This release is the logical step after "Aeon", this time it evolves to a stage where old and new merge together, "Surface" has the typical sequential synth lines inspired in the past by iconic groups such as Tangerine Dream but it has been added a good number of refreshing digital drones and textures, a little bit glitch background errors and cold wavetable pads, but at the end keeping the essential vision alive due to all the tracks were recorded live, playing synths and keyboards in realtime specially for this production... This production comes in two different vinyl editions, a 200 copies standard black vinyl and the limited 100 copies orange+black wax. Be ready to take land on the Surface.

On day release from the Border Community Luke Abbott's brimming with jammy krautrock and electronic dancefloor grooves on 'Modern Driveway' - it's a blinding five-track EP.
The title track works his signature shoegazy melodies into a cool, swinging rhythm with tidy Funky inflections, while the loping chug of 'Hand Drawn Maps' is one for the Balearic daydreamers. He's at his lovliest on the frothing bumble of 'Carrage' and the syrupy wend of 'Meeting Hill' should satisfy the sweetest toothed Ghost Box fans

Five scenes are chosen from an imaginary sci-fi film and have been engraved onto vinyl and digital formats for this very cinematic release by Scanone. The whole EP is a journey in itself covering 33 mins. From the magical melodies contrasted with dark brooding synths of Moon 2 to Scene 7's own narrative commencing on an unknown planet, walking amongst eroding space debris, distant lights flicker as we approach our destination. Darklight, delicate and beautiful plucked melodies guide us through this scene enhanced with rich, lush pads and ethereal voices held together with a mechanical, bionic glitch beats. Glenn Dancer is the new musical haven for all those, who might be cultivated to a dirty kind of humor and a proper portion filth in sound. Glenn Dancer is a den by the harbour for the rude and rough fellas, Glenn Dancer is the pressuring and flogging sound. Glenn Dancer is, when you don't care if you're hated or loved.

This is why Glenn Dancer gives home to a track, that when listened to understands to provoke subconsciously a quite positive reaction, due to it's blunt roughness. 'What the f***k is that ' sounded trough the hall way and Siff Licious got his debut 12'' 'Fisten' (fisting!).

With a title like that it's not far fetched that it comes with a not less provoking fullcover artwork. The track is decorated by a historic nursery rhyme with Thuringian roots backed by a dirty and rough rhythm. Almost bored comes the filthy singsong along while the steady beat in the background is accompanied by a synthesizer line that somehow cajoling saws into the membrain like made for the dark rave-basement or cruising bars, but also for those, who are fed up by and decry the Helvetica New Light & Carnival folk. Raw, but sincere!

It's Philipp Stoya's fifth year in the Munich nightlife. In his interpretation he drops the nursery rhyme, therefore he files, rasps and drives the tempo up a bit and causes a proper synapse collapse. After Various Artist split maxis (Compost Black Label # 83 and # 94), remixes for Madpac´s 'Angry Nerds' and a forthcoming remix for Marbert Rocel, Philipp Stoya complete this edition. Sincere but, Raw!

Krake 001 is a CD/LP compilation that features tracks by artists who played in 2012 for us. A few of them have been released on other labels before, but the bigger part of the material is exclusive. Some of the tracks were even recorded live at our festival. There are dark atmospheric drones by the likes of Thomas Köner, Shrubbn!!, Cassegrain and Dadub, sweet melodic pieces by Ulrich Schnauss, Bersarin Quartett, Kid606 and Barker, a bass heavy live recorded jam session by Tim Exile, mechanical grooves by Perc and Swarm Intelligence, melancholic epics by Goner, Alex Smoke and Lakker, and last but not least a sweet minimalistic dub track by grandmaster Pole.

(Part Of The August Cargo Collective) RIYL: Voices From The Lake, Terrence Dixon, Basic Channel. Genre Deep Techno / Electro Acoustic / Experimental. Blondes were last heard demonstrating their transcendent approach to dance music - one

favoring analog serenity to digital flare - on the duo's 2012 self-titled debut album. The evolution of sound systems on which Blondes played created a curve along which Sam Haar and Zach Steinman learned to build a universally impactful sonic experience. After

