The Barcelona based record store and label run by DJ Bruce Lee is very proud to release the first work from TR, a well known DJ in the Madrid underground scene.
TR was responsible for one of the remixes from the first release on the label. That remix was techno, but his tastes embrace many different styles as we can see now.
"Multi EP" is the second release on Rhythm Control Barcelona where TR, colaborates with Causmin Lizou on the keyboard for the B side tracks.
The A side contains 2 90's infuenced breaks and electro tracks titled "Bassaur" and "EAH (Part 1,2 & 3)".
The B side contains 2 Detroit influenced house tracks, "Fingers De Pollo" and "Gitroit Highlights".

Radio Slave enlists two heavyweights remixes from Dixon and Underground Resistance, who reimagine 'Trans' - the twisted, bass-driven cut on Radio Slave's excellent inaugural album.

First up, Innervisions co-founder Dixon offers an inspired retouch containing an amalgamation of cosmic synth arpeggios, each one unfolding in a unique way as the track develops, supported by a prominent vacillating bassline.

On the flip, Detroit techno pioneers Underground Resistance provide a 'Hamtramck' remix features crunchy modulated synths and heavily delayed vocal slices that duck in and out before funk influenced guitar licks resonate alongside a plethora of dark effects.

Never Ending Similarities sees MB return to his home base Frustrated Funk to do what he does best. Pushing the envelope while still keeping the emotive part of the music on the foreground. Interfusion Biamp and Never Ending Similarities are two relatively new tracks, both crossing boarders of various different sub-genres, telling beautiful little stories with their gorgeous strings and harmonized synth chords. But for most people the main focus will go directly to Demonia. A slowly building and uplifting techno track, already released on the digital version of his 2009 album Switches, Drawers and Washing Machines that we kept aside especially for this 12''. Charles Trees. Myth, tall tale, legend of a human being, one of those people who one minute you'll be scouring reddit for obscure content and the next, stepping on stage to casually DJ to thousands of people like “no big whoop” at a French music festival. Charles is unassuming, the kind of person who effortlessly mixes ghettotech into soul for lulz, who samples a speech (/rant) by Funkmaster Flex in an acid track, or rides BMG & Derek Plaslaiko’s “True Story of a Detroit Groove” with Velvet Underground’s “Sister Ray” for 8 minutes straight.

Charles' relationship with electronic music started early. In high school, Dave Shayman (Disco D) introduced Charles to DJing and he was a regular at Dubplate Pressure*– Todd Osborn's now-legendary record store in Ann Arbor. By 1998, he was already playing on raves in Detroit. A year later, he was the first person to show Zach Saginaw (Shigeto) to Ghostly International, arguably altering the course of our lives forever. In the late 2000s, they became label mates on Moodgadget, the record label of Jakub Alexander (Heathered Pearls).

Through out the years, Charles has been a musical mentor (whether DJing, producing or throwing shows) to many, danced at every weekly at every venue in Ann Arbor & Detroit, produced Hip Hop, and fronted a psych rock band. He has released music on Moodgadget (US), Musique Large (FR), Lovemonk (ES), Vanity Press (US) and JFX Lab (FR). Today, between DJing, hosting radio shows and producing new music, Charles regularly throws shows/parties/raves, and hosts a monthly at Deluxx Fluxx.

Beautifully understated and triumphant.
This closer marks the return of Detroit Saxophonist Marcus Elliot (Detroit pt II - PGS 001). His notes dance and soar over a creeping acid line, while driving drums and warm pads effortlessly take you home in this powerful house anthem.

Fresh off their latest VA, The Press Group hand the reins over to up-and-coming Ukrainian producer Sasha Zlykh, here delivering his debut 12" effort. Clocking in with a quartet of club-oriented weapons and off-road house-y pumpers that shall bring dancefloors to a slow but steady simmer, the Kyiv-based producer blends in an avalanche of breaks-strewn rhythms, bleepy melodies and reshuffled UK bass patterns to create his own distinctive hybrids, halfway straight dance functionality and non-formulaic experimentality.

As playful in essence as it is serious in its execution, 'Lie To Your Mom' EP starts off with the title-cut, which works a wonky swagger that proves all the more infectious as bars fly by. Engineering a finely-woven mix of off-kilter drum programming, raucous analogue belches and volatile harp stabs distorted to the max, the track's shadowy intro is eventually offset by overlapping tides of luminous pads, released as one lets the light break through a vampire den. 'RnB Ritual' follows up close in the vein, meshing a brooding late-night-ish atmosphere with playful percussive mechs and sustained rhythmic accidents.

