This release came out as a limited edition 500 copy white label with hand written labels. Now to save our artheritic wrists we got some flashy labels printed on this one. These 2 tracks sound amazing 20 years on and proves the longevity in these early productions from these 2 producers.

Shinedoe has built a stellar reputation in the scene for her unmissable DJ sets and stand-out productions, which have made her one of the most respected names in techno. Kicking off this release, the title track Mutant Frequencies sets out the agenda - a deep driving baseline intertwined with sparking, modulated synth lines and crisp, urgent percussion. The result is a tough techno bomb, but containing Shinedoe's signature subtleties. Over on the flip, the Robert Hood referencing M-Plant is an acid- tinged, bouncy groover - the baseline writhes and wriggles throughout the track while the pulsating kick and fizzing percussion propel the track ever higher, punctuated by an exquisite break. Last but not least, Triplex is a deeply atmospheric cut, slowly building out of a hypnotic synth hook and dark, brooding pads - Shinedoe's masterly production keeps the track full of tension throughout.

Music That Moves (MTM) Founded in 2018, Music That Moves is the latest venture by Amsterdam-based techno maven Shinedoe. Having been jointly responsible for the long running and hugely influential Intacto label with partner in crime 2000 and One, Chinedum Nwosu's new label is a vehicle for her own special musical vision. Focussing entirely on Shinedoe productions, Music That Moves is the home for precision techno with soul - literally music that will move you in every sense.

Docile Recordings continues moving minimal with a four track release of nonchalant 4/4. Docile has developed its own style of loose and listless techno that runs the gambit from dark inebriation to a warm and immature frivolity. This style tells stories that only can be realized on vinyl. Simple harmonies and rhythms contrast the evolving programing to form a dynamic that makes one stop, look and listen. A. Garcia lives in and works for the Detroit vinyl community crafting their vinyl as well as his own. Enjoy this record from A.Garcia's mind and hands to yours.

River Rapid is the new label from acclaimed DJ Eclair Fifi. Known for her tastemaking dj sets steeped in upcoming exclusives and unknown rarities as well as her essential monthly radio show on NTS it seemed only right that she should start her own imprint.

Cinthie joins the roster of Aus Music this November with her 'Trust' EP, comprising three original cuts from the Berlin artist. Founder of several imprints, namely Beste Modus, we_r_house and 803 Crystalgrooves, as well as her own label collective and record store brand Elevate, native Berliner Cinthie has become a highly respected figure in electronic music in her hometown and across the globe over the past few years. Most notably known for her long standing as a DJ primarily, yet recent months have seen Cinthie build her own studio and dedicate much of her time to carefully crafting the music she's always longed to. This new EP for Will Saul's Aus Music is a product of this time spent and marks the next phase for Cinthie's productions. Title-track 'Trust' leads on the package, fuelled by an infectious marimba style percussive melody, bright tension building strings and a bumpy bass hook whilst crunchy drums and a spellbinding arpeggio leads further fuels the emotive, subtly blooming feel. 'Lost At Sea' follows next, employing a loosely flowing organic drum groove, jazzy Rhodes chords and resonant moog style synth licks to create yet another classy twist on contemporary house music. 'Hip Swing' then rounds out the package on a deeper tip with heavily swung, up-tempo drums at the forefront whilst murky bass reverberations, choppy stabs and ethereal pads subtly ebb and flow in the depths.

After a couple of essential releases under the pseudonym Epiphany' in labels such as AHD or Semantica, Damian Schwartz is back with his second full length Album. An incredible piece of work highly influenced by Detroit and NY's House and Techno sound.

Our next strike called Exhale EP' is the second release of the label owner himself: Depthon.

Depthon filled the A-side with two original tracks: Exhale (A1) featuring tripping bells as main part.
Background is made up of different drums and a synth, filtering on and off during the track.
Relax (A2) has a more atmospheric background and a bit more monotone than Exhale - a perfect
opening track.

