Marc Romboy presents his upcoming album "Voyage de la planète" his first solo full-length production in over eight years. Released on his newly launched Hyperharmonic label, Voyage de la Plantète signifies an exciting new chapter for Marc as he experiments with his sound - pushing the boundaries between classical and electronic music to create both an emotional and atmospheric experience.
The first impression of this new sound can be heard on this 10", the album opener "Monde futuristewhich blends together beautiful strings and soft flittering synths. While "Monde futuriste" merges the beauty of the violine played by Miki Kekenj and electronic arrangments, "Voyage de la planète" mixes the two mediums together with fluttering synths and a somber string quartet.
Inspired by a concert with the Dortmund Philharmonic Orchestra where he performed Claude Debussy works in a contemporary way, this 10" and the album signify the start of a new chapter for Marc Romboy. Combining the strange, fascinating sounds of electronic music with the sublime beauty of classical music to create an extraordinary sonic experience for the listener.

Finally we've made it and we're proud to announce that we've reached a milestone that every label aims for: the one hundredth release in a continous sequence of catalogue numbers. And what a journey it has been over the course of the past eight years. To celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime event no-one less than Marco Resmann himself comes up with a dedicated 12 single that's not only named '100 but also comes as a special gold vinyl edition plus gold label prints and seethrough packaging that makes this record stick out amongst many in each and every vinyl lovers collection as well as in every DJ case. The original version of '100 is a big room monster of a TechHouse tune, providing maximum tension through scattered shakers, carefully arranged synth sweeps and long, strident build ups introducing dark, psyched out and proggy bass and midrange warps leading towards an ultimate climax whenever this tune is hammered through a club rig. On the flipside we see the 'Jubiläums Mix' of '100 following intense spiralling basslines all through the course of the night whilst layers and layers of ecstatic stabs and a continuous swell of uplifting, positive synths introduces crowds to high-octane levels of buzzing dancefloor energy. What a blast.

Milan based Italian producer Mari Mattham makes his debut for Sleaze will a killer package! This strong original track 'Black Brother' brings a dark, bleepy warehouse vibe.
A style which has already seen him release recently on the likes of Illegal Alien & Unknown Territory.His first effort for Sleaze Records also features three top quality remixes by Mark Broom, Mattias Fridell & Echologist.

After the first Ricardo Tobar remix edition (featuring remixes by John Tejada and Fairmont) on Cocoon Recordings we are proud to present the next chapter with remixes by Lawrence and Midnight Operator (Mathew and Nathan Jonson). 2016 seems to continue as we started it: With high quality music by great artists presenting us amazing techno in an unique and tasty style. Midnight Operator, the joint project of the two Jonson brothers, picked Tobars Angora' for their remix and the result appears very fresh and housey. Their bassline programming adds a nice italo-disco vibe to their version of Angora". Together with their strings and melody-parts the Midnight Operator remix is turning into the perfect soundtrack for the upcoming spring nights: We hear flowers, birds, butterflies and feel the warm air ... not to mention that our feet start moving and dancing. Dial mastermind Lawrence contributes the fourth remix to Tobars album: His version of Red Light' explores the emotional side of techno and house. We dive into deep spaces, spheric melodies and an atmosphere close to the vibe of the great works of Kraftwerk - this is impressive! Lawrence Red Light' version presents the musical side of techno to us - a timeless piece of music with a chill-out flavoured beat and synth programming.

Sonderr embark on the first expedition into the exotic lands of palm trees and blue skies with their moody, synth heavy 'Goin Home EP'. Four dusty jams packed full of ambient textures, gritty drum sequences and scorching acid basslines.

Tiger Stripes has delivered some heavy hitting tracks with his new EP on Truesoul. Each track has chunky drums that are laced with insanely catchy vocal hooks that keep the tracks and give them each a distinguishable character.

