Born and based out of Paris, Corentin Chantrell, aka Occibel, is a young DJ and producer with previous

releases on Chat Noir Rec, Unanime Records and INSOUND, which illustrates his flair for producing

vibrant, groove-based house tracks laced with enticing minimalism. Occibel's 'Vernal Station' EP sees him

join the London-based crew Tessellate joining the likes of Kylin Tyce, Firmin, Armless Kid, T. Jacques, and

label bosses The Trip as they continue to evolve their superbly curated discography.

'Ghosts On The Rocks' begins with glistening synths fused emphatically with the skippy percussion and

scintillating bass grooves before 'Vernal Station' offers up breakbeat-driven drums that meet luminous,

zappy melodies and dreamy, trance-inducing twinkles with adventurous yet playful tendencies.

On the flip, T. Jacques, who runs Nuances De Nuit, returns to Tessellate with a remix of 'Ghost On The

Rocks'. Aquatic bleeps, tunnelling pads and tripped-out fx provide the essence of this intricate, hypnotic

house cut. Holding Hands and Phone Traxx artist Harry Wills then rounds off this classy EP with a floaty

interpretation of 'Vernal Station' featuring wavering leads, spacey bleeps and breezy sonics that provide

both warmth yet elation.

In the early hours of one morning in 1996, Asad Rizvi (aka Silverlining) and Wiggle's Nathan Coles found themselves marooned on the planet Wrong. They had crossed paths at many of the infamous raves that shaped London's underground house sound, and opted to take controls at the cockpit of a Brixton studio that, in a single night, yielded 'System Error'. The two Right Wrongans were hence born.

Their first release, 'Not Quite Right EP', rocked dance-floors from San Francisco to Tokyo in a short space of time. 'System Error' was further celebrated on Danny Tenaglia's legendary 'Athens' CD. Interest has again been sparked by numerous DJs such as Petre Inspirescu and Ricardo Villalobos playing the track at gigs around Europe during the Summer of 2018. Yet, prices have inflated way beyond accessibility to mortal buyers, and hence this reissue has been chosen to inaugurate a brand new imprinted called Neotropiq. The single has been backed by the devastatingly groovy 'Straight Ahead Then Take the Next Wrong'. Order with haste, as this one is going to go!

He’s steadily progessing with his sound and the results are proving him right: Simon just released his second ep on Jimpster’s beloved Freerange label, plus a new releases on Moment Cinethique. Having released the highly acclaimed ​Rivers/Tokyo ASMR on Crosstown Rebels last year, Berlin’s Emanuel Satie returns to the label this March with the powerful ​Personal Liberation EP, ​showcasing the deep and emotive characteristics that Emanuel brings to his accomplished productions.

Tribal-esque percussion leads the way in title track ​Personal Liberation,​ progressing with haunting synths, dramatic keys and a hypnotising vocal. A track that subtly builds throughout, ​Keys to Jupiter ​is a moody yet blissful cut of electronic excellence, enhanced with divine piano keys. Last up, ​Somewhere Else In Time is a trippy and robotic number with break-beat style percussion and stirring synths.

"I started to make the tracks before we knew what Corona even was, but they strangely forecasted the way I was going to feel during this year in lockdown. On the title track, Nanghiti’s vocals demand you to connect with who you really are, just like the pandemic and it’s isolation and lockdowns did, and celebrates that moment of triumph. Keys To Jupiter is a track I made with the Australian pianist Niko Haropoulos, trying to make a dancefloor track as least-dancefloor-sounding as possible and letting the world of classical piano collide with electronic sounds. Following a stellar breakthrough year in 2016 with several big releases, Emanuel Satie has been on the rise ever since. Notably his 2018 ​Don’t Forget To Go Home summer anthem was unquestionably one of the tracks of the Ibiza season and beyond. In 2019 Satie followed up by delivering the enormous ​Planet XXX on Cocoon Recordings, which was supported all summer by Sven Vath, Dixon, Guy Gerber, Patrice Baumel, &ME and many more, so it was only natural that Sven would welcome him into the Cocoon family by signing him to the Cocoon Agency. Emanuel’s career so far has been littered with successes, including a Beatport #1, several tracks in Resident Advisor’s most charted tracks of the year lists and the “Best Producer Award“ at the Ibiza DJ Awards.