Flip sides and you'll be treated to a choice pair of remixes from in-house groove traders Rupert Marnie and Youthman. First in line, Marnie turns 'Lie To Your Mum' into a straight jacking and shuffling Chicagoan chugger. Going deeper into soulful terrains and lavishly-textured expanses, TPG's main operator exploits the whole melodic potential of Zlykh's original, bringing its anthemic power to further completion beautifully. More on the dubby end of things, Youthman adds his uniquely vibey touch to the main cut, deftly navigating betwixt a classic deep house kinda vibe, post-rave'y electronics and a Basic Channel-esque sound spectrum, which all in all should have people instinctively clapping their hands as their mind begins to sink into a weirdly introspective sense of euphoria.

After a triplet of solo 12"s, all courtesy of label main man Rupert Marnie, Hamburg-based imprint The Press Group are set to break 2018 in with the multi-flavoured TPG004 - a versatile debut VA that offers a fine close up on the label's whole cast of operating forces with some choice contributions from TPG's core tetrad including Youthman(29), Ten Letu, DJ Dodo and Marnie himself. Mind your backs!

Shape-shifting yet coherent as a whole, this collective effort puts together a swinging confluence of sounds and aesthetics - clearly aimed at the dancefloor but equally poised for laid-back chill sessions. First release on the label to reunite the entire crew, TPG004 mashes up a wide-spanning array of grooves and tempi in exploded view, giving full vent to each artist's idiosyncratic universe whilst establishing a hyper-modern sound ID, both infectiously funky and undeniably potent.

Casting its net far and wide: from the pared-down astronautical breakbeat of Youthman's 'Aemilia' to DJ Dodo's breezy jacking jazz-footwork hybrid 'The Machine' via Rupert Marnie's lithe ganjah-smelling shuffler 'Health' and Ten Letu's muscle-flexing acid roller 'Ah, You Shot Me!', it's a feast of feelgood beats that you're invited to, neatly connecting the dots between the guys' shared love for video game soundtracks, liquid dubstep, heavy jungle breaks, minimal house and further daydreaming, hazy harmonics to drape yourself into.

After a couple of essential releases under the pseudonym Epiphany' in labels such as AHD or Semantica, Damian Schwartz is back with his second full length Album. An incredible piece of work highly influenced by Detroit and NY's House and Techno sound.

Omar-S introduces Detroit's newest diva on the scene, Simon Black with an X-Rated 12" for the real freaky types. As spring dawns, Rhythm Section International go from Local Artist to a pair of very 'local' artists - Peckham's very own Chris Watson + Chris Coupe; otherwise known as FYI CHRIS , who present the 'Back In The Millennium' EP as the labels 5th offering.The EP was born after a rather hazy late night listening session at Rhythm Section HQ, where bossman Bradley Zero was instantly beguiled by the Duo's hypnotic and rhythmically complex arrangements.The record begins abrasively with the trance-inducing mechanical stutter of 'back in the millennium', before shuffling into downbeat number 'Jeru' and then picks things up with the peak time groove of 'need i say more' before bringing us back down to earth with the melancholic acid bump of 'dedication'. Ready for Club Use..

This November sees the launch of Manchester based imprint Music Is Love Records, kicking things off with a four-track release of sublime house cuts in the form of 'Back In The Dayz' by Dutch duo New Jack City.
In true Manchester fashion the labels philosophy is to create a platform for releasing 90's tipped underground house music and embodying a hands on attention to detail with heavyweight vinyl, hand curated artwork and
high grade remix artists set for each release. Local acts, artist friends and up and coming producers will be providing releases from the off with label owners Oli Furness and Angus Jefford delivering remix works on each
under their Music Is Love guise. Arnhem based New Jack City launch things here, they're relatively fresh faces on the scene having formed their collaboation in early 2011, their ethos is heavily focused on Chicago house
music with an old school grit and rawness incorporated.
Title track 'Back In The Dayz' opens the release, utilizing timeless 909 drum programming with a big open hat, off-kilter claps and weighty kick. A subtle sub bass softly meanders around the drums in the background adding a bouncy shuffle while warm Rhodes chords build the track alongside a filtered vocal chop. Classic house stabs are introduced to the latter stages alongside a soulful spoken word vocal about the feeling of house rounding off the old school vibe. Next up is label owners Music is Love's rework of 'Back In The Dayz', adding a sharp intensity to the drums with an insistent snare pattern running throughout and the signature sounds of 90's house, a deep bubbling organ hook brought in, this is a brilliantly contrasting remix from the duo with a clear distinction yet capturing the vibe of the original cut beautifully.
Next up is 'Gimme That Chance', a pacier affair picking up the tempo slightly and embracing a US Garage vibe. Dreamlike synth chords, warbling pad lines and a sonorous walking sub-bass build the tracks body while an
amalgamation of vocal chops are layered, looped and processed throughout, creating an ever evolving dynamism.
'The Golden Age' closes the release with crunchy distorted drums and heavily reverberated synth shots running from the start, the track takes on a darker form than the preceding tracks with a peak-time dance floor approach. The introduction of a warm melodic synth melody in the centre stages adds a unifying house touch, breaking things down before the pumping heavily swung rhythm re-enters and tails out the track.
This is an outstanding inaugural release from Music Is Love Records and a clear indication of the sheer quality to come from this brand new Northern England based label.

