House Vinyl New Releases - News

Deformed is the first Gravite Label release, a "12inch vinyl coming directly from the label owner, Bruno Sacco. This vinyl contains three main tracks, focused on a clearly intelligent techno, in a different but co- herent whole. The first one, "Deformed", that gives its name to the the ep, is a sort of trip based on a line com- posed of almost piercing synth and industrial drags for almost the entire track, a very repetitive and deep bass dub techno groove, simple while remaining effective. "Orbital" as the name says, it's an hypnotic rhythm that will send us in orbit, following Bruno's high techno sound spheres. A track that it's gonna be enjoyed in clubs and dancefloors! "Distance" the third track, closes the ep with this concentric dubby atmosphere Bruno loves.

Minimood are not the most prolific label in the world, having only released around a dozen singles over the last 4 years, however what the Lausanne/Berlin based the likes of DJ Hell, Efdemin, Ed Davenport etc. For their latest single, the guys at Minimood have returned to Japanese producer So Inagawa, the man behind 2008's superb 'Deep Tokyo EP'. So Inagawa is also label does do, it does very well indeed. Releases from the likes of Rick Wade, Mark Henning & Gregorythme in recent times have received critical acclaim and received support from part of the production team 'The Suffragettes' and has recorded for other respected labels such as Tsuba & Luna. The 'Fukushima EP' kicks off with a remix of the title track, supplied by Philadelphia producer and Tuning Spork founder Sean O'Neal AKA Someone Else. His 'Someone Else's Dooby Remix' of 'Fukushima' is an epic ten minute journey into the heart of atmospheric dubby techno, building slowly with layers of pads and heavily delayed hits into a hypnotic masterpiece. O'Neal's remix is followed by the original of 'Fukushima', a sublime slice of bumpin deep house that cuts a rolling and mesmerising groove from start to finish. 'Ayoama', a bass driven, off kilter affair with a seductive and laid back vibe, completes the package. So Inagawa and Minimood have done it again, with another solid release that is bound to be working dancefloors for months to come.

Anton Kubikov and Maxim Milyutenko are widely known as SCSI-9 and are by far the most recognizable and booked house / techno duo from Russia. With a total of more than 50 releases and 120 tracks so far on labels such as Traum/Trapez, Salo, Freizeitglauben, Morris Audio, Highgrade, Force Tracks, Tyrant and Kompakt they have earned great respect worldwide and are famous for their eclectic and crystal clear tech sound.

Bristol's Elastic Dreams present it's third release, with label owner A Sagittariun taking a back seat on this one and introducing Sheffield based DJ/producer, Nyra, to the fold. Hot off the heels of his EP for Never Learnt, Nyra keeps on track with two new cuts of basement techno and deep, murky dancefloor tracks. The release is bolstered by a remix from Skudge on lead track 'Uno 10'. Skudge really need no introduction, but to the uninitiated, the Swedish duo have been plying their simple, raw yet powerful sound since 2009 with releases and remixes for Echocord, Drumcode, Fear Of Flying, Rush Hour and of course their own Skudge imprint.

LP debut from Claudio PRC on Prologue ! Talking about Italian outstanding electronic music artist, Claudio PRC is one of the first to mention. Hails from Kurashiki Japan, Haruki Matsuo have released several house gems from highly acclaimed imprints such as Rush Hour and Night Moves. After his contribution to us on 2009's 'hub opus tokyo', op.disc welcomes his landing back with this superb 4tracker. Tough and subtle are the best words to describe Haruki's sound, you'll find his one-of-a-kind characteristics. As you'll see on tracks like 'Commando' or 'Section 1,' he doesn't lean on sleazy gimmicks - tidy drums and clean lines just keep the groove going. Feel what you feel...

It's a great honour for us to be able to present Conrad Schnitzler's last work. Endtime will be released as DLP, CD and download. Only a few days before he passed away last August, he created this unique, almost 70 minutes long work. 36 parts mixed into each other create a walk through his entire work. This record is not only for fans of Conrad Schnitzler. It's like a trip through 40 years of electronic music.

