Additional track from the Pack The Picnic 12 with an amazingly fruity remix by Pan Solo.

We are very happy to celebrate our 100th release at Basswalk with nothing else than a special edition of this release including 12' and digital versions of the fantastic collaboration between the Basswalk's Label Managers from Argentina, Re Us, and the Label Owner himself, Toby Holguin, from Miami. Their Dead Flowers EP is fantastic creation that evokes the new trends of underground music with edgy rhythms and very hypnotic low-end groove. The ambience that this single provides makes it a perfect track for the club. As its not enough we have two amazing remixes for this special release, one from Markomas and the other from Massimo Cassini. Markomas remix shows a strong rework from the bass line to the base rhythm, but always keeping the original soul of track intact. The most notorious element is the added funky bass line that gives to this remix alongside the subtle and short vocals during the break, a fantastic party vibe making it very easy to listen and dance it. A true masterpiece that will become a must have for any modern dj. The second remix by Massimo Cassini went through a deeper and even more hypnotic road than the original with an incredibly simple but super effective base arrangement. He also added a couple of dark vocals to create the needed articulations, but also he did it in combination of really powerful and groovy bass line that can make a few club walls tremble. The triplet synth line in the backend is what it finishes to break the listeners head, creating a superb vibe while it evolves slowly during the whole track in a very classy and refined way, as this release deserves.

Subosc is back with "Organic Elements".We present four rhythmically effective tracks with an underlying theme: rarefaction, dense textures and evocative atmospheres inducing a spectrum of sensations like melancholy, introspection, mind wandering and encouraging the search for the self.We thought long about this selection, until we reached what we wanted: a collection of timeless and immersive landscapes, modeled by Alan Backdrop (Prologue), Artefakt (Delsin), Ben Gibson (Axis) and Tripsolate & Redundaent (Nowhere).The artwork, curated by Hillary Flanders, is inspired by the Nietzsche's idea of "the overman" (Ubermensch), which is one of the most significant concept in his thinking: an overman should be able to affect history indefinitely, keeping on reentering the world through other people's minds and affect their thoughts and values.The release aims to be a must have for the lovers of Techno music characterized by refined aesthetics and analog warmth, ideal togive added value to autumn moments.

Supported and played by many artist Beneath Usual made himself a solid name al-ready on the scene. A great records for all the underground music lovers.

Having previously turned out some refined club tracks for friendly neighbourhood label Banoffee Pies, Christian Jay comes to Idle Hands for his debut solo 12". As revealed in our past support of artists such as I.A. Bericochea and Matt Karmil, an appreciation of the finer end of the minimal house and techno spectrum weighs heavy at Idle Hands HQ, and Christian embodies everything good about the micro-genre.

The stylistic approach on this single is consistent across both tracks, fusing shuffling, 2-step fuelled drum patterns with blissful atmospheric content in a most natural of ways. On "117" this manifests in a more flamboyant end result peppered with playful hi-hat tones and delicate melodic licks, while on "Contrail" the mood is resolutely low-end focused with some choice bass touches in amongst the tightly wound funk of the beat.

What makes Jay's efforts stand out is their immersive finish, using dexterous doses of dub processing to create a quintessentially Bristolian mood while retaining the razor-sharp edges of upfront European minimal. It's a tone that speaks to limbering up at the start of the party, or shaking down deep into the morning. That said, we could listen to this all day and night.

Machines do speak a language understood and appreciated by humans. Measured by the success of Skudge, an artistic duo that has delivered a lot in a very short time. Combining their inspiration and talent through wires and analogue equipment, they seem to always present something new - in a very faithful style. What remains most significant on their output through the main label Skudge Records, as well as their remix material present on a row of different labels, it must be their exceptional sense of loops and unexpected detail in their productions.

