Another classic, out of print Large release sees an exclusive repress in 2015. Originally released in 1994, this is the 8th vinyl outing from the early catalog of one of House Music's most celebrated labels. Fans of early Large and Black Ice know what to expect- tough, minimal Chicago House grooves laced with tinges of jazz and soul. A terrific addition for collectors and fans of lables such as Dance Mania, Gherkin, Emotive and more.

Much has been said about FCL's remake of the E.S.P. classic from 1986 'It's You', up to the point where everybody was wondering what the boys would come up with next.
The answer is called 'Can We Try', a rollercoaster of a track that once again features the lovely Lady Linn on vocals, who is lifting the Red D penned lyrics to a seriously high level. With San Soda's gift for melody and the overall no rules approach of FCL put into the equation the result is something that is not your everyday house track. We feel that there's enough of that already, so we're happy to bring this new FCL to your ears and dance floors.

The original track comes as a one-sided release in our V.I.P. Series. A full E.P. with alternative versions and remixes will follow before the summer still. So stay tuned!

Hot Creations unleash this years Summer Anthem in the form of Jealousy by Funky Fat. Brazilian foursome Funky Fat are back with an unmissable summer release on Hot Creations featuring remixes from the mighty Jamie Jones, Horse Meat Disco legend Severino and rising underground star Hanfry Martinez, all lending their magic touch to the title track. The original 'Jealousy' is a funk-fuelled ride of unbridled energy, solid grooves and seductive vocals. That shaping up to be another huge release for Hot Creations
Funky Fat were first seen on the label with the 'Masochist EP', their joint venture with fellow Brazilian stars Digitaria, which received critical acclaim across the board for its fresh fusion of electro, disco and pop. Fans of the release included the likes of Solomun, Sasha and Claude Von Stroke.
The band is comprised of Thiago Guimarães, Gui Santoro, Rafael Cury & Manu d´Alcântara from Belo Horizonte, Brazil and together they're bringing their sexy, vibrant sound and infectious melodies to the global scene via Hot Creations.
Hot Creations Label boss and Hot Natured member Jamie Jones delivers a killer remix of 'Jealousy' for late night action, cutting the vocal into snippets and working around the infectious bassline with his own crispy hi-hats and rolling drum grooves.
Severino is one quarter of the decade strong DJ/club collective Horse Meat Disco, who have garnered a unique reputation for throwing amazing parties week in week out and their unforgettable DJ sets encompassing a myriad of disco sounds. Severino's take on

Jey Kurmis is set to be a name on the rise after the 'Lil' Nic French EP' drops on Hot Creations later this month. A four pronged attack of bumping summer jams flecked with infectious vocals - lead track 'Lil' Nic French' first appeared on Richy Ahmed's massive Rinse FM compilation and rightly sets the tone with its heavy bass beat and mind bending acid line. Next up, 'LA Shazz' specialises in a chunky percussive groove and heavy low-end. On the flip, 'Lover' is an irresistible al fresco affair centred on a super groovy cowbell that builds with tight kicks and a richly textured soundbed. Closing the package, 'Miss Raadi' is another deadly groover laced with a dose of freakiness.

Jey Kurmis is a Leeds based producer who has been dj'ing all over the UK for almost ten years and producing for around 7 years. From his first release on Phobic Records to this artist defining EP for Hot Creations, Jey has been honing his craft across ten releases and this EP has been getting championed by some of the biggest names in the game including Heidi, Jamie Jones, Richy Ahmed and wAFF.

Even whilst travelling the globe, djing or touring with Inner City, Saunderson continued to produce and release not only his own tracks on his KMS label (with tracks such as 'The Sound' by Reese, 'Rock To The Beat' by Reese, 'Truth Of Self Evident' by Reese & Santonio, 'Let's, Let's, Let's, Let's Dance' by Keynotes and 'Colour Of Love' by The Reese Project), but he also released tracks by other up and coming artists, releasing classic underground gems, such as 'Flash' by Fix, 'Can You Feel It' by Chez Damier, 'Soundscape' by Kosmic Messenger, 'Definition Of Love' by Kaos and 'Use Me' by R-Tyme. The list is endless.

