When it comes to Ibiza compilations there really is nowhere else to look other than those from the Cr2 Records camp who have regularly released the best---selling Ibiza albums year after year featuring some of the biggest artists in the house and mainroom scene.

2015 is no different and stands well out from the crowd as it features no less than three outstanding mixes; one from up and coming man of the moment Parisian Mr Gonzo, one from currently one of the most talked about tropical house producers Matthew Heyer and, adding his own huge prowess on the EDM and electronic scene, the absolutely mighty Borgore from the U.S. Included in the main version of the album will be an Ibiza classics selection and there will also be a Brazil only version featuring local and well---established electronic artist Mario Fischetti. Withover 60 tracks and three DJ mixes including some of the biggest artists from the world of dance music such as Borgore, Flux Pavilion, Pierce Fulton, Eddie Thoneick, Robbie Rivera, Steve Angello, Eric Prydz, Chuckie, Oliver Heldens, Mr Gonzo, Mob Serenade, Prok& Fitch, MYNC, Deorro, Lee Cabrera, House Of Virus, The Golden Boy, Hardrive, Matthew Heyer, Dave Silcox, and many, many more.

THIS IS THE OFFICIAL SOUNDTRACK TO IBIZA 2015!

Summer is with us once more and its time for the 6th instalment of the Beach Disco sessions. Six years of summer music for the sun yup time flies. This year (as in 2014) we have enlisted the help of the highly able DJ skills of "Situation" from the west country of the UK. Ben Vacara and Mr Mullato have done a swell job of selecting and mixing a fine slice of Balearic disco summer for the 17 track CD.

Things open up from the left field and 1980. Mysteriously mislaid tapes from Roland Romanelli and Jannick Top, who had just finished on sessions for Space /(Magic Fly) 3rd album. A slow burner opener. Next we head off Vilnius, Lithuania where Downtown Party Network present a slice of chunky nu disco grooviness. Beach Disco hosts Situation are next up with their "Get To Know Me" a fine slice of soul-disco party, vocal house. Next its jazzy house disco with "County Clonk" with Norwegian Nordic disco-meister Lindstrom on the quirky remix.

Audio Luxury from Russia give us "Every Kiss" and Situation give us some sunrays with "Here Comes The Sun". Next, Canaries Island resident Ilya Santana hits us up with a brand new tune the hypnotic "Hypo-Disco". Next we take a trip back to the 80s with Bill Laswells Material partnering with the Chic man Niles Rodgers for some of those un-mistakable guitar chops. Bronx Dogs then get bass guitar groovy followed by Ruff Dugs mix on the classic "Ditry Talk" by Klein and MBO (the song that inspired Blue Monday).

On July 6th Lockah follows up his recent 'And Blue Brindle Too' EP (which picked up support from Fader & Noisey) with a new long player, 'It Gets More Cloudy...', which furthers his stylistic progression, integrating a host of live instruments and vintage synthesizers into his set up - all recorded in a remote Sussex studio featuring guitar by Mount Bank and drums from Lockah himself.

IGMC finds Lockah reaching for pop driven melodies, delivering joyous moments of funked out basslines, ear worm synth lines and beats drawing from a rich palette of electronic music from the past and present creating original music with a unique personality.

Following a series of releases on Mad Decent, Mishka, Activia Benz & Donky Pitch as well as his Tuff Wax imprint, Lockah released his debut album 'Yahoo Or The Highway' via Donky Pitch in 2014, gaining support from Pitchfork, XLR8R, Dummy & Resident Advisor. He has remixed Hundred Waters, Danny Brown, Jaw Jam & Slugabed, provided guest mixes for Diplo on BBC Radio 1 & Dummy Mag and played shows across the UK, Europe and Australia.

Butterz have finally got their own studios, and this is the first music to come out of their new found home. Royal-T, DJ Q and Flava D lean towards their UK Garage roots on both versions. The Day Mix, designed in the spirit of the 'Tropical' style Royal-T & DJ Q have explored previously alongside JME and Preditah in the series of the same name. The night mix is a chilled out version at 125 bpm, something typically out of the Butterz palette. But in this rare case we get to hear these producers explore something outside of what they would play in their peak time main room set environment. This is the first of many collaborations from the trio who individually are some of the brightest stars in the UK Underground right now.

Majestic Casual represents new electronic music - chillout, experimental, garage, house, pop, hip-hop, indie and many more. It's part of the Majestic brand established over a year ago, and was one of the first audiovisual music blogs of its kind on YouTube. The Majestic Casual YouTube channel now serves 1.7 million subscribers and has amassed 366 million views to date, and has an especially strong following in the UK, appealing to both the male and female demographic.

