Tomorrow Is Now, Kid! returns just in time for summer with a collection of tracks taken from a reel of tape. In My Ghetto is the debut EP of Anthony Brooklyn, who has crafted four jams in spirit of the roughness of New York City's famous borough, Brooklyn.

In the lead up to his debut solo album the Ten Thousand Yen label boss returns home with four essential cuts, with two vocal features from LA's Seven Davis Jr. The EP is led by 'What's It Gonna Be' which is already picking up early love in the clubs and on radio by the likes of Annie Mac & Skream. From the disco-charged drive of 'Together' to house/acid/techno morph 'Ghost Text' to the R&B lean of 'I Promise', the From Mine To Mistress EP is a diverse collection of tunes that really show off Daneeka's varied production style.

Prime Numbers & Trus'me once again compile some of their best vinyl releases from the last 12 months onto one essential 12 track CD.

Featured are a selection of recent Trus'me remixes from the likes of Mosca, Skudge & Alan Fitzpatrick alongside some handpicked tracks from Prime Numbers highly regarded EP series.
Two tracks from the diverse artist Adesse start us off. 'Metachemistry' is a fabulous blend of esoteric chugging jazz augmented by reedy vibes. Whilst 'Baayi' is a superbly deep & warm house production with metronomic wood blocks, organic keys, swinging drums & sublime vocal samples.

R&S records' Truss is featured with his fantastic slice of raw classic techno in 'Redbrook' which is also joined by Fred P's remix taking the track into a whirlpool of beautifully crafted jazz'd tech house in true Black Jazz Consortium style.
Massimo Di Lena steps up with 'You Better Hear', an off kilter mélange of cut up acidic bass moves & dissonant drums under hypnotic vocals. XDB brings his remix of this with a linear & subtle techno construction of bleeps & distant keys.
Adesse adds to the mix again with his insistent 'Unititled Love', a homage to early 90's garage productions with whip hard snares & swirling vocal hook.

Added to these are five remixes of Trus'me tracks from his album 'Treat Me Right'. Mosca takes the now classic 'Somebody' into a deep & bass heavy corner as only he can. Truncate makes 'Its Slow' sound like a lost Dance Mania release.

Frank FM made the detroitish, chordish and housy two-tracker mtd.003
- motion sense + can't let you go' some years ago. After this pausing now
he is back with more deep techno and techhouse up to real detroit techno
sound on his mtd.010 - foreign affairs ep'. He builds a spatial and
slightly spherical up to a powerful sound - building a bridge to his
former release. The three tracks are telling a little story about a love
affair in a foreign country. The background photo could be an out of focus
shot by a private investigator. The first track - glossy lips' represents
the female side - a slowly upbuilding deep chordish techhouse track with
an unsteady rhythm and sub-bass. This positive atmosphere grows with
- smooth deepness' - which speaks for itself, but it also comes with chords
and a straight beat beside the liquid techno sound which raises up and
down again to ease the listener diving in a cosmos. Finally - want you
back' with frantic random chords and a faster and harder detroit techno
rhythm - describing the wish to get somebody back. This track ties in with
the Frank FM sound - back to his roots' of his first release on melted
recordings.

Hamburg duo Hauke Freer and Matthias Relling aka Session Victim return to Delusions of Grandeur with their second long player, 'See You When You Get There'. Right from the start it's clear Session Victim's way with a groove hasn't diminished in the two years since their debut album, 2012's 'The Haunted House of House'. 'Do It Now' and 'Hey Stranger' open the record with the duo's trademark blend of subtle sampling, gloriously swinging beats and the same off-kilter sensibility that consistently raises them above their modern disco peers. The new album marks a conscious progression in Freer & Relling's approach, evolving the sample-based production style that's won them plenty of fans since their emergence in 20

Alex Blaxx drops three original tracks for Dessous Recordings following a couple of very well received releases on Buzzing Fly and Sccucci Manucci. Blaxx now resides in Manchester by way of Cape Town - both cities with strong house music credentials. Blaxx himself excels in lush house productions with plenty of soul and a lot of dance floor knowledge. The EP's title track 'It's Been Done Before' gives a healthy nod to the hugely fertile period of New York house in the 1990s, but retains a freshness and spark that sets it apart from many of his contemporaries. It's highly musical and organic, with hugely effective hooks, builds and pads that will bring smiles to the faces of dancers worldwide. 'Gilmore Heureux' is a darker affair, with a raw evolving groove with a Detroit flavor. It's got plenty of grit, and a few innovative twists and turns along the way. 'All the Difference' slows the pace slightly, unwinding a killer groove driven by a piano and punchy drums. About midway through a sublime synth bass joins the fray, and the track lifts off into the ether.