Hija De Colombia is putting out its third release in April. After great DJ, radio and press reactions on its second release - Cegado Por Las Luces EP, there was no need to change much. El Nino Andres is again the artist, but the music he provides for this releases is a step further in deepness of tech house. Anton Kordic, who records under the name El Niño Andrés, provides his debut full length on a double vinyl release entitled Más Dinero Más Problemas; a ten track fusion of South American, Detroit and Berlin influences. Album is a intensive orchestral affair, going for over 70 minutes of drums, piano hooks, strings and other mostly acoustic and warm instruments, over a percussion layered beats. It is a cinematic electronic music, combining groove and substance. Melodies would not be out of place in any soundtrack, combined with beats that sound natural to every good club night. Each track is written and produced by El Nino Andres and it doesn't sample or cover any previous hit tracks or big vocal hooks. Electronic music stripped down to its finest elements. All music on Hija De Colombia is released in 12'' vinyl format and as a digital download. The artwork for each release (shown below
for HCD003) is all original and created by young, aspiring artists. Artwork for this album was done by lovely Floriana Barbu.

Ernstalbrecht Stiebler is the first German composer that based his compositions on minimal techniques. This record is the first part of an edition of his works on the label m=minimal. Stiebler, whose first reductionist work "Extension I" was first performed in 1963 clearly showed an opposite position to the serial composers of that time. As a composer Stiebler is unfortunately still very unknown, but he has a great reputation as a producer for the German radio.

New 12" heat from DJ Spider and Hakim Murphy on Plan B Recordings called Kaiju EP. Inspired by the giant monster fights that were part of the Saturday
rotations of network TV in the 70's and 80's sparked the inspiration for this 6 track EP. Four futuristic bangers accompanied with two ambient soundscape pieces that take you on a ride through murky beats and lush sound textures. Super banging Chicago-New York hybrid release for the new year!

After his very well recieved 'Through Motion' EP in 2011 the now London-based producer returns to Aus with the much-anticipated 'Placement EP'. Staying true to his roots, he delivers four tracks that contribute to the continuing conversation between techno, house, garage and beyond.

Bass Alert! Deep-house hit machine YSE detonate a futuristic beatbomb on everyones' favourite Winding Road Records.

YSE's debut for Winding Road plays a full hand of ghetto deepness, party shouting, kooky weirdness, and superslick production. Innocence is a dark nugget of synthetic funk, laced with twisted vocals around slabs of slippery techno bass - brilliant and insane. Happy Bubble is a shouty blockparty rave track, sounding like Basement Jaxx at midnight in a NASA flotation chamber. Substitute is a zoned out tracky gangsta groove sounding like the Southport rave cabin.

Winding Road Briliant and different dance music. Get in.

Following his debut EP for All Caps at the end of last year, Idle Hands is proud to present Alex Coulton's next outing on wax. Both tracks are tough and low house rollers: all swollen basslines and driving percussion. Support so far from Pinch and Addison Groove.

Ectomorph's BMG join forces with another huge character in the scene, this time Detroit's Derek Plaslaiko.. killer and highly danceable Detroit style Electronics...TIP!

M_Rec Ltd is proud to welcome on board Cassegarin, Greek-British producer Tsiridis and Berlin/Vienna based composer and producer Evirgen. Both interested in exploring the territories where dark, raw techno meets UK-influenced sounds, they already left a mark on the international techno scene with releases on Prologue and Mickrowave.

Another entry into the Lonesome Hero roster, Ed Shepherd. Having hoarded an arsenal of hardware goodies, Shepherd employs his passion for all things analog into a beast of a 3-track EP. 'Remedy' grabs 90s acid house by the shirt collar and shoves it into the modern vinyl scene with a heady LFO drone that just won't quit.

Gigolo welcomes Rampa & Re.You aboard to the roster for the double-whammy of "Feet" and "Provoking", two beastly tracks designed to suck you onto the dancefloor like a swirling maelstrom of black tar!

Great Double Unmixed CD Compilation of Minimal Electro House ! Research & Quality sound are the ingredients of this CD ! Cult CD release for DJ's !!! In this number Florian Mendl, Farfasound, Max Veneziano, Kilox.....and many more !!!