Seldom does a sequel outshine its predecessor

Often attempted, rarely executed: the second chapter's potential pitfalls are vast and varied. Especially if the forerunner was as much as a runaway success as 'Majestic Casual: Chapter 1'.
Not just number one in the iTunes Electronic charts on both side of the Atlantic Ocean, iTunes also declared 'Majestic Casual: Chapter 1' one of their electronic albums of 2013. Early signs of this success were evident the day the album released when one single late night TV commercial caused Twitter meltdown with the album becoming a top trend within seconds.

The bench set ridiculously high, Majestic Casual return with 'Chapter 2'. And guess what It's yet another spotless success in every possible way. The selection, the dynamic, the presentation... Even the timing is spot on: music as deep, sparkly and soulful as this is tailor-made for the summer.

Two years and 1.7 million subscribers deep into their unique curatorial adventure, Majestic Casual remain unstoppable. Dedicated to new musical discoveries, it's the perfect boundary-free home for music that defies stale, conventional genre brackets. The remit is simple: if the music makes you feel something, if it provides those special sensations deep inside, you'll find it on Majestic. From pastoral, futuristic folk to straight up feel-good house music via shimmering, soft-focus delicate downtempo, Majestic Casual is a snapshot of the most exceptional electronic music. Each track complemented with hazy, ambiguous and sexy imagery, the channel is home to some of the most exceptional snapshots, too

Nothing represents this better than 'Majestic Casual: Chapter 2'. Building on the firm foundations of the inaugural collection last winter, this sophomore set digs deeper than before, unearthing future classics from your favourite producers of today and tomorrow. From the influential and well-established (Empire Of The Sun, Nile Rodgers,Snakehips, Joe Goddard, AlunaGeorge) to the blisteringly fresh (Crystal Bats, Pascäal, AOSOON), from heart-stopping songwriting (Sampha's 'Too Much') to show-stopping grooves (Bodhi's 'Imperfection'), 'Majestic Casual: Chapter Two' represents the channel's finest talent-spotting, tastemaking and selection skills at a level it has yet to express before.

Delivered across two dynamic mixes that flutter from fast to slow, deep to delicate, vibrant to subdued with narrative allure, 'Majestic Casual: Chapter Two' isn't just exceptional, it's the exception to the rule that most sequels aren't a patch on their predecessor.
To be continued

Musical explorer Debruit returns with a new solo album 'Outside The Line', set for release through his new imprint ICI.

After drifting far at sea, Debruit is reaching the coast of an imaginary land where ancient west Africa cohabits with 80's New York. Hooked on a theme of "African coldwave", 'Outside The Line' collects unexpected musical flotsam, combining polyrhythmic dance patterns with synthetic machine music. Its a territory where the chant heavy, minimal strut of 'Separated Together' rubs up against DFA-style dub-disco on 'Shock' and hi-tempo shenanigans on 'Transverse'.

French producer and musician Xavier Thomas aka Debruit is a musical explorer who imagines alternate worlds and the way they'd sound. He plays with time and disparate sounds, molding static dimensions and geographical borders into new asymmetrical audio forms. His music is electronic but with a human feel.

Marcin Cichy (Meeting by Chance / Skalpel / Ninja Tune) is a multi-talented artist from Wroclaw Poland , an expert in sound design, ambient and cinematographic sounds. His music can be described as an original hybrid of dub and minimal with granular sound design, ambient sounds and unique quality sound.

This is a very special release for the Spanish label Lovemonk - a wonderful project with a great outcome. ING Direct filmed the accompanying music video to raise funds for Unicef. They will use these funds to build schools in Africa. And Lovemonk was in charge of the music. Yuri Mendez from Pajaro Sunrise and Barcelona's up and coming house music star Clip! joined forces and under the name "Conundrums" they produced "Keep On Dancing". The package comes with remixes by Berlin's Xxxy and two totally different remixes by Clip!

Ju'Go presents his first Feature-EP together with Mat, a Berlin DJ and producer . "Different Moves" distinguishes itself by deep basses and instruments full of sound like saxophone or piano which operate harmoniously in the interplay together. The powerful piece of music is rounded by remixes of Oliver Schories, Melokind and Vamos Art, who also indicate the gentle side of the EP.