The B-side opens up with a remix from Chris Koegler (B1), a south German artist & producer from
Stuttgart. His remix is more powerful, straight to the point and industrial, although never forgetting to be
a track for the dancefloor. Two rolling synths and uprising pads are mixing the bells while drums and FX
solidify the background.

The Hungarian (Sopron) artist Akos Wex (B2) did his first work for Blackrod with this remix. It's stamped
by a distortion synth and a massive kick. It's a bit more minimalistic with atmopsheric background and
bells which fade in and out in perfect time.

All in all we have 4 great clubbing tracks - powerful assets for each sound system!

Walls, Corridors, Baffles is the debut album of Swiss musician and producer Samuel Savenberg aka S S S S. Following various releases on Haunter Records, aufnahme+wiedergabe, and Hallow Ground, his LP on Präsens Editionen tries to find an approach to an artistic expression beyond tropes of darkness, harshness and excess. Thus, the aesthetic of Walls, Corridors, Baffles is radically and uncompromisingly sober. Instead of focusing on a conceptual or symbolic treatment of sound as an abstraction, Savenberg emphasizes its materiality. The album consists of eight pieces strung together into a manifesto which calls for a febrile embrace of an unheard-of, intense sobriety.
In Walls, Corridors, Baffles, unadulterated percussive force meets an astoundingly precise and frugal vocabulary of electroacoustic sounds, as for example on the opener “Deserter”. Passages extended over long melodies invite the listener to lose oneself in the contrastive emptiness. Central to the work are the affective qualities of the music which lapses only at moments into a more defined emotional quality – as on the final track “Nothing But the Circulation of Air”.

Returning to a brief but very fruitful period in electronic music production, Shelved Recordings exists to look back to the golden age of the remix, with a clear view of the future it imagined.

Artists who were steered towards maverick producers, with a view to changing the rules, to re-defining the terms of what modern music should and could be.
Pioneering techniques, over-dubs and an exploratory period of pop production, resulted in many lost dub versions and mixes. Mixes, which invariably were left on the shelf, deemed too 'out there' by the bosses of the the hedonistic label managers who commissioned them.

Carefully reconstructed and rebuilt lost classics from someone who was there the first time around !

Charlotte de Witte continues to establish herself as the part of the new school techno landscape with a second EP on Mary Go Wild Black. Entitled Closer and featuring three sizzling tracks, this one follows on the heels of her high-impact Voices of The Ancient EP back in March, and again proves she has a singular studio sound.Closer' goes first and is seven spooky minutes of spacious, acid-laced techno. Distant pads bring a cosmic feel and intimate spoken words make the whole thing feel personal yet unsettling as rubbery drums roll on below. 'Nothing' pairs pulsating acid daubs with vocals drenched in reverb as slick drums drive things along. It's a masterfully sparse yet engaging track that will cast its spell on all who hear it. Lastly, 'Motion' is another absorbing track with deep drums and meandering pads sucking you into a cavernous sound world where alien motifs and acid gurgles work your mind as much as your feet.Having headlined plenty of key festivals around the world this season, Charlotte de Witte has now officially arrived on the global stage. An artist with an uncompromising techno sound that is stripped back to its raw essentials and often showcases dark moods and emotive grooves, Charlotte is set for a busy Autumn that will take her all round Europe, South America and Australia before the end of the year. This strong EP proves without a doubt that Charlotte de Witte is here to stay.

We're excited to be joined by one of the most versatile and knowledgeable DJ producers on the planet. Hailing from Chicago, Chrissy's expertise knows no bounds and stylistically there's few hats he won't don, with productions appearing on labels as diverse as Planet Mu, Classic and Hypercolour to name a few.

By reading the titles of this fine EP you might think the - Collision ends up in a - River of Tears Good to know that it's not! There is much more sweat to expect dropping from bodies if the tracks are played in the clubs.

Straight forward banging techno by Kaiser aka Gianluca Caiati from the south of the Italian motherland. For over over than a decade Kaiser is a well known techno producer and fits more than just right in the Black Brook Limited techno series.

No doubt that the Eric Fletcher Remix of the EP's name given track rocks from the beginning to its end in the same manner. We have to mention the hint of acid added in the musical recipe.