Baba Osman presents the second installament of Osman Records.

On this first part, we have the 2 seminal reshapes of A Very Different World by FunkD'Void. Top of the playlists of Dj's from Sasha and Digweed to Derrick May and Josh Wink back in 2010, for the first time the track now find themselves on Vinyl as well as Digital. Both reshapes have something for everyone, with the Epic Reshape extending the mix to 10mins. A Very Different World was the track that relaunched Bio in 2010 and Funk D'Void still plays it in his sets and lists it as one of his all time greats....

Detroit natives, Nikki O and Javonntte, collaborate on EP filled with Motor City Soul.

Nikki O, best known for her work with Moodymann, is joined by Javonntte who worked and toured with the late Aretha Franklin.

Two bubbling soulful house tracks on the A side are followed up by two Detroit dubs on the B side.

Pierre Codarin returns to his eponymous imprint with four rhythmic productions dropping on wax in December.
With previous releases commanding respect from the likes of Mr. G, Radio Slave, Raresh, Laurent Garnier, Jackmaster, ItaloJohnson, Apollonia and more.
Ebbing pads initiate the package in 'Think' before teasing in intricate percussion and moody bass throbs. Metallic synths, mesmerising atmospherics and an ominous hook then make up 'Front To Back' before moving on to the soaring chords and trippy nuances of 'Everything You Do'. Tying things together, 'Universal Man' layers a medley of undulating components as ethereal effects operate throughout.

“CHAPTER I: THE BLACK GODDESS (AΦOR)” is the latest work from the DJ and producer BLAKE (aka Will Blake) which will land on his debut label TRITON RECORDS featuring the Detroit legend Scan 7.

To launch the label, BLAKE has called upon the most influential Detroit artist Abdul Qadim Haqq (Third Earth Visual Arts), designer of historical releases of among others Underground Resistance, Metroplex and Transmat, who has conceived, curated and realized the entire artwork project of TRITON RECORDS, its logo and the astonishing EP cover.

BLAKE’s works give emphasis to warm sounds coming from his tapes, samplers, drum machines and analogic synthesizers. He has always been inspired by the music from Detroit. For this EP, BLAKE has realized 2 high-quality tracks expertly crafted for the dance floor and 1 warm techno soul cut that has been remixed by Scan 7 with his unique touch. The Intro of the EP will let the listener experience the birth of the planet Triton and will drive him to spatial soundscapes.

Will Saul and Tee Mango continue the Primitive Trust EP series with their third release. 'Little Love EP' is a blissful 3 track package featuring a Floorplan remix. 'Little Love' builds warm harmonies driven by syncopated bass grooves whilst Tee Mango's Dub of 'Tejon' heads for the sun with radiant, shuffling chords. For the remix, Floorplan delivers unrestrained rapture on a peak time roller full of cathartic vocal bursts.

Amsterdam label Taped Artifact has lined up an EP from Merv aka Brian Oldenborg and Jan Christiansen. After the Re-Melted reissue on Styrax in 2015, this is the pair's third new EP in three years since coming back after first making music back in the mid nineties. Their warm dub and techno style is still very much fresh and arresting. Blueprint opens the EP with eight enthralling minutes of percolating drums and shuffling hi hats. Frosty yet warm, it's a cavernous affair with a hypnotic riffs sucking you in over and over. Shine is more upright techno, but the rock solid kicks are still draped with rippling, static coated chords that ripple out in all directions. Rotundum closes things out with synth waves gently breaking over hunched drums that build the pressure. It's tense and engaging while remaining thoroughly atmospheric.

Versalife aka Boris Bunnik is one of the most respected producers in electro, recording for many of the truly great Dutch labels including Delsin, Clone, Rush Hour and Frustrated Funk as well as cutting edge imprints like Brokntoys, Shipwreck and Transcendent. Bunnik has toured Versalife live extensively across the world, as recently featured on Boiler Room. Bunnik now presents his debut release for 20/20 Vision as the label continues it's path into the world of pure electronic music. 'Machine Life' immediately stood out as one of those rare killer club cuts that works it's way into a wide range of DJ boxes, simple but massively effective. 'M05' returns to more classic sounding Versalife electro with complex layers of synths, strings and analogue squelch all held together by a solid bass hook. On the flip side Bunnik shows off his pedigree in producing Detroit influenced string laden beautiful music with the EP rounded off by 'Axion', a heavier trip to the dark side.

