Following his triumphant return to Kompakt with SICKO (KOMPAKT 322), REX THE DOG digs deeper into the circuits of his custom-built modular synth on YOU ARE A BLADE, delivering a powerful trio of sharply contoured jams ready to cut to the chase. A true master of expressive might within a limited set of sounds, the much-acclaimed producer introduces the title track with breezy, shimmering arpeggios that are soon joined by a weighty, throbbing bassdrum - a lean and mean stealth banger that stands as unwavering as it is playful. The flipside builds an impressive amount of momentum as muscular acid-fest MUSIK HYPNOTISES stakes out raw and pounding synth stabs with its titular refrain, giving those straight-shooting riffs a properly wonked-out feel. Meanwhile, dry-witted closer WASP FACTORY pairs raspy synths with kinetic drum rolls and boldly cut-up vocal samples, another deceptively simple arrangement trimmed to perfection and for maximum effect.

Planet Rhythm presents two of the hottest Dutch techno concept around. Audio Assault labelboss Bas Mooy has shown to be a talented producer over the last few years. The man from Rotterdam has stayed true to the darker sound of pure techno. Lately he has been touring across Europe with his explosive live-set and his latest release on Fine Audio amongst others gives us only a small taste of what this man is capable of! This stuff is the result of the fact that Bas was born and raised in one of the worlds most technoid cities - molten metal and gallons of raw oil seem to be pumping thru this mans blood vessels..!
Radial sky-rocketed due to their Dinner releases and global airplay. Jeroen Liebregts and Laurens van der Starre produce a crystal clear sound filled with impressive sub tones by the likes of Surgeon, Christian Wunsch and Oscar Mulero!

Kareem El Morr debuts on Molten Moods with a floating four tracked 12". The Munich mainstay, who is known through his releases on Ilian Tape and RFR draws his influence from electro, electronica, trance and IDM. The fourth instalment of Oscar Mulero's own Pattern Series is now here, introducing three tracks of futuristic techno for the collectors out there.

The first cut is "Form", a flanged hypnotic exercise of functional techno, made up of a continuous line that grows to utter madness, spiced with resonant bleeps and noises and a subtle beat.

Next up is "Textures". This rhythm-oriented grooved number relies on a relentless beat, with only subtle changes that make it the perfect functional tool.

"Color" goes deeper with more floaty textures intelligently twisted at slow rates, again in a linear arrangement excellent for long mixes.

As usual, this comes in a wonderful package with special translucent plate.

Vinyl only, limited copies, no digital promotion.

House hit makers MOTHER RECORDINGS are back with another summer slammer. This one comes from the label regulars SUPERLOVER and SIMION – both friends are teaming up with the hottest imprint in House music for a heavy champion collab and a heavy champion track. MOTHER proudly presents „Funky People“, coming in two interpretations.
„Superlover Vocal Mix“, a 6 minutes jam with a driven bass line, funky piano chords rolling over a slick House groove. Powerful and gnarly male vocals add full and warm emotions to the „Funky People“. Yes, we feel love!
„Simion Mix“ is more a straight up interpretation, 4-to-the-floor with an energetic infinity groove, less vocals, no piano, a real peak time hands up version. Pure love for the dance floor.

Seroplexx is a young talent, discovered by Paul Nazca. Trippy, Melodic and aimed to the Dancefloor, his music is a perfect combination for Scandium, as Seroplexx added a noticeable ingredient : all tracks are made with hardware synths, sequencers and analogic stuff. No computer involved in his composing workflow.

Already supported and playlisted by Laurent Garnier.

It's Sunday. You're at the after party. And the DJ is playing white label edits you've never heard before.

The debut EP release from Amduscias (the evil doppelganger of an already known producer) presents a selection of tracks woven with British folklore and occultist connotation taking the fringes of UK bass music into a dark twisted new pasture, bass and beats ready for the dancefloor but equally horrifying to the headphone listener - skewing techno and dubstep to its farthest reaches.