Manu Kenton, the long lasting resident dj at club Lagoa in Belgium is known for his typical French Techno style. 3 tracks made for the dancefloor can be played by all techno dj's. Massiv' comeback from the Ghoststyle label to claim its techno credits.

Blackrod Records, recognized for exploring the combination between minimalism and simplicity with an industrial approach, released the latest dynamic EP Scales of Venezuelan DJ and Producer Michel Lauriola. The EP's rhythmic techno, heavy cadent lows and recurring industrial strokes fascinate. You will absorb every bit of the sound.

Smooth (Original Mix)'s boosting, adrenaline-rushed energy will undeniably keep you moving. The remix of Smooth by Takaaki Itoh keeps the tension building but adds a touch of melody and progressiveness to the track. Maze (Original Mix) follows up with a more hypnotic beat. Recurring high-pitched kicks oppress your mind, expelling all other thoughts by comforting you into each and every layer of rhythm. Scales (Original Mix) rounds off the EP, bringing Lauriola's signature dark - foreboding sound once again with impeccably crafted percussion, soothing you gradually into the groove.

Pale Bloom finds Sarah Davachi coming full circle. After abandoning the piano studies of her youth for a series of albums utilizing everything from pipe and reed organs to analog synthesizers, this prolific Los Angeles-based composer returns to her first instrument for a radiant work of quiet minimalism and poetic rumination.

Recorded at Berkeley, California's famed Fantasy Studios, Pale Bloom is comprised of two delicately-arranged sides. The first – a three-part suite where Davachi's piano acts as conjurer, beckoning Hammond organ and stirring countertenor into a patiently unfolding congress – recalls Eduard Artemiev's majestic soundtrack for Andrei Tarkovsky's Solaris. "Perfumes I-III" employs the harmonically rich music of Bach as a springboard for abstract, solemn pieces that sound as haunted as they are dreamlike.

While the first half of Pale Bloom showcases Davachi's latent Romanticism, the sidelong "If It Pleased Me To Appear To You Wrapped In This Drapery" reveals the Mills College graduate's affinity for the work of avant-garde composers La Monte Young and Eliane Radigue. Softly vibrating strings rise and fall like complementary exhalations of breath. As the fluctuating pitches create overtones that pitter and pulse, the piece slowly and subtly evolves – suggesting a well-tempered stillness, yet without stasis.

After his debut in 2014 in a compilation for the thirtieth anniversary of “Madrid City Breaker” in which appear illustrious producers from the electro scene as ERP, Luke Eargoggle and Boris Divider among others Gladio Operations launches its first EP with “Flight to Anywhere” produced by the duo from Madrid UHF also owners of the label along with Luis Elesox.

The young Dutch DJ & producer Lewski debuts on Darko Esser's Wolfskuil Limited series with 'Folkloric Human' EP presenting four fine Electro / Techno cuts.The title track opens the EP with a blend of old school electro and distinctly modern techno, featuring rhythmic bouncy beats and a playful built up perfect for the floor, followed by 'Phase Mistress', a vintage sounding beauty with captivating bass sequences and plenty of analog flavor.'EreBus' kicks off the B-side with its twisted drive, cyborg samples and sinister attitude that justifies it's name been derived from the mythological god of darkness. London's elusive Lukid has never been one for convention. In the few short years between 2007-2012, he struck out on a seemingly effortlessly impeccable run of releases on fellow iconoclast Darren 'Actress' Cunningham's mighty Werkdiscs imprint, as well as his own label Glum. Those albums and EPs flaunted genre distinctions and embraced a freewheeling approach to melody, rhythm and atmosphere that felt at once exotically psychotropic and yet grounded in a resolutely english eccentricity. Thus, they feel like especially-prescient recent classics that continue to find new fans.