Mallorca s Dakpa has been on a roll since AMAM released his debut EP last fall. He has contributed to several compilations, including AMAM s own Hand Out series, Kina Music s Fade to K pt. 3 and Wizz Vinyl s Sonar Sampler 2014, plus EPs for labels like District Raw and Serial Number 849. But AMAM gets the honor of issuing his first own vinyl release, the Distres EP. The opening title track is an exercise in jacking minimalism, vibrant tech house with just the essentials, but more than enough to get the floor moving. Then, Ademus gets into a slightly more colorful groove, with tropical percussive interplay and some whooping voice for a humanistic accent (is that Brigitte Bardot). On the flip, Virgo gives a modern update to the frenzy of acid house. the title alone brings Virgo Four to mind. On that note, this one is an effective tool for warping minds and evoking spastic dance moves. Finally, the dependable Gaetano Vinci a.k.a. Hooved reinterprets Ademus with a heavy dose of melodic funk and symphonic washes, making the track into an entirely new creation. But wait, there is more! Our prodigious producer gave us two additional tracks, Marius and Evolution, that were not able to fit on the vinyl, but we are happy to share them with you exclusively as digital downloads, rounding out the release in truly multifaceted form.

Late&Cie is Guillaume Val and Paul Cut's collaborative project. The first finished results of this project are four hypnotic house ballads tinted with Paul's keyboard improvisations. The rhythmic energy going on from the first beat, textures,, loops, form the essence of OEM's atmosphere.

Fresh from guesting on the debut Powell LP 'Sport' (XL Recordings), and having released on labels such as The Tapeworm, Entr'acte, and Halcyon Veil, Dale Cornish now presents 'Clap' - four rhythmic experiments that explore the mesmeric tones of the digital clap using the ever-popular TR909 clap pre-set. Sharing similarities in intention with N.M.O's as strict as possible' approach, pieces subtly evolve and mutate around the clap to generate motion, tension and action.Oolovka' takes an unashamedly joyous look at the clap, where melodic repetition whirls and whirls until it takes on a form of mesmerising minimalism - perhaps taking its cues from a modern take on Steve Reich's 'Music for 18 musicians' as a backdrop for the clap to playfully roll over and mutate into a sound which is both refreshingly light hearted yet steeped in rhythmic experimentation.Cxema' takes us a into a tenser, more claustrophobic space where a heads down pulse keeps the body locked until the fog is occasionally broken and the tension momentarily cleared via delayed claps and familiar sonar tones. This vibe continues into 'Isolate' with Cornish upping the anxiety by using the clap as a foreboding menace. Coming across like an inspired soundtrack to a military performance piece the concern appears to revolve around strict precision and strict movement and how the clap can be used to enforce and heighten this functional display.Before Encore' winds things down by stripping things back to the bare minimum for movement - a single effected clap gradually layers and layers itself to create pleasingly odd high tension atmospherics solely through a meticulous process of delicate rhythm and repetition.

We are still looking for special sounds and this time is the turn of the German duo Einsauszwei, beauty and elegance for their first track "Poly" , mixing and fit perfect with the dancing second track: "Drop". We add one remix from Reelow, you can feel the power of this artist in all of his work and for us always is a pleasure release with him.

