Souvenir presents Ruede Hagelsteinís second single release "Berlin" off last yearís debut album "Soft Pack"
alongside his band The Noblettes. Last time round it was ëA Priorií with a bunch of remixes, and here ëBerliní is featured in its original version as well as with lots of digital only goodies. Mathias Kaden, much-loved around the city as a member of both the Vakant and Freude Am Tanzen families, supplies the A-side treatment. He warps out the originalís sunset melody, into a swirling, psychedelic bassline more fitting to a an afterhours sunrise, the once-jubilant vocals processed down into
a careless whisper. Frankfurt dons Chris Wood & Meat, subtly crank up the tempo on ëPrivateí retaining its
warped strings, but underpinned by a driving drum pattern, the diva-esque spoken vocals are stretched over it all
like the tight skin drawn over a snare. Finally, the joyous, open-air anthem that is the original, lightens things up,
that particular excitement felt by Berlin residents on returning home perfectly described by its gentle plucked
melody and soothing saxophone.

Romanticism is the center of the music Philipp Priebe is creating. The idea behind his house is to combine melancholic warm sounds with pushing elements. It should create the will to dance and to love while listening to it. Starting to collect and listening music obsessively as a teenager, Priebe grew up in a small town in a region of Germany without a fixed musical identity. In consequence, an odyssey through the music world led Priebe to music papers and fanzines which opened new doors to music styles he indentified with. With time going by, he is still on his cruise always open-minded to new music types. Nevertheless, traces of his first love - independent music - can be found within his tracks. Priebe's songs invite listeners to experience the otherworldliness.

A few words by Stefen Bennemann: »When the Webermichelson guys introduced us to Timoka, we didn't even dare to hope he would ever join a start-up label like Holger. His work just sounded way beyond that, so sophisticated and well produced, highly artistic and melodically complex. But as it turned out he not only became a part of our family - he even went on to defne our graphic identity (together with Reymund Schröder) with his visual art. We couldn't dream of a better match. Plus: Aare is a hit (even if Timoka hates to hear that).«

Very strong debut release from Spanish artist Sic on his own Emisferm imprint sees him deliver 3 highly original tracks of varying intestity. The style is minimal without being boring, epic & beautiful without being cheesy & tuff without being banging.check this record out

Basti Grub is a specialist for extraordinary and outstanding productions. Loving music from his early childhood on. He seems to have a different approach to electronic dance music. these 3 tunes here are combining afro beats with wonderful rhythm driven latino tech house sounds, spanish guitars and smooth but subtle vocals and melodies. its also a bit different from his usual productions concentrating more on rhythm & drums than usually. he left certain elements and hooks out to let the groove develop and this is probably the best thing he could ever do.

As a precursor to Kabale Und Liebe's debut album, Soweso Records releases the 'Sammy Hoboken EP' in April as a teaser of what's to come. Almost 20 years ago, Liron van Daalen was inspired to become a DJ after his cousin explained that the mixtapes Liron adored were created by one person seamlessly mixing one record into another. That revelation set off a chain of events that has seen him adopt the alias Kabale Und Liebe and rise up to become one of Holland's most exciting and reputable electronic music artists. He is a successful DJ and producer, co-owner of the irrepressible Soweso record label (launched in 2009 with fellow Dutchman, Lauhaus) and constantly striving for the highest level of quality throughout everything he does. 2014 marks an important phase in Liron's career as he prepares to unveil his debut album, 'Realitivity', which delves deeper into his musical persona and sees the Dutchman go back to basics. The 'Sammy Hoboken EP' features 3 cuts from the forthcoming album and with lengths running from 8 to 10 minutes, these tracks are designed to get you into the groove and keep you there. Opening with the deep, percussive workout of the title track which gradually builds its electronic melody, via the funked up techno of 'The Hunter' with it's shuffling beat and dappled synths, to the final production, 'Too Many Circuses, Not Enough Freaks' which pounds straight in with its powerful bassline, before the claps take hold on this intense beast. Kabale Und Liebe's 'Sammy Hoboken EP' is released on 28 April and is followed by his 'Realitivity' album on 26 May.

A New York City native, and founder/label manager for the Anticipate and Microcosm labels, Ezekiel Honig concentrates on his idiosyncratic brand of emotively warm electronic-acoustic music. Using the loop as more of a tool than a rule, Honig paints outside the lines, nestling into a comfortable, shared space between muted techno, melodic, event-driven ambient, textural downtempo and slowmotion house - using them as reference points from which to stray, rather than as steadfast frameworks. Drawing on the rich history of musique concrete, Honig looks to incorporate a material nature into his music by imbuing it with a host of field recording/found-sound sources in the search for a balance between digital software innovation and the physicality of the world around us. Using the sounds of plastic, metal, wood and air in collaboration with Rhodes, guitar, horns, piano and other instrumental origins, his music is one of contrast and contradictin, combining minimal, abstract tendencies with a core of timeless harmonics - pairing inviting, fuzzy chords with clunky and dirty 'mishaps.'

Audio Werner and Minibar team are completely tuned and are glad to present this 2 killer house funksters that will burn this SUMMER's dancefloors! A Minibar milestone, make a stop!

Great Debut album by Matt Karmil
