Act Natural Records kicks off 2015 with the 'My Libellule' EP from Dan Noël & Bunte Bummler, comprising three original tracks from the duo.
The imprint has come a long way since its launch in early 2011 with four years under its belt and a catalogue featuring reputable names such as Huxley, DJ W!ld, Julian Perez and East End Dubs. Here we see the label push on with a collaborative release from Swiss producer Dan Noel, most notably known for his work on Memoria Recordings and Little Helpers, and Germany's Bunte Bummler of Cécille Records / 8Bit fame.

Celldod is Swedish producer Anders Karlsson. Anders has been active in the music scene for some time working on different musical projects, always with a strong DIY ethic His Celldod project has released several cassettes under his own label Brutal Disciplin and has also released records on Suction Records, Kess Kill and Femur Records. In 2017 Anders released an album under the name Vargdd on Opal Tapes together with Swedish techno artist Varg. Anders hardware driven sound has evolved over time now personifying finely sharpened EBM and techno crossover of the highest calibre. With a nod to the greats but with a forward thinking direction, we have four new cuts to destroy the darkest dance floors. Relentless, bass-heavy and blown-out bangers. Fans of DAF and maybe 242 meets Silent Servant will be blown away. Mastered by Martin Bowes at the Cage, UK.

This ep is brought to you by serbian dj and producer Dejan Milicevic and is a reflection of a long period of music consumption and numerous attempts to find the right kick drum. The obvious clash between nu school in terms of editing and old school in terms of sample choice will make you dance with a tiny nostalgia as if you were a clubber back then. The sound of Roland 303, 808, 909 for sure will take you where it all began with an extra touch of sophisticated production width and a cracky neve on top of it. The tracks aligned tell the story of true and raw chicago influenced dance floor slammer and be sure to check all 3 tracks in your next dj set to see what happens with the crowd below. Stay tuned for more to come in the close future.

Frieder Nagel invites his listeners to get lost in a universe that spans from euphoric to devastating excitement. He is known for managing projects in venues ranging from theatres to clubs, for concerts to audio-visual experiments - working with artists like David August, La Boum Fatale and Daniel Brandt (Brandt Brauer Frick). The first time he appeared on stage, in 2016 at Berlin's infamous Radialsystem V, armed with several synthesizers, effects, drum machines, one grand piano; and backed by the German Symphony Orchestra (DSO). This critically acclaimed debut was streamed by Boiler Room later and led to further collaborations with Philharmonie Essen or his ensemble show at Reeperbahn Festival.
Now finally Nagel Žs first solo work Distract Robots will be released by French label InFineŽ. This 12" has become an album in miniature with a final polish by mastering guru Zino Mikorey known for his work for Nils Frahm Žs All Melody. This EP offers up a mystical world, full of warm synths and detailed sound clusters morphing into each other to form utterly dark and dystopian ballads. Nagel gets lost in obsessively endless sessions with his instruments. He isolates himself and spends night after night drifting away from reality. The result is that his tracks carry moments of utterly deep relief and deliverance, as well as despairing sadness and stoical escapism.
Part I - Operated under extreme psychosis, performed live in the dead of night at the studio of The Hague's pirate 'Radio Tonka', these two records contain an apocalyptic selection of the very darkest moments of its maker, an Anglo-French 'Bruxellois' driftwood expat washed ashore on the West Holland wasteland just to get even more lost in its empty shadow chessboard grid of luscious ghost town smoke screen structures built on nothing but loose sand, to get even more entangled in its reef-like vortex of the fleetwood parkland dune estates' artifice of ugly evergreen high-tech verdure of 'Rose and Thorn', oh, yes, its many, many flowers 'sans Mercee', red and white Carnation, Asphodel, or 'Fleur de Lys' and 'Fleur du Mal', all awaiting, lurking gentle softness of the flesh, perfumed for luring prey, yet strikingly hard-wired through the courtly appearance and the troubling foliage of the Count's many hidden pleasures, His many secret palace garden hedges, His Royal Seal concealed behind, oh, yes, its many, many spines, all hiding midst the ticket, like cloak and dagger, that poisoned slip of tongue, or poisoned tip of blade, and all's so easy to slip away and disappear into the vine and creeper, to make one trip and fall in smear of mud or was it blood And then how swift and sudden one may hear the ominous approach, of tainted fearful hooves, of painful stainless steel, yet steadily encroaching, by mad design, this harsh and grinning, eerily certain sound of mind-breaking, body-slicing, brain-crushing, meat-cutting, soul-shattering Gargantua of industrial machines, this constant dissonant harmony, distant yet distinct, with certain paranoid unspeakable voices of deepest Hades' underworld despairs, this Abysmal flood of uttering words of God knows what madness, or God knows what truth This one-way Path, this one-man War, this one-track Fate, this endless Road to hit Rock Bottom, I'm terribly afraid it's going to be a very, very lonely place out there...

