by a wide variety of DJs.

Next up is Fu, darker and more visceral. Deep percussion drives this stripped back track with an infectious groove for clued up dance floors.

Closing up the record we have P.Seventeen, an interesting mix of inspirations, clever sampling and creative production. Quirky and unique with a swagger all of its own.

OURSIN001 - called Sun on Sunday kicks off with the track that also gives the name of the EP, a mesmeric groover which continues with mysterious “Shape” on side A.


On the flip side you find “Camphene” a layes back house and micro-sphered sensations.


Then, our guy Macarie took the sound to another level, doing a remix for “Camphene” that only he could do so well.

Second step: G-Man “Quo Vadis”, a track released for the first time in 1995... It had in those years massive support of the greatest exponents of electronic club music and in a short time, it became a real classic. Now on Back To Life Records returns with Original Mix
+ D. Diggler remix (Never released on vinyl) + Sparticus.

Thanks to Gez "LFO" Varley for this gem. He say about the track: “Quo Vadis was born as the perfect track to mix between a house set to a techno set ,the track was inspired after the film Quo Vadis and means 'where are you going to?' ".

The return of…KiNK. His first original record after the latest album and a few bits here and there, is an ode to the miraculous grip that a piano still holds over almost any dance floor. Unmistakably titled „Piano Power Ep“, the Bulgarian hit factory does what it does best: infectious melodies, moving bass and gnarly acid lines as well as the ill beats around. Born out of studio rehearsals for live sets, „2 love U“ is a freestyle jam with regular collaborator Rachel Row (see Hand Made EP or „Follow The Step“): KiNK on keys and Rachel in the vocal booth results in pure positivism, energetic hooks and a certain pop magic. Think Rozalla, Bizarre Inc. or any other sign long and you are almost there. Instrumental included for the faint at heart.
„I Remember“ on the other hand, which is also available as one of KiNK’s beloved video workouts, is presented here as a „303 Mix“ that loses the classic house sample of the first version, in favor of - well, another classic dance music ingredient - the squelchy sound that DJ Pierre invented.
Last, but not least. „Raw“ is the kind of happy-go-lucky piano-bazooka that revokes the spirit of Baltimore’s production outfit Basement Boys in todays’ pagan parties. Using the minimum amount of music tools (lack of effects, volume changes creating dynamics and no more than four instruments), it als feels like KiNK’s reply to Herbert’s infamous dogma. If the ingredients are good enough, you don’t need any spices.

The YOIONWAX series continues!

The fourth record is an EP with four tracks from a young and very talented artist from The Netherlands - Artmann.

Artmann has been producing music since a young age and grew up developing his experience of multiple musical genres which he has implemented into his own styles, making him an all-round producer. Artmann's handwriting in house music is recognized and loved by listeners all over the world.

The year 2020 has been a powerful breakthrough in the industry for him, as evidenced by the many releases on Rendr, Houbless Music, Surge, Ovrdose Deep, Slightly Sizzled, Pitch, Rawesome Deep and others.

2021 is starting just as powerfully for this lad. Along with several digital releases on Rich Got Jacked, Purism, Elrow, Metafloor, HedzUp, the beginning of the year sees the release of his first own vinyl record - YOIONWAXOO4 on YOI! This record is the perfect ending to winter, tracks that will warm you up and put you in the mood for spring.

Introducing Tread Records, a fresh new imprint from London. Taking the reins for the debut release is the unique Guava, whose previous releases on labels such as R&S and Holding Hands, has made him one of the big names to watch in the leftfield electronic world. Collaborating on the release are two of London’s finest session guitarists, Alex Blake and Leo Abrahams. Their impressive CVs include work with artists such as Jon Hopkins and Skepta, respectively. Things open up with ‘In Cloud’, a blissed-out slab of broken techno, spaced out with guitar riffs played by Blake. Both ‘Libelle’ and ‘Equinox Meaning’ continue on this theme with a cut of bass weight with more silky guitar, performed by Abrahams, on the latter. Dublin-based Sputnik One is on remix duties, turning ‘Libelle’ into a beefed-up club weapon fit for any sound system.

Larry Tee’s early work originally released in 1988 featuring mutated HiNRG Proto House sounds - No BS only realness.