'Sidetracking - Part 1: Prologue' is the first vinyl taste of Jona's de- but album project for Alex Niggemann's forward-thinking AEON la-bel. The musical puzzle will be completed in February 2016 with the release of a second vinyl instalment, featuring 6 more original tracks, and the full 10-track album on CD format. Created over the course of two highly creative years, the concept for 'Sidetracking' was for Jona to invite some of his musician and producer friends to collaborate with him in the studio and compli- ment his album's solo productions. This impressive coming together (to be fully revealed over the coming months) features Varoslav (Rue de Plaisance, Paris), Usio (Studio Barnhus), David K (Cocoon), Bo- livian percussionist Daniel Aguilar, Italian pianist Giovanni Verga, and Edinburgh-based producer The Reverse Engineer. Driven by his desire to explore new sound perspectives and ideas, Jona has carefully forged his career path by consistently creating exciting and forward-thinking music. His previous label outings: 'Traffic' on 'Lost Tapes Volume 1' (AEON010) and 'Gemini EP' (AE- ON016) have seen him fine-tune his own unique sound. By incor- porating a wide range of styles into his tracks, Jona strives to break down unnecessary boundaries and explores new ideas and ways to ignite that hallowed dancefloor flame. It is therefore no wonder that his collaborative creations for 'Sidetracking' have yielded such stimulating aural delights. Fittingly, the album prologue opens with a track whose style is heav- ily influenced by the jazz music that Jona was so in love with dur- ing his formative years. Calling on the somewhat mysterious Usio (whose 'Kuwa Huru' LP on Studio Barnhus should be checked by everyone) to join him in a studio jam, has resulted in 'The Chase', an utterly compelling afro-beat influenced percussive groove, topped with swirling funk-fuelled stabs and strings, mesmerising chiming piano, and a large helping of pure, hip-swinging goodness. Taking 'The Chase' on an entirely different and yet perfectly com- plimentary twisted trip, AEON family members Simone Sinatti and Marco Paladin (aka Speaking Minds) conjure up a futuristic technoid disco demon that is all about throbbing energy, sweat, darkness and hissing smoke machines - perfect ingredients for an unforget- table strobelight serenade. Changing the mood entirely and cutting the tempo to a dublicious skank, 'Transmission Breakdown' sees Jona's experimental creative juices in full flow, as he teams up with Edinburgh-based digital com- poser and sound artist Dave House (aka The Reverse Engineer) for a delightfully hazy downtempo jam. Both as an artist and a DJ, Manchester's Marcus Intalex has been at the forefront of soulful, musical drum & bass for what seems like forever. A passion for techno has always run deeply through his music and under his Trevino moniker he is also a powerful creative force (check his recent 'Front' album to get the full picture). Here, he takes 'Transmission Breakdown' on a magical excursion, filled with subtle, hypnotic, evolving energy, anchored with an irresistible pul- sating bassline throb - a perfectly synergetic interpretation to round off Jona's 'Sidetracking' album prologue in style.

What a treat we have here! The long awaited Medlar debut on Riverette is finally here: After a string of amazing releases on Wolf Music and having remixed a few of the biggest acts on the scene such as disclosure, Medlar gives us 3 tracks that showcase what a talent this guy is.
First of on A1... chills, that's all we need to say, one of the most anticipated tracks on soundcloud, on B2 we have his take on acid and what a take that is. On the flip side we have a track for the weirder side of the dance floor just as we like it, something in between house and techno.

After coming with a pretty great electronic soft jazz number on the first release, Distant Works begins to define the mission behind the label with the second offering-a synth, Italo-esque 5-cut EP that would only come from somewhere in the Netherlands these days. The label bosses are clearly up to go to distant places to deliver the sounds. It's a very impressive statement and raises our interest on future releases