The kid is back! The wunderkind from Wichita, Kansas collates another wonderful release on his own Moran Music Group, featuring music from Karlos' archive old and new. Expect more of the same deep and warm vibes, all made with a special and loving touch.

Manana presents a new remix EP bringing together some essential re-works of Sound Species and Ache Meyi's collaboration recordings.
Originally recorded in 2016 in Santiago de Cuba during the lead-up to the Manana Festival in the city, the original sessions were an inspired fusion of Ache Meyi's deep folkloric Afro-Cuban styles with Sound Species' subtle electronic touches. The new re-works have attracted some familiar names from clubland: broken beat don IG Culture keeps the roots of 'Ogún Meyi Meyi' intact with a bass-heavy, percussive attack; brilliant UK drummer and producer Tom Skinner strips back 'Egrem Bata Jam' on a pulsing new version; Chicago legend Ron Trent creates a more melodic dancefloor re-work of 'Alina's Calypso' while Sound Species themselves beef up the original Afro-Haitian rhythms of the same track for a dubbier treatment.

Smallville Records celebrate their 10th anniversary with the 3rd and 4th part of the - Ways' Series. It started in 2011 with Twentyfour Ways (Smallville 24)- a Various Artists 4 track-12' with timeless music only. It continued in 2013 with Smallville 35 (Thirtyfive Ways)- same concept, but different artists. And now it's finally time for Smallville 44 and 45 (Fortyfour and Fortyfive Ways)- wonderful tracks of Smallville's favourite producers and family members. Introducing L'Amour Fou, a new project by Move D and his friends Benoit Bouquin (BB) and Marco Wollenberg, both from Taipeh. Another newbie in the Smallville Camp is Kornél Kovacs. We hooked up and invited Kornél to play over in Hamburg last year for a Smallville Party and Space Jam is kind of the result, which we are very happy about. And Juniper is finally back with one of their rare gems- after the split-12' with Arnaldo (Smallville 30) and various played gigs together, mostly at Stattbad, Berlin- it was about time to come together again. Smallpeeps on the mighty B2.

GIANT RECORDS 10th release is from New York born ADAM COLLINS and limited to 150 hand stamped and numbered copies. Adam is widely known for his work as one half of production duo - OMNI AM, along with Marky star and counts Derrick Carter and Evil Eddie Richards and a whole host of others, amongst their fans. Adam's release for Giant is titled - DAY2DAY and has all the trademark's of Adam's wonky,
left of feld, slightly of kilter grooves - DAY2DAY builds and snakes itself into a bottom bass heavy House jam - Chicago style keys mould the snare and hats into an infectious work out - with an alien like hook that keeps it all slightly wobbly. The
next cut is from the super talented CARL FINLOW under carl's RANDOM FACTOR guise, a beauty in its own right ! Super tight drums and a punchy RANDOM FACTOR bassline take's this mix on a journey through many shades of electronica - as the track swells nicely with warm atmospheric pads and sprinkles of emotive keys, with an electro style hook that keep's it all swinging in Carl's trademark sound. The next mix is from LA based producer MIEKA DU FRANX. Mieka's mix strips the original
down to the bare essentials and gives it a tuf minimal feel. The last mix is from ECHO OF GLORY, which see's Echo take the track on a Acid tinged work out - adding
dubbed out vocals and super subbed out bass.

For their second release on the label, DGTL Records asked another one of its festival shows regulars: Fort Romeau. After playing at three different DGTL editions, and an upcoming fourth during ADE, the organization also wanted to propagate his sound with an EP on their imprint. The release consists of two multi-layered compositions, Untitled II and A Familiar Place, and will be available both on vinyl and in digital stores on the 13th of October.

Fort Romeau came into the spotlight with releases on Running Back, Live At Robert Johnson and Ghostly International amongst others. The British talent gained recognition with his cultivated ear and apprehension of all genres of music, that brought him to add something unique to the widespread spectrum of electronic music, both as a DJ and a producer. In 2015 he also set up his own label, Cin Cin, releasing split EPs from established names and newcomers alike, with a diverse musical policy that reflects Fort Romeau his open minded and inquisitive approach.


'Untitled II' is a luminous house tune, with a soundscape on top that takes you on a journey, while 'A Familiar Place' adds a little bit of darkness to the EP. This B-side is made up out of raw elements, a high tempo kick and hi- hat create a sturdy flow that makes it hard to sit still. All in all, it advocates the vision of the festival and its label, in every way.

