COHERENCE is a new VINYL ONLY series from Be As One, a channel of expression with a different approach than the main label catalogue. Techno alumnus ORBE launch this new limited series with a double LP of dreamy, hypnotic and carefully programmed Techno.

Our next 12" comes from Mexico, delivered to you by the one and only Rodrigo Alvarez aka Rainforest, known already for his output released through Monochrome Recordings, Omni Music, Cadence Recordings, Skutta Records, or 45Seven. So once you're familiar with the said list of his affiliations, you might imagine what to expect. The most appropriate term for a common denominator to describe the content of this EP would be, let's say, 'jungle refurbished'. Feel more than welcome to explore Rainforest's world of beautifully-crafted complex drum patterns, low-frequency bass lines, and rich palettes of background samplework. We're positive that your early-morning cup of coffee can be well substituted with the powerful, fierce-percussioned 'Squad Nights'. The pensive, deep-end 'Blu Diesel Euphoria' will help you digest your daily concerns, and the exotic, desert-inspired 'Sound Tribe' will give you a strong energy boost. The digital bonus, 'Depth of the City', tones things down a bit, offering a perfect soothing ending to the whole story. Besides launching his fresh Bodybuilder Quartet series (QSB), inaugurated by Scott Franka, Nachtbraker unveils yet another Quartet: four records in the The Trophy Quartet series (QST). Both these two Quartets will be released over the course of the next two years. The Trophy series will cover the warmer side of the house music spectrum. And who better than Parisian boy-wonder Tell (Banoffee Pies, Skylax, Rutilance) to kick off proceedings with the brilliant 'Faster Than Light' EP. Last year he released 'Hope Springs Eternal' on QS003 which was an overnight succes after getting rinsed by heavyweights like Jeremy Underground and Detroit Swindle, so a proper solo EP was inevitable. On the A1 Tell serves up some intergalactic French filter house dubbed 'Faster Than Light', which brings back the Daft Punk and Armand van Helden vibes of our Walkman-days. We all just love filters, admit it. Its true. Next up is 'Ya'll Feel That Honey (Paradise Mix)', a tune with undeniable swing and moody chords that ultimately collide beautifully with a delectable big room piano riff that will stay in your head for days. B1 opens with a leisurely-paced jam called 'What Can U Do For Me'. It's the 'pretty one' of the EP, the one girls fall in love with and boys hate to love because they know he's hot stuff. A high pitched vocal, asking what you can do for her, flies over rubbery Rhodes chords with neat percussion keeping you on the groove. The EP closes with B2 'Vamos A La Playa'. Keywords: coconuts, sand, bikini, six-pack and tan. Vamos! Large and in charge.

Christian B and Lavvy Levan's Friday Fox Recordings release the first instalment of their "Sounds from the Den". The vinyl 4 tracker showcasing more underground talent from around the world and hidden gems from the Friday Fox vault. After recent Top 20 Traxsource and Juno tracks this year for Friday Fox this is sure to cause a stir. Including tracks from Christian B and Lavvy Levan themselves, Rudi Botha and Miggza (South Afirca), Fatty Mombassa (UK) and Romi Buns (Canada) there's something to set every dancefloor on fire.

Red Robin
Making music literally since he can think and being able to read notes before he was actually able to read, Robin grew up
with classical piano, drums and percussion, spending days in front of the radio, waiting for his favorite songs to be played
so he'd be able to record them, trying to put together special selections of songs, collections of different moods, which he
would listen to when driving in the car with his father. All this, and of course playing in bands from Metal to Hip Hop and
from Punkrock to Funk, have helped Robin develop an extraordinary wide musical horizon and a very special intuition
and understanding of music that keeps spilling out of him like a source that never dries out as soon as he lays his hands
on any DJ-gear.
But not only as a DJ with residencies at the legendary Bar 25, Kater Holzig (now Kater Blau) and Watergate in Berlin or
Villa Nova in Hamburg Robin has earned his good reputation. Releases on labels such as Platzhirsch, Trapez ltd or
Kater Mukke (just to name a few) have underscored his standing in the world of electronic music and made the name
Red Robin stand for quality music & quality time.

