RFBCOLOURS hits release number 3 with a return from Jamie Trench this time delivering 2 tracks himself alongside JammHot who bring two of their own. Jamie opens up with "Snap" a bassline lead driver with vocal snips that twist and change throughout. Then JammHot bring "Look To The Skies", this one on a more sunshine vibe with garage-esque vibes and great for those day parties. On the flip we begin with Jamie's "She Likes To Play" this one carrying a hedonistic groove that again relies on a dinstinctive low end Jamie loves and this time rallied alongside drifting horns and female vocals. JammHot finish up the 4 tracker with with "Under The Boards" which is the most melodic of the bunch with a more head down persuasion.

Traxx Underground Return With Their Second Release of 2014, With The American DJ/Producer Dj Nav. 4 Deep Tracks For Your Ears.

It's an all US line-up as we welcome back to Strictly the Soulgasm main man Brian Coxx along with new production partner Morsy for Feel It, their stomping-piano tribute to classic house.

New Jersey man Coxx is behind the memorable Soulgasm Sessions Volumes 1 & 2 released on Strictly at the end of the zeros/beginning of the tens, and he's currently celebrating ten years of throwing the infamous Soulgasm Sessions parties around New York City.

Bronx resident Morsy has notched up a brace of releases with Nervous and, as part of the developing Coxx & Morsy partnership, a trio of tracks on Kenny Summit's Good For You imprint. Formerly part of the itinerant NYC DJ crew Crooked Disco, he's played festivals like Coachella opening for the likes of Moby and Steve Aoki and lately travelled to gigs in Europe along with a neat sideline playing cruise ship events. You can find him playing his weekly residency Mr Purple on the rooftop of the Hotel Indigo on Manhattan's Lower East Side.

The globally trendsetting house and techno family that is Visionquest now turns to a new pairing of Sonny Fodera & Gene Farris for their debut EP on the label. Entitled 'We Work It', the two-track affair comes with a remix by Visionquest man Lee Curtiss.

Australian Sonny Fodera has been at the sharp end of the dance music scene for years now, clocking up huge hits both solo and with Green Velvet aka Cajmere, releasing albums such as Afterparties & Aeroplanes and appearing on Cajual, Defected, Suara and many more top labels. Gene Farris, of course, is a Chicago house legend who has been active since the nineties, runs his own Farris Wheel label and has released close to one hundred definitive EPs on Relief, Soma and many others.

Up first, 'We Work It' is a lithe ritual of house funk with bent synths and slick mid tempo drums. A spoken word vocal snippet muses on the intake of various substances and the drums roll on infectiously below. It's sure to be a standout anthem in the months to come given that vocal line and the spiritualness of the keys all around only adds to the effect.

The first remix comes from Lee Curtiss. This one is a much quicker and more peak time bit of tech house with textured, dynamic bass and plenty of drum fills. It's an involved, more cosmic and tense take on the original, that will build great pressure on the dance floor. All in all this is another on point package from Visionquest that will get played far and wide

Mr.G comes up with another addition to his Phoenix G catalog. This time long time friend Ben Sims does a splendid remix on the A side. Furthermore, Mr G drops a banging 12'' like always.

For our fourth record we're extremely happy to present the first EP of our limited series, made by the talented Italian duo Blue Mondays. Their 'Don't Lie' has a lot of disco and funk influences, revisited in a classy house key: a perfect match between new and old school. In the B side we're so glad to have the house music pioneer from Chicago: Paul Johnson. His version is more dub and raw, with some hypnotic disco samples and dirty snares that makes it so groovy. The other remix has been entrusted to the label owner Alessio Collina. He goes with his usual 909 groove, filtered samples and dreamy strings that reminds more some classic house records from the 90s.

The 'Change' EP is the latest solo release from Lavvy Levan, four tracks that seamlessly appeal to the head, heart and soul - and not forgetting the feet. The 'Change' EP see's Lavvy continuing to stretch out, explore, search and cement his place in the House Music family. The title track offers a frenzied filter-led groove, taking Disco influenced House to a new level - a sure-fire feel-good dance floor monster.

'Hurt' takes a more laid back direction, laced with infectious vocals, scattered breakbeats and a summer-laden vibe that will please a happy soulful crowd.

'Mess' moves toward the avant-garde, with soaring sci-fi pads and a masterful sub-bass. Striking and slightly heavier than Lavvy's usual style. One not to be taken lightly.

... and finally 'Peace' is a rich, deep and rather emotive track with heart-wrenching chords and a driving bassline - this is Lavvy delivering some his most personal and expansive work yet.

Deep Explorer opens the door to the African producers with this "Mind Jazz Explorations EP". Under the Ofuren's name, Siyabonga Ngwenya /Roots Go Deep) express all his lo-fi vision about the deep music. This is his debut on Deep Explorer with three songs full of smoke. The EP contains a remix of "Ancestry" by the mysterious Man-Drake with Afrikan Sciences (DeepBlak) helping on the bassline.

Back in August 2017, Jerome Derradji received a call by one of Chicago's most renowned record dealer.
It went like this: 'Hey Jerome, I've got all these reel to reel tapes of Chicago House stuff. You want to take a look'

Less than 24 hours later, more than 160 reels were purchased and safely hauled back to the Still Music office and Jerome got to work.

In fact, these reels - that were lost for more than 20 years - contain some incredible stuff that we'll be releasing in the years to come but right now it's time to Jack!