After years of absence, Elypsia Records is finally back in full-effect and is proud to bring you this exceptional release by Detroit Housemaster: Rick Wade who is one of the most passionate producers we've had the chance to work with. TIMELESS EP is deep, soulful, melodic Detroit house for pure enjoyment.

M.E.R 002 Parque Rodó EP is the first release put out by Santiago on his own label. His approach to music shapes and reflects much of M.E.R's musical imprint.

DJ Deep's Deeply Rooted label once again spotlights rising French talent Marina Trench for the second instalment of 'Signature featuring remixes from the boss and Hugo LX. Arriving on Deeply Rooted in March with the slick sounding 'Signature EP1', since then Trench has debuted at Rex Club where she played alongside Kerri Chandler, further bolstering her rising reputation as one of the Parisian scene's most exciting names. She now returns to Deeply Rooted bringing another instalment of classy House music - perfectly suited to the respected label's aesthetic. She shows off her knack for jazzy keys on the lively, raw-edged 'Thema Urbain' which oozes late night soul and effortlessly intimate house vibes. The equally excellent 'Ahead' is a surging house cut with well-crafted synth stabs fleshing out an off balance groove while a twanging bass riffs props things up from below. It's perfectly propulsive but has a real sense of heart. The third sublime original is 'Navigo', a bottomless track with splashy hi hats and suggestive string stabs up top. Remixing 'Ahead' is Hugo LX, who cruises from downtempo beats to soulful electronic sounds on the likes of Balance and NDATL Muzik. His classy version is a dubbed out classic with a musical bassline tumbling down the scales as you're sunk ever deeper into his pillowy pads. Deep himself then steps up to flip 'Navigo' into a driving deep techno number that surges on soaring synth smears and prickly percussion. Bohm (030303 Records) and Marcus Paulson (aka Kid Machine) deliver four classic cuts of quality house. Inspired by Manchester and Utrecht commutes, the EP sets the tone for future things to come on their Purewaxx label. Paulson and Bohm share a side each, both using the 707/101/303/106 to good use, layering pads, square basslines and deep moody pads and strings. Long time unsung UK techno artist Aubrey is to release Gravitational Lensing, a first artist album since 2001 and his third in all. It lands in early 2019 on Out-ER and across 12 tracks it finds him getting more personal and instinctive than ever before with jazz, techno, broken beat and house all colouring this most coherent of musical adventures.
Aubrey s discography dates back to the early nineties, when he was a key part of the UK scene on labels like Solid Groove, Textures and Mosaic. Up there with the greats from Chicago and Detroit, he has turned out a steady stream of music that marries perfect dance floor functionality with real musical invention. Always inspired by anything deep with a good groove, everything from synth band Japan to funk king George Clinton, electro break beats to Jean Michel Jarre all inform his work.

As a DJ, he cut his teeth playing the biggest raves in the UK with names like Carl Cox and Eddie C having been swept up by the acid house records that hit English stores when he was just 15. Add in a love of jazz, ambient and US house, and you have all the eclectic influences that this criminally under-the-radar artist has drawn on for his latest album.

It is one that finds him really put his personal stamp on his sound. It s a chance to be more who you are and what you feel without pressure to conform to a particular sound, it s a chance to be free, says the artist of the album process. It was partially produced at Out-ER s studio in Nard , Lecce over the course of a year s worth of studio jam sessions, and is his finest and most cinematic work to date.

Things kick off with the ambient synth modulations of Aerglo Visible before exquisitely loose jazz drums and sci-fi pads suspend you in the cosmos on Floating to Rigel. There is an experimental feel to the off grid drums, rippling chords and drunken keys of Doctor Portia that keeps you brilliantly off balance, and the first deep techno trip is Journey To the Blue Planet , which has gorgeous ambience swirling over rolling, dubby kicks and soulful Detroit synth work. Carrying on through more lush, musical synth work and inventive drums, there are moments of heads down dance floor power and hi-tech soul, serene techno landscaping and chord-laced deep house that is superbly cerebral throughout the album.

In all, it makes for a complete and storytelling record that draws on a rich variety of genres and reworks them into something deep, multi-layered and hugely emotional that works as well in headphones, at home, as it will in the club.

Youthman(29) dishes out his debut 12′’ on TPG, comprised of seven cuts that yo-yo between revamped breaksy house tropes, sample-heavy intricacies and lo-lidded ethereality. Maintaining a fine balance between danceability and daydreaming, ‘Untitled’ holds its listener in a hazed-out hypnagogic state of body-&-mind symbiosis that’s best suited for moments of transition and sense-awakening, when the lights begin to flicker and the club seems to fold up in a strange, otherworldly halo of sorts.