Next up on Inner Surface Music we introduce New York artist Angus Tarnawsky to the label. 'Pitched' is first up with its syncopated drum patterns both programmed with electronic drum machines and textured drums played by Tarnawsky himself. Heavy bass and ice cool modular synths lead the track to new territories for Inner Surface. AnD then step up to remix 'Pitched' taking it in a more dancefloor direction while still retaining the original feel of the original with added distortion and twisted melodies as the track unfolds. 'Ad Nauseum' is a beautiful textured track built around Tarnawsky's drums, deep layers unravel to take you into a subterranean alien world. 'Expand Contract' is the most dancefloor cut of all the originals, but it still twists and turns with expert precision, sounding like a jam between Alva Noto and Vladislav Delay. 'Tour Maline' closes the EP with a 5 minute journey of modulating sub bass and ambient washes of glass-like synthesis from Tarnawsky's modular system...

53 Degrees North marks SK_eleven s seventh release, as Setaoc Mass continues to add to his flourishing imprint; this time with a two-part EP release. 53 Degrees North Part One focuses its efforts on four-to-the-floor club-centric music the label head is renowned for. All four tracks are emblazoned with his signature, disparate pairing of light and dark sound palettes glued beneath rich, atmospheric textures and hypnotism - all the while keeping its muscular club chassis gleaming beneath. Part Two of the double release sees Coates revealing more of his experimental side. The second cut pays homage to past influences of the producer as he floats between ambient, IDM and electro cuts with ease, all rife with emotion and passion.

"The next one is signed by one of my contemporary idols. His zero-f*cks-giving attitude and his aim to move forward make Ascion the perfect artist to keep telling this story which two years ago was started to write. It could have been nineteen ninety two or today. It could be acid, techno-trance or even 'ardcore (you know the score). Echoes from Belgian New Beat and UK's Intelligent Dance Music resound all along it. Call it how you want and no matter when or where. This rave instrument is going to fill many epic warehouse moments. There is no way to escape: welcome to Your Finest Nightmare."

Ever-impressing UK talent James Dexter makes a return to Bondage-Music this December as he drops his latest three track EP 'Let's Go Back.

2018 has been a substantial year for London based DJ and producer James Dexter, with appearances at the likes of fabric (London), Claire (Amsterdam) and Sash (Sydney) and releases on Little Helpers, Gruuv, Deeperfect and his own Inermu imprint in the past 12 months alone. With the New Year in sight, here we find three new fresh productions in the form of his 'Let's Go Back' EP, marking a return to Bondage Music in the process following his recent remix of Frink's 'Sofisticate' on the imprint.

Title cut 'Let's Go Back' opens proceedings as Dexter reveals an up-front, bumping cut armed with crunchy drum licks, infectious vocal samples and rich, airy chords, before 'Simple Things' utlises further rich and soulful vocals alongside crisp skipping hats and resonant kicks to guide the production through seven minutes of groove driven house music. Last up, Dexter's 'Roll Through' pairs refined, stripped back organic percussion arrangements with wandering synth lines and vocal coos to wrap up the EP in fine fashion.

Dark Green Marbled Vinyl

One town, three times of the day, a triarchy of Techno music, rolling into the deep – coming as green marbled vinyl with an exclusively designed festival wristband!
Rico Puestel rears a monument to his growing-up-town „Uslar“ with three different approaches on this second part of the home-loving „Solling“ series that dig deep into a downscaled and natural framework of sound (all recorded and produced right at that place).

The initiation ritual on A1 with Uslar at 6'23 in the morning starts off with an actual electric guitar theme, originally recorded back in 2003, that builds the foundation hub to one crisp and point-blank Techno-Electro ceremony. The clean minimalistic sound will showcase all the details of any structure within while one's certainly getting caught by the overall force of melodic attraction like the sun working its path through the misty valleys.