The Stuttgart papi Michel Baumann alias Soulphiction aka Jackmate presents three new power generators on - Treat Your Dj Right' equipped with the right measure of steam and courage. On Halios EP he's getting the juices flowing, however manifested as a compulsion to move. Beyblade' is a glossily illuminated, sensory-enhanced modern club production which shows that Chicago and Detroit could be sister cities, in the heart of Trollinger-Town! Juan is soaked with pure chi-town pads, and applied, frenetic subterranean bass. Through a fully conscious, shifting rhythm and hi-hat that whispers as if a drum is being stroked with a brush, it manages a compelling groove. Length doesn't play a role here, answering the question of why anything should be extended when the moment of euphoria has been reached. Sunbeams demonstrates how a 'whitey' can produce the same velvety, soulful sound of black music, and with the same understanding to boot.

"My Own Transition" has to be one of our favourite techno tracks in recent years. Since it's release three years ago, it has stick with us in a really special way. Having known Eduardo for years, and given that many people couldn't get a copy of the original release, we though it would be a good idea to ask him about repressing it. He quickly accepted, giving us the chance to re-master the track and give it a well deserved second life. The track itself is a classic Detroit techno composition, but with Eduardo's signature brittle melodic progressions and spiritual atmospheres. As a matter of fact, Eduardo himself explains that the track was inspired by his "bhakti yoga studies in an Ashram based in Spain", with the "transition" of the title being "the journey between life and death". Maybe that's the reason why the track has such an emotional strength. The release comes in a single-sided 12" with artwork by Arnau Pi. This will be a vinyl-only release.

The album Astral Traveling by Innerspace Halflife is among us with 9 tunes straight from the universal psyche, yet articulated with the tools of human perception through waveforms. Deeper and deeper the tunes take a listener on a journey of spacey pads, longing melodies, electronic bass notes, and jacking drum programming. In terms of human understanding, the universe is infinite which makes any scenario one can think of possible. With this in mind, Astral Traveling was composed and explores the deepness of creativity as Innerspace Halflife reaches down to pull out sounds using various techniques. The story begins with Teardrop from Nebula 1122+22. Straight from a far away point in space which can serve as the beginning or end of a journey. Deep chord pads and flurrying synths twinkle around while the bassline follows suit, sounding like aliens talking, definitely a conversation of sonic verbs, adjectives, and nouns. After experiencing an assault of melodies, Particle Burst takes command with its chunky beats, rich chords, and many synth lines. Like when scientists found how to split atoms into particles, the bass melody line dances around sounding different with each phrase iteration. The chords here are emotive. So it is only natural that Breaking Lights would follow as the percussion flows, hand claps serge and lead us into a electronic bass line. Swinging hi hats appear and break through the beat like lights followed by a string melody line. Next the deep jack comes to light with the electric sounds from the ionic sphere. Ionic Transport begins with deep chords which lead to nasty rhythms that electrify speaker cones. The syncopated beat keeps jacking, later the action gets busier and a bassline appears to relieve the tension like lightning striking that increases one's heart rate. Starfields is next and this tune focuses on the melodies and rhythms, moving around like twinkling starts. The kick bumps as a bassline flows. After a long time on one chord the tune opens up into a progression causing great relief to the listener's ears. Looking out at starfields, this piece sounds like stars having interstellar conversations through tones. An intermission ensues and a poem about Galaxy Dreaming appears, like most far off galaxies the language is indecipherable to humans ears with the delaying synth lines moving around. Meanwhile between the interstellar talk, the transmission are intercepted by planets. Magical Rings sounds as the bass synth drops, going round and round the melody as the bass chase each other while the sparse percussion moves. The celestial melody comes back and speaks more later in the tune. From these rings dust is generated due to gravitational pulls but not just any dust but Acid Dust. Banging kick drums and multiple acid lines appear to create the groove. Melody lines appear and swell into great soundscapes, the percussion changes nicely augmenting the acid line changes. Then the end of this cosmic adventure comes in on the micro level with Escape System. Atoms being broken down into the finest pieces possible, even the basis of jump technology sounds off with banging kick drums and percussion that moves fast. The bassline arrives first, steadily pulsating, and the deep pads come out to sing several melodies. Balancing between bass and pads equal emotive interstellar astral traveling. Enjoy the ride as Innerspace Halflife shows you one way of Astral Traveling through sonic tones.