Rising star Joseph Edmund is back onboard Hot Creations with the insanely infectious two-track Baewatch, which follows his debut release Dreams To Reality, which dropped on the label in 2019. At the tender age of twenty-five, 2021 is set to be the breakthrough year for this promising producer.

Spearheading the new wave of up-and-coming artists, Joseph has already proved his worth with a titan of support from some of the industry’s biggest and most respected DJs, such as Jamie Jones, The Martinez Brothers and Marco Carola. Delivering arguably one of his strongest releases to date, the funky cut Baewatch is irresistibly grabbing, with catchy vocal stabs and an overall nod to the earlier days of dance music. Aphrodites is a moodier yet bouncy affair that stimulates the senses intensely, with a highly infectious bassline and trippy FX.

Since originally making waves in 2019 with his first release on the iconic Hot Creations, Beatport with the massive release Lose your Body on Whippin' in early 2020. Joseph's unique sound makes him unquestionably one to watch in the coming years, with an arsenal of unreleased tracks being sent out to key labels for the remainder of 2021 alongside confirmed shows at We ARE FSTVL (Paradise Stage), BPM Festival, Kaluki Summer Sound System, The Warehouse Project and many more.

Due to their stunning releases on Underground Quality and Laid the Smallpeople aka Julius Steinhoff and Dionne are back with a real smasher.

Taylor Freels has built quite a strong catalog over the years. His work under his Urulu moniker, is widely regarded as top quality deep house and 'The Banshee EP' continues in this fashion. The title track has a dreamlike atmosphere to it. 'The Banshee' is a work that will strike a chord with lovers of the ocean-influenced sounds and hazy atmospheres. A strong presence of strings and dubby sounds, create a certain laidback mood that is perfect for sun drenched days in the park. Chicagoan producer "Garrett David" builds on the hazy atmospheres of the original, while adding some melodic elements to his remix of 'The Banshee' where he cleverly shifts between scales and different moods.

'Quadrant Beat' is a warm track that is built around warm chords and fashionable drum sounds. Again, Urulu makes sure to weave some outgoing dub elements into this b-side opening track. 'Romance Track' is most likely one of the Berlin based producer's most melodic works to date. Beautifully executed piano hits flow together seemingly easy over a sturdy rhythm that serves as the track's backbone. "The Banshee EP" is a work of lush deep house and an excellent addition to both Urulu's repertoire and the SAFT label catalog.

A new label, run by an old head, Paul Wise aka Placid is the driving force behind ‘We’re Going Deep’. Known to many who inhabit the realms of underground House and Techno, the imprint sprang to life at the tail end of 2020 from his hugely popular Facebook community under the same banner.

Born out of a lifelong affair with the many shades of deep electronic rhythms, coupled with a thirst for collecting records since 1988, Paul’s mission is all about sharing and releasing new music for the dance floor, front room or even just your headphones. Rather than staying hung up on the past, his reputation for digging into the annals Acid, Electro, Techno, Deep House alongside the odd slice of Downtempo precedes him, as he readies the third WGD volume for release.

Bubbling up with another 4 track EP comprised of cuts from equally brilliant artists, the opening shots are fired on Side A with the unmistakeable sounds of Moy “Ouroboros”. A finely crafted slice of robotic acid funk entices you into the wilds and waves of moody 303 action as machines collide with precision accuracy. Bringing you back to a calmer vision and seas of tranquilty, Rekab aka James Baker’s “Summer Dreams” demonstrates just how blissful ambience and slowing the pace in these testing times can soothe the soul. Leading Side B, fans of Chi-town grooves will not be disappointed with Garrett David’s “Cruisin Through”. A Smart Bar resident and Gramaphone Records employee, he’s no stranger to sumptuous jackin’ edged house jams packed full of bouncing beats. Blending an irresistible rump funking groove to synth-led melodics that build and build, the total sum of these parts will not fail to get you out of your seat. Signing off in style, Moody Waters takes us into hypnotic house territory as low slung beatdown vibes meet mysterious atmospheres and vocal fx, emerging from the haze of that 5am smog that all too often glazes your inner mind.