Defcon / Plankton Jens Strüver since the eighties, working as a DJ and is co-founder of the label m = minimal. He curated the edition "ConStruct" with Conrad Schnitzler and obtained under the project name J.R. Plankton, Borngräber & Strüver and Kreuzberg with its own creations and collaborations international attention. He also works with Dirk Schlömer as "circuit" and
produced albums with Ernstalbrecht Stiebler.
Robert Defcon works as a journalist, artist and gallery in Berlin. He has published "3000 Bold" several books, including
the biography Interview with Einstürzende Neubauten, electronic and hiphop albums, including comprador ions with
Chilly Gonzales, and the two radio hits "City Boy" and.
Defcon and Strüver a longstanding friendship and love for unlimited music. As "Plankton vs Defcon" publish in 2016 their
first joint plate.

Zuckermann
Zuckermann's work is about developing electronic (dance) music further, so it stays on top of a contemporary lifestyle with its corresponding party and listening experiences.
In order to do this he uses unlikely but fitting references to other genres (classical, experimental 20th century music, jazz, children's songs...), non-musical ideas and sounds, as well as contemporary conceptual thinking to craft his tracks. His
approach aims partly at avoiding lazy cliches and partly at the fun of deconstructing the usual retro formulas we all know
too well. In the end, it is about creating a truly post-techno(logical) Techno. This Post-Techno is deepened electronic music with an experimental, multi-perspective approach and a serious attitude that will nevertheless rock dancefloors. Zuckermann has released on a number of up-and-coming German labels (among them - FormResonance run by Wareika's singer Florian Schirmacher), but has now turned his focus to Lebensfreude Records where he released his rather interesting solo album Serendipity in March 2014.

Shimza, real name Ashley Raphala, is one of South Africa's brightest young talents. 'Ascendent", his 4 tracks debut E.P. on Cadenza reveals solid production skills and an innate instinct for peak-time bangers. The opening track, 'Congo Congo' is a dark ride over abysmal tom-tom drums, lively percussions and a gloomy bass lead, ignited dramatically by an ensemble of wide synthetic stabs and chords. In its 'Dub- Mix", the drums and the percussion become lighter without diminishing its dynamic tension. The overall weight of the leads and the stabs is reduced, leaving more space to its intense piano and string chords and swinging sub bass. 'Shimza - Secret Melodies' starts with an obscure bass line, but the intense twist of fractioned rolls and arpeggios bring an ascending piano progression that quickly blooms into an uplifting symphony. 'Selector' is a deeper cut that keeps the gaze on the dancefloor: the incessant hand clapping and a cloud of low frequencies bumps unexpectedly drag its hypnotic harmonies into a breath-taking drop.

For the projects 5th release we welcome Russian Artist Toki Fuko. The label continues to source deeper soundscapes and Toki delivers a hypnotic collection of deep techno grooves with rhythmic sequencing where he absorbs inspiration from the world that surrounds him. Over the years he has worked with musicians such as Joaschim Spieth, Estroe, Hernan Catanneo, Wareika, Brendon Moeller, and published on incredible labels such as Affin, Star Dub, Rosedale and Slowdance. Elliot Project is proud to showcase this 3 track EP which illustrates the incredible talent of Toki Fuko and Tagir who provides a special edit for 'Sept'.

The third output for the PRRUKBLK series is a special one. The Planet Rhythm team came up with an all-star line up consisting out of Rotterdam techno-stalwart 'Bas Mooy', LA based Modularz Head Honcho 'Developer', Berlin resident 'P.E.A.R.L.' and newcomer 'Von Grall'. Developer opens up the A side with a repetitive quest called 'Clench Of Fist'that lingers on and contains minimal yet powerful changes. Berlin Based P.E.A.R.L. delivers a somewhat harder effort with 'Ordeal III' Bas mooy opens up the B-side with the utterly rugged 'Thorfytt' newcomer Von Grall closes down the 12'' with the mystic 'Under A stone'

Noho records presents Hairy Edits ep, which gathers a bunch of artists at ease with the tape, already well known for their projects in the Brenta Studios as Muscle Records. Sagats & Madi Grein make up the brand new Brenta duo, stay tuned! The mysterious funky man Caio. Steve Murphy certainly needs no introduction, his productions with Die Roh duo and the legendary dj octopus raise the wind in Chicago! Last but not the least, another tape son, the great Sir Leon Greg (incarnation of Perseus Traxx)! His works on future flash and warehouse classic won the appreciation of the Noho guys. Highly Recommended!!