Guillotine is an electronic music duo from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Saulo Pais (Dada Attack) and Zeno Mainardi. To create these tracks, they used a heavy setup of analog electronic equipment. This resulted in three raw eclectic techno tracks with a sharp edge. Equipment: Korg MS-20, Roland TR-808, Simmons Clap Trap, Serge Modular System, LinnDrum LM-2, Roland CR-8000, Roland TR-707, Star Instruments Inc Synare 2, Lell USD, Moog Voyager, Moog Opus-3

17th edition of the legendary seire "In Bed With Space", double CD mixed and selected by KID CHRIS, the first album and the second electro house deep house.

Marcel Lune delivers his 'Sounds From The Desert Gully' L.P, featuring twelve tracks from the Bristol based artist.

In 2013 Marcel Lune was named "a prodigious new talent", having caught the eye of several industry names with his Intergalactic Dance Floor Massacre EP. Amongst these were Gilles Petterson, Addison Groove and Rustie. Having just dropped his second, self-titled, EP on Tony Thorpe's Studio Rockers, this artist now brings you his debut full length album, 'Sounds From The Desert Gully' on the same label. It features guest vocals from 21-year old Californian producer and rapper Lee Laamaj.

The album includes one track from that first EP, the lilting, drunken beat of Eight Legged Elephant, which fits in alongside Marcel's newer cuts like Voyager and Gully Rhythm. All 12 tracks offer maximalist, genre spanning grooves.

Nookula, a jazzy hip-hop influenced track employing muted trumpet samples and flowing disco strings to build things, before unfolding into a funk-infused groove.

Recent single Fantasia is drenched in sweet, multi-tracked vocals from Reading based singer Haze, a former winner of the BBC New Songwriter award.

Seawolf continues with the hiphop tinged vibes. West-coast rap talent Lee Laamaj sings and lays down some playful rhymes over slowed down crunchy handclaps and glitched up G-Funk keys on Cali '96.

Voids offers some squelchy pads over a break beat loop that drops after a couple of minutes. The manic sound continues on Soul Beat Runner and D'Angelo - a couple of rough-cut 2 step numbers before Marcel's ability to craft his trademark choppy funk is summed up in Under The Willo and, closing track, Only You.

"We're big fans of French synthpop like Jacno, Deux, Ruth and Serge Blenner. This kind of playful synthetic sound mixed with weird and sometimes depressing poetry had a big influence on us as kids and as musicians," reveal the French duo DAT POLITICS. Since 1999, Claude Pailliot and Gaetan Collet have been working on music shaped by those influences, without referring to them directly. Drone, noise and musique concrète are points of reference that clearly come through in their electronic songs to this day and are also closely related to pop music.

Rudeboyz are Massive Q, Andile-T and Menchess from Durban. They make Gqom (or Gqomu or Igqom), raw, dark and hypnotic South African house music rooted in the townships of Durban, and shared with the world via the internet and social media. Gqom blares out at makeshift clubs, taxis and shopping malls, it is THE music in Durban. Gqom roughly translated from Zulu to 'Bang' or 'Hit' - It's uncompromising and stripped back music geared for the dancefloor. This EP has been a long time coming. Internet in Durban is woeful, which explains why a lot of tunes are at lower bit rates and equally why this release has been so long in the making. The EP opens with Get Down - the most direct and punishing of the four tracks with a punching synth and unrelenting kicks that do not deviate from their rhythm or their cause. Mercedes Song and Mitsubishi Song are odes to legendary presses of the pills that fuel the parties that run through the night. They roll for six unsettling minutes a piece - a long ominous drone underpinning the pounding beats. On Mercedes Song TD Snax adds to the unease as he shouts and yelps in Zulu: Yaze yangibamba weeh yaze yangibamba' - "This Mercedes has got me so high, this is my Mercedes.' Mitubishi Song, one of the biggest Gqom tracks of 2013, mirrors this unease switching between cascading toms and jolting, stuttering rhythms, cowbells and bird tweets. Sambuka Dance is an ode to a very different poison and its disorientating arrangement is reminiscent of its effects. A jarring, angry chant harasses incessantly transforming the track into a full body experience. As Jumping Back Slash eloquently put Gqom feels like music you've been listening to for years'. It is a ghostly cousin of sounds it touches on - brash, abrasive music with no inhibitions. These four tracks were handpicked from a vast catalogue of tunes from Rudeboyz built up over the last couple years.