A Side - Fizzy Water expresses Ben’s snappy signature drums and driving basslines backed up with a groovy remix from Nolga.

B side - Grey Area the atmospheric journey is combined with analog sounds, jungle elements and is finished off with a wide breaky remix from Bobby ODonnell.

After a successful first release, we are very pleased to present the next one by an icon & legend of house music. The years go by and Brian Cavender aka Seafoam does not stop impressing us with his music, these 4 tracks are accurately what we seek to capture on each release, music with that style that made us fall in love in the late '90s and early new century. The impressive thing here is that without mentioning which of these 4 tracks were made in the '90s. When we asked Brian for music and told him about our ideology he understood us perfectly and sent us a folder named "Old cuts", music made from roughly around 1995 to 2000. When we listened to the tracks we recognized that this was music created in the past but still sounds super fresh, another timeless gem for the ufo series catalog.

TOTAL turns 21 this year, and Kompakt’s venerable compilation series couldn’t have asked for a more auspicious coming-of-age collection. If TOTAL 20 was consolidation against the odds, the Kompakt crew producing for a dreamt-of dancefloor in an uncertain future, then TOTAL 21 feels abuzz and alive with possibilities. Significantly, it’s the first TOTAL in some time that’s streamlined down to a single disc; this makes TOTAL 21 even punchier than usual, a joyous, reflective, and always thrilling 75-minute audio scan of the world according to Kompakt.

As with every instalment of TOTAL, there’s a deft balancing here of Kompakt regulars and new blood. Of the latter, there’s a first appearance by KOLLMORGEN, remixed by PATRICE BÄUMEL into an astral torch song; Amsterdam’s NICKY ELISABETH, offering up ROMAN FLÜGEL’s pulsating, arpeggiated remix of “Celeste”; and CAPTAIN MUSTACHE swoops down into view, PLAY PAUL in tow, with the dream-like electro lift-off that is “Everything”. JONATHAN KASPAR also drops by with a new track, “Von Draussen”, a stealthy and lethal floor-hugger with prowling bass.

Elsewhere, there’s the lead track to MICHAEL MAYER’s astonishing recent EP, “Brainwave Technology”, which not-so-gently spears the tech-futurist babble of AI, transhumanism and posthumanism, soundtracked by one of Mayer’s typically lush, glimmering soundscapes. JOHN TEJADA reaches back to the heyday of glitch and dub techno with the gorgeous “Spectral Progressions”, while the brothers VOIGT & VOIGT, on “Nicht Mein Job”, seem reinvigorated by the interwoven patterns and funky minimalism of the Profan days. Not to be outdone, JÜRGEN PAAPE kicks TOTAL 21 with “La Guittara Romantica”, a chiming and lilting lullaby for woozy late-night reflection.

Throughout, it feels as though Kompakt are taking a moment to both breathe in the dust of the past and look forward to a bright future. Perhaps that’s why, on “Fasson”, SASCHA FUNKE seems so confident, with pinprick melodies bouncing around a hall of audio mirrors, or why THE BIONAUT returns with “Blue Sky Motor Lodge”, a song so moistly melancholy, so enduringly lovely, it’ll make you weep tears of joy. ROBAG WRUHME gets a little delirious on the ticking, twisting “No”, and then GUI BORATTO mops everything up with the bubbling, bumping glam-stomp “Wake Up”.

That’s not all – spring for the digital and/or vinyl edition and you’ll get a new cut, “Happy”, from MICHAEL MAYER, and MARC ROMBOY & C.A.R.’s “I Am A Dancer”. But however you choose to play it, now TOTAL’s turned 21, it’s your duty to throw it the celebration to end all celebrations. Let the party begin, and don’t forget to bring a party favor…

In recent years Mark Reeve has become a pivotal member of the Drumcode crew. His 2015 EP debut 'Run Back' was a standout, before he backed it up strongly with 'Nine of You', his collaboration with Adam Beyer that featured on A-Sides Vol.4, ensuring his place in the hearts of DC fans.