Kyle Geiger returns to Droid Recordings for a three-track suite of techno and rhythmic experiments, Jupiter Storm.
A1 (Jupiter, Hydrogen Edit) builds from a rumbling kick, slowly constructing a space of delayed tones and filtered noisse pressure aimed at the dancefloor.
B1 (Mars) takes things for a truly unexpected turn, borrowing some of Jupiter's sonic language and reformulating a triple-metered groove with waves of noise and distortion.
The title track, Jupiter Storm(B2) brings the full kick back into the picture riding the Mars rhythms against the standard kick for a track that's driving and infectious
With no sign of slowing down Rotterdam based Fokuz Recordings present their 79th vinyl release welcoming back Lenzman, the indisputed prince of soulful drum & bass. The flipside is covered by Hertfordshire based Peer Pressure Records head honcho Facing Jinx.
Random Movement's ''I Stayed Around'' taken from his 2015 Sleazy Bitch EP on Fokuz received critical acclaim and support by the likes of Technimatic and Spectrasoul fortifying his position as the go to guy for bridging the gap between rough and smooth. With this Lenzman reinterpretation the Dutchman turns the original concept into an energetic roller leaving his signature markings all over. Already one of the essential liquid tracks of 2016!
We continue on the flip with ''Meet You There'' by Facing Jinx feat. Peta Oneir that contains more subtle touches but is easily as strong in execution. Quality sounds coming from one of drum & bass' best kept secrets. A strong addition to any liquid DJ's record bag.

Mark Van Hoen (prior jaunts in Seefeel, Scala, Autocreation among others) as Locust emerges with the first of a series of EPs for Transfusions that dive into unadulterated techno spaces that you were clearly not prepared for. Four powerful weapons start this series with sounds and textures that clearly incorporate Locust's indescribable signature that we have all fallen in love with but take the dance floor to an undisclosed locale where deep vibes transfix our minds into pure bliss. Armed with a new razor sharp identity and vision, we are in for an adventure. Completely new Locust logo and extra special sleeve artwork masterminded by Paul Nicholson (OG Aphex Twin artwork visionary). This is serious.
Shifted and Damon Wild kick off a series of remixes for tracks by Swedish techno boss Pär Grindvik ov the Aasthma fame alongside Peder Mannerfelt.
Shifted applies his patented greyscale texturing to ’Tide Us Part’ from Grindvik’s ‘Isle Of Real’ LP with gritty, forceful traction, while ‘Folium’ from 2013’s ‘Air’ 12” comes reworked as a percolated deep space techno mission by NYC’s Damon Wild.

Sam McQueen's 2004 EP Sephoria is next up to get the Delsin remaster, recut and reissue treatment. The Chicago native has released music as Indio with the likes of John Beltran and also appeared on the Indigo Area label. Across six cuts here -two of which have new titles- the little known producer mixes up. There is serene ambient landscaping on the 'Inception' and the beatless 'Graduated Frequencies', which resonates with exquisitely melancholic synths, then 'Simple Pleasure' is a celestial world of wiry synths and warm solar winds and 14 days has pillow drum programming and soft focus chords that sooth the soul. 'Yemia' is another symphony of chattery drum hits, meaningful chords and real astral techno beauty and 'Outer Drive' closes down the epic space voyage with delicate melodies and melancholic synths that encourage you to lay back and gaze into a starry night sky.
JAMIE JONES - Sounds cool!
GENE FARRIS - Thanks!
HECTOR COUTO - Good release, Support

MOTHER RECORDINGS is one of the most reliable big hitting labels in the game and now they’re back with a new bomb EP from SHAF HUSE - „Biday“.
With heavy support from the likes of The Martinez Brothers, Seth Troxler and Marco Carola, Milan based producer/DJ Shaf Huse has really made his mark on the likes of Avotre, Roush, Sola and more. Here working with „Biday“ he cooks up another storm.
The title track has shooting laser synths and airy house loops sucking you in, while a snaking bass line roams about down low. It’s brisk, full of energy and designed to sweep up the floor and take it to the next level. Add in yelling vocals, edgy drum fills and explosive chords and the whole thing is supersized and sure to explode in the clubs.
Reign Of Tech is another bomb destined to get feet moving on the floor, with a chugging baseline and slick vocals.
More dancefloor diynamite flying out the MOTHER nest!!