Planet Rhythm teams up with Rotterdam techno operation TH Tar Hallow and releases a collection of tracks by artists that have frequently appeared on the cult label. Deep down westcoast electronics by respected artists such as Klankman, Charlton, labelboss Thanos Hana and Rhyw. Klankman opens up this 4-track VA with the ominous "Can Not Use that Command On Overlapping Selections". Berlin based Rotterdammer "Charlon" follows up with the heavy arps and outgoing drums of "Profiler". Thanos Hana opens up the B side with the tough techno cut "The Injury Pattern" and berlin based "Rhyw" closes down the varied slice of vinyl with the moving "MKFBTB".

Back in June 2016, Riva Starr first appeared on Moon Harbour with a raw remix of Paul C & Paolo Martini's 'Rotation', which turned out to be a track that quickly found its way into some key DJ bags and stood out in myriad sets this summer. Now the Italian house talent is back to make his full debut with a solo EP entitled It Is True that is packed with real dance floor heat.Riva Starr burst onto the scene in 2010 with a playful and off-kilter house sound full of curious samples and kinked grooves. Since then he has solidified his singular style with three studio albums and 30 odd EPs on labels like Defected, Dirtybird and Casual. Of course, he also heads up his own Snatch! Records, which has become a bastion of big tunes thanks to his expert A&R. Up first here, the title track features acclaimed Manchester vocalist and producer DNCN, and is the sort of full fat and bouncy tech cut that keeps clubs locked to the dance floor. Cavernous bass loops and upright drums are joined by his tender male vocals and they add some truly heartfelt emotion to Starr's irresistible groove.The excellent 'Akitune' is more direct, with a punchy drum line keeping you on your toes as synths ride up the scale in playful fashion. Always taking you higher, there is an inherent sense of tension that builds and builds without ever releasing, and for that reason this one is sure to prove irresistible to dancers and DJs alike. A shorter DJ Tool edit is also included and features some percolating synths, woozy chords and reversed vocal sounds that will bring a real sense of craziness to any set.This EP manages to be to the point and effective without sacrificing any of Riva Starr's textbook production charm.

SpunOff opens the first door of a new french vinyl label, Stratos Rec, with his Portal EP. This label bring us into an artistic travel
between techno to ambient, experimental music and art. It aims at being a little different, inviting at each release a guest who is totally free to do an edit of the originals tracks as he want, and a part of the artwork of the vinyl. We want to confront different styles and brains and let's see what's happens. For the STR001, the young Parisian, SpunOff, give us three powerful, dark & energetic techno tracks. The guest is above all a visual artist. But also a Dj & producer. Brother of the famous Richie Hawtin, Matthew takes parts of different originals tracks and constitute a eight minutes ambient & experimental edit. Definitly an interesting work add to this EP who take you out of yourself. The label design have been done by a french artist & photographer, David Souenellen. Matthew Hawtin draws up the B-side visual.

Following on from previous standout Inhouse compilations on Moon Harbour comes the latest instalment,
Volume 6. This time with 12 exclusive tracks presented digitally and on a 2 x 12' vinyl pack, young label
associate Marco Faraone has also gone to work on fusing them all together into one magical set that will
be available upon release. The compilation features music from a range of producers - some have been
with the label a while, some are newer recruits, but all of them fit in with the internationally acclaimed and
renowned Moon Harbour aesthetic.

London based East End Dubs is first up with the suitably dubby 'Maze,' a slightly creepy track that bumps
and grinds with lots of moody atmosphere. Stepping up through the gears with his bulky, bass driven loops
is then Andrea Oliva who first appeared on the label back in 2013, whilst Dan Drastic and label boss
Matthias Tanzmann team up again for their 'Arcade'. It's a spooky, stripped back house roller with a breezy
groove at its heart.

New recruits Chris Wood & Meat, frequent collaborators from Frankfurt, then turbo charge the compilation
with their excellently urgent and energetic track 'So Far Away', then former Minus staple Barem serves up
a rattling, kinetic track full of percussive energy that will get arms flailing on the dancefloor. Next up, Marco
Faraone goes deep with his deliciously driven 'Mirror Coat', featuring muttered vocals, spooky
instrumentals and humid ambiance that really seeps its way into your soul.

Label regulars Luna City Express score a hit once more with the widescreen tech and spoken word
consciousness of 'Get High', and fellow Moon Harbour staple Sven Tasnadi contributes the haunted late
night house charms of 'Special Places'. Sable Sheep is one of the label's new generation of talents and
gets all booty focussed and bouncy with his hard hitting jam 'Pilgrim', before the always on point Detlef
then conjures up an intoxicating vibe with his feathery light, minimal house jam 'Forenote'. Then come Paul
C & Paolo Martini, who get all slinky, silky and seductive with their metallic, loopy 'Speed Machine' track
and newest label member Cera Alba from the UK closes things down with his raw, hardcore deep house
hitter 'Voltage.'

