Starting out in 2001 as a mere compilation series to tie up some loose ends from our regulars, SPEICHER has since become a guarantee for vanguard dance sounds from all over the planet, allowing KOMPAKT to invite and support electronic artists that comfortably inhabit both the delicate and the more deliberate ends of the electronic music spectrum. For SPEICHER 75, label staple and world-venerated club juggernaut KÖLSCH returns to the series with two expectedly masterful epics for the discerning floor. We're quite used to the sight of even the most composed of crowds going strictly mental when Denmark's Rune Reilly KÖLSCH drops another one of his anthemic cuts during a live performance - just think of timeless masterpieces like the hallucinogenic LORELEY (KOMPAKT EXTRA 68), the slightly nutty OPA (KOMPAKT EXTRA 70) or the sumptuous ALL THAT MATTERS (FMX/ATM 001): with literally every single one of his tracks being a wildly popular DJ choice, the man behind the chartbusters certainly knows how to create an impact.

It's those highly emotive yet unimpeachably simple leads we love so much with KÖLSCH, and we're more than delighted to find them again in GOLDFISCH, a deliriously beautiful track full of shimmering pads and cinemascopic chords. A soaring trip to the eye of the storm, this will enchant hopers and mopers alike, making it the perfect primer for ZIG, the B-side's majestic prime time mover. Here, you'll find fizzy percussion and spanking disco riddims leading your way to melodic bliss, fleshing out a unique vista on a mythical place where the melancholic and the ecstatic meet as friends.

The 10010 Records is born tonight.

The man behind the label is Ksky, a Dj and a synth lover from Saint-Petersburg.

His unfabled vinyl-only ‘Underwater Tales’ are gathered on this debut-release.

Main track ‘Underwater Tales’ is pulsing dreamy 130 bpm house with cold 808's rhythm-section and warm Prophet 6 analog synthesis. Just like Gulf Stream, this combination creates something imperfect and vivid.

‘Bad Philly’ is a great banger. There's something epic in this simple track. The portal straight to the morning dancefloor.
The story told in one breath.

‘Metromono’. Loopy house track with 909's and 303's atmosphere. Listen to it and dream while the pictures are rapidly changing behind the window. You’ll never dream alone.

‘Look Back’ is an outro for this release. Because every tale needs an ending.

Give it up for the 8bit debut from Brighton's house masters Prok | Fitch together with their mate Leonardo Gonnelli.

REN005 brings us 3 unreleased tracks from the SJ vaults along with a new production from 2020.

The EP opens up with the out of this world cut ‘Supernova’, featuring vocals from the man himself along with a spacey blend of beats & bass. ‘Bag Full Of Sess’ marks the return of the Stalker alias with co-producer Johnny C, first used all the way back in 2000 this one features a chunky breakbeat rhythm with plenty of smooth pads and string samples.

On the B-side, ‘Dumbo’ is a delightfully wonky and unconventional UKG cut for the afterparty. ‘Voyage’ gets straight to the point with some darker vibes and distorted basslines.

After their impressive debut on Watergate this past summer, Adana Twins deliver two stunning tracks on their 'Jupiter' EP finally curbing any anticipation of their return to the label. Both tracks are beautifully crafted cosmic journeys into the 'headier' sonic spaces, perfectly balancing powerful grooves and euphoric melodies. 'Jupiter' kicks off with relentlessly pulsing low end that carries lush harmonies and breathtaking shimmers of synthesis to a stunning crescendo leaving an indelible experience not soon forgotten. 'Sequence 01', already tapped by Tale Of Us in their most recent mix for the famous Fabric Mix Series and reviewed by Resident Advisor as 'a bona fide belter, all squaling, pitch-shifted synths and a beat insistent enough to rouse the most resolute of wallflowers", follows suit yet takes a slightly softer approach. It's a wild ride where dreamy pads and flickering melodics embrace a hypnotically infectious groove resulting in an overwhelming dance floor encounter. It's apparent now that the Adana Twins are back, better than ever and going nowhere soon. Enjoy their 'Jupiter' EP!

Three widescreen trips from the studio of Berllioz, one of foremost exponents of modular synthesis. Each track uses space and depth to conjure a refined and enveloping atmosphere. The jazzy percussion and drizzly chords of 'Mo Orea' bring to mind a clandestine bar in a film noir. The chatter and hubbub on 'Faka Urea' is brighter, matching the steppy groove. Finally, 'Aphetidae' is an epic, taking in a massive walking bassline, orchestral swells and an extended ambient.