Welcome 2013 & Stenny! Congratulazione Ragazze! Outime Artifacts are probably Stenny's main business in Turin, besides stalking his girlfriend or Andrea after their Tennis matches. As a former inline street skate pro, he always wanted to get a part on the famous Suface Hoax video series, but since he got into Techno and Dr Sax's door policy he ended up on Ilian Tape. While the summer gets pretty cazz hot in Turin, Stenny is always trying to avoid getting de-hydrated through screaming 'one, two e Tri-lithe!' and smashing his whole body into the wavy Po. The Netherlands and Italy don't really have anything in common besides slammin music and corrupt politicians probably. And even if it doesn't get as hot in Rottderdam as in Turin in summer, Paul du Lac never hesitates to jack around the corner with some fresh croccetje.

At once foreign and familiar, Desert Sound Colony brilliantly scores a nostalgic journey through the proverbial looking glass. The plaintiff vibe of "The Way I Began" envelopes the listener in warm guitar licks and hushed vocals, transporting them to a time when innocence and insecurity gave way to transcendence. The road takes a turn with "Fire Egg", a classic stomper that drives introspection with looping guitar melody and bouncy bass. After our last EP by Bristolian duo Behling & Simpson, we return in full effect with out latest offering; G.M.S. by yet another duo, the wonderkids Glenn Astro & IMYRMiND. Both hailing from Germany, the duo have had a great 2013 so far by releasing some amazing solo bits on labels such as Big Bait Records and WotNot Music. For this EP however, they decided to join forces and bring us an amazing EP that'll do justice to any dancefloor.

Containing 4 tracks, G.M.S. swings between low tempo house and faster paced techno while at the same time containing that low slung deep vibe we all love to hear on a big system. The title track 'Got Me Shakin', might be the best example of the overall feel of the EP; deep grooves, dark basslines and a mesmerizing vocal to top it off. The A2 track 'Do My Thing', a solo effort by Glenn Astro, is very much a continuation of that same vibe; a good rhythm accompanied by big drums, heavy bass and a deep melodic groove. The B side takes a somewhat different turn by offering a much more relaxing pace in the form of 2 tracks. The IMYRMind belter 'Heavy Cruiser' and the Glenn Astro laced 'UNTLD'. Both having that distinct dark appeal but yet offering a much more soothing and easy ride.

To ensure the success of this release, Line Idle decided to undertake a magic ceremony on the Wrong Island. But first he required some essential ingredients. Smearing himself in green woad he went hunting in the mystical forests on the westerly shores.

For 23 days and nights he laid in wait for the one animal he knew was essential for the success this ritual - The fabled Last Unicorn. After patiently sitting in the undergrowth, with only mosses and lichens for sustenance, his quarry appeared and was caught in the trap; a mighty struggle ensued. Though he was tired, malnourished and the fight was not without injury to his person from the thundering kicks of the horned beast, the mighty Line Idle prevailed.

Tearing the horn from the Unicorn to use later to punch the centre hole in the vinyl, he then collected a pint of blood and mixed it with the vinyl that would be pressed into this very record.

Rather than causing an impurity as many think, this magic ichor actually makes the tracks sound better than any 12' released since 1980.

Unicorn blood was of course used in every 12' single previous to this time; the massive sales of disco records contributing directly to the sad and brutal decrease in population. Indeed it is little known that the original reason for the Disco Demolition Derby, before it was usurped by homophobic racists, was to raise awareness of the plight of the Unicorn

So do not let the death of this fine creature be in vain. Buy this 12' and treasure it for what it is: a record with Unicorn blood in it.

Nail provides the lead track for FOF's latest vinyl only excursion - originally produced in the same time period as the classic tracks on the 'Ode Rammel' reissue ep earlier in the year, 'Glazed' lay dormant on one of Nail's DAT for many years before being rediscovered and given it's first airing now on FOF. Chunky roughed up house beats are the order of the day here, a real peak time groove. New talent 'Harry McCanna', resident at London's infamous 'Undersound' nights, debuts with 'Act 1', a beautifully subtle bassline driven groove that rises above the pack with it's super warm pad lending the track a warm and fuzzy hypnotic edge. Romanian talent 'Zece' kicks off the flipside with the most contemporary offering; a breakbeat laden groove with a fx laden vocal snatch underpinned by that all important b-line. 'Sonodab' rounds things off with a beautifully deep and melodic slice of electro on 'Brown Study', the percussive elements giving rise to a hazy melodic pattern for those early hour excursions.

