Beats Vinyl New Releases - News

PRSPCT is the ruler of hard edged drumnbass and once again labelboss Trasher is on top of the game! COOH is a relatively new to the scene, but has so many hits on his name lately you would think he is one of the veterans. Can't here any hard dnb dj play out without several COOH monsters in the set. SEZON Starts of the classic 4×4 hardcore gabber kick, soon filled with snares and even more bass! Bounce bounce bounce on this one! TERAN will gice you the creeps. The Hororesque intro falls into a screeching sound edited perfectly in the beat. Bats flying all over the cave. Top class production, and devastating on the dancefloor! Supported by everybody.

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away ....

Fasten your seatbelts and get ready for another mind disturbing neuro basher! These 2 tracks right here came along with the just released debut album by the guys on CITRUS, but considered to Disturbing for the concept. Modest Burka is a true disturbed track from start till end, mayhem in for the floor. Filth all over the place! Check out the official video for the stomper here on youtube Flip it over for an ultrafilthy remix by MEJFUS for the album track BLUR. The original is filthy, this is even worse. Bad!

MASSIVE NEW SINGLE FROM DEADMAU5 WITH NOSIA ON THE MIX.

Limited white & red coloured Vinyl pressing. The Samurai Music Foreign Exchange Series returns for 2011 with one of the labels strongest releases to date. Heavy 1 from Tokyo represents Japan and is our first ever signing from the Samurais homeland. 'Millers' may be recognisable to many of you from its's appearance on DJ Marky's recent Fabric Live mix. This tunes distinctly quirky funk has been winning crowds over since it was first drawn and we are extremely proud to have it released on the Samurai label. Samurai fave Nymfo represents the Netherlands in a head to head drinking contest with Christchurch, New Zealands Menace. We are not sure who won the alcoholic battle but the colossal bassline that was created in the session delivers a funky bounce that is very infectious. DJ support from everyone that has been sent these tunes, look out for Foreign Exchange Part 4 featuring representatives from Russia and the UK.

Solid White vinyl 12 promo. After their recent Samurai Red Seal debut, Mosus and HLZ aka Need For Mirrors return with yet another diverse duo of tunes further displaying their confident versatility. 'Fishscale' is disturbingly heavy in the low end, so much so we advise planning your sets around it as it makes most other recent Drum and Bass tunes sound like the bass kill switch is on. The tunes strident step and familiar vocal connect the dots between vintage Jonny L and Doc Scott productions and the year 2011. 'Retrograde' is the darkest tune to ever be released on Samurai Red Seal. It's ragged beauty caught our attention instantly though, and many a crowd has fallen victim to its cute malice. DJ Bailey (Metalheadz / 1Xtra) has been one of this tunes strongest supporters. Released on solid white vinyl and digital

The 'Ramifications LP' drops via glorious 3×12' Marble-splattered vinyl 300 Copies Only! A rare solo-Paradox LP hit's the world's record stores after a 9-year album exile. The 'Ramifications LP' is a welcome return to the building blocks of breakbeat wizadry that Paradox built up during his reign at 4-Hero's legendary Reinforced Records and this third artist instalment (and incredibly Mr Pandya's ninth vinyl album overall) is his best studio album to date. You need to cast your minds back to 2002 to dig up the last Paradox long-player with it's collection of Jungle and Breakbeat tempos with a Live P.A. DVD to boot, and the 'Ramifications LP' continues the fashion with razor sharp breaks and grooves ranging from 125 to 172 bpm in classic Paradox style. The 'Ramifications LP' drops via glorious 3×12' Marble-splattered vinyl packs alongside a stunning Solid-Black Compact disc edition for the music lovers and record collectors alike (PMLP02/PMLPCD02)

we all think Zen never leaves his studio, he's always rolling out new releases and this next one is a perfect follow up to the remix of "Rhubarb and Custard". "Beatbox" and "Tunnel Bass" have been doing the rounds and all the big guns have been hammering them.

Necessary Mayhem come up with the goods again with this release and it's been getting battered! On the A side, Benny Page teams up with Mr Williams to produce 'Pass The Kouchie'. On the flip, Serial Killaz do what they do best and that's creating an absolute banger. Don't miss this one!

DJ support from Hype, Andy C, Friction, Chase & Status, Mistajam and many more.

Jungle don's Serial Killaz, rise to the challenge and remix Serum and Northern Lights "Bad Boys". This remix has been in serious demand on promo and not only has everyone been battering the A side, the B side has also been doing it. This record will sell and sell so make sure you get it on your orders.

CD2 LTJ Bukem Instrumental Mix....

Tes La Rok's first release in 2010 sees him returning to his own Noppa imprint with two massive remixes. Wikidness remix has already gained anthem status.

'Follow The Leader'/'Fingertips' is the second release from rising stars Paper Crows, who've already caught the attention of tastemakers across the blogosphere, print and radio. Follow The Leader' is a brilliantly, dark, unsettling, underground track that comes with a top drawer remix package. Hotly tipped newcomers Megabits deliver an insanely unique widescreen drum & bass/breaks/electro hybrid, while the legend that is Break delivers another stunning drum & bass remix. 'Fingertips' is quite simply a stunning song oozing with wild atmospheric beauty. It has aptly been described as 'the marching of dreams on a star studded night' and is already being championed by Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw. Paper Crows have been wowing audiences with their live shows with sultry singer Emma Panas mesmerising with her spectral vocals and dramatic stage presence. With still less than a dozen gigs under their belt, they've already supported the likes of Jamie Woon and Clock Opera. Their next show is at the Barfly in Camden on the 4th February. They'll be playing alongside Anna Calvi and Sparrow & The Workshop as part of HMV's Next Big Thing festival. The pair are currently in the studio recording their debut album.

Warped Dynamics hit you with this modern slice of old skool which has been flying out the warehouse. Beatlab have always been true to their sound and both sides tear up the dancefloors.

With DSM having taken a turn down slightly darker paths with some of its more recent releases. Dutch uber-duo June Miller serve up two nasty half stepping tracks to continue this trend. Razor-sharp, scattering drums and growling bass pound their way unrelentingly throughout the a side 'Strike Anywhere' with the wailing synth line that sits a top these two elements adding a distinctly nervous, tension building atmosphere. With this outfit having made their name in the deeper, dare we say it, more 'minimal' side of the genre, this track shows their adeptness at creating devastating dance floor tunes too. Rising start Circa joins the fray from the B-Side 'Glass jaw'. The subtle, tiptoeing of the intro makes way and distorted, warping bassline after the dramatic pause before the drop-people won't know what hit'em! More crisp, 2-step beats drive the track forward while diminutive rolls on the hats and cinematic strings and chords adding points of interest throughout. This is a no holds barred straight up screw face slice of wax. You have been warned.

Traffic Jam featuring fellow studio companion Hellrazor has all the brooding tension of 5 o clock rush hour on the M1. Never quite reaching utter road rage its scatty beats and warped basslines are backed up by sporadic car horns and traffic atmospheres. Nina is a track very close to Lynx, written about a relationship that was never meant to be. Heartfelt chords and vocals reminisce on what once was. As the vocal whispers - Love grows naturally.... and so does the track. As supported by Marky, Shy FX, Calibre, Marcus Intalex, Bailey, Lenzman and more.