Slum Village is crucial part of J Dilla's legacy and Yes, they're back with more. // This serves as a reminder of why hip-hop was created and the conditions that indirectly anchored the culture.' - Vibe // Making this album, brought back memories from my past, with tracks and demos dating back to 1994-1995, some included in this album. These songs and demos, when discovered, were returned back to us by Mrs. Yancey, categorized and filed away, it blew my mind when I heard them, hearing Dilla and Baatin's voice I wondered how New Slum would sound with the Original Slum, and not lose the integrity of the group. I think that was achieved!' T3 //

Following a wave of success with previous releases, Harold Boué aka Abstraxion is gearing up to release his debut LP, Break of Lights, via Have A Killer Time later this year. But first, the French DJ/producer & Biologic Records founder delivers his Moon EP in honor of the stunning single from the album complete with remix duties by Factory Floor, Death in Vegas and PVT. A befitting eponymous nod, 'Moon' is a captivating, celestial gem, ripe with flickering, twinkling synths. Almost seven minutes long, the track takes listeners on dreamy journey to new sonic horizons. Keeping true to their dystopian sensibilities, post-industrial London trio Factory Floor quicken and intensify the single's pulse while exuding a raw sense of urgency, resulting in a dancefloor banger. Taking a decidedly different approach, Death in Vegas offer a slowed-down, dusky take on 'Moon,' transforming the original to a moody, subdued after-hours gem. Last on the EP is Sydney-based experimental trio, PVT, whose dynamic, bubbling bassline and amplified, stuttered synths make for an irresistible closing remix. A melting pot of sound, the Moon EP is a promising glimpse of what's to come with Abstraxion ahead of his highly anticipated Break of Lights LP.

El Guincho side project gets the remix treatment from edit-champ Pilooski, Visionquest / Soft Touch mega-talent Clarian and Turbo / Multi Culti A&R Von Party.

Spanish musician Pablo Diaz-Reixa, best known for his psychedelic, tropical pop act El Guincho (released on Young Turks), posted 5 sample-based tribal tracks back in 2013 on the site tranc.es. The music drew the attention of John Talabot, who released two of them, titled simply '4' and '5,' onto his Hivern Discs label, as a vinyl-only release, which found its way to Thomas Von Party and inspired this remix pack.

Pilooski hasn't released much music of late, but what he has put out has been of exceptional quality, with remixes for I:Cube and Tim Paris being highlights of 2014. His remix of Trances 4 is a sprawling modular head-trip, far out in every way, yet somehow listenable and versatile as a DJ tool.

The increasingly prolific Clarian (formerly of Footprintz), flexes a progressive acid house builder out of Trances 5, proving his skill in yet another facet, after an incredibly wide range of releases ranging from indie rock on Seth Troxler's Soft Touch to indian chant-pop on his Multi Culti EP. It's a sonic departure from the original, but one that stays true to the verb in question.

Finally, Von Party brings the tempo down on to a smooth 116 BPM, restraining some of the abrasive elements to make for a low-slung crowd-pleaser that works equally as warm-up or late-night takedown - already played and supported by Tiga.

Also included in the package are the amazing originals, available for the first time digitally, and as a digital exclusive, a previously unheard alternate version of Trances 4.

Here comes Strike150, the 150th Shitkatapult release. We're doing the same thing again that we did for the milestone releases Strike50 and Strike100: Sensational tracks, most of them previously unreleased, collected in the hope of presenting a certain contemporary attitude and music of the now.

Late '70s Deep Miami Disco Remixed by Kenny Dope. Includes Download Card For Remixes AND Original Versions. This is the first official reissue of Pazazz's deep disco two sider, originally released as an obscure, promotional-only 7' single in South Florida circa 1980. And, while it took nearly two years, this 12' contains the excellent Kenny Dope's remixes of both tracks. Naturally, Kenny brought the funkiest parts of each track to the fore and, while they're DJ friendly, they're now our preferred way to listen to these tunes. We're using this as an excuse to relaunch our Soul Cal series (though fans of our physical releases will note that there was a Soul Cal logo on the Split Decision Band 7" we recently issued). Hopefully we'll have more of these types of records to reissue in the future. Tony Castellanos (guitar and vocals) and Tim Boynton (bass and vocals) founded the Zanzibar band in Miami, Florida, in 1974 for gigs at
the Bahia Cabana Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, with the addition of Rick Gritz (drums and vocals). Inspired by the likes of Bill Withers and Steely Dan, Zanzibar played a soulful series of club dates and private parties as well as a their requisite beach hotel gigs at Miami area staples like the Fontainebleau, the Eden Rock and the Marco Polo hotel. In the late 70s, Castellanos changed the name of the band to Pazazz and, while the band was working for the Norwegian Cruise Line, he penned the band's first single So Hard To Find.' This and The Right One,' written by interim drummer Al Varon, who played on the single, were recorded and readied for release on a silver Pazazz label, complete with picture sleeve. It wasn't until Castellanos received five hundred copies of the single that he realized that the record was flawed. He demanded a second press run - this time issued on a red Pazazz label - but it too was, in Castellanos opinion, flawed. So the band decided against any sort of release, opting to gift copies of both versions to fans at their gigs.
The band split in 1981 and forgot about their single until Los Angeles record collector Mike Vegh found a random copy of the record and, impressed by the steady funk of Pazazz's soulful disco, tracked down Castellanos and brokered the purchase of the last remaining copies of his records. Vegh connected us with the man and we're happy to represent Pazazz's small, but great, catalog on this special 12'.