At 13'35 noon, a rising rhythmical and progressive interpretation of the initial morning sounds makes an appearance on the flipside that doesn't allow much time to leap right into the centre of the da(y)nce, immediately creating the guesswork where side AA is leading all along.
The evening hours at 21'55 then take a flying leap into the mystical peak of the whole process, taking the morning sounds from side A into some uneasy realms and sceneries, prevailed by an almost voodoo-like momentum and a dance into the depths of its surrounding woods that will coherently dignify 90's loop Techno par excellence.

This fourth record on Exhibition is and feels right here and right now, paying tribute to the past and many different streams of Techno while cherishing a future that has yet to be written, celebrating the

We warmly welcome the artistic project of the talented UK brothers Harvey and Ryan Mckay also known as ALIAS.

Title track Force' is nicely balanced by its thick and dry kick and bass-line groove with a melodic predominant synth. It's a powerful jolt that makes your body move.

Second track Paradox' has the Alias sound written all over it. The minimalistic but smart fusion of strong and dynamic sound elements create a vigorous blitz.

Label head Jay Lumen contributed with a smashing remix. It's a total recreation of Alias's Paradox' with Jay's sharp Acid Techno sound. With a magical old-school chord melody he build a bridge between future and past. Mainstage bombes all the way!!

repressed !

We don't know how Jay Lumen recently finds time to produce one bomb after another, especially as his tour schedule gets busier and busier every year.

From Fabrik Madrid to Exchange Los Angeles from Stereo Montreal to AIM, EMF, from Movement Festival to Dockyard to18Hrs Festival or ADE… Jay is traveling all around the world to spread his sound to the biggest and best dance floors on a weekly basis. Nonetheless Jay still keeps his DJ and producer efforts in excellent balance.

His brand new explosive dance floor weapon “Meteo” with it’s massive kick, rolling bassline and Acid Techno stamp will hit the dance floors by storm and break the club walls!!

The massive, melodic and rolling Techno hymn “Aurora” is an ode to the beautiful northern lights - Aurora Borealis.

Detroit composer John Beltran returns to Delsin with The Season Series. A collection of subtle and colorful compositions of beautiful synth melodies creating heavenly atmospheres. A blissful walk through breezy spring fields where the gentle sunrays thaw frosty winter scenes.

Patrice Meiner returns on Druzhba with two groovy tracks that will keep you on the dancefloor long past bedtime. The spiritual original versions are accompanied by killer reworks from Justin Pak & the one and only - Javier Carballo. Boom!

You learned that there are genres. Everything separated into categories with their own canon and rules: Major, minor, 4/4, 6/8, highs, lows, high head, butt end. Techno here, Disco there. You learned that art and music are two different things. Visually auditory, audio-visual, optically acoustic, not to mention the surface feel. Listen to me, look at me, touch me. But everything in that order please! You have learned that understanding takes you further. Night / life, rhythm / dancing, substance / excess, water / holding out, sleep / rest, headache / not good. But what would it be if all of that wasn't just right? If all of our knowledge is based on the mistake of having to put everything in relation? To classify it, to make it responsive. What do we do with something that doesn't follow the rules of this logic? That is not based on 0 and 1 and therefore not bound to our binary systems? Is this all at once? After all, what if the whole thing has no limits?

Jens-Uwe Beyer recently released the Yellow Book with Albert Oehlen on Gagosian and on his own label Magazine. He also runs PNN and Schalen. His 4th album „Horizons“ as Popnoname is the very first long player to be released on Cologne based label Feines Tier.

Not much to say about our 6th release, as the music speaks for itself. A heavyweight V/A with some of the finest artists of our scene, including bomb tracks from UVB, Endlec, Kwartz and, one of our all-time favourites, Dj Boss! Proudly compiled and presented!

Barcelona based Skip Audio Records is a new vinyl-only label. Their debut release is a V.A. with tracks from well-known artists Giuliano Lomonte, Fabrizio Maurizi, Vincent Casanova and Viceversa.

Record after record, we keep the music coming so you don't forget about the energy that music brings! Especially during these gloomy times, we're happy to reveal to you one of our finest releases ever!