In the intervening years, Lukid's energy has been poured into his stunning monthly transmissions on NTS while his output has been sparse aside from a pair of mindbending EPs via Liberation Technologies and Glum, respectively. Those radio sets serve as a telling blueprint for his contribution to the ongoing Arcola project. From low slung Memphis rap mixtape cuts to clattering industrial cassette rarities, turbulent grime and outsider synth hallucinations there is a warped palette that comes vibrantly alive across the four included tracks here. The stormy bump and spectral melancholy of 'The Drip' and 'Clappers' seems to wed them together as thematic bedfellows across both sides of the EP while 'Head Shrinker' tries to squeeze an overcast psych-pop opus out of a rack of malfunctioning hardware. Spit out the other side of this ride you exit to the chopped-and-screwed goth grime of 'Conked Out', having had your brain smeared with the uniquely viscous ectoplasm that only Lukid can excrete. Perfectly slimy.

Mella Dee’s Warehouse Music drops its second release of 2019 this summer with ‘When You Gonna Learn’, the label debut 12” from Work Them Records boss, Spencer Parker.

Berlin-based Parker rarely releases outside of his own label or Radio Slave’s Rekids imprint these days, but having struck up a friendship with Mella Dee following the former’s support of his ‘Techno Disco Tool’, the idea of a release was cemented last year. The fruits of this produced ‘When You Gonna Learn’, which comes complete with a remix from Mella Dee as well as a dub version from Parker.


As you’d expect from both artists and label, ‘When You Gonna Learn’ is an urgent, gritty powerhouse of a cut. A discordant top line threads itself through the track while Parker pushes the limits of tension building strings and drum fills to extreme effect. His dub pairs things back somewhat, allowing the main riff to do the bulk of the work while Mella Dee delivers a classy but no less forceful late-night roller of a remix.

For his remix of the title track, Marcel Fengler places the subtle complexion of the original and places it inside a driving rhythmic pattern of syncopated percussion and unrestrained energy.

“Eltern” opens the release with dramatic synths and heavy percussion before the orchestral chords
of “Josefinum” fuse with pulses of acid. Things then get atmospheric with the ethereal intro track
“Augusta”, which Darse toughens up with his own percussion to create a slick, shadowy mood.

Having started out throwing DIY raves in Toronto Canada, the Forth collective became influenced by the city's hunger for self-expression. Various Artists Vol. 2 is the second instalment in a series of compilations that gives Toronto artists a chance to realise their ideas on the local and international stage.

232Reach staged the impeccable relationship between Kalter Ende and
Sarf, and their parallelism both artistically and personally. After years of
fellowship, close lives and styles, of mutual collaborations, of sharing
related experiences and of an entire existence waving the same flag
together, the couple of producers emerge with a new record symbiosis
created expressly to release their own material.
The label begins with a first delivery conceived jointly and without any
type of epigraphs that can divert the attention from what it represents. If
there is a minuscule possibility of altering the musical interest against any
external condition, it is totally eradicated.
00001 is the first cut of the reference, direct techno with a clean punch,
deep and very careful, and with an initial loop that persists throughout the
passage opening way through the wide panoramic spectrum. Everything
flows normally and passively until the modular chain appears and forces
the rest to evolve timbrically. The second cut (00002) is sharper and
much more forceful, on this occasion the first sequence is present again
throughout the piece, but the rest of motifs that sprout progressively and
end up waning come to equal at times, but never get to overcome the
background of the work.
The B side opens with 00003, mental and dynamic cut, dominated by an
imposing and heartbreaking arpeggio that again appears from the same
modular entrails. This third track seems to be elaborated by infinite and
tiny perfectly structured elements that are shelled in the mind of the
listener. The fourth and last cut (00004) does not present the rhythmic
mobility of the previous tracks, only in several fragments the charles
supports the agility of its tempo. The theme focuses on other harmonic
aspects and on the boiling that emanates from its roots.