French producer Erell Ranson's affinity for the deeper shades of Detroit sound is well known, but his ability to absorb those influences and create beautiful music with his own signature is the reason we're so excited to welcome him into our family. Having previously released on labels such as Kalahari Oyster Cult, aDepth audio, Nice & Nasty Records and his own MySelf Recordings, amongst others, Erell's became quite skilled in crafting sophisticated and emotional tracks which still seem to feel perfectly at home in a crowded 3 AM club situation. EP for Barba, titled "Dreams Of Nila", is a 4-tracker consisting of "Dreams Of Nila", "Reminiscence 0f The Past", and "Far Away Of Your Side", with the latter receiving an additional remix treatment by a Rotterdam-based project Duplex. "Dreams Of Nila" is a somewhat more leaning towards Chicago-ish side of things, with its huge bassline enveloped by shuffling 707 drums. Soft-sounding synth pad sequences work as an emotion injection and appear perfectly timed, without removing the edge of this, essentially, club track. "Reminiscence Of The Past" is the most direct of the bunch. Syncopated bass drum, forward-leaning groove and those classic techno snare roll fills make this track hard to ignore as it is, without mentioning complex interaction of synth lines, chords and beautiful detroit-reminiscent string stabs. Wonderfully executed counterpoint of hard edge and soft touch is what makes this cut a truly special one. Techno in its fullest form. "Far Away Of Your Side" is somewhat closer to the energy level of "Dreams Of Nila", and is a well-paced deep cut perfect for later moments in the night when subtle approach is everything. Slow synth pads give your mind some time to relax while the groove keeps your body occupied. Duplex remix of "Far Away Of Your Side" takes the track another notch down but in a more sideways manner. Broken electro groove is what keeps the foundation of the track while Chris Aarse & John Matze (aka Duplex) masterfully work their synths and pads to keep the tension for the whole duration of the track. Melancholy mood is tangible here, and at its best, ready for the dancefloor.

MODU:LAR Music is a new label project born from established Liverpool-based collective, which has now been running for five years. Promising to release straight-up party tracks made for the dancefloor, the label will showcase and expose emerging talents from it's home city and beyond.

First up is a debut four-track EP from Scouse duo, Danny Mc and James Hall a.k.a. UZU. Marco Spaventi and MOS label head Aroy Dee link up for another of their intriguing collaborations. They have done so before on this label back in 2012, and their latest offers another vital mix of raw house and ambient. Opener 'The Way We Love' features typically rough, blistered drums and sci-fi synths, but this time with a heavenly vocal and uplifting chords up top that tug on your heart strings. An ambient reprise of the same track is a perfect excuse to kick back and get lost in your own thoughts. 'The Way We Move' then takes a long view, with far-gazing Detroit pads and mid tempo drums getting you deep into a dreamy groove that is wide open and expansive. Last of all, Marco remixes this one on his own and flips it into something that is even more melodic, with circling pads and a musical bassline all making for a beautiful piece of timeless house music.

true to its mission, examining the always surprising and never ending Tresor Records
catalog. This time around, the spotlight is placed on Greek producer Savvas Ysatis.

After his move from Athens to New York City in '93, Ysatis released a string of
collaborative works with his production partner Taylor Deupree, before returning to
Greece ve years later in order to help develop the local scene.

Two albums came out in 1999 (Highrise) and 2001 (Select) on Tresor Records. Genuine
pioneering works, both of Ysatis' LP efforts still sound as relevant today as they did nearly
fteen years ago. The four classics and two original remixes present on this Archiv #08
re-issue have been carefully selected by Savvas Ysatis and Tresor, to be re-mastered and
cut in a new conguration for your listening pleasure and playing comfort.

Deep introvert yet powerful groovers by Ruffien on his second Deeptrax EP. In this one, he finds a perfect balance between club and bedroom-oriented heaters. The tracks on side A "Burner" and "Full Measure" have enough force to pack a punch, yet still carry that sense of intimacy which he has been known for. The B side is an 18 minute dub-techno trip named "Nada" that was previously released digitally on his label HLF/PIN, but has been re-issued and re-mastered for vinyl in all of its immersive glory. Winter music at its finest.

After a career spanning more than 25 years John Beltran lands on the Belgian De:tuned label with the long-awaited follow-up album to his widely acclaimed classic 90s masterpiece "Ten Days of Blue". On "Moth" Beltran opens his heart by combining melody, emotion and soul with infectious grooves. As such he lays down the definitive and timeless Detroit sound with a clear nod to the early innovators. From 4/4 dance floor burners to tribal shufflers and ambient interludes, "Moth" is a well-balanced journey full of blissful atmosphere for both the mind and feet.

Organic Flow has born from two organic minds influencing each other, a project of two friends representing the Old school & New school. After years of a constant process of preparation, nutring spirit from many kinds of musical forms, trying to open the mind as much as possible, we decided to release this first EP that comes with four cuts.

