House Vinyl New Releases - News

Death in Vegas returns with Transmission, the sixth release from the project begun by Richard Fearless nearly two decades ago. This album forges new miles on the path Fearless carved with Satan's Circus and Trans-Love Energies, and is born of his desire for an ever more raw, refined sound.
United over a love of Throbbing Gristle and Chris and Cosey, Fearless partners with artist and writer Sasha Grey, whose lyrics resonate across the soundscape of visceral techno and unsettling, discordant drones, weaving into a state of dreamlike euphoria. Field recordings of the constant drone of air traffic and incessant noise from the steel factory opposite Fearless' Metal Box studio, as well as the Ballardian landscape in which it's set, all exert their pull on the record, searching for light in the dark.

After two big EP's, DJ/producer powerhouses Steffi and Martyn team up once again for their debut LP on 3024! Punchy, straight forward house and techno with a broken twist and beautiful layers of melodies and sound, dedicated to those who feel..

This summer will mark the celebration of 5 Years for Power Plant: it's more than a label, it's also a bold artistic offshoot for La Fleur and the artists she nurtures in her electronic garden. And in 2016, those artists include Circo Loco residents Acid Mondays, the super-talented Jesper Ryom, Knutsson/Berg with Acid Nord and hot PP newcomer Justin Massei, who chooses to 'Diss Ya'. And then of course there's La Fleur herself, who offers up the soulful 'Caged' exclusively to the Power Plant 5 years compilation as a reminder of her developing melodic yet underground sound. Limited vinyl edition comes with exclusive cover with cut out logo on inside out paper sleeve with matt disco sleeve inside.

Atmosphere comes up with the new Bourgeois slam and a huge remix
pack by Nico Stojan (Katermukke), Sascha Braemer (Stil Vor Talent,
Dantze) and Dan Caster (Light My Fire).

Ryoma Sasaki's Transit Records Kyoto drops its 3rd vinyl only title very soon in October -- 'Stefan Goldmann - Empty Suit'. This is a unique track that none other than Stefan Goldmann could make. Side A is an excellent techno workpiece included on the album '17:50'(macro). Side B is the exclusive track only on this vinyl release and is also a more friendly version for Djs. If you play it on the club floor, you are sure to get a great reaction from the crowd. This will be one of the most important 12 inch releases of 2013. Don't miss it!

Salty swirling posse jams.

WNCL Recordings enters the next phase of its release programme. Having issued a neat collection of ten 10" singles, the label now launches a series of 4 track 12" EPs. First up is a showcase featuring 4 new cuts by 4 of the label's cornerstone artists. L.A's DON FROTH comes out fighting with the hard-as-nails LIFTIN' WEIGHTS, while MILYOO from Kentucky gets frantic on the raucous PANCAKE. SE27's own WEST NORWOOD CASSETTE LIBRARY offers up WHAT IT IS (MAH VIP), originally created for Mz. Hobbs' Radio 1 show. Rounding things off from Toronto, KNOWING LOOKS gives us CYTAL FINK, angular funk for all discerning discotheques. We hope you will enjoy our show.

A crisp-biscuit Bristol label, opening its account with a deadly brace of stripped-back dub techno.
First off, Peverelist and Andy Mac together, following up their Trilogy Tapes debut with an organic, late-night roller; and then a killer AM on the flip, mesmeric and bumping. Ace.

Repress Alert !
Rotterdam native Bas Mooy delivers a straight forward techno release for the Planet Rhythm imprint. This 12 inch is squeeking, rough and rolling. Expect heavy hitting drums, industrial sounds and next level FX on this piece of black gold. A perfect peak time record for a good techno rave.

Continuing his recent Techno run on the dancefloor, Deetron's rhythmic prowess and analogue textures are formed perfectly on this Endless EP.

Deetron returns home to his Character imprint with more sonic innovations and a collection of new tracks that are set to once again give us an endlessly stimulating experience.

Continuing his recent Techno run on the dancefloor, Deetron's rhythmic prowess and analogue textures are formed perfectly on the Endless EP. The title track opens like the first rays of the sun. Shimmering and ablaze, the track's thumping kick drum then powers its rhythm whilst its euphoric bass synth drives us through.

In it's Alternate version Deetron adds a percussive layer across the original's dominating bassline, while finger snaps and its hypnotic synth stabs make for a lighter, more flowing and less intense outing.

On the flip, M1 takes us on bubbling and tracky techno excursion. Frantic dancing basslines rub shoulders with klaxon stabs before it dives further down the rabbit hole with its squelching and shock-laden acidic groove. Not for the faint of heart, M1 unfolds into a chaotic mind-melting wall of sound.