There is no artist in the history of our label that we have given a harder time to than Vin Sol. At some point between us rejecting killer track after killer track he must have given up, pushing out his orphan tunes on other labels while we took our sweet time. We finally made our peace, and selected the four tracks that encompass the Moonchild EP you have here...
You see, Vin and Hny have history and to make this marriage official we needed it to be just right. Big daddy Vincente might be known around the world for his sure-fire dance-floor bombs, but not as commonly known for his Queer Ally reputation in San Francisco. Using his production prowess and dj knowledge to help bring up the Bay Area gay dance scene has built him a fanbase of all walks of life. We think this might be his most accomplished musical work to date, not just because it is for our label, but because it's a labor of love.
The EP reads like a metaphor for the two sides of the city where it was made. Moonchild and Electrical Storms reminisce the mystical and spiritual love affair San Francisco has had since the 60s while Patronize and Bondage Taped reference the sexually adventurous side the city indoctrinates to all its visitors. This record feels big to us and mostly because it reps our home and a hometown hero so hard. Enjoy.

Señales, Spanish for Signals, is the new work and debut at Femur by Rafa M. Espinosa, aka Geistform. It depicts a round trip to the darkest side, the sullen and dismal side of our sonic concept. The four tracks, which make up this 12' range from odes to smacking electro beat, obsessive mid-tempos, old industrial echoes and sinister and unsettling atmospheres.

The tender techno originators Howling landed with their newest single - Phases' backed by some very good, and carefully chosen remixes by Toto Chiavetta and Alex.Do.

For the 9th instalment in DBA's Dubs series Ikonika and Big Strick square off head to head, following the Hyperdub artist's genre-defying Distractions LP earlier this year. Oral Suspension is an instrumental which switches rough-shod between a UK halfstep crunch and a Hoop Dreams era Chicago bounce. On the flip Big Strick brings his characteristic smooth groove to the table for the remix, which, though laidback, is nevertheless bound to energise the dancers.

Evading the ubiquitous pigeonholes, Ikonika has variously been known for her dubstep innovations, her uk funky experiments on Hum and Buzz and her post-urban sketches for Hyperdub. Meanwhile though an interest in techno and specifically the sounds of the Midwest have underpinned her work.

Over the last sixteen years Moods & Grooves has amassed a staggeringly impressive label family that includes names like Theo Parrish, Mr G, Kyle Hall, Rick Wade, Andres & Kenny Dixon Jr. aka Moodymann. This May the legendary Detroit label returns with a seminal thirteen-track album from veteran DJ & producer Joe Le Bon entitled 'House Music Love Music'.

With this new LP Jarno Eerola aka Joe Le Bon demonstrates his inimitable production prowess, garnered from a musical career spanning more than twenty years and encompassing releases on labels such as International Deejay Gigolo Records, Pro-Tez, Plastik.FM and Blumenbeat. Alongside his own output the Berlin-based artist has written tracks and remixes for numerous producers, most notably composing DJ Hells chart- smashing remix of Tim Deluxe 'Transformations' which saw six continuous weeks at number one on Beatport.

Jarno's polished production ability and aptitude for exploring diverse sounds and rhythms whilst maintaining a resolute warmth and depth to every cut is the most prevalent footnote across the course of the album. For 'Ghosts On Cassette' the Berlin-based producer works whirring space-like atmospherics over hypnotic beats and shuffling snares to dish up a smooth and captivating opener. 'For Yasuni' and 'The Road Is Under Repair' get worked over subtle synth patterns and crisp percussion to offer up some of the more emotive provisions on the album. This in contrast to the deep driving beats of 'House Music Love Music' and the more club-ready tracks like '82 Degrees' or 'Like Cotton Deep Orchestra' truly exemplifies the wide-ranging nature of the album.

All in all Joe Le Bon has structured a sublime body of work that can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home or the middle of a dance floor, each and every track oozes depth and sits as a true testament to his abilities in the studio.

claps and the overall pumping sex appeal of this tune will then ultimately loosen all hormonal congestion a danceoor could suffer
from. If the descriptive trio 'crazy, sexy, cool' wouldn't be occupied already, it now had found two new hymns to dance and do other
nasty things to.

Classy, driving, mid 1990s Detroit school reminiscent Techno.