This compilation once again proves that Moon Harbour evolves and experiments with subtle new sounds
each year. What's more, the label always stays true to their groove focussed, dancefloor aligned house
sound whether they call upon experienced old stars or hot new protégés alike.

Ben Buitendijk has made himslef a name since he received great support from UK live performer Steve O'Sullivan. At the end of
2013, Ben released Promised Land on Steve's' Mosaic Split Series (Part One). One year later, Ben was in charge of the first release of Roger Gerressen's new imprint OGUN Records on which he presented his very first solo EP Magnitude (OGUN001). Finally, it's in March 2015 that Ben took the plunge when he launched his owm imprint Oblique Music and released his second solo EP, but first release of the label, Venomous (OBQ001), followed early June by his Past and Present EP (OBQ002). Ben is blossoming. We're therefore glad to welcome him and his mate Koen Hoets (release debut) on An der Grenze.
On the occasion of its second release, LumièresLaNuit and TONESERIES co-founder, Edouard, is glad to welcome Rotterdam-based duo Ben Buitendijk & Koen Hoets's Coordinated EP (ADG002) on An Der Grenze.
Coordinated EP presents two tracks relating to two different spots, so two different atmospheres. Whereas 51°54'01.6"N
4°28"05.0"E corresponds with the Maastunel in Rotterdam that connects the banks of the Nieuwe Maas, 51°54'33.0"N
4°29"13.7"E matches the Erasmusbrug (Erasmus Bridge), a combinedcable-stayed and bascule bridge in the center of Rotterdam connecting the north and the south parts of the city. Whereas the A-side presents a techno and trippy side, the B-side reveals a more atmospheric and percussive one.
In summary, both tracks are quite linear, a linearity that hypnotises and sucks the listener up till bringing him in a trance that
makes him feeling in another dimension.

For its third release Forbidden Behaviours is hosting Enzo Pietropaolo with his "All over again" EP which represents the return of the Berlin based DJ to music production after a decade long hiatus. He has gained support across the globe as one of the hottest techno producers around which has seen him get lots of support from Adam Beyer on all of the most recent Drumcode Radio Live podcasts. As a Dj, Harvey has played some of the biggest clubs around the world and has an exceptional skill to read the crowd.

Harvey's highly anticipated single starts with the title track 'Lost' that comprises of a catchy
vocal hook and rhythmic synth stabs to set the mood. This is layered over a straight, serious

The Drumcode A-Sides compilation is quickly becoming an important fixture within the techno world as a go to compilation for the hottest tracks. Mixing both highly experienced and new artists helps to bring a new dimension to the compilation that makes it such a special array of tracks. Following the rapturously received top ten album 'Our Love', which has dominated end-of-year lists, Caribou has revealed a gloriously layered remix of 'Your Love Will Set You Free' by the one and only Carl Craig.

structures and analogue deep house/techno flavors there's a lot of things to discover inside. "Coaster"

Kanja Records is sincerely honored to present its fifth vinyl release, based on a concept called Sunday Mornings. With this series of releases we will focus on that warm up, early morning, after party gems and slowly fading away from peak time music. Our philosophy behind this concept is that the focus goes to the tracks being timeless, and music that you can listen to in every time of day and night. Music that offers a vast variety, but in the end coming together in that sweet and warm morning glory.
Varuth by Olvap was definitely our first pick for the first track on this release. Warm and complex structure is something you will find expressed in all of his releases, especially with the track he presented on this release.
Holnap by Ztrl perfectly sits beside our opening track. Minimalistic beats and nice, smooth atmospheres really nicely round up the first side of this release.
Hoodwink by Jhobei stands strongly on our b side, with broken up beats and sweet atmospheric pads he surely deserves a place on our Sunday Mornings series.
Disperare by De La Munte is the final track on this vinyl release. A really special track, that has a very mysterious sentimental vibe nicely rounds up our fifth release.

"Perth" is a prime-example of the Bulgarian producer's unstoppable good times ware. Taken from "Playground", the three versions here are dripping with grease. Simina who is married to Paul Kalkbrenner for almost two years gives her remix treatment to his track - Kleines Bubu' from the 2011 album - Icke wieder'.