Boya is Davin Conaty, a young musician from the Northwest of Ireland. He grew up playing classical piano and trombone, which he left behind at the age of sixteen to play drums in a punk band. Now he's moved onto machines - and somehow he's managed to extract as much feeling from them as live instruments. This is his first EP. We are proud to present it.

Operating from the heart of Brooklyn, NY, the latest artist to sign up to Ornate is Jordan, whose plush deep house sound has already surfaced via a collaboration with Fred P on the Deep Explorer compilation Far & Beyond. Living on the border of the Bushwick and Ridgewood neighbourhoods, the title of the EP is a nod to the difference Jordan sees between his own spiritual, detailed work and the trend for rougher analogue sounds that have been sweeping the city he calls home. With a focus on expressive, richly melodic synths and delicately balanced rhythms, his music stands apart from the wave of guttural lo-fi sonics, and yet this is still house music with that East coast punch where it counts. With an imminent release for the noted Finale Sounds imprint establishing Jordan well within the remit of high-end house and techno, it gives us great pleasure to present these exercises in soulful immersion, from the three 4/4 driven pieces to the ambient vignette "Visage". With the door open for more experimental interpretations, it made perfect sense to invite former Ornate guest Leif back to turn out a remix of the track, his own hushed tones having recently graced a critically-acclaimed debut album for Fear Of Flying. It's the ideal complement to an EP of highly developed musicianship that spells another exciting step forward for both Jordan and Ornate.

June presents The Human Target EP. All tracks were recorded and sequenced live using arpeggiators and multiple step sequencers, driven by drum machines. Industrial, nervous, house tracks on the a side and analogue ebm on the B side.

A work that goes beyond Italian borders and confirms the international fame, immediately reached with the amazing "Der Himmer uber Berlin".
Two original tracks plus two interpretations from label co-owners, Raffaele Attanasio and Luigi "A-Man" Giomini, for a record that points toward heart as a unique concentrate of emotions.
"Tears in Rain" is an authentic, Schwartz style, dance-floor bomb: tight percussion lines, snares and two melodic structures perfectly interlocked and overcomed by a lead that seems to play far away and gifts to the track a touch of paradisiac eternity.
The remix from Raffaele accents this musical plot, enhancing and developing the lead, smartly put close to sensual piano notes for a movie soundtrack composition.
Dark and hypnotic, "Split personality of Sonny Crockett" starts fast and aggressive with its arpeggios that then open to cut-off games,pads and rhythmic components that play the rest: this the always recognizable touch of Kuba Sojka.
Luigi "A-Man" chooses to go light: he puts away more than a channel, reworks the drumline with a break kick and lets the melodic flow dominate the scene, uninterruptedly for 7 minutes, keeping and bringing on a second plan some parts of the original track.

Machines State Polymers is back with another ferocious mixture of techno-filtered, house power! Lucretio, one half of the Analogue Cops, co-founding member of Restoration Records and a judicious supporter of the vinyl format, gives us his third release for the label and furthers his explorations into the relationship between machines and sounds. His improvisational and ultra-minimalistic approach to constructing techno, not to mention the strict reliance on analogue hardware, have created an inimitable flare and familiarity to his tracks. The A side kicks off with a pumping, bass-driven groove which subtly evolves to become a relentless house bomb; followed smoothly by the sharp, quick-firing sample technique for which Lucretio is so well known for, on the A2. Over on the flipside, a desolate female vocal is pushed forward by a murky, tape-hissed percussion which is rapidly engulfed into a frantic whirlpool of ghostly synths and crispy effects. Finally, 'Your Name' switches things up and breaks down the more familiar 4/4 territories into a twisted, half-stepping monster, complete with Lucretio's trademark drumming style - raw, sparse and crunchy. It goes without saying that this is a vinyl only affair..!

Following a five-year hiatus the #Stockholm based label, Finest Blend makes its return in March. With previous releases from the likes of Orlando Voorn, Shawn Rudiman, Terence Dixon and label head, Kenny Black it became synonymous with hi-tech grooves, breaking barriers, crossing genres and developing new ones. For its re-launch Finest Blend turns to Santiago Salazar with three tracks of his characteristic house / techno sound.