Following the emergence of two new tracks - These Two Thoughts, which featured an interactive flight sim/video, and Kittens, Puppies, Sunsets, Sex accompanied by a video constructed from footage of Fuse Art Space's DRIFT autorobotics project - we're extremely excited to announce the new full-length record by Ambrosia(@). Spanning nine tracks over 48 minutes, the album journeys through ecstatic hits of noise, extended ambient plates, nocturnal ghetto themes and warped anthems for misguided dancefloors.

Written and recorded during 3 days session in the studio, there is a spontaneous and relaxing vibe on this album. Even the more intense and "angry" tunes tend to soften up in the end and dissolve into the creamy-washy space thats create the album atmosphere. It feels like its a natural progression from "Memory Tower" - their first album recorded in 2012. Albalak was inspired to write lyrics and sing, Sol Monk recorded a solo album and got more into beats/electronica and Abro kept perfecting his bass lines and grooves. The guests - KerenDun, Nitai Hershekowitz and Marina Maximiliian Blumin - added a beautiful and unique musical touch. Each of them with his distinct color and attitude found a way to integrate and contribute in the best possible way, like a 4th band member. Whats the difference between Layers and Things on top of each other its a good question, think about it.....

Italian production duo, Mushrooms Project, make their debut on Jansen Jardin with the wonderful, 'Galattica'.

Releases for labels like Under The Shade and Is It Balearic and remixes for the likes of Tirk, Lipservice and Nang have introduced their blissed-out, Mediterranean sound to fans around the world.
Galattica is 11 minutes and 45 seconds of high plains drifting, dream disco for late night drives and sunset sessions. A lush combination of Euro disco arpeggios and West Coast guitars spill out across a landscape of live percussion, bass and dub acrobatics. This is the soundtrack to a Spaghetti Western set in Ibiza. A Fistful of Cervezas.

The remix comes courtesy of the mighty Chicago Damn who has been responsible for some extraordinary music from his debut on Mark E's Merc label to releases on Claremont 56 and his own eponymous imprint. Here he re-imagines the original track in the image of Model 500, stripping away the music to a raw machine groove. Dark, atmospheric and undeniably aimed at the floor

Nickodemus and the Turntables on the Hudson crew return for Volume 10 of the long running compilation series, showcasing the eclecticism of the infamous, now worldwide party. Entitled "Uptown Downtown", this compilation CD paints a picture of the dancefloor from the beginning to the end of the night at TOTH's NYC Summer 2015 Uptown home (La Marina in Washington Heights) and their year round downtown home, above the clouds at Le Bain on top of the Standard Hotel in Manhattan. Deeper, electronic house vibes are represented by the likes of Bonobo, Claptone and Alex Barck, while the Latin and Afrobeat sound is of course heavily represented through tunes from Captain Planet, Quantic, Alsarah & The Nubatones, Novalima, Chancha Via Circuito, Jose Marquez and more.

The long anticipated follow up to Magik Cyrkles and Magik Sunrise comes Part One of Magik Sunset.

With more than a year spent tracking down the artists and licensing the music both parts of Magik Sunset will be a fitting end to the Magik series that has seen Psychemagik unearth some incredible music.

Sunset picks up where Sunrise left off with another fine selection of tracks mainly released in extremely small numbers, sometimes only on private presses and only reaching specific parts of America and Europe.

Should you be able to find the originals they would cost you thousands.

'II' is the aptly titled second album by Wax Stag - the alias of Rob Lee, a musician from St Albans, England - set for release on new label Old Habits. 'II' delves deeper into Wax Stag's infatuation with slower house tempos, dreamy synth sounds and vintage style drums all awash with melody and hooks.