Brothers Black return to family label Voxnox Records in late 2017 with a four track vinyl realase.
A1 The duo kick off the release with the title track 'Marianas', a subaquatic track that digs deep into the sound spectrum with searing soundscapes and a pulsating resonant bass that will be felt through all those on the dance floor.
A2 Voxnox welcome Delsin records mainstays Artefakt to the Voxnox fold. The duo have taken the original 'Marianas' and built upon the deep foundations to create an ethereal and atmospheric trip over a complex groove that will lull the listener into a hypnosis.
B1 Building on the deep aesthetic of the EP, the second Brothers Black original 'Pulling Teeth' is a stomping club track that combines a singular looping lead with delicate, sparkling analog highs.
B2 Voxnox welcomes Invite of Invite's Choice to the family. The veteran Dutch producer and DJ takes the original 'Pulling Teeth' to transform it into an exceptional, relentless club track that hints at the original whilst introducing newly formed and unique sounds.

Just the unique composition you expect from the Utrecht ninja! Last but far from least. The Irish man comes with a nice riding flow as DeFeKT shows why he is one of the hottest Electro/Techno artists at the moment. I Am Here is proclaimed as this riding tune is relentless and shows why this record is a diverse group of artists yet the spirit of MonoTrax is even clearer. Known for his exceptional and unique production style, the Horseman is surely one of techno's greatest talents. Headless Horseman delivers a tough, remix that builds perfectly on the atmosphere of the original whilst showcasing his trademark galloping groove. Not to be missed.

he Ctrls class of inventive, inorganic techno is a mainstay of Token's output. For his ninth solo EP, he takes a trip down a back alley to the spirit of some of his earlier releases on the label.

The Shortest Path starts with flitting high-end precision accompanied by a gracefully deviating tone that's as close to the natural world as Ctrls is prone to handing over. It takes on new life with a sparse and ultra-synthetic groove.

Rush Hour is gripped by an acute yet almost-imagined drone that builds intensity before going all in. The oddball break takes it down and whips back around to shuddering effect.

Crash is a full-scale collision. Slamming into that Ctrls brand of strange and discordant percussive details, a fierce and perfectly unpleasant bass is teased by semi-conscious accents.

Highway comes in on a half-step, straightening up with a muted klaxon crescendo into hypnotic transit.

A first for Token, the Routing EP includes two staggering, driving locked grooves crafted in the spirit of the rest of the record.

As tension and seduction overlap in “Zero One”, the sound and the build-up is just enough to suck the listener in before the slight shift of style in “Zero Two”. The track gains the rhythmic flow of its own and grapples with higher pitch without losing the distinct tone of the producer. All three tracks share familiar dark undertones which are notably highlighted in “Zero Three” with a clear intention to leave the listener on an unmistakable high.

Her intimate knowledge of techno (particularly the raw and uncompromising variety designed by the likes of Jeff Mills, Mike Banks, Joey Beltram and her collaborative partners Surgeon and Regis) has taken her to the studio, where she now provides Stroboscopic Artefacts with a 4-track contribution to this ongoing legacy of ecstasy.

After kicking things off in 2017, Loop LF returns to Well Street bringing his unique sound design, broken rhythms and deep subs. Martsman kindly pops back from the future to provide a beautifully technical dnb remix.

Davis returns on his own imprint with some dense atmospheric techno

After a lot of questions from fans when we were going to drop Enzyme 060, it is finally here. We thought it was time to celebrate one of our most memorable releases with some new influences, but not forgetting about the original one. As it's been well over a decade since it's initial release and the overwhelming impact it has had on many of our loyal fans. It was time to do something special.

We present you the (very!) limited picture disc edition of Ophidian & Ruffneck's 'So Many Sacrifices', including two remixes by Rapture and NeoX. The original track has been carefully remastered to fit today's standards, so you can play it loud again in
your sets.

The A-side of this record is a remix by Rapture and it's a long one. With it's tense and cinematic intro, this vinyl-only version of his remix is one for the dedicated fan. As Rapture puts it: "a listening experience for the Enzyme enthusiast". He recreated all the elements of the original from scratch, and turned it into a perfect blend with his own unique style. All this created a hardcore marvel of over eight and a half minutes.