rehauling their gear and settling into a new studio space, Blondes' busy year ended in an intensely focused production period during which Haar and Steinman sculpted the boldly detailed Swisher. Swisher unfolds as a series of mini-epics rather than a string of banging cuts. Still, the allegiance to the groove remains absolute. Percussive elements are most notably honed, drawing a sharp contrast between Swisher's rich timbres and the vaporous synth sounds that seep throughout the album. Centerpiece 'Andrew' and closer 'Elise' enhance the melodic concerns of Blondes early material, mantled now in a maturity that favors gradual force. By focusing on process rather than protocol, Haar and Steinman allow space in each track for dramatically immersive environments. Most tracks on Swisher tread beyond the five minute mark, but always absorb rather than indulge. This cosmic scope aligns Blondes not only with the German synth masters of the 70s who have been a guiding inspiration for the duo since the onset, but also the slow burning dub techno of later day Germany - though ramped up several bpms. The heterogeneous textures throughout Swisher often brood, but ultimately make for a considerate and cathartic brand of dance music. Swisher's foundation is its tremendously crafted percussive core, and its architecture is the elemental beauty hinted at in prior Blondes work offered, offered now in lucid detail.

Morphine label boss, Morphosis, presents the music of electronic composer, Charles Cohen, kicking things off with these two deadly interpretations of 'Dance Of The Spirit Catchers'. Masterful and essential! TIP!

Cassiopeia Audio - intergalactic sound system. Our mission is to support futuristic disco & techno music on vinyl. Label started in 2013 by Ukrainian DJ & producer El Mariachi. Our first record it is 4-track space techno from label boss. A side contains 2 original tracks: "Orion" and "Andromeda" are filled with cosmic sounds and melancholic melodies Side B begins with the "Kraftwerk-style" track "Another place, another time". This track is a combination of deep sequences, vocoders and computer grooves. The EP ends with the track "Synthphony" - dark melodic "no beat" sequence, great for start / end your mixes.

With Volume 5 of the Club Constructions series we introduce Hysterics, a new project from Philip Gamble, better known as the breakout Night Slugs producer Girl Unit.

While G.U. continues to exist in a bright digital universe that stretches beyond the dancefloor, Hysterics lives in the club. Hysterics tracks are reductions of visceral percussion and bass that connect with our basic instincts.

The three cuts on this volume are the result of an experimental production processes, incorporating tape feedback, raw drums punched in manually and percussive parts that are allowed to take unusual lead roles.

The resulting recordings are intricate but highly robust rhythm trax - the oppressive EBM-tech of "Pleasuredrome" juxtaposed with a show-stopping DJ tool in "Code Switch". The tracks sound like heavy industry: pistons, valves and and exhausts pumping and hissing, hammers pounding.

But as machines they are not self-powered - the sound of human exertion is ever present: heavy breathing and gasps as each track is operated manually, man intersecting with machine in a collision of steam and sweat.
Club Constructions is a series focusing on rhythm tracks, wild DJ tools and stripped down music made directly for the dance floor.

Glasgow based imprint Tribal Pulse launches this July with 'Temujin' by Boom Merchant,
backed with a remix from Pole Folder.
Boom Merchant was born in Ireland, raised in Spain and now resides in Glasgow, the hometown of
Tribal Pulse. Merchant grew up on a diet of Detroit Techno, House and generally futuristic forward
thinking sounds, which is evidently apparent in his own productions. Tribal Pulse therefore is a fitting
home for this new release, as the label sets out to deliver deep, pulsating electronic rhythms
designed for the dance floor.
The release kicks off with the original of 'Temujin', the track features warbling Tuvan throat singing
sounds, broken 909 style rhythms and progressive melodies. Acidulant steps up next with a raw,
penetrating interpretation of 'Temujin', employing dark bass tones, organic rolling percussion and
tension building strings. The track takes on the form of analogue acid house with some contemporary
sprinklings.
Last up to close the release is Pole Folder's rework of 'Temujin', the Bedrock artist takes things deep
with marimba style melodies, crunchy digital drums and bubbling atmospherics.

Hot on the heels of volume 2 CE returns with the 3rd edition of the World Electronix series. This time with another sizzling line up of global electro talent. With the first 2 EP's aimed at the darker, moody side of the genre this EP ventures into lighter, deeper territories with exclusive tracks from J.T.C, Gosub, Sync 24 & DeFeKT and Versalife. Kicking off preceedings is Michigan native and all round production wizard Tadd Mulinix aka J.T.C (Nation, Ghostly, Creme). Whatever genre Tadd lends his hand to something special arises and for CE he turns in a great Drexcyian insired track with dreamy pads and pulsating chords! Keeping things on the U.S side is Miami resident and Isophlux founder Shad T Scott aka Gosub. An electro stalwart for over 10 years Shad has released on labels including Frustrated Funk, Solar One, Transient Force and Abstract Forms. For this EP he delivers a signature style electro funk laden groove for the mind and floor. The B side is headed up with a new collaboration between CE label head Sync 24 and Dublin based electro/techno producer DeFeKT. Matt Flanagan has been making waves in the electro scene for the last few years with great releases for Solar One Music, Combat Recordings and AC records to name a few. For his CE debut he and Sync 24 turn in a pure modular analogue groove reminiscent of the late 90's electro sound. Rounding off the EP is Dutch electro/techno heavy weight Boris Bunnik aka Versalife/Conforce. A real power house in modern electronic music Boris has been consistenty releasing on the hottest labels including Clone, Frustrated Funk, Delsin and Rush Hour. Appearing as Versalife on this EP he comes with pounding 808 kicks, slippery machine percussion, lush strings and bubbly acid! Strictly limited to 1 vinyl run with no repress!

