Groover Platz began his adventure with a vinyl by Andrea Belluzzi, inspired by the underground / techno frequency transmitted from the German´s capital. A highly original and energetic release that contains 2 tracks originals and a massive remix done by Jonas Koop. 21: Dark and power with psychedelic sounds, imagine a dark room with some lights, people dancing, sound system to the limit so...21 is inspired by that. The minimum necessary to touch the sky with your mind, while the bass and kick, keep you on the floor. 6: Extremely different from 21, 6 has a slow vocation.120 BPM are enough to make you dance, but what enhances the song, is its groove...

Just as summer arrives, Sylphe's bosses Holdie Gawn & Micawber are delivering their third EP ''HypofermSenso''. On the A Side ''Hypoferm'' has Holdie Gawn's trademark sound, with analogue bouncy warm snares and hi-hats, accompanied by synthesized modulations and raw filtering action, forming a chuggy, sleek rhythm with deep reaching basslines and a lot of movement. On the flip, Micawber's ''Senso'' offers a tribute to experimental composer John Cage by incorporating parts of his vocal works into creating a landscape of mysticism, riding along sub-bass tones and syncopated drums, an afterhours number with a psychedelic twist . We will be pressing only 500 of these.

We're excited to announce that our new limited vinyl series will raid the record stores soon. The first release produced by Marc Neyen is limited to 200 copies and a must-have for music lovers and vinyl collectors alike. ‚Aside you' is a beautifully designed piece where multiple layers of organic sounds merge with twisted synths to create a warm, melancholic atmosphere developing throughout the whole arrangement. A composition full of emotions and subtle details that let the mind wander. Thoughts flow, time bends and you'll slowly escape reality. The perfect tune for late hours. ‚.

Butch is rightly regarded as one of the most prolific producers in electronic music, having graced countless revered labels including Sei es Drum, Cocoon, Rekids and Visionquest. On FTS he makes his long overdue debut on Desolat with four deep and distinctive tracks. Opening track 'Pompino' kicks off the EP with a distorted rhythm and contorted vocals which build and build into a twisted and trippy groove. 'Dimensions' follows in a similar vein, developing slowly and building tension until the tracks drops back in a distorted fashion with distinctive bells and unnerving harmonies. B-side 'Desert Storm' captivates the listener from the off, with a hypnotic rhythm until the track lives up to its exotic name and sees a wailing vocal comes in and cut through the beat. 'Sonny Got It Going On' rounds off the EP in fine style. Proceeding at a slower BPM, it features crisp drums and a dusty gangster-movie sample, culminating in a distinctive and classy slice of electronic music. On 'FTS' Butch lives up to his billing as one of the finest producers around, delivering a four-track twisted and hedonistic journey through expertly crafted underground sounds.

It's the culmination of what has been a roller coaster debut year: the eponymous debut album by the phenomenal Vienna duo HVOB is a lesson in how versatile, intelligent and creative electronic music can be. It's been just twelve months since the first snippets appeared on Soundcloud, during which time the young electronic duo HVOB (short for Her Voice over Boys) have been causing a real stir throughout Europe: '... this is what deep house sound should sound like. Pure love ...' (hmwl.org, Sweden), '... sure to be spoken about ...' (delicieuse-musique.com, France), 'More please, and soon!' (thegap.at, Austria), '... sleek and beautifully crafted beats ...' (electronicbeats.net, Germany). HVOB have been a hit with the most influential music blogs and with the public: acclaimed appearances at the likes of Germany's MELT! Festival, number 4 in the Beatport Deep House charts with their debut EP 'Dogs", number 10 in the Top Live Acts of the Year and number 11 in the Best Singles of 2012 in DE:BUG's readers' poll. At the end of 2012, leading Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab used HVOB's music for the soundtrack of his collection video. Vienna-born Anna Müller (composition, production, vocals) and Paul Wallner (composition and final production) are kicking off the second year of their collaborative project with another release, only this time with more than just tantalising snippets: their eagerly anticipated debut LP, 'HVOB", released March 8, contains twelve tracks that showcase the duo's distinctive sound.

With number 006, FREUNDCHEN welcomes our new member SASCHA WALLUS from Hannover to the FREUNDCHEN-family. His a-side track 'Yeah!' is a stompin techhouse track that will rock the clubs this winter for sure! The b-side comes with a groovy minimal track of labelchief TIMO JAHNS. Yeah! Are you ready to freak out

Welcome back to the Cocoon Recordings headquarter. We are proud to present the next chapter of our infamous compilation-series and believe or not: It's 'M' already! Covered in the known and beloved package-design but all in pink this time... dreamy and pretty and that's the way to start the music here, too. Dutch based sushitech-producer Makam presents a dreamy opening track that is without any doubt the perfect start for this compilation. Warm harmonies and dropping sounds open up the door for track number two by Matt Tolfrey and Inxec: 'Never in doubt' continues where Makam stopped however Tolfreys and Inxecs harmonies and the moody atmosphere meet a solid beat programming and merge down to a pushing piece of music that could have seen the day of light in Detoit, the inofficial techno-capital. Alejandro Mosso joins the club with the third number of our M compilation and he opens up a bag full of positive energy and happiness. With a slight Cadenza-feeling his tune is made for the next beach-party and perfect for all you Âme-fans out there. 'Grinding Love' want you to move, forget and dance till you sweat! Douglas Greed steps back a bit on the energy scale but adds more craziness to the package with his production. 'Dynamite' is a freaky piece of tech-house in a cool Green Velvet style. Sounds, lyrics and the whole programming come pretty close to the lala-land-masters big hits. A cool tune with not very usual ingredients and for sure a great one! Coming up next is 'Beatmakerz".