Dutch power duo Doms & Deykers a.k.a Steffi and Martyn step up to the plate with a brand new action packed offering. Following up their "Fonts for the People EP" and their track "Whirling" on Ostgut Ton's Zehn LP, the two take their continuous collaboration to a new level. The three tracks on "Dedicated to those who feel" see Steffi and Martyn recognizing their respective strengths, combining their 90s heritage with a vision of the future, modern techno soul with all its flaws and bright euphoric moments. "Dedicated to those who feel" serves as the introduction to a full length Doms & Deykers LP, scheduled for later this year.

Hubie Davison returns to Leisure System with the vinyl-only someonelove/in_out 12", his first official release since the success of his summer anthem "Sanctified" on Midland's ReGraded imprint.
"someonelove" marks the first time Davison's sampled his own voice for a hook - expect to hear his voice much more in future productions. On the B-side, "in_out" forgoes vocals entirely in favor of chunky, grooving machine-funk. It's an addictive acid joint, with a title that reflects the spontaneous nature of the original recording.
The someonelove/in_out 12" is Davison's third release on Leisure System, following 2013's meditative I Won't Be There EP and 2014's storming Khayyam Grey EP.

Jack Murphy's debut 12" on new label Knowing Something. Having previously released records on Frozen Border sublabel Reference and Don't Be Afraid's Special Editions series, Murphy now ventures out on his own with this first Knowing Something record.

The record across its four tracks takes cues from a variety of places including mid-90s breaky techno, late 90s electro, and early 2000s Ifach records.

Ki Creighton & Makanan joins us with this hidden Techouse weapon that rocked the floors for months!
TIP!

A SHIP CALLED MISTERIO takes us on a journey to the darker and harder spaces of NOON RECORDS. Where the last releases have been more dreamy and funky, this EP is nothing but Techno at its finest. A SHIP CALLED MISTERIO takes off from the very depths of dissonant frequencies and builds up
into a massive rolling drum pattern, distorted hooks and a hi-hat thunderstorm. Be warned: this track doesn't show any mercy. A true peak-time record and nothing but dynamite for the dance floor.

1X each customer"!

Dan Shake returns for his highly anticipated forth release on his label with support from the likes of Jackmaster, Radio Slave and Moxie. Limited to 300 white labels until the full release later this year.

Next up on Constant Sound is Berlin based Diego Krause. This time there are no remixes, just 3 solid club tracks from a producer who is really on form.

Best way to celerate that is with NOIR 1st solo on Material!
Must Have Tunes!

Fast-rising Glaswegian producer Boom Merchant is a man whose sound is hard to pigeonhole, but is draped in rich and sinewed quality regardless. Further indication of the Glaswegian scene's propensity for churning out top-quality producers, he brings his stylish way of working to the fore once more here on his recent outing for his own label, the burgeoning Tribal Pulse - itself a medium for dizzyingly eclectic fare. This is a two-track, double A-sided EP which tugs at the emotions too, a fact in no small part attributable to its rich and uncompromising analogue persuasions. ''Stars'' is a generous case in point. Much like Mr.Fingers' track of
the same title, it's full of gorgeous melodies and a mound of spirited beats. It's also rich in beguiling, atmospheric leanings, and has all the makings of a future classic. Sure to go down an absolute treat wherever it's let off its leash. The B-side is comprised of ''Green Symphony''; a more rotund and full-on affair.
This time about, the drums wreck havoc alongside a delicate series of bulbous synths, the likes of which envelop the track in an unusual and haunting manner. Full of discerning goodness from the first beat to the last, this is a magnificent EP.

Hun Kal Snuff Crew Remix !!
The recording of the original mix has been done during the flyby on the small crater of Mercury. Massive additional production and remix works by Snuff Crew & Guido Nemola.

Feel Music back in action! Realignment stage 1. The fruits of a journey back to the source, where it all started. Classic Feel Music tones from label owner John Daly. Do not sleep.

NOON means midday, the time when the sun is at its highest each day, even if we cannot see it.

It is the moment of greatest light, where one cycle ends and another begins. It is the end of the day and the beginning of the night. It is that brightest moment that always leads us to the darkest one, and vice versa.

THE EP

SIMPLE THINGS is a love song about the end of love and a new beginning. Simple things are those that separate the real, the true, and everything else.

SIMPLE THINGS is about that love that we all let go of, that we lose, and from which we learn so much about ourselves. Because love always happens for the best.

GOD HATES US ALL is a digital extra that takes us to the dance floor as a place for rebirth, where the music heals us and returns life to us and to the celebration that it is.

THE ARTIST

MATTEO SPEDICATI could have been a rock star if he had been born decades ago in California.

He is a producer that combines elements of pop/rock with electronic music in a very chaotic and imperfect way. He is very authentic in his creative process and the results are authentic, too. Matteo is a composer, guitarist, producer and a fantastic DJ.