Yoshihiro Hanno invites us to take part in a comprehensive storytelling session. He gathers some expressive voices around him who are skillful contributors to the art of narration - just like the Japanese producer himself.
Setting up an array of soundmarks to be followed continuously, with ears wide open, Radiq supplies a reduced framework of themes and subjects where guests are welcome to get involved in. They are here to accompany Hanno's visions, to leave their own impressions, to deliver various ingredients of personal flavour, to provide some very special and unexpected aromas to the story of 'Eastern Hemisphere EP'.
Displaying a sophisticated funkiness like in "Brown Chase" and "Waiting for My Man", Radiq takes us on a trip on a serpentine road under a clear crystal sky with uncountable stars that mark the progression of the beat.
A true gentleman, his work follows the rules of understatement. His productions are of a certain hypnotic quality which makes the listeners feel like being spellbound. Every now and then the tracks appear to be close to bursting out,
but they always keep their decency by strictly following the storyline.
However, a storyline of surprises.
Driven by a percussive impetus which incorporates both a relaxed and carried-away play of the Tablas, "Cashmir" unites an Asian view on electronic, hypnotic meditation with lively African chants to create a friendly culture clash. Japan, India and Morocco are quite close here, as if there is no physical distance. Is it any wonder that Margaret Dygas opens the space wide again to gain an illusion of distance, allowing her psychedelic elements to breathe Her extremely reductive approach is of artificially calculated colourfulness and beyond reality.
Travelling to the "Eastern Hemisphere" with the flow of the continuing story brings us back a full scale of sensations: kidnapping the listeners on a dusty road to bliss, the track develops to become a breathtaking epic. Three raconteurs from Casablanca present their skills here:
Hassan opens the view to the horizon with his Rbab play, an Arabic onestringed violin, which soon enters into a dialogue with the Arabic guitar Oud performed by Salim. Along the persuasive drive of the beat, Rachid's percussive accompaniment conducts a serious dance move.
Surprisingly, the trip develops to an almost New Music-influenced full string drama that delivers an insight into the unfathomable depths of the soul. A true professional, Thomas Melchior steps forward to keep (the seriousness on) a solemn level. Here's the opportunity to drive straightforward through the night without thinking of tomorro - because there's no need to think, just feelings: feelings lost in the trance of the desert.
But then, like a gentle wake-up call, machines whisper and murmur incantations with their voices from alien spaces to resurrect the mysterious "Romeo". It's alive... but still held in suspension between the worlds of twilight and imagination. Its communication is focused on subliminal messages.
On the contrary, Moroccan singer Khansa Batma provides a sublime message that comes directly from her heart. Her beautiful singing and telling enhances the driving Dub energy of "Bonez" and the hotness of the amazing, finely syncopated Funk/Jazz groove of "Waiting for My Man". Like an emotional prisma, her charming and stunning voice of many phrasings splits up the path of musical experience and adventure inot several romantic views to a global dancing future.

Kottbusser Tor is undoubtedly the beating heart of Kreuzberg, unashamedly pulsating 24/7 with the good, the bad and the ugly. There's no place quite like it, thanks to its raw charme. As always, music is the common denominator and Oliver Koletzki delivers the perfect soundtrack with this new release, while Chrisse Kunst renders the visual.

Kris- & Konflikthantering II/III (KLN008) features 4 tracks including songs from Harald's live repertoire as well as a remix of his Studio Barnhus debut Sabor Latino now interpreted by the queen of Pampa, Areal and Kompakt, Ada. Kris- & Konflikthantering is Swedish for 'crises and conflict management,' as well as a course at university guiding you how to manage scenarios involving crises and strategies in handling conflicts. This album was put together while Harald was taking this course. This album was made during semi-unconscious conditions and is an emotional transcription of experiences to the language of sequences and frequencies. The soundscape is a warm fuzzy travel from krauty basslines, vocal fragments and mantras through echoes and reverberating tunnels with shimmering arpeggios, field recordings and programed patterns in ancient Japanese Roland techniques. All recorded on the Studer B67 master tape recorder, the heart of the Kranglan Broadcast studio. The album is being released as a three episode series with exclusive remixes on the 12s. Kris- & Konflikthantering I/III (KLN007) features 4 tracks with traces from Harald's latest release Fritids EP on Studio Barnhus as well as a remix by Petter Nordkvist under yet another moniker... It is the first time Harald and Petter are on the same 12 since the Thunderpants era with Harald on the microphone and Petter behind the screen releasing on young John Dahlbäcks Pickadoll Records, time flies. Kris- & Konflikthantering III/III (KLN009) is the final ending with 2, 14-minute plus tracks. One dedicated to the ancient rave grounds of Hellasgarden where it all began in terms of dancing in dirty fields lit by sonar sweeps from the broadcast masts and strobes visible all the way to the city.