Fast forward to 2012 and it's hard to believe that KMS is still releasing records. With such a long history, what better way to celebrate than to release a special CD Boxset. The 'KMS 25th Anniversary Classics' will be released on CD, Digital (and for those vinyl collectors, there will be 6 x 12' Samplers). Each format includes a plethora of gems which have been released on KMS over the last 25 years.

Samuel L. Session, a techno producer from Sweden who founded the labels SLS and Cycle and now runs the Klap Klap imprint. Apart from that, he has released on Drumcode, Soma, Music Man and KMS Records. In 2007, Samuel L Session was featured on KMS 091 - Kevin Saunderson's Release - 'History Elevate 2' with a remix for 'Pump The Move'. Now in 2015, Samuel L Session presents his second artist release on KMS Records with 'The Talkbox EP'

The Talk Box EP kicks of with an 'Original Mix' that is a Dark, Deep & Groovy. Detroit inspired techno pumper that features a deep bass line with haunting chords. Move on next to the 'Concrete Mix' which provides a bit more airy feel.

On the B Side the soulful groove B1 'Birth of Blue' featuring Elbee Bad providing whispering melodic vocal sprinkled on top an ever moving progression that even includes some great horn stabs. Rounding out the EP is the B2 'Birth of Blue' featuring Elbee Bad & Andreas Saag, providing a groovy solo-esc piano, riffing throughout this already groovy number.

Eleve welcomes Leonid into the family with Otherworld EP. The Madrid-based Irish producer has deployed during the last years some of the finest records of the house panorama, for labels such as Sistrum, Dolly or more recently Freebeat. This record fits perfectly in the Red Series started in Eleve 02 by DJ F and Jose Rico, with the focus on the dancefloor. Leonid brings a three-track EP whose amazing sound and percussion, trademark basslines and detroitish leads and pads promise to transport many dancers to other worlds.
A side starts with Xana, an esoteric house excursion with a mechanical edge. Next track is Púca, in the spirit of his deepest previous work with a characteristic syncopated bassline. B side long track is Embarr, an adventurous imagination trip across the sea; classic Leonid elements such relentless percussion and heavy bassline meets acid elements to create a one-way ticket to universal sub-conscience.

REPRESS ALERT: Parisian booking agency Vibes and Pepper enters the world of record label ownership in consummate style, reissuing this timeless EP from Motor City veterans Terrence Parker and Claude Young. The 4 Play EP is rightly revered by those who know, first released in 1993 on Dow Records. The two untitled A-Side tracks ooze sexuality thanks to slinky vocals, classic bass lines, beefy drums and intricately arranged hats. On the flip, B1 is perhaps our favourite of the lot thanks to its killer, barely decipherable vocal refrain, while the final cut is a frenetic looped-up jazz house workout of the highest order. With the agency's roster including a swag of Detroit producers including Scott Grooves, Tyree Cooper, Norm Talley and Rick Wilhite, as well as homegrown heroes Tomska and Underground Paris, we have no doubt there'll plenty more fire coming from V&P HQ in 2012.

Hot on the broken heels of Nothing Left, his smash debut LP for Chicago's CLEAR records, CGI boss and Atlanta's own TWINS graces his own imprint with Never Know Yourself, a three-track EP that treats listeners to a different side of the producer's output.
A-side cut "Tassel (Now You Know)" is pure emotivational dancefloor catharsis: behold a distorted 909 chugging away under a funky FM bassline and thick pads of melancholic ghost organs while a soaring lead and a haunted croaking mantra take it all the way to tear-jerking dance floor rapture.

Flip it over to the B-side and immediately have that sorrow cleansed by the brutal assault of "Suggestion', a heavy and distorted techno bomb that's all shifting rhythmic cycles and out-of-control synth chirps, sounding like something ripped from a Frankie Bones mix circa 1992.