It's a rare thing for two labels to come together to release a track, but KMS Records and Feel My Bicep have done exactly that.

Vision Of Love' was produced by two London based, Belfast-born blogger-production-DJ duo,
Matt McBriar and Andy Ferguson. Matt and Andy need little by way of introduction. Their 'Feel My Bicep blog" is the go-to place for tastemakers world-wide for lost and forgotten disco/Chicago house/Detroit techno/Italo edits and everything in-between. Their remix track record has also been excellent with them stamping their distinguished sound upon works from Blondes, Toby Tobias, Chamboche, Blood Orange, Cosmic Kids and many more for labels such as Domino, Wolf Music and Tusk. Will Saul then snapped them up for his label Aus, with a collaborative EP including tracks 'You' and 'Don't', which hit number one on Juno and caused the Beatport charts some bother. Then in September 2012, Feel My Bicep, (the label) launched with the highly sought after track 'Vision Of Love.' It turns out that Matt and Andy had found an old Inner City track named 'Good Love' (originally written by Kevin Saunderson and Ann Saunderson back in 2000) and naively, they sampled a section of the song and created their new track around Paris's vocal. Feel My Bicep, then released the track on vinyl only, as a limited pressing.

Matt and Andy explained 'like many house producers, when sketching down ideas and jamming in the studio, we sometimes roll through acapellas to find any little vocals snippets that work well over beats we've done. In one particular instance we stumbled across an Inner City acapella 'Good Love' that really worked with a piano riff. We titled the track 'Vision Of Love' and released it as a, limited pressing, vinyl release. In our naivete, we figured that we'd sell a few 12's and no one would really take any notice... Then, much to our surprise the track started getting played on radio 1 and getting a lot of interest. We then realised that we would have to sort out a deal with Kevin, as the sample's owner. Thankfully, he was very understanding about the whole thing and we worked out a deal to give him and Ann the credit that's due. So, while we're sticking to our original plan to keep that entire EP as vinyl only, Kevin's label (KMS Records), are releasing 'Vision Of Love' as a digital single'.

Kevin had this to add... 'Inner City and myself (Kevin Saunderson) have a long history of influencing people and the music scene with our songs. Especially with our vocal tracks and a track that was written by myself and Ann, way back in 2000 (for Inner City), is no exception. The track in question is "Good Love". At the end of last year I heard the track 'Vision Of Love' and I instantly recognized that the sample was taken from 'Good Love'. I thought, wow, that's "Good Love' and it works really well over that piano. There was some really good music happening, it had a nice sound to it and it was just perfect. I knew the artist was Bicep, so I thought let me try and reach out to these guys, to see if they would be up for letting me release the record, digitally. I could give it some exposure and we can have a win/win situation for everyone. So, we made contact with the label, we worked out a deal and here we are now!! KMS is about to release the track. It's very catchy and very hooky and that's a part of my soul, always. It doesn't always have to be just musical, both vocals and melodies have been very important to some of the biggest tracks that I've ever created'.

No remixes have been commissioned on 'Vision Of Love', but KMS is very lucky and very happy to announce that none other than Carl Craig himself, has graciously submitted a 'c2 Edit' and a 'c2 Bonus Edit', to make this a very special release indeed.

On his debut E.P. for WPH Adham Zahran presents two pieces of divine house music that ooze soul and musicianship. 'The Midnight Tower' will go straight to your hips with it infectious piano hook whereas 'Disco Infinite' is a subtle discofied bass affair that would sit well next to classic Theo Parrish or Moodymann stuff. High praise, but just listen and you'll know it's well-deserved!

Session Victim can do no wrong in our eyes. Not only do they run an absolutely brilliant vinyl-only label known as Retreatwith the help of fellow Berliner Quarion. Not only do they play an amazing live set which has seen recent fans at London's Corsica Studios get so worked up they started crowd-surfing. Not only were they responsible for last years' underground hit Good Intentions which is so good it had Move D in tears as he closed a festival set with it last summer. On top of all this they're the nicest and most focused couple of chaps you ever did meet. In short, we're very proud and happy to be presenting their debut LP The Haunted House Of House on our humble label. As with our last LP from the mighty 6th Borough Project, we have made the LP available as both a beautifully packaged triple pack vinyl as well as CD.

Opening track Dark Sienna sets the mood and serves as a good taster of what you can expect from their highly accomplished debut. We're talking looped up deep-disco territory here with a lovely mid-tempo rolling groove driven along by open hats and a square wave bassline, lush string sections and dubbed vocal hits all adding heat to the mix.

Zoinks continues the theme with the perfect balance of organic drums, dusty stabs and a healthy dose of solid gold machine-funk. Push Comes To Shove follows, upping the pace slightly and resulting in one of the more obvious floor friendly cuts (or should i say as obvious as it gets with Session Victim!).