Our Kiwi brother DILBY was on fire in 2018. He delivered 2 EP's on MOTHER RECORDINGS and managed to secure back to back Top 10 hits with each release. Well, if this new EP is any indication, 2019 is going to be even bigger!
Up first is „Rio Grande“. A club destroying dance floor heater that features DILBY ́s signature drum filled tribalism on top of a punchy, grooving sub bass. Of course it wouldn't be a DILBY jam without a catchy sing-along vocal which brings even more ethnic flavour to this hedonistic afro workout!
On the flip we are treated to an energetic house bomb titled „Keep On Dancing“. This is a powerful club record which gives off a distinct late 90's vibe with it's filtered disco groove and tough analog drum programming. A deep, warm bass line rolls heavily across the low frequency as loopy vocal hooks and crunchy vocal shots keep the dance floor locked in as the energy erupts in the break.

From the British invasion bands of the 60's to the punk and new wave of the 70's, The Retrospectives were raised on the music of their parents. Inspired by the likes of Elvis Costello, The Rolling Stones and Tom Petty, this energetic three-piece have spent the last two years touring relentlessly, driven by a belief that guitars still have a vital place in popular music. Sheffield has long been home to one of the country's most vibrant music scenes and named by Q Magazine as one of the city's top 5 bands to watch, The Retrospectives are now at the forefront. Following the addition of Paul Jackson on drums, 2013 was their biggest year to date. The release of their new EP 'Turn Me Up' saw them take to the stage supporting The Boomtown Rats, Night Engine and Paper Aeroplanes, as well as opening for Bruce Foxton's 'From The Jam' at a sold out show at the famous Cavern Club In Liverpool. Described by Stereoboard as 'Songwriters with an ability to combine lyrics and melody with rare precision' and having landed themselves a place in BBC Introducing Sheffield's top ten tracks of the year, it's clear their hook-laden, off-kilter, power-pop is starting to turn heads in the right places. After kicking off the new year with another 'From The Jam' support slot (this time at ABC in Glasgow), The Retrospectives are gearing up to make a massive impact in 2014 and with a single release, headline tour and a support slot with The Buzzcocks already in place, it's set to be an exciting year. After ANNA & KITTIN’s monstrous “Forever Ravers” which is already deemed as one of 2019’s biggest tracks SPEICHER is back with 3-tracker brimming with raw energy from three hotly tipped up and comers. BLACKRACHAS commands the A-side with his immersive late night tune “Giorno Di Pioggia”. It’s pure trance (not trance) of a darker kind with ecstatic melodic outbursts that’ll tingle all the right places. Stockholm’s CHRISTIAN NIELSEN is making his welcome return and he’s out to kill. Imagine a chimera made of brute early 90s Belgian proto-techno and uplifting hard house beats that recalls Jason Nevins at his prime. Last but not least, ODD OSWALD & STEPHAN BARNEM deliver a smart industrial banger complete with unexpected twists and turns that’ll certainly do the right kind of damage on any trusted main floor.

First pressing on solid red marbled vinyl. Han Frissen is well known amongst the techno faithful. Under his Doka moniker he has carved stark sculptures and moulded absorbing soundscapes. His Konstrukt label has been a proven fertile ground, not only for Frissen but also for a spread of upcoming and established talent. Arriving on Deep Sound Channel the dutchman is ready to premiere a new alias, Yugen. Forged in the warm rhythmic patterns of his previous creations, the Nijmegen musician folds new textures and tones into his compositions. From the intimidating industrial vision of "Response," Yugen amplifies abandonment in the reduced rendition that is "Notch." The flip brightens with the gentle movements and subtle ebbs of "16916" before the organic flows and angular builds of "Inward."