Alongside the relaunch of Tortured, with the first EP released in January 2013, Billy Nasty also announces the return of Tortured's sister label, Electrix.

Electrix was more experimental in nature and released a mixture of dancefloor-friendly electro and deeper techno, inspired by the sounds
of Miami, Detroit and those deep and dubby releases by the hugely influential Basic Channel. It was famous for getting techno producers
like Cari Lekebusch, Umek, Phil Kieran and Chris McCormack on the electro tip but also for releasing quality tracks from the likes of Dynarec,
Mr Velcro Fastener, Transparent Sound, Max Durante and Keith Tucker who were already known for that sound. The label now picks up
where it left off, blurring the lines between techno, electro and electronica without being self-indulgent and losing its grip on the dancefloor.

For the first release on the newly reformed Electrix, RadioNasty (Billy Nasty and Keith Tenniswood aka Radioactive Man) return
after their techno-orientated 'Breakin Bad EP' on Tortured, with the other side to their collaborative sound, 'Clave To The Rhythm EP'.

The original RadioNasty productions vary from the bouncing electro beats of the title track, through the complex acid workout that is
'Steve Wunderbah', to the more experimental bleeps and bass of 'Devil Fishing'.

Released as a three-track EP on vinyl, the digital version will also feature bonus remixes of 'Clave To The Rhythm' by Transparent
Sound (heralding the return of Martin Brown and Orson Bramley's analogue pairing) and Scape One (the electronic brainchild of Kurt
Baggaley), plus an additional reworking of 'Stevie Wunderbah' by RadioNasty themselves.

TURBO launches WAREHOUSE SERIES with London's RANDOMER. In a few short years, Randomer has developed a dedicated cult following, with exceptional releases on some of the UK's most respected underground labels - Hessle, Numbers, and Hemlock. Having recently branched out with his own white-label imprint, the North London producer now looks to conquer the rest of the world with this release on Tiga's emergent techno powerhouse, Turbo cordings. RUFFA and NO HOOK are aptly titled, built on clanging, banging, metallic, distorted drums that pack a heavy punch. RUFFA has a distinctly electro feel, centred on a catchy, syncopated synth riff, while NO HOOK relies on only the most basic and brutal elements, with just a single distorted tom rising above the hardcore drum beatdown. Turbo A&Rs called in their heaviest up-and-coming producer in London's J. Tijn, poised to break through with a pair of recent releases on Hemlock's new sub-label Pennyroyal. This is futuristic techno at its ruffest and tuffest, uniting kingdoms and birthing dynasties.

Eugene Hector, AKA Dro Carey and AKA Tuff Sherm, is an Australian DJ, producer and visual artist. His overall style is varied and experimental, but his Tuff Sherm moniker specifically deals with BPMs around the 120 mark and is forcefully gritty, with samples stretched and layered and the rhythms resolutely clanky. 'Burglar Loops' is the third release by him on London label The Trilogy Tapes (after the Dro Carey EPs 'Venus Knocks' and 'Leary Blips' and the first Tuff Sherm EP 'Pharmacy' put out last year) and is made up of four 'floor rippers encapsulated in a Mobb Deep vocal loop used for the title track and expanded on in the closer Drakkhen & Bley.

R&S and Apollo Records present an official vinyl repress of this most classic and timeless album.

A lot has been written about this album, so there really is no need to write anymore.

The vinyl uses the 2013 re-masters made from original DAT tapes cut by Matt Colton and presented in original artwork.

The most crazy and unique work from Swedish-Turkish DJ- and production team OJOJOJ. Warm and romantic, groovy tech house,incl.Tholli and Patty G. RMX. OJOJOJ made their smash debut in the second half of 2010 with a top selling DJ mix compilation. They now have a handful of tracks signed to labels like Baroque and Doppelgänger.
The EP is OJOJOJ's vinyl debut, set to be a classic must-have record.
