His releases found favour with numerous people of distinguished musical taste, and got hailed by artists as diverse as Slam, Ekkohouse, Silicone Soul, Brother's Vibe, Ziggy Kinder, Franco Bianco and Chris Carrier to name but a few and found praise on the pages of De:bug, Ibiza-Voice, Klubbers, and radio stations such as Ibiza Global Radio and Freaks Radio Show.

Born in the summer of 2004, the NUfrequency project is a collaboration between Shield and Cristiano Massera and Alessandro Ripamonti.
Their debut single '808 (Why Oh Why)', a fine combination of phat bass, tasty guitar hooks and a dreamy breakdown, seen the big support from all the top jocks. Pete Tong played it 8 times in his Essential Selection making it an Essential New Tune, and it has been one of the tunes at the Wmc '05 . The track, signed to Little Mountain, has been released in Europe in March/April 2005.
NUfrequency gave their touch to the Nina Simone classic 'Black is the colour of my true love's hair', Chemical Brothers 'Galvanize', and Crazy Penis 'Cruising', receiving support from Chris Coco and Rob Da Bank in the Blue Room and Eddie Temple Morris.
In 2006 Alessandro leaves NUfrequency, and after a long break, in 2007 Shield and Cristiano come back with a new single, 'Love Sick', which features the vocals of Plavka, best known for being the singer behind Jam & Spoon, whose trance-infused pop sound dominated the international charts in the mid 90's ('Right in the night' was a world-wide number one). Love Sick has been released on Shield's new label Rebirth in March 2007, alongside hot remixes from Cagedbaby, Tom Novy and Mock & Toof !
NUfrequency are back in 2008 with 'Go That Deep', another taster from their first album. And this is something really special ! It features the beautiful vocals of the legend Shara Nelson, who achieved the success as member of British dance collective and trip-hop pioneers Massive Attack. Shara wrote and sung one of the biggest and most memorable anthems, and the group's biggest hit, "Unfinished Sympathy," and also co-wrote several other songs on their groundbreaking debut album, Blue Lines.
Released by Rebirth in March 2008 it received immediately great interest and reactions, supported all year by djs like Laurent Garnier, Ben Watt, Âme, Jazzanova, Pete Tong, Judge Jules, Groove Armada to name a few and considered as one of the best vocal tunes in years.
The single has been signed to NRK Records for the Uk market.
NUfrequency are working on their first album with important collaborations like Plavka, Ben Onono and Snax among the others.

The latest release on Metroline takes no prisoners. Clio brings it big. Every track on this EP is loaded, primed and ready to fire. Lead track Poem does "big" the George Clinton way. Basslines cranked to funk, tempo raised, and drum tracks set to attack.

Following Gaiser's recent digital-only productions Minus decided to create a special vinyl release featuring the two stand-out tracks from both EP's. Static Level is a trip into the insanity of late night repetition.

Marc Houle has been famous for his releases on Richie Hawtin's label Minus. Now the US producer is unleashing his brand new album on his own imprint Items & Things (which is co-owned by Magda and Try Pierce).

One of the most eagerly anticipated electronic albums of 2012 is finally released! After a series of groundbreaking singles: 'Pain In the Ass', 'I'm Week' and 'Ghetto Kraviz' (featured here) Muscovite Nina Kraviz is set to release her eponymously titled debut artist album on Radio Slave's superb Rekids imprint.

Nina's album is a combination of stripped-bare house, deepest Detroit sounds via beautifully ambient pockets and more soul infused slo-mo jams, all coated with an authentic analogue finish and Nina exquisite vocals. The music is emotive and engaging, whilst being something truly original and inspirational. The album features collaborations with Hard Ton and King Aus. Playing out like a full artistic statement rather than just a collection of tracks, the odd time signatures, innocent and waify vocals, muted acid lines and hypnotic loops layered up by Nina all work subtly at pulling you into her world. A superbly, executed and accomplished debut album that has already set the bar high for electronic albums this year.

Raymundo Mendoza delivers a trippy space alien tech house track with remixes by Someone Else and Nigel Richards. Deep builds and a funky bassline are the root of this El Paso DJ's track. Someone Else brings a nice dubbed percussive remix and Nigel does a housey bump mix to complete the project. 611, established in 1993, is back.

Lordag turns 20 - Celebrate with the Lordag Allstars this special Release!

As usual from the Leftroom camp we have another awesomely high quality EP. A1 slams straight to the point delivering a deep groovy house track carefully manufactured by the tender hands of Huxley and Russo. The moody melodic synth stabs, crisp hats and head nodding bass line perfectly compliments the hypnotic vocals of 'I just don't understand'.

Not to be out done, A2 turns up the heat thanks to the master musicians Matt Tolfrey and Maher Daniel. This super slick cut vibes into the deeper darker side of house while still grasping onto those things we have come to love from Mr. Tolfrey. Hooky synths and guiding vocals take us on a journey through the duration of the record delivering us to a place of thumping kick drums and the voice of 'it aint over yet'.
