Florian Kupfer and Luke Wyatt (Torn Hawk) met through the Ron Morelli Long Island matchmaking service that has done such a global favor by producing relationships and collaborations between previously isolated weirdos all around the world.
As solo artists they have produced work for some of the most adventurous labels around, including LIES , Technicolour, and Rush Hour's No 'Label' imprint.
Now they join forces for this haunting and darkly hilarious trip.

Since his first release in 1997, Hanna has been a body of art with the agenda of putting ambiguous chord structures and harmonies into an electronic music envelope. The more popular works lying in the deep house and techno genre. The Apron release called The Never End, opens and closes with ambient pieces without drums or percussion with strange titles ''Being'' and ''When'' which are improper adjectives or nouns that symbolize the ambiguity of the chords and beauty of the sound. The other 4 pieces nudge previous unique Hanna minerva that makes this a special and impressive release.

Fabian Winkels and Ben Balance's Ho Do Ri project has been responsible for some of the best minimal house workouts of the last two years. Hopes are naturally high, then, for this first appearance on Mariano Mateljan's Split-based u.dig imprint. Happily, they hit the ground running with A-side "Fu Giunta 007", where fluttering, dream house style synth melodies and becalmed ambient chords wind their way around a chunky, bass-heavy tech-house groove rich in bustling bass and outer-space electronics. Their minimal instincts come further to the fore on heads-down flipside "Flood Shella", which peppers a hypnotic, locked-on groove with Villalobos style electronics and mind-altering electronic effects.

Bursting from the bubbling underground club scene of Tel Aviv, Bauhaus Records is a record label headed up by veteran scene originators and world renowned The Block club first residents DJ's Amichay Matyas and Yogo, in partner with well-experienced label and artist manager, Udi Niv. Buahuas Records aims to provide a creative ground for a collective of local underground electronic producers & DJs, emphasizing the art of organic & analog sound and down to earth house music.
Their experience of nearly 20 years of playing for Tel-Aviv's underground dance floors, regularly rubbing shoulders with pioneers and leaders of house, disco and techno as well as their vast milage in the DJ booth, enables them to cherry pick the hidden treasures and unknown local gems of their scene whose highly secretive to many others
While unofficial edits and tracks have already played in biggest clubs and venues in the past year, Bauhaus are finally ready to share their official debut release, presenting the label's prime producer.

Reboot takes another slice from his recent album 'Alive' out for a walk. This time it's 'Are You Losing My Mind'. First we're treated to the vinyl version full of everything we loved from the original. A stripped down tech house beat sprinkled with a might vocal hymn and plenty of groove. Then Ricardo takes over the track with his own very particular style. He's made two distinct versions, 'Hauswiedermischung' is first. As he's known to do, Villalobos created a kind of chaos in which the track lives without ever losing the groove and with plenty of little surprises to discover throughout. Next is Ricardo's twenty four minute 'Losing my Miles' remix, and here is where he really loosens the grip on the track and lets it wander in and out of coherence, taking it and us along for a special ride that only Ricardo can deliver. From beginning to end, you don't know what to expect but you know it when it comes. Get it, press play, and lose your mind.

More classic, ghetto Chi-town business from the DM vaults here - 2-Bit Project's (aka Larry Thompson of LNR fame!) 'Bump That Pussy' EP is another hot, collectible entry into the DM catalogue. This special, enhanced 2017 repress version features all the OG cuts (except 1 short skit) and boasts 2, yes 2!, exclusive extended edits from UK man of mystery and all round house digger extraordinaire Jonny Rock. If you know JR's steez then you know he knows exactly what is up with the underground. He's neatly extended the 2-Bit originals (which were originally very short tracks!) and teased the funk outta the right crevices for all us lucky folks. If you like that raw, rugged, Chicago, minimal fonk that Dance Mania are known for, you'll love this one. A killer, solid and in-demand EP. One for the headz. BAJO ARMADA consists of Raul Dahm Cardo and Mike Burion, who met as they started sharing a room for musical purpose. Since, it was clear that they both won't longer make music just by their own and they shortly started making music as a duo - benefiting from experiences in producing a broad range of musical genres, djing and sound engineering. Snork Enterprises welcomes Niedeflur with 3 new tracks of the cologne duo. NIEDERFLUR (Hannes Wenner and Christopher Bleckmann) are among the first acts on M-NUS since the early days. Sharing eight years of the labels history, NIEDERFLUR-releases have come a long way from the first series of 12"es, inspired by the Cologne Subway system, appearing very fragmented and conceptual, to their highly regarded releases such as "DIN","TYPO EP", LUMEN EP (Archipel) and the latest highly acclaimed "NEUE HEIMAT EP" on their own label NIEDERFLUR TRACKS. Working together on their music for over twelve years, Christopher and Hannes never went for the easy option, always staying true to their very own sound-universe built around ground-shaking basslines and forcing drumpatterns. Circus Recordings boss Yousef teams up with renowned New York producer Harry Romero on Jamie Jones' Hottrax featuring a remix from 8 Sided Dice founder Alan Fitzpatrick.
Liverpool's Yousef has cemented a solid reputation as a reputable DJ-producer who's released on Cocoon, Desolat, Bpitch Control and Defected, remixed the likes of Chaka Khan, Sven Vath, Moby, Four Tet and Carl Cox, and is also the brain behind distinguished events brand and record label Circus.
Meanwhile, Harry Romero has been a force within house music for over two decades, with appearances on Ovum Recordings, Subliminal and Suara, whilst Alan Fitzpatrick has done recent remixes for Prime Numbers, Hot Flush and Hypercolour when not releasing regularly on Drumcode, Cocoon and Dusky's 17 Steps. Arriving on Hottrax, the artists join a roster spanning Patrick Topping, wAFF, Mat.Joe and Jamie Jones himself.
A purring bassline drives 'I'm Behind You' forward whilst intricate percussion joins echoing notes to generate a low-slung groove. Recent Fabric mix series inductee Alan Fitzpatrick's remix then ups the tempo by utilising heady piano melodies and piercing stabs before Yousef concludes the package with a crunchy solo outing titled 'Tightrope' that boasts energetic drums and stuttering vocal snippets.

