All Vinyl New Releases - News

A handful of cables, laptops and a few dusty machines are all it takes to make music. On Stiff Little Spinners Vol. 8 this is proven once again with seven exclusive tracks by Thomas Atzmann, Rampue, Kalipo, Krink, Paradise Hippies, Gimmix and Monopohl. The eighth edition of the Stiff Little Spinners compilation is ready for the next demolition party with a mix of modern deep house, slow jams & dreamy techno future classics. 01 Thomas Atzmann - Skagerrak After a longer release break, Thomas Atzmann delivers the first sure shot of this record. Skaggerrak convinces from the beginning with spheric ambience and tom-tom grooves, dissolving in a wash of big synth emotions. 02 Rampue - Der König und der Vogel King Rampue dishes out an A+ Slow Jam. Minimalistic in the beginning, this track leadsyou directly via screwed vocals to a cosmic breakdown of intoxicating emotions. All of it with a beautifully relaxed bpm. 03 Kalipo - Gernkraftwerk The manifold producer is on the ticket as per ususal - this time with a detroit-y neo trance attack. With the appropriate volume this tune can lead to loss of gravity. 04 Krink - Dazed This track is tuning feedback into filters and synth stabs in your face as if there was no tomorrow. Some tunes will always instill hope that's it's possible to dance forever and never go home. 05 Paradise Hippies - Prosecco Mate The last hippies of Hamburg bring proof that two rad dudes together make an extremely rad pair.

After Basti Grub's great remixwork for our latest release from Anna Reusch we are even more happy to also welcome this exceptional artist on board of our family. With his countless releases for Deeperfect and Suara the German DJ/producer doesn't have anything to prove anymore. We are sure you'll find your favorite out of these 3 great tracks.

Planet Rhythm latest vinyl contribution comes by Rennes based producer Berg Jaar.
Berg comes as a true addition to the ever growing PRRUK reportoire. Firm drums and sturdy FX serve as the backbone of his contribution. With little info to be found about the french producer
this release serves as the perfect example of the adventurous mode that Planet Rhythm currently finds itself in. Moody yet intrusive in many ways.

180 Gramm Vinyl Only

3 is the magic number...
Our third release brings a combination of sounds from some new members to the 4Plae Crew.
A:
Italian producer Alessio Viggiano has been knuckling down, with releases on some well respected labels, his music is getting noticed all over the globe. 'Where Is My Drink' demonstrates his sound perfectly, showing what he can do behind the controls.
Tomas Saenz and Rodrigo DP have also been turning heads internationally in the last few months. Both their solo works and collaborations with each other have been played at many a party. We are happy to have them join the family, with their track entitled '1212Y'.
B:
Label head ADMNTi incorporates his skippy hats with some vocal cuts in his first track on the series. 'Clima' opens the B Side up for more of a London sound that continues with the last track on the release...
Jordan and Shai have been friends of the label for a while, and their productions have gone down a storm in London, Mannheim and various other cities. 'Vibrations' infuses garage sounds with modern house - a combination that can be heard on the duo's track 'Diversity' which featured on Entity:London's second release.

One evening in 2005, Rollmottle and Tony Watson as 'Project Sandro' produced 'Blazer' before a night out in Downtown Los Angeles with Maurice Fulton. 'Blazer' was a vision of the city, the sun, the sand, the smog, the swimsuits and slices of watermelon.
When 'Blazer' was released it was a hard sell. It was too weird, too slow, too...something The record sat untouched for almost a year. Eventually, the boys gave one to their kind bud, DJ Harvey. Once Harvey dropped it at FK's Deep Space in NYC, people started to understand. Soon after, a Japanese distributor called and purchased all 300 copies and the record sold out almost immediately. And thus, the beginning of this record's mythos began. A few recognized 'Blazer's' impact early on — a couple years after its initial release, Gerd Jansen licensed it for Sonar Kollektiv's 'Computer Incarnations For World Peace II' and Rong licensed it for 'Rong Music Presents Non-Stop Vol. 1.' It remained largely impossible to find though, and much to Project Sandro's dismay, it started selling on Discogs for $80.
But it was always clear people wanted to hear 'Blazer.' And now for the first time in 10 years, it appears on its home imprint in a special 10 year anniversary limited edition of white vinyl. Project Sandro hopes people are ready for it this time!

2DIY4 ("to die for"), the sublabel of Diynamic Music, is embarking onto a new journey. With this forthcoming release 2DIY4 is starting a new chapter in its history, turning away from the classic 4/4 House formula and towards new, outstanding and sincere Indie Downtempo Electronica music.

With a highly artistic approach, it aims to paint a holistic picture that shapes its identity with all inherent components - sonic and visual. The golden thread that runs through it all is the question "what would you die for" - creatively replied to by the artists.

The first artist under the label's new identity is Lunar Plane, consisting of identical twin brothers Emre and Mert from Istanbul. They answered: "We would die for each other, so the first thing comes to mind is twinhood." Together with LA-based October's Child on the vocals, they deliver the first of many chilling Electronica EPs for 2DIY4.

repressed !

Icy polyrhythms, stinging acid, modulated reflections, and hallucinatory waves percolate through the latest solo EP from Rrose. Starting deceptively crisp and dry, all three tracks ooze with the kind of slow building, multi-layered intensity that typify Rrose releases.

Rrose returns to Eaux with three new spellbinding techno tracks. "Levitate" starts patiently with cosmic difference tones and sub bass bursts leading to the sudden drop of hammering, polyrhythmic drums, while "Vellum" is a syncopated, percussion-heavy ride through frequency modulated peaks and belly-churning valleys. On side B, "Signs" takes us on an extended journey made up of resonant kicks and inner-ear arpeggios that fold in on themselves until they finally become invisible...