Serious business faster borderline HiNRG on the A side with Pleasure Seekers, and then starting off the B side with slower fun samples sprinkled over solid 4 on the floor drum machine. Closing credits with a slower drama drenched urban soap opera ballad. One to keep in the bag all summer.

Parisian DJ, Producer and Elixyr Records label boss AIROD returns to Amelie Lens' Lenske for his third EP on the label. Following 2019's 'Rave Cycle' and 'Voltage' EP's, this year's LP on Molekul and appearances at some of Europe's most revered clubs and showcases including the EXHALE event series, the Frenchman has proven himself as a dominant force in today's techno scene.

'Assassin's Walk' welcomes us with rolling kicks and looping sirens accompanied by foreboding synths that orchestrate a deep sense of tension. As these fade, explosive drums perturb the peace again with the addition of a wavering acid line and incessant hi-hats that conjure urgency and pure exhilaration. Returning to the familiar AIROD sound we've been acquainted with is 'Topaz', employing pounding kick drums, jolting sirens and an indiscernible cut up vocal sample to engage listeners into an ambient delirium. Sharp white noise slices through the resounding beat in a rhythmic assault after the first drop and characterize the remainder of the track.

Title track Venom is imitative of its name with a malicious crescendo and striking electro-esque keys. Though this cut has an electro-feel, AIROD manages to retain the booming kicks and ominous atmosphere created in earlier tracks. We're rewarded with a swift change of pace with 'Enchantment', a delicate mantra that steps away from the usual toughness of AIROD's sound, but does so without compromising on intensity. Major chords ring out, constituting overwhelming feelings of lightness and joy, with heavy drums sitting comfortably under euphoric pads. Echoing hi-hats and a fleeting vocal gradually submerge into the drawn out keys to close on a feeling of elation.

The journey continues and “Back to Life” proudly presents its third installment repressing one of the best acid tracks ever produced, a must have for any collector: Bam Bam “Where’s your child?”, originally released on Westbrook Records in 1988 and licensed by Desire Records in the same year. Mr. Westbrook needs no introduction: he is the sole owner of legendary Westbrook Records, always linked to the acid scene, discovering and producing Mike Dunn, Armando Gallop, Angie T, Xtra Bass to name a few, remixing Lisa Stansfield, Brass Construction, Hiroshima, Ten City and many others.

BTL003 is the only officially licensed repress after more than thirty years (incl. extra bonus beat cuts and card insert). Limited colored vinyl + card insert.

talian duo Crossing Avenue debuts on Outis Music with Piromanzia, their fourth solo EP, presenting a fresh batch of their organic rhythm tools. It's the duo's first EP on Dino Sabatini's Outis Music where they released three EPs on Spazio Disponibile before. First track Piromante is a dark and spooky hypnotizer in optimal form. Sacrificio brings out the drums, the pulsating rhythm groove subtly transforms into a playful DJ weapon where the EP closer Fuoco Freddo dives into the deeper techno territories being a true heads down kick drum roller. It's an exciting selection of carefully crafted noodling jams that makes this an essential pack of Italian techno.

Once again, Johnny takes you on that house music journey you love so much, blending those Chicago inspired grooves and acidic basslines with crooning digital voices to form a perfectly balanced EP that will make you go absolutely bonkers, whether you're on the dancefloor or in your living room. Two little-known tracks of clean and clinical yet emotive, UK sounding Electro (even though they're from Belgium). A staple of Andy Weatherall and Keith Tenniswood's sets in the very early 00s and now lovingly re-mastered by Keith himself.

Dusky’s return to Running Back.
The second volume of Life Signs continues where its parent left us: on the path to euphoria.
A brew of rumbling bass lines, ecstatic dreams, rattling rave signals and moving melodies that is as sapid as it is substantial. Consisting of four tracks (and one dub), Dusky further cement their reputation of being champions of their (production) craft and the dance floor alike. While „Fridge“, „Seed Tray“ and „Mushroom Samba“ lower the plough with DJs and steppers in mind, „Metropolis“ ennobles itself to a higher stand: with or without voice, it is a sophisticated and divinely inspired master class in a perfect hook (bleeps) and eye (bass). And a gentle reminder: function and beauty don’t have to exclude each other.
