Techno King, Phil Kieran, is back once again this time he is concentrating on his debut Vinyl release on Phil Kieran Recording, with his vinyl re-release of his skyhook project.
His high productivity led him to look forward to the project he has been wanting to put to bed for a number of years - Skyhook. Skyhook gained support form the Techno Elite with Sven Vath & Richie Hawtin using it as a weapon of choice for a number of years other less likely supporters included Deadmau5 who has been using skyhook in his sets for years.
Originally no remixes of the chart smasher were made despite huge interest and requests from various people to rework the track, with the lack of a label to distribute them being cited as the main reason.
But finally, this demon was put to bed and the gauntlet was picked up by Jesper Dalhback & Adam Beyer, Ricardo Tobar, Scuba & SCB and Green Velvet.
Kieran says 'When you approach something like this you ask people to get involved and hope they do too, with this one I was amazed that everyone I wanted signed up, which made this very easy'.
These monster remixes of Skyhook rocket propelled the launch of Phil Kieran Recordings and also finally fulfilled the appetite of those who had been demanding its re-release for over three years.

With this second release on Blueform the artist Random Audio goes much more into mystic space post-futuristic sounds - as known from another great artist of this kind of techno. Starting with "Objects" Random Audio builds a whole scene of the slow arrival of those unidentified flying objects using a counter-rotating rhythm moving exact like the lights of these objects. "Signal to Mysterious" goes really deep into sophisticated bleeping chimes for messaging to and from an unknown life-form. This track is followed up by a matching one - "Indicator" - but this one has a much slower and darker theme with light pads plus hissing sounds and slow broken beats. Somehow different is "Calculation" - an uplifting, bubbling and pumping rhythmic stomper. And finally "The Ensemble" comes with varying percussive drums and string sounds building themselves up again and again - only broken up by a short smooth part of beeping, string and pad sounds.

Polluted Records latest release comes from label engineers Lorenzo Panico and label producer Salvo Buonocore who delivers their original and creative sounds with "Pineapple Express".
Constructed with flowing percussions and processed with an addictive baseline and intelligent vocals, the record is a culturally musical project to DJ's across the globe.Over on the flip side there are 3 remixes of 'Pineapple Express.
The track is edited for remix treatment by: System of Survival, Big Brother Loves You Production (Leo Mas, Fabrice, Edo B) and W10 (Sergio Liguori).
The remixes and the project itself has been cooking in the label kitchen for a while since the artists in the remixes have been touring and getting into exiting projects and with the closing of summer comes the release of the label program and polluted018, Pineapple Express.
This project is not to be missed as it covers a variety of styles and unique workflow on the quality of the release.
The vinyl was tested on different dance floors and radio station in and out the U.K. with much acclaimed success. The original version has been blowing off the roof of many clubs, followed by the very chunky and deep first remix version from the DC10 duo System of Survival with a slower deep beat and baseline slinging style.
A 3rd version from Leo Mas, Fabrice and Edo B has a driven groove and base line that generates that unique sound signature from the Boys in the Big Brother Loves You Productions project, somewhat around the Italian underground sound of Milan.
The last and 4th version is an electro based driven remix with a stumpy beat and baseline crafted to the sound and style of W10 Sergio Liguori.

new underground talents. Rhadow meets NTFO have been busy building up the house
scene in Romania for the last couple of years and have come up with some very functional
and therefore quite effective and sophisticated club- and dance music. They added some
crispy claps to the track and made it a whole lot edgier with sharp piano hits and a groove
that moves a couple of gears up.