Santiago Salazar, otherwise known as DJ S2 started DJing in the early '90s inspired by mixtapes his brother was bringing back from LA's gay underground scene. After moving to Detroit, Santiago began his musical training with non other than UR's Mike Banks, going on to mix and edit several UR releases, most notably remixing the mighty 'Return of the Dragons' and DJ Rolando's 'Aguila'. Santiago released his own tracks under monikers like Aztech Sol and Seldom Seen and became a core member of the Los Hermanos and Galaxy 2 Galaxy live bands, using his DJ skills to control the flow and intensity of the live performances. Alongside long time friend Esteban Adame, Santiago formed ICAN (short for Mexican) and has released highly acclaimed tracks for the label as well as Carl Craig's Planet E.

His new EP for Finest Blend opens with the upbeat 'Galactic Stomp' full of shimmering flourishes and a tough bassline, before the funked-up shuffle of 'The Twang' makes its hit, ending with the spacey electronics of '3000 Northend'.

After remixing Chupacabra's "the bigger man" for us already in 2006 the Oslo label mastermind and our dear friend Federico Molinari is now releasing his first solo single for our label. Federico has been constantly upgrading his studio over the last two years and by this of course also has gained even better production skills. Combining modular Sounds and lots of effects with his own very well structured and characteristic rhythms can be described described as his new way working. We think that he is doing great and truly hope that you like his stuff as much as we do.

2014 brings a higher frequency positive dance vibe for the serious minded improvisational floor movers & elevators by the way this EP manifested by MR. LUCERI for his 3rd outing on the MATHEMATICS imprint. Lovers of THE MURK, GUIDANCE, and the subwoofer sound of the mid nineties will love this.

Melja is Nathan Ifergan, a producer from Maisons-Alfort in France. Too young to attend our nighttime parties (sorry, dude) on his last visit, he came in contact with the world of Mister Saturday Night at Co-Op 87, a great little record store in Greenpoint. Inspired by what he heard on wax, he made three jams that fit perfectly into the party. Eamon and Justin have been caning them for months. They work every time.

The already 4th production of the record label Freakadelle, founded in 2013, represents a very special release this time. The vinyl only release includes 6 exclusive tracks of 6 well-known personalities from 6 different nations. All of the artists have performed as live acts or DJs at Freaksound Klubhaus in the last two and a half years. Hence, the record also embodies a unique
memento of a moving time in Salzburg's club history and subculture. The release unites various styles of House and Techno, but at the same time proves to be a lively mixture of young emerging talents as well as renowned artists. Freaksound Klubhaus is the home of the vinyl/digital record label Freakadelle and is run by volunteers of the cultural association Freaksound
Salzburg. Inspired by a frequent musical interchange among the members, as well as the boisterous parties in the association's own club, the label serves to foster local music producers and to place non-commercial electronic music on the market.

Jordan GCZ, aka Jordan Czamanski, aka Jordash from Juju & Jordash delivers an insane EP for Future Times! TIP

He released his last beast, "Crybaby J" via his own Off Minor label last year, and joins us for another solo move.

A-Side "Swingonoguitaro" hits a very unique place. Far from chopping up typical disco guitar licks, J runs a fierce house rhythm through varying six-string zones, from rainy day Slippertronics and Cocteau strums to the dusted, poly-rhythmic bends that warp the song's ending. This track is a world of its own.

The B-Side leaves the galaxy altogether. "Digitalis" starts as cold, snake-charmer funk that gets washed away in outrageous keys and hovering, molten electronics. In GCZ's hands the track pulses and morphs; the production makes you feel like the song is filtering your brain. "Fusionfuk" closes the EP with a barrage of library gusto. Bizarre assembly-line cartoon rhythms compete with all the wild instrumental strokes of the song's namesake. Jordan showcases his amazing synth work on this one, destroying and rebuilding melodies at will.

Publicist is longtime producer/performer/musician Sebastian Thomson. His tracks approach house music from a darker angle, adding processed vocals and noise to a raw foundation that also takes cues from New Beat, acid house, and Detroit techno.
When performing live Publicist sequences the synths and not the drums, preferring to play an electronically treated drum kit in the middle of the dance floor. This adds an element of sweat, excitement and virtuosity not found in most electronic producer's live performances.
Sebastian Thomson is also known as a founding member of post rock pioneers Trans Am and as the drummer of heavy metal innovators Baroness.
Living in Brooklyn by way of Buenos Aires, Washington DC and London, Publicist has spent the last four years touring Europe extensively.

Italian producer Giorgio Luceri has released a reliable stream of records since 2011, developing relationships with labels like Seven Music and Hieroglyphic Being's Mathematics. For this Blame It EP he points the finger at Spanish label Bucketround and provides a three-track single featuring a remix from Dubbyman. Vocals crossed between Romanthony and George Michael dominate the title-track, while all chords and atmospheres are stripped from the 6D22 Beats version, offering a beefy tool for the adventurous DJ. After two previous releases for the label Dubbyman appears in remix form supplying a sultry remix best listened to in the accompaniment of summer a cool summer breeze.