A collection of tracks written & produced in 2016, Milan, Italy, including some of his first solo material after focusing on his CW/A project with Francesco Leali aka Clockwork for a few years.

An audio engineer by trade, Avatism records electronic music and operates Parachute Records from his Milan-based studio. With original compositions and remixes on Nonplus, Vakant, Decca, R&S and his own imprint, the young Italian is well-respected for his own brand of dilapidated, muscular dance music. Performing solely as a live act, his improvised transmissions echo through the walls of clubs like Fabric, Berghain, Concrete, Panorama Bar and festivals of the calibre of Sonar, Audioriver and EXIT, either alone or under the guise of CW/A.

Hailing from Brazil and since moved to Toronto Get Weird welcomes Hauy. Music crafted to be played in the clubs or the deserts, these three tracks chart an important journey for Hauy. Each a part of his recent journey and growth.
Amanita is a magic mushroom (Amanita Muscaria) that took him to a place where he felt no longer with the living. A place of truth where he would no longer lie to himself. After finding his truth and coming back to the land of the living, he decided to express the feelings of his journey through his music.
He further pondered what it all meant. The initial darkness of the trip and its aftermath, gave way to a more positive light. As he felt more and more positive, another song floated in to his mind. Your way to paradise is the sunrise after the darkness.
Blue Moon wasn't originally a part of this musical journey but now seems relevant to represent how he felt before the experience, as a part of his full circle, completing a personal expedition and exploration to our latest release.

No longer one of Denmark's best kept secrets, Holtoug's talent is firmly out of the bag as he touches down on hafendisko with the yearning 'Stay In Love' - a tune worthy of comparison in feel and tone to Âme's smash 2012 remix of Ry & Frank Wiedemann's 'Howling'. Marrying the drive and energy of dance music to the singer-songwriting sensibility of his indie roots, it's a delicious mélange, intense yet featherlight, booming yet ethereal: an intricate and playful soundworld characterised by breathy pads, deft percussive flourishes and a swooping, swooning bass that basks in all its glory on the accompanying Instrumental version. On remix duties, hafendisko labelmate Yannick Labbé - best known for his work with Trickski and long association wth Jazzanova/Compost - gets all dark and menacing, adding harsh, machine percussion, vibrating subs and a discombobulating counterpoint of eerie, sustained tones. Meanwhile, Martin Gretschmann (The Notwist), operating under his Acid Pauli pseudonym, mutates the vocal into a cooing, howling, wah-wah as playful intertwined synth lines dance and bounce off each other gleefully. Perpetually inventive, otherworldly stuff!

Swiss DJ-producer Honorée debuts on Rekids with two intricate numbers featuring Swedish producer Evigt Mörker.

A key component in Switzerland's thriving electronic music scene, Honorée is an accomplished DJ and no stranger to playing alongside the upper echelons of house and techno. She now demonstrates her production abilities with an excellent inaugural outing on Rekids.

'Pearls' sees deep notes and stuttering percussion join echoing French vocals for a stripped-back exhibition of mesmerising house. 'Feeling' integrates sultry chords with syncopated drums whilst a whispering voice ebbs in and out of the mix. Evigt Mörker, known for appearances on Semantica Records and Konstrukt, then steps up for a rhythmic and ethereal rendition of 'Pearls'.

Forceful, industrial and acidic, Kamera's 'Consignia', taken from his EP 'Ventoux', arrives reworked by two producers each as uncompromising as the source material.
Truncate steps up to delivers a remix that further encapsulates his precise vision of deep, raw techno. Choosing to boldly strip back the foundations of the original track, his powerful rework performs subtle but precise surgery, creating a tense masterpiece of sustain and release, enveloping the dancefloor in thunderous claps and jittering rave samples.
Meanwhile, the so far elusive Yaleesa Hall is tapped for an offbeat, dub version of Consignia, twisting the track into something altogether darker and stranger. A muddied, dare we say filthy bassline supports a chaotic framework of unpredictable drum patterns and mechanized noise, while still maintaining a hallucinogenic groove as the track's original elements gasp for air underneath.