Closing things out is a sleazy slab of subconsciously mid-dreamstate insta-composed Chicago house ripped right out of the back of TWINS' head, and it's appropriately titled "Feeling (From Beyond)." A juicy and rotund bassline of the most evil kind holds steady as matrix-defying bongo-and-kick patterns rise and fall while whispered provocations tie it all together in a banger suited only for the stickiest of dance floors.

The Hot Creations powerforce show no sign of slowing down as they get set to release 'Acid Jump' from New Yorkers Eskuche & Nu Sky. Destroying dancefloors all summer at the hands of Jamie Jones, the title track is a high-energy hitter and the ultimate weapon for peak time with big, powerful builds yet packed with groove, standout vocals and futuristic synths taking you on a journey into space. On the B-side 'The Future' follows suit with an extremely infectious bassline and trippy FX. This is a killer two track release not to be missed!

Eskuche & Nu Sky are djs/producers of the house & techno scene from New York City. Knowing each other from early 2000's and inspired by vibe of New York City they decided to combine their innovative ideas and make collaboration.

They started with a release on New York City's legendary label - Nervous Records. Soon followed the release of "Detroit EP" on TLK Rec. / Talk Musique. This release got huge support in a short period of time. Deep House diva Maya Jane Coles took the "Detroit" in her famous 300 XLR Podcast and then it stayed for a while in her playlist during her residency at Richie Hawtin's "Enter" parties in Ibiza.

Further releases came on labels like OOsh Music, Blend it Records, SunSun records, Gris Musique and Sk Supreme. Their tracks are being supported by such big names in the industry like Marco Carola, Loco Dice, Dubfire, Laurent Garnier, Joseph Capriati, Stacey Pullen, Figueroa, Phillip Ort and many more.

After several go-to 12s on the always reliable Let's Get Lost series, the mysterious Marvin & Guy drop their first On The Prowl release! First up is "Estacy" with driving percussion and a string driven groove that keeps building with subtle drops and hits. Marcos Cabral takes it into deeper territory with his heavy remix, definitely pushing the bottom end for the big room where it should be heard. On the flip we have "Moon Import," a moody rhodes driven vocal track with panning synths to get you in a daze. Then some upbeat disco house with "Shot Me" - a perfect track for your next loft party.

Likely one of the most keenly anticipated reissues of the year so far. An under-the-radar favorite for some time, it's steadily become known outside the realms of dedicated house classicists thanks to a placement on Joy Orbison's 2014 Essential Mix.
Exact reissue of the original with the following exceptions: B1 is an version of 'Fannie Likes 2 Dance' updated by the artist to reference his wife, rather than his ex, with a new vocal; B2 is previously unreleased.

Takuya Matsumoto is beginning to get the recognition he quite rightly deserves as one of electronic music's most genuinely unique talents. Following the release of 'Ram EP' on R&S and the acclaimed 'EKR's Galactic Dance' on Clone Royal in 2014, he has garnered support from Gilles Peterson, LONE, Move D and Floating Points to name but a few.

'Places of Colour', Takuya's debut release on the ever eclectic FINA Records sees him continues to build on the strength of his already impressive catalogue; a beautiful four track EP that underlines the qualities that distinguish his output.

The lead track 'Souvenir' is exquisite in its warmth and subtlety - a beautifully balanced blend of silky vocals, delicate chords and dusty cymbals that soothe the spirits and showcase his intrinsic flair for evocative melodies and carefully crafted compositions. As do the foregrounded poignant strings and gentle piano loop of 'Coco'; the relaxed rhythms and percussive flourishes taking a back seat as they let them tell their story.

On the flipside, leaving more obvious melodies to one side, 'Flio' and 'Seasons' are best described as an experimental electronic jams; playful concoctions of jazz and funk rhythms, colourful synths and scat vocals fused with subtle Far Eastern inspired sounds that all at once demonstrate the producer's wide-ranging influences, versatility and individuality.