Classic analogue synths and drum machines used in his very own way, with the result being three killer melodic and warm tracks, all with short vocal parts on top.

Fellow swede Sankt Göran wraps things up with an excellent floor friendly remix of the title track Believe.

The Midnight Shift label debuts with a daring pairing of the emerging and established in this Efflorescence EP - featuring a bloom of talent under the bright moonshine. For their next trick, the anonymous R-Zone crew turn out three darkly engaging cuts that once again look back to a ravey heyday for their inspiration, but at the same time conjure up some refreshing contemporary ideas that will no doubt have dancefloors in raptures. EP opener 'Onefourone' is an epic end of the night track with big drums, melancholic chords and a sombre sense of finality that makes you think the world could end anytime. 'Gravity' sounds like an invasion from space, with falling synth lines, buried deep drums and clattering percussion all making for a foreboding atmosphere. 'Stolen Birds' fills up the flip side with a groaning and darkwave synth line and cooing birdcalls. As big hi hats come in and glassy tinkles fill in the airwaves, it turns into a stormy affair that is both dancey and cerebral at the same time. As always with R-Zone, this is compelling, creative music that bristles and brims with all sorts of occult charm.

Modelmaker is a new London label from the collective minds of Dan Berkson and James What. The esteemed house duo has long been garnishing a range of international imprints with their inventive analogue house and techno sounds, but now they are focussing on their own outlet. Initially launching with a couple of self penned EPs, release number three will be the pair's long-time-in-the-making debut album, and after that a considered selection of other talents will join the ranks as the label pushes on. Always primarily focussed on machine made, texturally rich house and techno, each release will come with unique artwork based on works from What's great grandfather, Conrad Felixmuller, who was a well known German expressionist.

Following last year's "Unicursal Hexagram" lp Brooklyn producer Jahiliyya Fields enters a new realm with this four track ep. Taking elements from his past industrial fueled efforts and this time expanding upon them with the addition of the kick drum. One can hear a non-traditional and refreshing approach being brought to traditional beat driven electronics with piercingly harsh undertones and creeping melody. Crafty 1990s Deep House rooted cut in two versions

Number 3 on Ruff Draft comes from Louis Guilliaume. Having met Louis back in 2009 and followed his music since way before then, it was an exciting day when we received these tracks from him. Known more for his harder edge techno productions on labels such as Soundtravels, Bio Rhythm Holland, Teng, SD Holland and a remix on Skudge, here he edges slightly away from that harder sound. The tracks vary from deep, groovy and meandering house to a beatless soundscape reminiscent of early Larkin and Pullen to a powerful kick drum driven sermon.

truly captures peak time clubbing euphoria into one powerful track.

After a storming debut from label boss Cottam, Ruff Draft returns with release number 2 from rising star LK, fresh from his release 'Body & Soul' on Big Doint.
First up 'Valentino', a 12 minutes basement jam that mixes old school Detroit stylings with a beatdown vibe - a gorgeous track that will keep both head and feet moving all night long. 'Mark It (take 3)' that follows mixes deep chords with crunchy drums, an afro-centic shuffle with twinkly synths for a track that could be Osunlade at his most soulful. Finally 'Oolong' is an old school house track of the best possible kind, simple effective body music for the floor.

On our never ending search to provide you with uplifting, energetic and soulful tracks, we stumbled upon a young DJ duo from The Netherlands that have only just begun their story and yet have their sound locked down. New Jack City seem to understand exactly what it is we're looking for and have crafted three splendid tracks purely for the enjoyment of others. To top it all off we've enlisted signor Gianni Siravo a.k.a. Washerman for a remix which captures the spirit of Tomorrow Is Now, Kid!

Italy's Giovanni Damico return to Seven after the success of his EP with the label, earlier in 2013. The 'Old Feelings' EP was supported by a broad spectrum of DJs, with leading names including Laura Jones, Hunee and Jacques Renault. Since that time, Giovanni has gone on to release more high-end music of top labels such as Landed, Skylax, Geography and Black Key. So it's a welcome return for the Italian to the belfast based imprint. This time for a special vinyl only release on Seven's 'Seven Limited (7LTD)' sublabel. The EP kicks off with a deep, groovy, Chicago inspired track entitled 'Summer Rain'. then leading into '2 Birds' which has a jazzier and deeper feel, reminiscent of many MCDE track. The B side then takes things a little more underground. 'Polo' starts with a more latin House vibe, but when the acid kicks in we're led straight to Detroit. Finishing up the release is 'Balboa Jab'. The funky and live feel of this track is the perfect way to end yet another excellent release for Giovanni and Seven!