The title of the flipside of Mother004 might just convey one of the central elements our

Luca Lozano presents KLSUNDERGROUND001 is Klasse Recordings' first foray into the various artists compilation field, a small but perfectly formed EP consisting of five tracks from various family members and extended homeboys. The idea behind the series is to take the focus back to the music, the EP aims to concentrate on tracks that are made with passion, pride and belief. Music that will stand the test of time against the torrent of seemingly endless throwaway material that floods our inbox day by day. genau das sind die Worte die das Thema in diesem minimalistischen Techno-Track perfekt
beschreiben. Die Idee.. ein Thema zu schaffen, welches nach dem Motto: - keep it
simple/minimal' funktioniert und trotz der Einfachheit durch viele Modulationsmöglichkeiten
Abwechslung schafft.
Es sind eben genau diese Modulationen die das anfangs klare, percussiv-galoppierende
Thema völlig auseinander nehmen, zerlegen und somit ein ganz anderes Bild ergeben. Das
interessante daran ist, dass sich der Track dadurch an keiner Stelle gleicht. Mal klingt es
groovy und leicht verdaulich, mal brachial und extrem. Ein ständiges auf und ab was einiges
an Spannung erzeugt. Die schwere Bassline verleiht dem ganzen noch den richtigen Schub
nach vorn und wird von klickernden Percussions begleitet.

Superstrobe will mit diesem Track zeigen wie einfach es ist kompliziert zu klingen.

The new release on AFU is coming straight out from Stuttgart. 'The Trip' is the first strike by the collaboration of Raphael Dincsoy and Robin Hirte. The connection of these guys is very young and fresh, but they felt really fast that they have a quite similar perception of modern techno music. Even the lead track The Trip was the first track they ever produced together. This track was produced during their very first studio session. After that, it was clear that they have to create more becuae it definitely felt right. Raphael Dincsoy is more known as promoter and booker of Stuttgart`s Lehmann Club or as chief editor of the Partysan Magazine. In the past he did also some digital Eps and Remixes on labels like Kaufe Musik, Sickness or Fassade Records. Robin Hirte in contrast is an 'old stager' in the techno and producing business. He is running his own vinyl label 'Truth Tracks' and 'DasOhr'. Currently he has some big artists on his labels like Dj Rush, Tommy DeClerque, Niereich and many more.
With their debut on AFU, Dincsoy & Hirte presenting a three track EP. The Trip as the opener is a dark, rollin` and heavy bass techno track. Combined with the mystical and spooky vocals they create a very hypnotical atmosphere. At least after the break you will see the dance floor peoples hands in the air... 'Knock! Knock' is a bit similar in the mood with a kind of more roughness. Maybe a bit more rave like. A pumpin` and very oppressive bassline is blowing the groove on. 'Jogging' on the other hand is the most groovy track. It is nearly tech house but with a totally individual note. Not the typical happiness vibe, but rather a bit angry in the mood. The groove is milling on from the first second directly to the feed and the brian. All three tracks are 100% peak time and dancefloor oriented sound. Definitely a well done debut by Raphael Dincsoy & Robin Hirte.

u.a. für Niereich, Cortechs, AnGy KoRe und natürlich auch für Sobar & Gorziza und vielen mehr

Dominik has produced remixes for several artists like Jens Lissat, Harada, Matthias Menk or Signore
Dito (Broombeck). In the year 2007 he starts the Project 'Sobar & Gorziza' (Technobooking.de) with
Daniel Gorziza. Vinyl and digital releases on different labels such as Herzschlag Recordings, Italo
Business, Techno League, 040 Recordings were the results. Now he produces also Techno music
under his solo project Dominik Sobar.
Meiko has meticulously been producing his own tracks since 2007. After 2 years he had his first
release. Enchained by electronic music he quickly realized that he wanted to use his experience and
expand. With that, in 2009 he founded his own label 'Herzschlag Recordings'. He has remixed tracks
for artists such as Niereich, Cortechs, AnGy KoRe, Sobar & Gorziza of course and many more!