Next up is the more laid back yet still seriously head-nodding vibe of Alpine Glow on which the SV boys even manage to make a cut-up Mark King-esque slap bass sample sound good! Haunted House dives straight in next with an uptempo jam featuring a heavy disco groove and compressed pads laced with subtle arpeggiating acid lines. Some Balearic vibes are offered up next as things continue with Cow Palace and Bison until we're hit with a special new LP version of Good Intentions, the original having been only available on vinyl so far.

Time to shake things up a bit next with a definite highlight of the LP - Light Scent of Decay. As the acronym of the title suggests we are heading straight into psychedelic territory with this beautiful 9 minute and 40 second long live jam drawing us deep into its pleasantly off-kilter confines. Next the boys drop it down a bit for Fine, which sees the duo opt for some headnodding hip hop vibes. And finally we have the spellbinding Flying Visit to leave us on a total high.

Coming on like some long-lost Nightmares On Wax classic, we are treated to a gentle Balearic beauty which should leave you in no doubt that you're in capable hands with Session Victim at the helm.

After more than a decade of deep, expansive productions on labels such as Detroit Underground and CPU, Annie Hall arrives on MUSAR for a record typically rich in texture and understated grooves.

Opening track 'Linium' immediately seduces listeners with a complex drum pattern that somehow feels spacious, subtly twisting and turning its way around Hall's analogue world. Dutch artist Mattheis maintains this understated feel but adds a soft, compelling kick in response on his suspenseful remix of 'Lavandula'. The original, moodier version of this cut the follows to open the B side, gradually erupting around a killer distorted bassline. The EP continues to hit a more urgent note with the tense machinations of 'Silene', where dense layers of stuttering, frenetic drums interweave with Hall's trademark, melancholy keys. SJ Tequilla continues to build on his small but well formed discography with a new EP on Bright Sounds. His three originals come backed with a remix from cult producer SW. SJ Tequilla has released on his own Shot Of T imprint and DJ Fett Burger s Freakout Cult since debuting in 2017. The Japanese born, Berlin based artist is also close to Sex Tags Mania and regularly holds it down at OHM Club as well as for busking on his live, vintage hardware jams around the streets of Kreuzberg.
The opener is a six minute house bumper with a classic lead acid line and plenty of Detroit pads. The pinging analogue drums are lively and elastic while more thoughtful keys are draped over the top. SUED man SW. steps up to remix and brings a mixture of pad laced serenity old school rave basslines to his hard hitting drums. The B1 is another rugged mix of live sounding drums, acid snuggles and rueful keys while ambient synths stretch off to infinity. Last but not least, B2 sinks into a blissed out dub house vibe, rolling deep and smooth and showing off Tequilla s ability to cook up far sighted synths that have real emotion. This is an EP well school in traditionalism but that also brings some fresh skills and ideas to the grooves.

Detroit Techno Records celebrate 10 years of being a digital label by buying their first vinyl record. The record entitled "The First EP" includes classic DTR along with new unheard music from the breakout duo Folson & Tate. This EP spans 10 year of classic Detroit techno music. Side A has the first release "2 Sisters" from the upcoming full album release from Body Mechanic entitled "Infidelity". 2 Sisters is a funky up tempo cut that sets the tone of the album which has an old-school Prince vibe to it. The second track on the A side is the DTR classic "Soul" from Detroit unknown "Lego Tha Cook" this track has been played by some of the hottest DJs in the scene Dave Clark, Juan Atkins and in rotation on Deep Space Radio, now it's available for the first time on vinyl. The B side starts off with a Body Mechanic electro track "Jit The Best" that was previously released on his digital release "I Remember Dancing". This track pays respect to the Detroit Jit style of dancing and gives homage to some of the dance crews that made the dance famous. The last track "Flight 2 Berlin" is a new track with new digital EP from the breakout duo Folson & Tate who made waves with their version of the "Black Panther Theme" and have already made a name for themselves in the remix game. To date Folson & Tate have done remixes for Orlando Voorn on the Rennie Foster imprint RF, Josh Garrets Subspec label & Finn Audio. Folson & Tate also have a track "Is It Because I'm Black" on the Rick Wilhite release " Godson IV" on Mahogani Music.

LOYOTO are the East-Berlin born Eva Be and Cle from the western part of the formerly dived city. Both started their DJ and producer career almost at the same time in the heart of the then developing scene, the very center of Berlin, just after the wall came down. Originally rooted in very different styles of music, they encountered for the first time DJing together in 2011, finding common ground in more than just music - a gig, that should lead to more: They decided to combine their talents and knowledge and build a studio together.