A heavyweight 40th release featuring two originals from Belfast crew members Chris Hanna and Martin De Brig and for extra punch they have invited deadly analogue warrior Amir Alexander to add his deft touch to both originals.

Chris Hanna's Moonshine will no doubt be added to most DJ's arsenal over the coming months, it's tense electronic riff will cut through any dance floor like a knife and leave no one unscathed and with Amir's deadly beat re fix to back it up you are guaranteed to hear Moonshine in a club any time soon.

Martin De Brig is another Belfast artist that has joined the ranks of Extended Play, his love of hardware and all things house and techno grabbed the attention of label heads JMX and Timmy 'T-Bone' Stewart so much that they swore him straight in after hearing his initial offerings.

De Brig's first output on the label is a proper acid house jam, percolating claps, a 303 line, spacious arrangement and a stellar vocal all working together to create a standout vocal gem.

Amir pitches the vocal deeper and takes a detour down a slightly darker avenue than the original. Thankfully, deeper and darker by no means equals boring here, as a rolling bass line and his trademark killer percussive patterns really keep things moving, demonstrating why Extended Play were so keen to join forces with him in the first place.

After setting the tone at Born Electric's Boiler Room take over, Sheffield's Pedram primes his debut release on James Zabiela's label Born Electric.
With early support from Midland (who opened his Deckmantel set with Nina) George FitzGerald, Dusky and Tensnake, Nina/Immaturity demonstrates a knack for deeply musical production and marks a promising development in the Born Electric sound.
Nina opens things up with soft and rueful pads that overlap to build a rich, evolving texture. Delicately frayed percussion progresses alongside a cosmic bass sequence that sits below sparse but effective vocal chops Equally sincere, "Immaturity" slowly labours forth with droplets of soft
synths and soulful vocals. Yawning pads and staggered percussive lines develop as a 4/4 rhythm subtly emerges.

Handle with care!

A mesmerizing dark techno statement from this Hamburgian Art School child prodigy. Curated with care by the label's dedicated A&R movement to maximize revenue in the contemporary musical playing field. On a more serious note; Hamburg based producer Yr is next up on Dutch powerhouse Creme Organization with a four track EP that continues in his muddy and muddled techno tradition. Yr has won himself many fans with but a few releases on labels like Purple Maze and shtum and as such deserves this step-up to Creme. Taking up the whole of the a-side, opener 'Lack Of Being' is a swampy brew of slowly churning, buried deep drums, droning synths and crackling static that conveys a real sense of loneliness and pain. B1 cut 'Unbennant' is a more propulsive cut with driven kick drums racing along beneath spangled and sinewy synth lines. Train track like percussive embellishes the sense of groove and then 'Torn' continues to canter along, with juddering drums sounding like they might collapse at any minute. Again it feels like you are on some broken old train racing to somewhere ominous. Last track 'Apophis' is a little cleaner and more crisp, with icy hi hats, late night howling synth patterns and nimble, elastic basslines. This is darkly atmospheric music that is as uneasy to listen to as it is wholly captivating.

For the second instance in their reissue series, Echovolt Records treat us with four lush New Jersey house gems, originally recorded by Wayne Gardiner in the early 1990s. Now remastered and pressed loud... TIP!!

Wayne Gardiner is mostly known for his releases under the 'Logic' and 'Classic Man' monikers, on labels such as Nervous and Strictly Rhythm. In 1991-1992 Gardiner released two EPs on New Jersey's 'Right Area' Records imprint, under his lesser known 'Sound Source' alias. For their second official reissue, Echovolt Records select the best moments from those two releases and make them available onto one EP, with extra mastering of the original DAT files.

"I wanted to create an ambient project full of space and time. The Naked Theme EP was just that. The first of two remix discs of Ivano's excellent LP. Up first are Bristol residents 'Outboxx' who bring a slick electro vibe to '113'; Chilled and melodic with a classic sounding b-line, this is one of the best remixes to feature on the label to date. Flip for two remixes by Roger Gerressen, a member of the ESHU collective along with Mr Tetelepta. His '117' remix is a slick house affair again with the b-line very much in the fore. His take on '119' is a much deeper affair, dubbed in it's outlook with the melancholic piano stabs of the original a main feature.