Are you prepared for the Future? This guide will help you make the proper arrangements and assure you will be ready. Brice Kelly with a 6-track Mini-LP which outlines everything you need to prepare for the future. Also features Exzakt.

Orson Records kick off 2021 with the in-form, Dublin based artist Cignol. The A1 is a groove ridden electro workout, which features an unmistakable Cignol acid line. The A2 showcases the first insight into Transparent Sound’s 2021 output; a stripped back remix which retains his signature style.

The B1 offers more groove ridden electro, this time featuring an unforgettable melody alongside lucious pads. The B2 features a rough and ready electro cut, with a mean acid line penetrating throughout.

For our 4th release. The young Cristhian Balcazar offers an amazing track in collab with David Molina. This one was remixed by the master Mark Jenkyns and the crazy french duo Chicks Luv Us. It's an awesome EP that they cooked for you. So let's support it and dance.

Cyrk with some fierce ruling electro tracks that fit perfectly in a Helena Hauff dj set. The title track Attack of the Blow Up Dolls is a robotic electro cut, while the other three tunes are smooth and at times remind us of some of the classic I-f releases with bubbly analogue basslines, frantic synths and relentless electro beats. Another strong Cultivated Electronic release!!

Well-established French label Happiness Therapy will be celebrating three years of releases this February. To commemorate such a milestone, the imprint will be releasing a nine-track VA in the form of 3 Years of Happiness. Featured guests include DJOKO and B From E, whilst several firm label favourites also appear on the VA, teaming up to produce a set of exclusive collaborations.

“After these wonderful first three years of existence, and the recent success of Jesse Bru’s album on the label, I wanted to give it back to our fans by releasing our biggest project to date!” - Simon Blondeau aka Crowd Control.

Each track embodies the Happiness Therapy ethos through and through, as does each artist’s relationship with the label. From Crowd Control's maiden release in 2018, to DJOKO’s soon-to-be debut, the family feel runs deep: resulting in a compilation of feel-good, house-inspired musical goodness that encapsulates just what Happiness Therapy is about !

RECT 005 - Season Two - Oliver Rosemann & Alexander Kowalski

Finally, Season Two has arrived on 12” Vinyl and in digital format!

It’s been a while. After a successful first Season One in 2021- Oliver Rosemann returns with a collaboration for Season Two. No one less than Alexander Kowalski himself teams up for a promising cooperation.

Get carried away by pounding drums and razor sharp hi-hat patterns. Intense synth workouts, nebulous atmospheres and well-chosen floating percussion parts are designed to melt the boundaries between modern sci-fi sounds and 90s techno vibes.

This release is an absolute weapon and meant to create a higher state of tension and high voltage energy on any techno dance floor.

Number 060 in our catalogue, and we are keeping it tight and sharp. Oscar Mulero is the mind behind this creature, offering three cuts of merciless techno exercises both physically and digitally.

Opening track is "Tormenta", Storm in spanish, a fast paced groove with almost all elements up from the very beginning. Wisely distorted drums, continuous filtered sequences, a sharp elastic line running and mutating across the structure. Direct and mental at the time.

"Espectro Rojo", Red spectrum translated begins with obsessive distorted evolving lines, shuffled hi hats and precise kicks. The stereo field is constantly worked out augmenting the experience exponentially.

"Gradiente de Voltaje" closes the EP, the overall feel is less distorted and more opaque and lo-fi. The liquid filtered bassline is soon joined by distorted hats, alternating patterns and twisting the sounds wisely. No sudden interruptions, no abrupt changes, just the right dose of hypnosis to use as a powerful tool.

Fusion Sequence is a new offshoot from the Mellophonia label that kicks off with a heavyweight release both literally - its 180g vinyl - and metaphorically. It features seven different artists offering up one track each on what is a widescreen exploration of fresh deep house. They are A Vision of Panorama, Eternal Love, Pool Boy, Wolfey, Laseech, Larry Quest and Jay Sound and between them everything from cuddly depths to more moody late-night deepness is covered on an EP that brings plenty of new perspectives. A fine inaugural 12", then.

From Bristol to NYC – Zobol makes his debut on Melodize with two vibrantly coloured electro jams complemented and enhanced by two powerful remixes from Carl Finlow and Plant43.