He convinced us with his work (and his chaos) that he needed us and that we needed a little bit of chaos in this time of calm. Now he is part of our roster (also for bookings and management of NOON ARTISTS worldwide).

THE REMIXES

CESAR MERVEILLE

Cesar was part of NOON when our label was only an idea. We always knew he would fit in at NOON. We asked him to give us his version of SIMPLE THINGS because we were hoping that he would take us on a splendid journey through the little things, because we knew that he was going to recreate these SIMPLE THINGS and make them more profound, complex, and beautiful.

REBOOT

It has become tradition to have Reboot himself welcome our new talent and remix one of their songs. In this case the remix is very faithful to the original version, but it makes us dance with the Reboot sound that is so characteristic of and essential to our label. What more can we say about Reboot

Concept is the new baby established by the already international well known artist agency My Favourite Freaks, which consists of a four part and monthly released series starting in December 2015. All tracks will be out on vinyl and only for real and freaky club boyz and party girlz. International celebrated artists of the agency collaborated to create such a big collector's item.

And it's about time to celebrate the release of the second CONCEPT. EP, which is a four track techno and tech house vinyl straight for the clubs.

AFFKTs title Pied Piper is number one on the list, a spherical and even slower techno track, which is driven by a vintage like arpeggio synth. This catchy line leads to a huge breakdown with an explosive drop. To complete the track, AFFKT adds a fantastic groove, which needs to be played on a DJs playground.

Sayteks mix of his - Build And Drop shows a housier version of minimal techno. Detroit chords combined with four to the floor beats and a lot of delay effects, are a guarantor for a hands up moment in a club. The arrangement is very oldschool and more like a DJ tool. It should be your weapon of choice to get all freaks to the dance floor!

The 909 beats are very typical for the first track of the B-side, which is made by Macromism. A very groovy sub bassline lets your head wiggle, while a rap vocal sample drills in your head like a machine. Very minimalistic, but absolutely effective - this is what the freaks want!

Starting with a groovy beat, Timid Boy finalizes the fantastic second four tracker with his title - The Cops After Me . It is made of male vocal rhyme cuts and a filtered synth lead, which should remind us of police sirens. But don't be scared, all freaks should run - straight to the floor!

Madrid's Go! Finger takes the vinyl path again launching some selected tracks from one of their most notable cassette releases to date: Route 8 and S. Olbricht's "Ste Pwri Tmod - Selected Works", Budapest's Farbwechsel duo's early efforts together on Go! Finger. Well known by their most recent releases on Lobster Theremin, Nous, Opal Tapes, Delsin, Gang of Ducks and This Is Our Time, "Selected Works" is finally pressed to please all the hard sick heads eager to play and mix a copy on wax loud! Enjoy this preview of a piece that includes S.P.T. Ballacid's original live recorded tracks "Don't Miss Us Florida" & "King County Metro Transit" plus their respective Route 8 & S. Olbricht remixes. Amazing raw analog deep jam cuts. Stunningly strong stuff. Floorkiller!

London-based producer, Sam Russo, drops the 'Wanderer' EP via the Air London imprint this October, backed with a remix from the ever on-point, John Tejada. ... .. Title track 'To The Brink' kicks things off here, and Russo opts for a warbling arpeggiated synth chord as the driving force, running alongside gritty drum samples programmed in a bumpy, off-kilter fashion. Things steadily bloom in this state as the envelope of the arp line subtly blooms, dark, low-end tones are worked in, and the latter stages introduce glitched-outatmospherics, adding a further weight to an already infectious, energetic record. The original mix of 'Wanderer' follows, Russo opts for a more stripped-back, dubbed-out vibe this time. ... Last up to close the release is John Tejada's reshape of 'Wanderer', as with most things Tejada puts his ears to, the interpretation is unique and instilled with a rugged production appeal. ...

"Collab" - The name says it all. Fascinating techno which will make you "collapse". Techno veterans Superstrobe from Berlin, recently nominated in 4 categories at "Partisan Poll", and Djoker from Regensburg, whose releases on Neverending or Frequenza caused much excitement, united on one heavy release. First-class remixes come from Mike Wall, Daniel Boon, Dole&Kom, Kanzler & Wischnewski and label owner Ill-Boy Phil himself

The freshest fresh from Elusive. We've got two exciting newcomers on this record! Radkovski and Ki.Mi. have both been sending some positive deep vibes out to the world for quite a while now, and it's now time for you to hear and believe it, as quality of there productions speaks for itself. On the flip side label owner Slavaki supplies you with even more power for the dance floor, unveiling one of melodic tech dance monsters that will
leave no one standing by the bar. Please welcome Regeneration VA as we move on to our 20th release!

A proper compilation including the future sound of Argentina coming right from the center of the Republic.