"Tujurikkuja have found themselves in a very interesting zone of analogue sibilance, waveform transmission and ferric rhythmic pulse. Chris Dixon and Johsua Kit Clayton have quipped about their project being "ambient nihilism" and there are threads connecting their dilated industrial dub to the Californian dystopias revealed through Factrix and Thought Broadcast. Yet for all the naysaying that is rampant in the current cultural dialogue of the Bay Area, Dixon and Clayton let an undercurrent of optimism crack through the malaise."

Fuse sub-label Infuse drops the 'Dirtdrive' EP by Einzelkind this January, opening 2014 for the imprint with a heavy hitting two-tracker.

Einzelkind has been a driving force in the world of underground house music for nearly a decade, rising to fame through releases on Get Physical, Playhouse, Mule Electronic, Cocoon and WHITE as well as the infamous La Peña and Pressure Trax (run with Frost) imprints.

Here Einzelkind joins the Infuse roster, once again bringing up-front dance floor focused grooves, following on from a string of various artist releases that kick started the label.
Title track 'Dirtdrive' is up first, a subtly evolving, ethereal number fuelled by cavernous atmospheres, a vigorous tom-driven rhythm and an amalgamation of processed spoken word vocal licks.

While the latter stages introduce an infectious resonant bass hook to further stimulate the heady, mind-bending feel of the record.

Then on the flip side we have 'Bless' which tips the focus towards direct 4/4 percussion, rumbling sub bass, crowd recordings, Latin speech and jazzy piano rolls. Creating another piece instilled with the distinctive Einzelkind sound, nodding to the La Peña productions and embodying a chuggy insistent groove for the peak-time hours.

Kia ora to Ipolynesia! The electronic island where shakin' coconut grooves and flowin' melodies are served round the clock by some beautiful islanders right on the sandy shores. And for this record the two castaways Bunched (Grain Audio, Mangue) and Tinush (Ton Liebt Klang, Ostfunk) were washed up on the sandy, white shores of Ipolynesia to spread some danceable tunes for sunny days and sweat nights. And look there: Our natives Alec Troniq and Mentalic also just climbed down the palm trees to mix some shakes for the castaways. And their sound fits just like the girls who dance to it. So see you all on Ipolynesia. Kia ora and koutou katou!

Today Johannes makes his debut on Stephan Bodzin's, Herzblut Recordings. His wondrous three track selection sees him treat us to the beautifully smooth and deep, "High Five." The spritely keys and squelchy bass of "No Mind" and the bass-heavy and dare we say it, trippy, "Tryptamine."

With almost 50 digital releases in the space of 8 years, it's about time we gave the vinyl junkies what they want: Lazerslut on wax. An intense studio period recently took place and the three originals on this release come straight from the obscure soul of Miro, a genius mind backed by two decades worth of music production experience. The EP comes topped with a remix by Troy Pierce.

A1: I Believe In You is unerringly THE Pajic-sound! On a tight groovin' bass line, the low sneaking voice babbles on a bubbling background until a nasty squeak makes the track go mad.

A2: Ghetto Haus has nothing to do with today's G-House movement. It's Miro's definition of a loopy voice cut, grazing on a seemingly endless cheep with a dirty bass to match.

On the B-Side, Troy Pierce delivers a masterful slice of weirdness with the Jak Da Beat Remix of I Believe In You. The Items&Things producer induces mysterious spaces on a beat full of suspense, creating an ideal backdrop for those more special experiences.

Last but not least, See The Stars shows once again how tight rhythms can be. Shuffled hats and well-directed bass stabs create the flow for a trippy, grinding voice - very sexy. Not one to be missed!

This year we have reached our long term goal as a label which was to expand our releases into the wax department. We feel like we've done a good job bringing upcoming and original local talent to the surface so far and it is only fitting that our first vinyl release is done by the Icelandic duo David & Hjalti. The duo has been busy with the production since their arrival from Manchester and have played a number of great live sets underlining their skills as producers. We feel that this release is the high standard we set ourselves before going vinyl and that this is just a small first step in a fruitful beginning for the producers David & Hjalti.

Tensei Records is a new project emerging from the undergound scene of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Pikun & Salah Deux join forces and deliver Are Hara, the first release of the label. A blend of organic, hypnotic percussion and abstract synthesizers. A unique combination of grooves and controlled atmospheres.

The venerable German record label Construct Rhythm strikes back with the a new collectors item vinyl release The Prime Selection Series One EP, the EP contains 4 uncompromising pounding deep techno productions at its best !

Volupso 6 is from Italy and delivered by Riccardo Rizza, 2 groovy tech house tracks, perfectly fitting for the dancefloor, accompanied by a remix on the flipside from Alex Celler who delivers his Eprone Dub Version. Enjoy xx

RELIGIO is glad to present the first VA series of the label rigorosely on Vinyl only.

A side is from Lillo and Fulvio Ruffert & Gregorio Serasin, both Minimal and deep tunes, Lillo's track is more big deep bass and bouncy instead the creature from Fulvio and his mate is focused on the mesmering soundscapes and deep dub melodies..

B side is from FNR and Kitkalt the FNR tune is very organic and sexy and from his kind of producing very analog stuff taste, Kitkalt delivers a more techy track, dark and shiny at the same time, a tune for smashing the dance floor..

A good VA for RELIGIO a black wax for all kind of situation!