‘Meridian’ draws the line straight down the dancefloor between electro and techno. Light in foot but heavy in trunk, there’s an alluring spring in the breaks and subtle sense of hope and euphoria as Zobol eases us into a positive mindset. Sheffield stalwart Carl Finlow flips the coin for a more sober perspective. A much more classically informed slice of electro, swollen with poignancy, it’s the dark side of ‘Meridian’ bright moon.

‘YCKL’ turns up the contrast once again. Warm, bright splashes ooze in chord-form over a lava-like bassline that gently pushes up the drama and theatre as the track progresses. Once again, there’s a sense of triumph running throughout as Zobol edges us higher and higher. Remix-wise, Bleep43 founder Plant43 keeps that brightness but adds his own sense of spring and wily funk, bringing an unpredictable attack and utilising the euphoric keys of the original much earlier on in the arrangement.

Two beautiful originals, two precision remixes; one important reminder that electro can be one of the funkiest, most uplifting styles in the electronic cannon when crafted in the right hands. Melodize have created some exceptional alchemy right here.

Ashee’s music fires on all cylinders. Not preoccupied with subtlety, the music punches you on the nose and won’t be ringing you the next day to apologise. A punk ethos pulls together sinister 90s techno energy, rave goosebumps euphoria, and face-twisting garage basslines from the subwoofer of a modified Vauxhall Corsa skidding past a kebab shop.
Country Classic, Ashee’s second EP, holds on to all with an injection of dead-pan fist-pumping EBM on the A-side. “Rampage” the B-side is a DJ’s Swiss Army knife - extremely versatile, from floor-filling warm-up to keeping the dregs in the room at afterparty.

After a 2 year hiatus, Madam X's KAIZEN imprint comes back full force, with an upgraded aesthetic and brand new wave of leftfield, off-kilter club music. KZN009 sees one of Manchester's most exciting up & coming producers, Cartridge, mark his debut with a fierce 2 tracker, loaded with soundsystem pressure and gully 130 artillery in the Banada EP. Melodic Grime, moody Dubstep, and sub-heavy textures sprinkle this wobby release, designed for dark rooms, splintered basements and heavy soundsystems. With an impressive back catalogue on Deep Dark & Dangerous, Albion Collective & one half of Regents alongside Manchester kingpin Strategy (Broke'n'£nglish), Cartridge is no stranger to the UK's burgeoning bass music scene.

On the A side, we have Banada, a melodic eastern-flavoured instrumental, with elements of Grime and Dubstep carrying the tune to its arpeggiated crescendo.

A singing voice and raspy melody build the tension before a heavily distorted switch up catches you off guard, leading you further down a Dubstep rabbit hole, and into a world of shady and sinister drops, sitting perfectly alongside the label's strictly hoods-up, heads-down tip.

Teaming up with KAIZEN heavyweight and local scene hero Biome on the B-Side, Ricky Rosé has proved a firm favourite for those peak-time, no-holds-barred, bass-in-your-face, power hour moments. Relentless in its metallic bassline and thumping 808 drums, this explosive club tool comes with a solid side-serving of gunfingers and screwfaces.

Almost five years have passed since Ness released his globally praised LP "Trancemigration". As the name and trippy artwork suggested, this now classic album truly pioneered the return of Trance as an underground phenomenon.

Ness has been on a mission for many years now, to bring back the psychedelic depth, warmth and subtle ecstacy of the original Trance sound into a contemporary Technoid context. With this, his second and long awaited, LP he has perfected his unique vision, with new influences, crystal clear production and a broadened sound pallette.

Aptly titled "Flesh Of The Gods", this is a musical journey for body, mind and spirit to harmonize, individually and collectively; internally and externally. He has found a solid and mature way of honoring legends of the past, yet steering the ship towards a bright, multicolored future. Weigh anchor, captain!

Fabrizio Rat challenges 24/H Records, elaborating “Hera”. His project creates a connection between Tempio and his passion for Piano as an untuned piano resides in the Cultural Space. After many attempts of restyling its fate was sealed to be disposed of.

Fabrizio Rat recorded self-played sequences on that piano and then he reworked that samples in his own studio in Paris. The result is a mix of past and future, as a metaphor of the space where the artist performed. In this case, a reborn of music.

With this samples, he created an 8 tracks EP called “Hera”. 3 tracks will be released as digital exclusive and 5 will be printed also on vinyl attended by an outstanding remix from Industrial Romantico.