Hailing from London, London Modular Alliance are a trio of modular enthusiasts, often performing live, completely on the fly using modular synths and live improvisation. On the flip, legendary Japanese DJ and producer DJ Kent steps up on remix duty under his The Backwoods alias .
Building off the original, he adds sharp percussion and tastefully refocuses the track, creating a perfect complimentary mix to the A-side.

Fresh from collaborating with Anthony 'Shake' Shakir on their remix of Funkadelic for the 'Reworked By Detroiters' LP, Tyler Dancer makes his full solo debut for Don't Be Afraid. The 'Resisting In The Darkness' EP sees the arrival of a major new talent from America's Midwest and the first outing for a unique new voice in techno. Counting Shake, Legowelt, Marty Bonds and Jay Denham amongst those who have inspired and encouraged him, Tyler Dancer brings a deep feeling for the history and technique inherent in the music of Detroit and Chicago to his productions.

Tyler Dancer is a DJ, producer, and musician hailing from Kalamazoo, Michigan. As a student at the University of Michigan (2005-2009) he became a DJ and Training Director at WCBN FM in Ann Arbor. Known amongst the listenership & colleagues for pushing the boundaries of rock based freeform sets, Dancer gained a positive reputation for his unique historical approach to sets at house parties, dance battles, and local clubs with a focus on Detroit Techno & Chicago House alongside the music that inspired those movements. In 2014 he made the acquaintance of Manuel Gonzales aka MGUN (DBA/Wild Oats) who inspired Dancer to begin sharing his love for electronic music live and publicly under the duo's collaborative guise, 'Club Creeps'. They made their debut during the 2016 Movement Festival and continue to play live sets to this day.

For their second release Losers with Attitude provides another four track compilation: "Losers are the New Black". There are losers everywhere these days, all over the world. From Argentina, Contrasilencio - a project formed by two long time producers, Tom O'Hara (Bassfactory, Minimal: Impossible, 909 Tom, Contrasilencio, Kinze Jam, 1,5,9,13 Music) and Luis Pompa (Pompa, Contrasilencio, Kinze Jam, 15C, Suculenta, Club Fantasma). A progressive, intelligent, and slow burning acid track, "Hasta el martes" marks their 3rd appearance on various compilations and their 4th overall release. Though the project may be new with over 35 years of experience between them you can be sure to expect big things.

Sergey Sapunov aka Sapurra is a Moscow born and well known DJ in underground scene. He started playing records in mid 90's. Since then he's had releases on such labels as PRO-TEZ, Plant 74. Recently he's been losing some tech house so we picked it up.

Prototype 909 are legends of the New York City underground techno movement. They've been going through their DATs of previously unreleased gems and came up with this one, perhaps their oldest unreleased track that dates back to the sessions right after their debut release in 1993. Their sound was so unique that "Acid Kiss" sounds neither dated or futuristic... its a prototype of a sound only they can claim.

Sex Of Insects have remixed 'Annihilation" by bpmf. Taken from bpmf's recent ambient release "Solaris", the track samples a Tibetan folk dance. SOI have reworked it into a dreamscape reminiscent of the great rave chill out rooms of the 90s. Considering where our civilization is heading it may just be time to dance, no

Cuplet makes a stomping return with its second release, set to become quintessential for the revived techno sound, leaving Andrei Ciubuc's imagination running wild on this 2-tracker. Andy Vaz is a rebel from the city of Cologne. He is a creator of techno labels that follow their own path and challenge the standard dogma. His version of the techno sound has gone from stark and funky minimalism to synth cascades and housey feels. Andy Vaz is the perfect choice to collaborate with Andy Garcia. Garcia's brand crunchy soul tech mixed with vocal nonsense is the yin to Vaz's yang. These like minds share a name, a spirit, and a drive to keep moving forward no matter the cost.

The Cryovac machine operates independently to service the world with an original strain of techno. Our people are pioneers of their own sound and seasoned veterans of its' cause. Andy Vaz is a rebel from the city of Cologne. He is a creator of techno labels that follow their own path and challenge the standard dogma. His version of the techno sound has gone from stark and funky minimalism to synth cascades and housey feels. Andy Vaz is the perfect choice to collaborate with Andy Garcia. Garcia's brand crunchy soul tech mixed with vocal nonsense is the yin to Vaz's yang. These like minds share a name, a spirit, and a drive to keep moving forward no matter the cost.