This is blueform, a sublabel of melted recordings, with it's first release - made by Random Audio. In order to assort different variations of techno blueform was founded as the first official sublabel of melted recordings, although small labels aside of melted were started so far. Blueform stands for real classic detroit techno as we know and love it for many years. Very famous protagonists, especially from the US formed this spacy, retro-futuristic and/or chordish sound - a special state of mind. Random Audio reflects these characteristics with his tracks of the hologram EP. He is an important part of the futuredraht community, he has produced many tracks of various styles - mostly (but not only) techno - and even now he had just his second track on melted recordings under another alias, this is his first own (vinyl | digitally worldwide distributed) release. The first track "Fourier Transmatica" brings us back with a pulsating sound into the late nineties of detroit techno. The chords, melodies and pads in "Downtown" fit exactly to the sound of "the motor city". "The Model" goes right into the science fiction side of techno using creaky blips and old string sounds and finally "The Mask" seems to build itself up with bubbling tones again and again. After remixing Idriss D's smash-hit 'Cross My Mind', Lausanne's Mirko Loko is back on Memento with a superb release taking us on a journey of delicate melodies and aethereal atmospheres, showing his unique talent in creating brilliant song structures and compositions.
And as if that wasn't enough, Cadenza's boss and musical master Luciano graces the Italian label with a personal take on Mirko's track , once more highlighting his unrivalled vision in shaping emotional soundscapes and exquisitely fine sonic moods.
'Gipsy-Q''s rhythm is lively and mesmerizing, with bubbly percussions and wispy bells interspersed with uplifting bright sounds.
At various points, a bass chord progression cuts through, giving the feeling of a dream-like fortune teller's prayer moving in a persistent motion.

The dynamic Italian duo MACROMISM is back with the first proper EP on Kling Klong after several releases on labels like Break New Soil, Sci+Tec, Kiara, Monique etc.

Man of the moment and all-round talented guy, Huxley focuses his energy on a different mood for his fantastic Warehouse Dub remix. Taking things down a notch and towards an entirely darker direction, Huxley works atmospheric FX and bass hits around the original vocal. Still retaining the original garage-swagger, the remix uses strings and warm-pads to build the pressure and drops into a mean bassline, which confidently rounds things off.
Missdemeanour carries on with the dark and deeper theme, Jordan's trademark distorted groove providing the rough foundation of the track. Spooky effects and a simple composition intensify the cheeky sample that comes in every now and then, which then signifies that all hell is about to break loose.

The Sweetness plays on an inviting Piano line, dancing delicately over vocal hiccups and flirting with intricate percussion. Electric Envoy consist of Sven Dedek and Marco Polo and they relaunched one of their famous projects from the past into todays formats with three fat Techno and Detroit influenced tracks for their first release on AFU Limited !
sven started producing in 1992 with the commodore amiga and did a lot of tracks for games for this computer. .. in 1995 sven met alex bau (his toneman partner) with whom he collaborated to release an ep on chris liebing's 'touchtone' label that would be out in 1996 and be the beginning of a set of releases on renowned labels as touchtone, fine audio, shokoy, dave angel's rotation, pascal feos's pv-records and chris liebing's clau, not to mention ascend recordings of course. .. as a live performing artist, sven became quite talented and daring, so that his live acts have become an essential part of his musical existence. his performance at the world famous "omen" in 1998 was a milestone in sven's career: "playing there, means you are part of it!" "we spend more and more time in the studio together and we finally had the wish to establish our own label while releasing for other labels. 'toneman' has enabled them to form their musical identity, and it is also a quality trademark in the techno scene. .. sven..s main attitude is probably perfectionism. there is no limit when it comes to improvement of sound or liveappearences. although he learned to evaluate exactly, if the track maybe gets to complicated for the floor, he never stops trying to make his productions interesting and changing... as mentioned, sven has released eps for fine audio, parasound, energy industries, rotation (dave angel's), toneman (his own), clr (chris liebing..s), pv-records (pascal feos), predicaments (justin berkovi..s) and ascend recordings as well as for many more labels. for details take a look at the discography at his website http://www.myspace.com/svendedek!

After almost 4 years of exclusive releases on Richie Hawtin's revered Minus, Fabrizio Maurizi a.k.a. Roger is back on his Memento Records, the underground Italian label he started with long time friend and musical soul mate Idriss D. His new Ep 'The Secret Garden' shows a further departure from the early minimal-techno infused tracks he became widely known for: an original approach to structure and composition and a research for alternative sounds make these three recordings shine with fresh light and energy. Title track 'The Secret Garden' comes up with a funky-inspired groovy bass line, along with bouncy vocal snippets, catchy snare rolls and mesmerizing synth stabs.