The third release on Sports Records comes from Greek artist, Salt. Hailing from the Mediterranean island of Crete, Salt has crafted two tracks ready for summer's parties. For Sports he offers two originals, on the A-side, 'Quantum XL', a hypnotic and funky groove straight from space. The mysterious Sylphe redubs 'Quantum XL' into a stripped back and further out version. The second track, 'Imago Loop', brings a different feeling with an atmospheric, electro inspired number. The prolific Martinez reshapes 'Imago Loop' into a shuffler that takes you a little higher. 300 copies, vinyl only.

Scuba refocuses his SCB project with 'Below the Line', coming this October on Hotflush Recordings.
'Below The Line' inaugurates a fictional timeline of events set in a hypothetical future. A climate-related disaster acts as a catalyst for a complete overturn in society, the repercussions of which will be explored subsequently.
The British producer has become one of modern dance music's most pioneering figures, having produced four full-length albums, various EPs and contributed mix albums to renowned series such as DJ Kicks, Fabric, and for Berghain's Ostgut Ton label over the last decade. Donning the SCB name in 2010, Paul Rose's pseudonym for esoteric techno found home on labels like Aus, Nonplus and Hotflush Recordings, not to mention its own eponymous imprint.

As the Summer draws to a close Serge Devant returns once more to Damian Lazarus's Crosstown Rebels with the highly infectious 'This Moment' EP. Serge original tracks are accompanied by a great Dinky remix, to complete this great package.
Opening up the EP with 'This Moment', Devant has created a track that implores the listener to stop and take in all the vibrations, effects and melodies. This is a piece of music that intricately weaves together a hefty bass, curious sounds and an addictive horn. Pay close attention to 'In Time' and you will be absorbed once more in an enchanting world where all you can do is follow the rhythm of the drums. On the flip and Dinky adds her signature vocals, and hooky synth stabs creating a deep and textural remix of 'This Moment'.

Get Weired follows on from GW's last release in smooth style with this beautiful, dreamlike Superlounge release. Whether the sun is rising or falling both tracks create beautiful moments with their delicate melodic soundscapes. Underpinned by confident drum arrangements and warm baselines each will take you somewhere quite special. With the highly anticipated release of Thorsteinssøn's 'Academy of Heroes' album on the horizon, Pets Recordings have decided the flip the switch early and precede the longplayer with a fantastic trio of remixes. Academy of Heroes is described as 'deliciously cosmic and cheerily schizophrenic' and looking to break down and reconstruct some of this glorious frenzy are three exciting producers, each of which have chosen a track from the album to remix. First up is London based Pets pal Ashworth, who returns to the label for the first time since December's 'Collapsed' ep. 'Sixtrack Blues' is the track of choice with Ashworth harnessing the originals dreamy vibe and adding a punchy guitar driven groove. Talking of 'punch', Gerd steps up, under his Geeeman guise, on a rework of 'Sammy'. Taking the original's liquidy and acidic melody the Dutchman straightens and replays, replacing the original's loose drums with a raw, kickass rhythm of his own to turn Sammy into a warehouse weapon. Fresh from their Boiler Room debut, Berlin live act Cab Drivers select the bulbous cosmic disco of 'Midnight At Taffey's' to resculpt. A driving drum pattern turns the original slomo groover into a stellar swinging workout. A superb selection of remixes, each far removed from Thorsteinssøn's originals. Making the anticipation for the Academy Of Heroes that much greater.

The Activ-Analog collective return under this name for the first time in 10 years with a blistering new EP on Lisbon's Assemble Music. Taken from group live jams which are mixed down and tweaked on the fly, these four tracks recall the explosive simplicity of Daniel Bell's output on Accelerate, both A-side tracks all whacked-out acid and basslines cut through by razor sharp hats and claps. The B-side sees the addition of the same woozy pads that defined their venerated Night Shift EPs from the late 90s, taking the mood far into the afterhours. Hard but with a light touch, funky and clean - in one word, irresistible.