First release comes from Daniela La Luz itself, introducing her dancefloor diversity to their new bornlabel. After releasing two albums and a few EP´s, remixes and winning a QUARTZ 6 Electronic Music Award, Daniela demonstrates once more her genre breaking talent and approach, taking the understanding of house and techno music to new horizons. The combination of tracks is very well thought through. The aim is to fulfill the DJ´s needs of having one record representing all moods of a set. Waveforms are not only a mathematical law, waveforms are everywhere, in all sections of everyday life,
in light and in sound. Parallel is one of the many parallel universes out there, living and believing in variety, whilst pointing onto respect for various life forms. We do what we love.

Having already issued a few cassettes via his own Harsh Riddims label as well as CGI's sister label DKA Records, Ryan Parks brings his Fit Of Body project to CGI for his debut 12" release. Here we are treated with two previously unreleased original cuts as well as Galcher Lustwerk and TWINS reworks of a pair of older tunes.


Fit Of Body's sound is unique among the current crop of bedroom dance producers in that it can ignite a dancefloor while still feeling deeply personal. This mood is enhanced by the way Parks colours his tracks with his own voice. His approach to adding live instrumentation to the arrangements lends a handmade delicacy otherwise lacking in so much hyper-quantized machine music. These are tracks that will feel at home in the DJ booth, your living room and your bedroom.

We are proud to announce the 1st exclusive vinyl release for the two producers from Tupiar Records & Agency of Romania. Adrian Dragut and Leonard Constantin make up the electrifying duo at the heart of the Nice 'n Trick' music project.

The two met years ago when organising parties for electronic music lovers, under the name Next Generation'. As their passion for electronic beats knows no limit, they have initiated themselves in the wonders of music production, creating an impressive collection of tracks faithful to the genre, some of which charted real high along the way in the digital industry.

After several years of committed effort, which involved studies in their chosen field of music, long sessions in the studio and many sleepless nights trying to integrate their own unique sounds into the underground techno music scene and propose a heady mix between the soul of techno and the irreverent expression of Romanian underground musicians.

First record for the label A-TUNE, by Ricky Montanari also known for his partecipation in the legendary releases signed by KEY TRONICS ENSEMBLE and RIVIERA TRAXX) and still one of the most famous dj Producers of the Italian riviera and mr Tone-on dj producer resident of 'Classic club" in Rimini.Two tracks, the first in house feeling with Onno remix and second more Hypnotic Manuele Di Lorenzo remix.

"Having both made their mark on One Records with individual releases, Shaun Reeves & Tuccillo are back on board the label this time teaming up to deliver the late night trip' Smile' with a sleazy afterhours remix courtesy of industry connoisseur The Mole. Visionquest's Shaun Reeves was one of the first artists to be involved with One Records when he remixed Subb-an's 'Soul Skool' back in 2010 and has since been a close part of the family with a further remix on the label and appearances at various label showcases. Ibiza resident Tuccillo found his way onto One in 2014 through a collaboration with Subb-an when they released the exceptional 'Day Motion' . After meeting in Ibiza, Shaun and Tuccillo began inevitable studio jams in Tuccillo's impressive studio with outcomes that can already be seen on Shaun's Visionquest imprint via the'Seclusion EP'. Raised in Canada but now residing in Berlin, Colin aka The Mole is a welcome addition to the One family with both Adam Shelton and Subb-an being long time fans of his vast discography which includes releases and remixes on the likes of Wagon Repair and Perlon. 2016 has already seen him play two of the One Records showcases at fabric and Gotwood festival and it's safe to say they won't be the last."

Tupiar Records Romania presents yet another master piece of romanian underground music, Dragutesku - Retraieste Româneste - Part II completing their earlier release Dragutesku - Retraieste Româneste.

Retraieste Romaneste is a LP in which music speaks for it self, like the translation of the title Relive The Romanian Way this original minimal and deep sound of young artist Dragutesku brings us one step closer to the roots. The track names are picked after the names of great romanian writers and poets from last century topped by the original artwork, this album makes us relive those moments of pure, inspiring originality once again.