The 50th release on the Clone Royal Oak Series. A small milestone, and its longtime label friend and collaborator Antenna who has the right tunes for this release! He delivers a unique blend of house cuts EP that conjures up a very blissed out and heady feel. Digging deep in the roots of electronic dance music the tracks have a classic and familiar feel, reminiscent of the heydays of early 90's raves and chill outs where the darker and deeper sounds reigned. Boston's Dana Kelley aka Callisto is a man whose music has long been the subject of much deserved adulation. A student of the deep and soulful, an explorer of the melodic and galactic, and an artist who manages to capture imaginations with his supremely crafted sonics. He is a much missed artist, someone who departed the physical too early, but the body of work he left behind has spoken to generations of listeners, DJ's and fans in equal measure.

This, the second instalment of 3 compilations focused on Callisto's golden period of productions for the legendary Chicago label Guidance Recordings, sees even more of Dana's most highly coveted work featured side by side, chock full of rarities and classics.
A celebration of the man's music, his vision and the forward looking nature of his music that is still intact today. It's hard to think of someone with a more unique style and with a truer idea of their own sound-world. Callisto takes us deep inside, into other worlds with his own individualistic take on house, techno, ambient and even jungle and D&B.

Violet flips the unhurried aesthetic of 'Transcending Into Nonsense' in favour of stirring breakbeat rhythms, twinkling soundscapes and calming melodies.

Long time affiliate Jonna brings along Detroit crooner Javonntte with remixes by Soulphiction and Marcellus Pittman.

Danse Club resident Lauhaus returns to Danse Club for his 4th EP including a remix from DJ Honesty. The EP also includes 'Bird Up' a vinyl only exclusive.

Infuse welcomes back Croatian talent Mariano Mateljan to the imprint to close out June, backed by a remix from FUSE resident Seb Zito.

Founder of the vinyl only imprint u.dig, releasing material to date from himself and the likes of Alexis Cabrera and Ben Balance & Fabe aka Ho Do Ri, and with recent releases on Moss Co. and Vekton, Croatian DJ and producer Mariano Mateljan has grown to become one of the scenes most promising rising talents, reflected with key bookings from fabric (London) to Club der Visionaere (Berlin) and beyond. Having released on Infuse back in 2013 with his track ‘Pigeon Boxer’ featuring on the label’s third ever V/A release, plus appearances for both FUSE and Infuse at events in London, here we see an impressive return from Mateljan as he delivers his first EP on the label entitled ‘Tabebula’, whilst FUSE resident and Infuse A&R Seb Zito turns in a classy remix of the title track.

Title cut ‘Tabebula’ opens the EP as slick percussion shots go to work amongst a deep, snaking bass groove, whilst second original ‘Rose Amongst Thorns’ opens the B-side in equally as impressive fashion, opting for a more paired back effort that combines floating airy chords, slinking drums and refined melodies. Last up, Seb Zito’s interpretation of the lead track sees the London favourite opt for a driving acid-tinged bassline, crisp claps and skipping hats throughout to round out proceedings.

London’s Rowlanz and Paris-based duo Miroloja combine to make their Infuse debuts with ‘Totally Lazy’ this December, backed by label A&R Rossko on remix duties.

Rising talents within their own city’s bubbling house and minimal scenes, London’s Rowlanz and Paris’ Miroloja have been making noise via a slew of releases between them on the likes of Pleasure Zone, Joule, Politics Of Dancing, OLO Records and More Than Music – the home of their last collaboration, drawing support from the likes of Raresh, Sven Väth, Rhadoo, Barac, Varhat and Janeret.

With 2019 drawing to a close, December marks a debut appearance on Infuse from both parties as they deliver two collaborative cuts, with FUSE mainstay Rossko also serving up a remix of the title track.

Opening the EP, ‘Totally Lazy’ unveils a deep and immersive production that snakes through paired back organic percussion, rich pads and soft, emotive female vocal hooks, before ‘007 Freak’ introduces sweeping electronic leads, rolling sub-bass and further warped and infectious vocal samples.