Komponente and Kurilo packed in their first solo EP a lot of new, evocative house-trance electronics, written on instruments dating back to the nineties. The concept of For A Brave EP is to record a different, not boring, sometimes listenable and at the same time danceable sound. I hope we have coped with this task. Designed by Dima Phase. Welcome to Trance Pandemic.

OPIA sister label Euphoric State steps up this autumn with more unearthed gems from the 90s, this time at the controls is Skat aka Andy Panayi & Alec Stone, Skat being their name before they took on what became their acclaimed A2 moniker in 94. The “Skat Mode” EP spans across innovative strains of house and electro, packed with energy and charming emotions.

On the A side you can find two slabs of reissued heat from the versatile duo, packing more of a punch than ever. Cruising on an irresistible house groove is “Is Dis Love”, tight drum work and elastic bass lines teased by the nostalgic vocal. “Dinowarp” is a pure example of a hazy deep house chugger for the early hours of the morning, taking you on a trip of blissful synths and melt in your mind textures.

Taking up the B side are two unreleased diamonds from the vast archives of the UK duo, “Jamaica” and “Jump Around”. The first being a playful and animated outing, classy house dynamics driving the dance floor up a notch. “Jump Around” maintains the depth and emotion but at the heart lays a pulsating sub heavy bass to keep you on the move, conversing with the pacey and crisp drum patterns within.

Euphoric State continues to propel dusted off beats for the dance floors of modern day!

6 house tracks. House for real.

All Killer no Filler Vol. 1 is the first release of the Köln based label Mephis. On this first delivery we are handed a 4 piece compilation from young uruguayan producers, all with their particular sort of spiciness and playful mischief.

Alfalfa’s Vectorial Dings opens the EP with rusty acidic tones, eerie pads, warped drum samples and an overall restlessness that creeps through your spine inviting you into the dancefloor. Techno met Acid, flirted with Breaks and slapped Electro’s butt. An acidic variety of spiciness.

Techno Trax follows, where diCarlo manages to create a playful atmosphere, with creative ever changing drum patterns, filter sweeping goodness, arpeggiated synth lines and deep hypnotic vocal samples. A sexy kind of spiciness.

Elias Sternin’s track is a real banger, taking all the classic ingredients for a steaming hot dancefloor stew. A cup of techno, a teaspoon of trance reminiscence, a pinch of progressive condiment, all served on a bed of arpeggiated goodness and rolling bass.
A familiar yet refreshing take on spicy sauce.

Closing the EP comes Lo-Lo with Brittany Stryker. Cold cutting synths, saturated and juicy bass, chonky percussions and a restraint propper of a spice connoisseur. Every element compliments the other, creating an odylic and tightly packed electro gem.
A spicy; gazpacho looking, cold and sharp soup.

Over the course of the year, the label has assembled four different compositions reflecting each artist's devotion and fascination for synthesizers and drum machines. Melancholic arpeggiators, funk-driven techno grooves, and sharp-filtered vocoded sequences written by Edward Norton. Joyful minor-key bass lines carved into electro-wave atmospheres over Roland Tr-606, 808

As &on&on, DJ's Noni and Worth Way have been making some serious waves over the past year, being named one of DJ Mag top artists to check out in 2022 and also featured on Disclosure's DJ Kicks compilation.

On their first release on the label, the duo boast their prowess in composing uplifting, melodic dance music which draws on myriad influences to create unique and innovative sounds. Whilst every track on Mentalphysics has fun and festivity at its core, some take their inspiration from disco ('Mid Valley'), whilst others from groovy deep house ('All Day') or breakbeat ('Delta T'). Finally, 'Melted' subtly evokes speed garage in the way the bass dips, giving the track lots of depth and 'Samo' brings things to an anthemic close with reverberating cymbals filling any space with body and movement.

Before they head underground to finish their new the globally-loved Hamburg duo Digitalism are unleashing their first 'pure' club track since the red hot 'Fahrenheit 32' in January 2014.
Digitalism's brand new track 'Roller' does exactly what it says on the tin. Full of raucous energy, the track mirrors the freshness that could be found on Digitalism's debut album 'Idealism' back in 2007.
Mixed by Matt Wiggins at Paul Epworth's Church Studios, 'Roller' comes complete with a delightfully low-slung remix from another duo who are currently on top form, Dense & Pika. Alongside two bonus DJ-Tools 'Roll-A-Pella' and 'Beats-A-Pella' which will all be housed on a limited edition 12' that's sure to go down an absolute treat with Digitalism's loyal and dedicated fan base.