Call it a new DJ Sprinkles album, call it a collection of his latest, most thrilling remixes - whatever you name it: - Queerifications & Ruins' is a close meeting of 14 tracks that will lift your spirits and you can do nothing about it!

They all bring different elements into a natural flow with DJ Sprinkles typical trippy sound signature: airy piano melodies, cool congas, echoed vocal samples, haunting chords, pounding basslines, some hidden melancholy, some poetic spoken words as well as soft beatless ambient parts for your relaxation.

Just recently Terre Thaemlitz - world-wide known and awarded writer, public speaker, multimedia producer, DJ, audio producer, and head honcho of the label Comatonse Recordings - released under his deep house alias DJ Sprinkles the mix cd - Where Dancefloors Stand Still' on Mule Musiq - a grooving house music critic on Japans strange fuzoku law that currently is threatening the Japanese clubs with a curfew.

Nihjgt Feelings is a record label currently based in Bozcaada, Turkey and run by oOoOO with a couple of local gravediggers. They release heartbroken night music. In June 2013 they will present oOoOO's debut LP.
Without Your Love is the long awaited debut LP from oOoOO . The LP further develops - in sometimes very unexpected ways - the sounds oOoOO has become known for through previous releases with Tri Angle Records. The LP will be the first release from oOoOO's own label Nihjgt Feelings.

Following on from the well-received first EP from Dusky, School Records return with their second release, this time from Paleman. At
just 19. Manchester's Paleman is a fast rising talent with support from the likes of Loefah and Mary Ann Hobbs already in the bag, on
top of many plays on Radio 1, Rinse and XFM.
Here he serves up three tracks, with the first being the woody percussive workout that is 'Half Out'. Stripped back and spacious, the
hits have real attitude and there's genuine menace in the background ambiance that rides above a monolithic and all consuming kick
drum. Snatched vocal samples add more darkened moods and next track 'Chapel' (vinyl only) is no less sparse.
This time all sorts of found sounds from rumbling iron bars to clattering barn doors via apocalyptic horns all create an evocative
soundscape as the loose-limbed, ramshackle rhythms continue to roll over and over. It's part house, part garage, part something
entirely new.
Final offering Etch (digi only) is the most muscular of the lot. Thick iron synths speak of a technoid garage sound à la Artifact and
despite every abstract element being crafted specifically for purpose rather than culled from some tired sample pack, there is much
here to love. The world has been waiting for a Paleman release for a while now, and on this evidence it is unlikely to be disappointed.

the long awaited new Dub Kult !! a great new minimal tech house burner !!! already support by Troy Pierce, Roman Flügel, Karotte, Zip (Perlon), Jay Haze, Mathias Kaden...

REPRESS 180gr Vinyl

Nearly three years after the release of his debut album Lucky Shiner, Gold Panda
returns with his second album Half Of Where You Live, to be released on Ghostly
International and his own NOTOWN label (UK). The album is the product of a period
spent touring the world multiple times around, absorbing influences and probing
potential new avenues of creative exploration.
Half Of Where You Live represents a stylistic and thematic advancement from Gold
Panda's previous work, expanding on the ideas he presented on
2012's Mountain/Financial District 7' and this March's Trust EP. It reflects its creator's
nomadic existence — you can see the influence of his travels in track titles like 'Brazil'
and "Enoshima," in the oriental textures of "My Father In Hong Kong 1961" and "We
Work Nights," and in the sounds of "Junk City II," conceived as a hypothetical
soundtrack to '90s anime and the films of controversial director Takashi Miike.
'These films depicted a post-economic boom Tokyo in the 1990s", the producer
explains, "and there was a last days feeling in them. (The feeling) still lurks (in Japan). I
saw a return to that possible dystopia. I've seen people in Osaka walking around,
jobless, mental, stricken. I think real desperation and poverty is returning, it's quite
scary.'
The whole album, in fact, is described as a 'city album' by its maker, and it's easy to
see why — each track possesses a different aesthetic and reflects a different
environment. Gold Panda describes it as 'a jump from location to location... I felt like I
was stealing a piece of each place I went to.' 'Community' is a house-tinged reflection
on cultural divides in London, while "Brazil" catalogs Gold Panda's arrival in Sao Paolo:
'I wanted to make a track that soundtracked my ride from the airport to downtown' he
explains. 'The (vocal) sample is kind of like an excited chant, bigging up the place, then
it all gets confusing to replicate the traffic and buildings."
Taking on this loose concept has meant a more considered approach for Gold Panda,
and the music has harsher edges than his previous work, and an almost hauntological
feel at times. Crucially, though, this new approach hasn't compromised the producer's
creative freedom, and the album still flows with his trademark organic vibrancy. 'I've
tried to really focus on just a few elements,' he explains. 'I tried to avoid chopped up
female vocals this time around, as it's become pretty well done, and anything that was
too solid structurally. Ultimately, though, you just you find your groove and settle into a
sound and realize you only really need to please yourself.'

Vibe brothers in the studio, DJ booth and life, Apollonia (Parisian trio Dan Ghenacia, Dyed Soundorom & Shonky) have cultivated a creative synergy that sees them connect and work as one artist.
Always focused on the house groove, their style is 'a meeting of black music and white soul.'
'fabric 70' twists and turns, with the trio constantly manipulating energy levels with masterful precision, injecting the energy and intensity of their live performances into the mix