Last up, Rossko’s ‘Manlike’ Remix quickly raises the energy levels, employing driving kicks, tripped out and delayed vox samples, and introducing soaring lead synths throughout to close the package in emphatic fashion.

Following the success of last year's first Spirits compilation, Crosstown Rebels are back with volume 2. Expect 'battle weapons galore' as Damian Lazarus unleashes eight tracks upon us that have been the biggest hits from his sets over the past year. Bathe yourself in a sonic soundscape that commands you to, as the man himself says, 'play it loud'.

The second album opens up with the legendary Yousef delivering Heartbeat, a masterful track that perfectly balances light and dark, complete with euphoric strings. Next up is the seductive rhythm of Jenia Tarsol & Jinga with their offering - Jimjum.

On the B Side Nick Curly's Maelstrom provides a darker, driving twist with a pulsating beat, followed by Emanuel Satie bumpy, rolling, inspiring master piece Fade, enlisting the divine and soulful vocal talents of Nanghiti.

The C Side features Jonas Rathsman bringing his tantalising touch to the proceedings next with Lost Youth. Its mystical tribal vocal sample and spiralling percussion glides into the Amazonian beats of Doorly & Tan Dem, who sample tropical birdsong on their offering, with a blistering piano breakdown.

Finally zotar aka Kenny Glasgow's CIRCLE OF FEAR is pure afterhours hedonism. A throbbing beat drives the track forward with its enticing male vocal. Bartolomeo gifts us with a weighty number that utilises glitchy undertones on Celeste.

Savor’s 2021 first release has the Uruguayan wonder girl, Ema Remedi. On this EP she provides us to 2 tracks with her signature sound. ‘Virazon’ is one of her biggest tracks up to date and definitely a dancefloor smasher, while ‘Nothing Tolouse’ is a subtle and hypnotic roller. On remix duties we have Voigtmann, who reworked ‘Virazon’ adding his typical eerie touch while maintaining the dancefloor energy intact.

Mike 'Agent X' Clark is a true hero of the Detroit scene, but he rarely gets the props he deserves, making any outing of his a cause for celebration. El Provost's No Speakers label knows what's up, and they've drafted in Clark for his killer jam "The Heat." The name is no foil, this track will set any party ablaze with its distinctive speech sample and saucy rhythm section. Alongside the original, there is a strong cast of remixers on hand to serve up deadly variations, from the label boss' skipping, psyched-out groover to Ben Sims' appropriately thumping techno workout. Peter Rocket especially impresses with a crafty breaks version that should slot in nicely with the resurgent electro scene.

Italian crew Unknown Collective come correct on this latest Purism joint as they drop some seriously bumping deep house heat to get bodies popping with approval. "Nodi" is the consummate A side jam, all exuberant energy and rock solid functionality, just like a DJs best friend should be. "Virgo" is, on the surface, a slinkier affair, but don't be fooled as there's some serious weight in that bassline which will absolutely rock on a proper soundsystem. "Arya" is the dreamier cut on the record - the groove is still solid, but there's a dreamy tone to the pad hovering in the background and the track is sprinkled with all kinds of extra sonic delights to toy with your mind at the hazy end of the dance.

A chirp, a wine and a gurgle are the sounds that make the song of swallow. You won't find any of them on here though. The third installment of this sampler series features well-rounded dance and prance material instead. Four artists, four hits. Berlin duo Cyrk pay tribute to their favorite Sunday parties with Italo Blade. Barely hidden by its name, it cuts right through any heart of stone with aural infatuation and elation. Half Baked are back with a new record from Pressure Traxx main man Arno. On this particular record the minimal tastemaker is indulging his love of hip hop and rave culture, artfully distilling rowdy elements into a funky twist on the micro house aesthetic. It's a potent blend that reaches from the scatty delights of "Why Does The Lion Get Lost In The Jungle?" to the chirpy organ-led "No Car; Big Garage". On the flip, there's a more distinctly house slant to "He Displays Nothing But", with the same playful demeanour powering the grooves albeit in a more stripped back way.