Labelhead Invite returns to his own imprint with a stunning 4-track solo EP.The EP is opened by a 'Determine', a somewhat deeper track with a very simple, yet powerful sequence that is supported by a very powerful kickdrum. 'Measure' continues the vibe set on the A-side, with it's very deep low-end and hypnotising synth-sequence topped with an aggressive ride. 'Refund' - the first track on the B-side - is a very stripped down, four-to-the-floor track that feels like the type of tool-tracks you'd find on EP's back in the days. The EP is concluded by the wonderful ambiance 'Excitation' sets which is a great track for starting or ending a set. Invite's Choice is at it again with a great EP that evolves all around the style Invite is known for; chaotic sequences, oldschool, stripped down use of drum machines and deep yet powerful low-ends

Fresh from outings on Super Rhythm Trax, Killekill and Power Vacuum, Jerome Hill is back on his Don't label and presents 4 road tested tracks - each totally different from the last but with the common goal of striking out and injecting colour, fun and a good measure of "Don't" rowdiness into the Techno landscape. "Egg Roll" is a slamming broken beat Techno monster that has been extensively tested out in the field, "Scez princess" combines hardcore breaks with waspish synth riffs while over on the flip "I Know" hits hard with no messing around. The EP is finished off with the lumbering, stunted funk of "Mono Skank". Available on lovely blue marbled Vinyl.

Ruben Üvez aka Konduku (a former resident of sadly closed De School in Amsterdam) delivered this extended play: a Şeker-meditation resting in itself: You always know where you are while having no clue where it’s coming from!
Rooted in steppy beats, these 5 variations of the same insult towards your having-something-better-to-do-state-of-mind will convince you that there is more out there! Something deep, something to be explored, maybe it’s dark, but it’s definitely something connecting you to the interdimensional sphere of progression within the human-designed world-consciousness-interface of communication through music!!
Not any music but the intricate kind of one you want to experience through a club sound-system (in case you do have neighbours and spent less than 3000,- on your home-system (…or really good headphones for that matter))!
For the cover we owe eternal gratitude to Sophie Schmidt, an artist from Munich, who apart from amazing paintings sometimes delivers breathtaking performances - and we can not recommend highly enough experiencing one of those!!! Honestly: Watch them if you get the chance: You’re unlikely to experience that kind of intensity anywhere else!

For the 15 years of Terminal M festivities it was a sure step to also get back into our catalogue and obviously listened to the older releases again. And it quickly came to our mind that Monika Kruses @ Voodooamt's classic 'Passengers' album from 2003 still is a true gem. So we reworked and remastered the whole album and asked close friends to select a track they wanted to remix. Oliver Huntemann, Alberto Ruiz and Skober immediately agreed and surprised us with their great new interpretations.

The album comprises twelve tracks of melodic ambient and trip-hop, and is due out next month. The LP will be pressed up on marbled vinyl on November 6th, while the digital album is slated for November 23rd release.
This summer, Ornaments Music put out Assemblage, a dub techno collaborative project from Paul St. Hilaire and Rhauder.

Perc returns to Perc Trax for his first original release of 2020 and his first full EP since 'Three Tracks To Send To Your Ghost Producer' was released back in March 2019. 'Fire In Negative' includes three tracks adapted from his live set at Reaktor's Unpolished event in Amsterdam earlier of this year, plus another completed directly after that set when the atmosphere and energy of that event was still fresh in his mind.
Title track and opener 'Fire In Negative' fuses crushing kicks with covert art gallery recordings and the crackling flames of the title, topped off with Ventolin-esque sine tones. Another statement track from Perc, sidestepping the current trend for rave revivalism whilst matching its energy toe to toe.
'E Mono' is a classic Perc drum track, skipping big builds for an unexpected switch in the middle section, whilst 'Snare' goes in the opposite direction, breaking down into two minutes of abrasive feedback before finally kicking back in.

Since Stefano Noferini's debut release on Monika Kruse's label Terminal M Records in the beginning of 2015 he released some more of his hi quality clubtunes on his own label Deeperfect, Toolroom Trax and Stereo Productions. For these three new tracks he teamed up with Metodi Hristov from Sofia, Bulgaria's capital who's releases and remixes on Rejected, Time Has Changed and Noir Music were always sure chart toppers. Curious to see which one of the three tracks will make it too.