Semesters returns with the III in the series. Absolute killers here as to be expected, and judging by Qu's recent output (YYGrec etc) this is sure to fly out of the door extremely quickly. Please pre-order to avoid disappointment!

Ali's new highly anticipated single 'Another' has been dubbed one of the most requested tracks of the summer from label boss Damian Lazarus. Co-produced with Steve Dub 'Another' pumps a four to the floor beat with glitchy percussion and distinctive psychedelic vocals. Techno soul at its best.

The single comes with remixes from Tuff City Kids (aka Gerd Janson & Phillip Laur) and the inimitable Felix Da Housecat. Tuff City Kids channel Reese, and drive it deeper, whilst Felix Da Housecat smooth's things out and turns the emotion dial to 11.

DJ W!LD's 'Sweet & Spicy EP' is the 10th release on the Parisian's own imprint 'The W Label' and see's W!LD continue the fine form that has seen him reach the #8 spot in Resident Advisor's 'Most Charted Artists of
2012'. W!LD's unique style of stripped-to-the-bone crunching beats, probing basslines and almost impossibly long, captivating breakdowns have seen him grace labels including Cabin Fever/Rekids (who released his album 'D!RTY'), One Records, Act Natural, Snork Enterprises, Robsoul and Catwash amongst many others in the past 12 months. The 'Sweet & Spicy EP' continues in the same vein all carefully road-tested by W!LD, the focus is on the dancefloor with influences From funk to acid all underpinned by those strong relentless grooves. A stalwart of the tech and deep house scene, DJ W!LD's career path began in the clubs of Paris in 1996. Working with Chris Carrier from 2005 under the name of Catwash (which also spawned the label) he became well known in the French house and techno scene. By 2009 he was touring the world, represented by the legendary Cocoon agency and playing their worldwide events, as well as landing a residency he retains for Circo Loco at DC-10 in Ibiza and becoming a regular feature on their international tours. Since his first single 'Masquerade' dropped on vinyl just over a year ago, Forrest's profile has continued to rise, with releases on Noir Music and Mobilee and forthcoming on Visionquest.

This latest release EP, his debut for Midnight Vision, demonstrates Forrest's versatile sound. The lead track 'Shiny Suit Man' blends hypnotic, cheeky vocals with dusty drums to create a roller, which sounds great both in the headphones and on the dancefloor.

My Factory continues on the deep tip mixes with vocal samples and modulating synth lines creating a smokey atmosphere. A slinky bassline drives the track along and will get any floor moving.

This 13-minute beast rampages along; creaking, cracking and crunching at every possible opportunity. Philadelphia native Hollis P Monroe is a man who has been slowly
and steadily building a respectable catalogue of music since his
debut on Canadian label Stickman in 1997. Appearances on Josh
Wink's Ovum and the legendary West End label have all helped
establish Hollis as a talented writer, producer, vocalist and DJ
having recently been drafted in for collaborations with the likes
of KiNK, Trickski and Rampa. Here we find him producing under his
new moniker The Black 80s in collaboration with Frank Julien, and
following hot on the heels of a killer release for Compost Black
Label.
For their Freerange debut The Black 80s have created an expansive
slice of deep, electronic house on Move On. The expertly crafted
minimal production really highlights the warmth of the song and
creates space for the vocal to shine. Tried and tested by Jimpster
from South Africa to Berlin, this is a standout track with that
perfect balance of raw simplicity for the dancefloor and depth for
longevity.
On the Overnight Mix of Move On things tread in a more
experimental, leftfield direction with filtering breaks and layers
of dust and noise creating an abstract and edgy backing,
complimenting the sweetness of the vocal perfectly.
Finally, we have Kollektiv Turmstrasse providing their own
inimitable spin on their remix, fattening up the beats and adding
more drive which builds perfectly to the breakdown where we're
introduced to an echoing bassline and finally, the full vocal.

Damian Lazarus, the cape-wearing Crosstown Rebels spearhead infamous his idiosyncratic nature embarks on a daring new project with Day Zero. On 20th - 21stDecember 2012 he will stage a festival in sun-soaked Playa del Carmen, Mexico that will celebrate the momentous end of this world cycle, as decreed by the ancient Mayan civilisation.

To commemorate this enigmatic event he asked thirteen artists to create a new track fora special Day Zero music album. His peers and comrades stepped up to the challengewith Rebel's artist past, present and future contributing to this momentous collectionmixed together by Damian Lazarus.