On the B-side, the first track you can find the NeoX remix of this timeless classic. High energy and a heavy kick is what drives this remix, with the perfect atmosphere for the dance floor. As NeoX is known for his special twist on mainstream hardcore, this remix is no different. The sheer power of this track is what brings the original into a different realm, ready to blast your sets.

And last, but certainly not least, is the remastered version of the original. As quality improves, sometimes even classics need a little polish. So that's what Enzyme did and it sounds glorious!

So there you have it, after a long time, there finally is a new special edition picture disc out on Enzyme Records. This is a limited run of only 500 units and there will be no reproductions, so get yours fast!

Originally designed as a series to run concurrently with the Livity Sound label as an outlet that shares and reflects it's ideas and aesthetics, the Reverse series has evolved in to an institution of cutting edge UK dance music in its own right, featuring releases from the likes of Batu, Bruce, Forest Drive West and Hodge.

Another bomb on milky orange vinyl is dropped with label release No. 5 of the inglorious Questo! Music from Switzerland. The Original Mix of - Propper from Francesco Ballato is boosted by 3 remixes. Let's start at the core: Francesco's stripped-down style of deep and groovin' house is turned into an inventive and quirky floor sneaker, which gets higher and higher into a thrilling dramaturgy with the voice of Bruce Lee.

Same side is featured by another uprising producer from Switzerland: Stoga. He found a phat groove in the box and smashes it with a tight direction more into techhouse.

Danish boy Jacob Phono from Berlin, whose list of impacting releases has raised strongly in the recent time, leaves Bruce Lee out of sight and delivers a solid techy version of - Propper on the B1 side.

B2 belongs to Bee Lincoln with his 2nd remix for this label. His faible for deeply driven sounds is unmistakable, which is topped in a tricky way and shoots the floor with kinky snare games.

We would like to welcome Gonzalo Medina to the Knotweed family. Gonzalo MD is a young producer coming straight from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He likes to qualify his music as hypnotic dub techno with a touch of darkness & Detroit and we think that suits his sound very well. He tests his own productions regularly in Buenos Aires at Cocoliche, where he DJs often with all the usual suspects. He has already more than a handful of releases on digital labels, but this is his first foray in the vinyl world.

We are happy to welcome Invite (aka Tim van Paradijs) to the Knotweed Records family. Many of you already know Tim for his skills as a DJ and for his famous Invite's Choice podcasts serie. He now demonstrates his production skills by delivering three big room techno tracks that will for sure make some noise on techno dance floors across the globe.

AF Trax = Against Fascism Trax and is a new label project instituted by JD Twitch/Optimo Music. Its aim is to make a musical and cultural protest in opposition of rising far right politics and ideology in the world. Encouraging artists to make music intended to interrogate these toxic ideas, and with all label profits donated to Hope Not which campaigns to counter racism and fascism. Against Fascism Trax's intent is to provoke conversation, inform and financially support the opposition to fascist thinking. Its simple idea is that we must do something more than just talking. The moral thing to do is to act.

AF Trax plan to release 10 Eps in 2019. The first release is a 4 track EP from Logtoad, channeling UK hardcore but in a 21st century way.

Logtoad is a performance artist, sound designer, DJ and veteran of Glasgow's music community, active since 1992.

He has performed live music a handful of times under a variety of aliases. He currently lives 225m above sea level, less than 50km from Hunterston B nuclear power station.

Knotweed Records is a new label launched out of Chamonix, France, by Belgian DJ and producer Philippe Petit.

In addition, he invites Terrence Dixon back on Knotweed so that Terrence can give his own minimalistic interpretation of Stars.

Our philosophy is, to release outstanding, evolving longplayer music to represent the complexity of soundstructures together. Where art meet with dance. Where soul able to melt together with the body. Only on vinyl.

We had been following Robert's works for quite some time so when we were about to launch the label, he was one of the very first artists we reached out to. After accepting our invitation Robert sent over these 3 cuts which we signed without hesitation. Arnaud then came onto the EP after a nice chat we had with him over dinner here in Malta, which led to this exceptional remix that he delivered some time after. An overall prime EP which we are more than glad to share with you.
